Very tasty food. Tables outside were a bit dirty.

Unfortunately, it was only a mediocre burger experience. The meat was smashed very well, and the burger was generally very well prepared. The sauce and pickles were convincing and very tasty. The meat quality leaves something to be desired. Hard pieces of fat/cartilage were noticed in two different burgers. The buns are okay but nothing special. However, the quality didn't meet expectations with over 4-star reviews.

Accidentally placed the wrong order: double the price. Called to request a change. 1. Was told the order was already ready (a lie!) 2. They said they couldn't do anything 3. When asked for the manager or supervisor, they said they weren't there (a lie!) 4. They simply hung up and then left the answering machine on. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! Incompetent staff who LIE!!!!!

Very good food (I had the veggie burger). Reasonably priced if you order the set menu. There was a toilet, and the food arrived in less than 10 minutes.

Exceptionally delicious burger! I ordered a chili-cheese burger with curly fries for pickup by phone, and both the burger and the fries didn't disappoint! The place was relatively busy, but I was still able to pick up my food within about 10 minutes. And even though I ordered at 10 p.m., everything still tasted very fresh :P The portion (burger + fries + drink) was perfect! It doesn't leave you hungry, but it doesn't make you burst. I'd definitely go back!!

Still waiting for my order...the fact that the employee tells me on the phone that my order has already been picked up, even though it most likely hasn't even been prepared by you yet (and won't be) is pretty cheeky.

Actually the best if not the best burger in town, the meat is super tasty, the bread is soft and fluffy, the sauces are simply brilliant... the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside... great... super friendly service... all in all, always happy to go back... merci and thank you, dear Burger Vision Team

Bruh, the smashburger was great! I added my own twist like I usually do to make it off the chains. Added some mayo, put sweet potato fries on it, a little ketchup, then smashed it together. Their special cheese sauce was poured, a little, onto every bite. Dare you to try it. 💯 the best smashburger I've ever eaten.

We had a delivery order and were very satisfied. The delivery lady was very friendly. The food was very filling, as I hadn't expected the fries. The first delivery was a bit cold, but the second one was a bit warmer. The 50% discount was a great deal, and we waited 25 minutes just for the food. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely delicious burger. You'd love to eat two. A €10 meal plan with a burger, a portion of fries, and a soft drink is more than fair. The little piggy on the counter definitely deserves some coins.

The worst burger of my life. No roasted flavor at all and raw in the middle, but the chicken strips were burnt and not properly breaded. Never again Burger Vision, at least not on Torstr. in Berlin.

The burger tasted okay—nothing to complain about, but nothing particularly outstanding either. Unfortunately, the visit overall didn't impress me. For one thing, the price for the burger was significantly higher than at comparable burger chains. Second, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our order—which, in my opinion, is too long for a simple burger dish. The combination of a long wait, rather mediocre taste, and the rather high price results in poor value for money in my opinion. Therefore, I'm only giving it two stars.

What a mess, honestly! I ordered through Lieferando, the delivery time was given as 45 minutes, and it said "food is being prepared." After waiting for over an hour, my order was simply canceled...

The burger was tasty BUT it was small and had more buns than anything else. It didn't look anything like the pictures. The fries were a joke, thin and soggy. I ordered from the store and had to wait 25 minutes even though it was almost empty....

Never again. By far the worst burger I've ever eaten in Berlin. Where do I begin: The bread is really sweet and bloated. The meat was unfortunately completely flattened (about 5mm) and almost burnt. So a hard crust on the edges and practically non-existent. Extremely small amount of meat. The salad is also very sparse, not even any tomatoes on the burger. The photo really says it all. The cheese seems to be a processed cheese mixture. The taste of the burger leaves a lot to be desired. Really bad. This experience was a joke for 10€. At least the drinks came in glass bottles and the fries were crispy. But it's generally about the burgers when I visit a burger shop.

I ordered from Lieferando. Two portions of fries were completely missing. The chicken strips were really burnt and seemed to have been fried in old motor oil; not recommended.

We waited 1 hour for the order to be canceled. What's the point of this shit? Officially the worst I've experienced from a delivery service.

Definitely one of the better burgers I've eaten, staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and the place feels quite cozy. If I could change one thing, I would move this location to be next to my home.

FRAUD! No delivery received! I ordered via Lieferando... and according to Lieferando and Goggle the restaurant is also open... after ordering it said it would take 35-55 minutes... yeah, what can I say. Time passed and now, a full 12 hours later, no response. The phone is switched off in the restaurant and I have no other way to ask anything! I wouldn't recommend ordering from here

The burger from the guys at Burger Vision is always a super pleasant experience: the double smash is juicy, spicy, the bun is perfectly fluffy and the sauces harmonize very well with each other. Personally, I always have too much house dressing on it, so I let you know in advance. But it is definitely one of the best burgers in Hamburg. If Goldies in Berlin is a 10+, this is 8.5 points. And that's something at least. In comparison, I would only give Dulfs Burger in der Schanze a 3.5.

This place is great for lunch, they have a lunch menu at a good price. The burger was delicious, the bacon so tasty and the fresh fries. The lady who works there is super efficient.

The food that I saw looked pretty good but I refused to wait and gave up - the service was rude and unhelpful, and they also refused to let me have a receipt (pretty much essential for expenses) although they were happy to produce this for Lieferando customers. I found this bizarre. I walked out in disgust and would never return under any circumstances. I did ask to speak to a manager and was told this wasn't possible either. Staff on duty didn't even seem surprised by my complaint, which makes me think it is normal.

That wasn't tasty, that wasn't super tasty, that was DELICIOUSLY DELICIOUS. Delivery time great, driver extremely friendly, prices unbeatable. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The service is just really bad: I ordered for pickup via Lieferandoo, but it started to rain outside, so I spontaneously wanted to eat the goods inside, but I was told that I wasn't allowed to eat an order in the store and therefore had to go out. Unbelievable, even though the shop at Kleispark was completely empty. Ok, the quality was good, but the service, just absolutely bottom drawer. I wrote an email to Burger Vision about this and never received a response. Very bad customer service 😒

Not worth the Hype, the packaging is cute and all but it doesn’t protect the cold from entering my unsalted fries, at least wrap the paper all around my sweet burger, overall was good but don’t get it delivered, the thing I was most excited about was to wash all that unflavored food down with my delicious fuzetea! We were here twice during our trip to Hamburg. once early Friday lunchtime & once early Sunday evening. Both times we received our food quickly, given the store's abundance. All dishes were fresh & perfectly prepared. From the patty to the sauces to the bun, everything was perfectly coordinated. The chicken burger was also very convincing. The cheese sauce separately for the fries and the chili cheese fries version were very tasty. Brilliant sauce 👍🏼 Overall we tried: Double Smash Chili Cheese, Double Smash BBQ, Fries, Cheese Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, the Chicken Burger, Classic Smash, so apart from the vegan versions, pretty much everything. The staff were also very friendly. I'm already looking forward to the next time!
