Burgervision in Berlin

Not worth the Hype, the packaging is cute and all but it doesn’t protect the cold from entering my unsalted fries, at least wrap the paper all around my sweet burger, overall was good but don’t get it delivered, the thing I was most excited about was to wash all that unflavored food down with my delicious fuzetea! Still I am satisfied

Very small shop that serves food very oily and sweet (added sugar)? Now really nothing special, the price is a bit excessive

The burgers are amazing! The fries are amazing! The garlic mayo is amazing! I can’t recommend this place enough for someone who wants a burger packed with flavor, and quick service. I’d give 6 stars if I could.

We were here twice during our trip to Hamburg. once early Friday lunchtime & once early Sunday evening. Both times we received our food quickly, given the store's abundance. All dishes were fresh & perfectly prepared. From the patty to the sauces to the bun, everything was perfectly coordinated. The chicken burger was also very convincing. The cheese sauce separately for the fries and the chili cheese fries version were very tasty. Brilliant sauce 👍🏼 Overall we tried: Double Smash Chili Cheese, Double Smash BBQ, Fries, Cheese Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, the Chicken Burger, Classic Smash, so apart from the vegan versions, pretty much everything. The staff were also very friendly. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

Never again... I originally waited over 2 hours for my food, even though I don't live far. The store is actually not full on a Tuesday evening. I have no idea how much you can screw up waiting time, wow. Food was mediocre, will never order there again. Not even when there is a 90% discount.

Delivery just didn't come. Waited 2 hours and then it said “delivered”. Lieferando doesn't do anything. Hope Paypal support sorts it out. But the food is good, that's why it's 2 stars, so you can pick it up, but it's better not to order.

The burgers taste good, but unfortunately they are small. If you are absolutely not hungry you can get one. If you're a little hungry you should treat yourself to 2 burgers and if you're really hungry you should treat yourself to 3 burgers. 2.5 roughly correspond to a kebab.

I ordered there and never again.!!! We ordered at 6:41 p.m. and our food didn't arrive until 8:40 p.m., we live a maximum of 10-15 minutes away by bike, 2 HOURS. The burgers and fries are ice cold and look terrible, see picture. WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER order from them again. -5 points!!!

Ordene en el mostrador y puede comer en (solo unas pocas mesas) , fuera o haber entregado. Cera total 13 euros inc bebida. Muy recomendable.

Unusually great burgers for a stable price and great fries

One of the best smash burger I have ever had. The bread melts in your mouth and the toppings have so much flavor. Great service, and good environment. I’m shocked there isn’t lines out the door.

Worst experience ever! I ordered through Lieferando and got 2!!!! Waited hours (Friday evening)! Ordered four burgers, two of which had an extra option. NOT A SINGLE BURGER came as ordered! Neither the regular ones nor the ones with extras!!! At least I ordered the burgers on a 2 for 1 deal, so I “only” paid €22 for the whole thing. The burger itself is relatively tasty, but I will never order there again! PS: the phone number listed on Google doesn't work. So you can't reach the store either!

I spontaneously got a Double Smash Burger. It was tasty and had a good amount of roasted flavors as I would expect. But it could flash me a little more in terms of taste. Service was good but seemed a little tired.

Canceled at Lieferando after 3 1/2 hours for no reason It said for 1 hour it will be delivered in 20 minutes I've never written a bad review, but that's disrespectful I called and no one answered Disrespectful And all that for 4 burgers, not even a big order Never again

Singleburger: far too much bread, little content. I think double is a MUST. Chili Cheese Burger has a sweet sauce that doesn't taste good. Doesn't fit there at all. Cheese sauce on the fries was disappointing, topped with simple fried onions from the supermarket. Nothing special. Conclusion: don't understand the hype. Rather mediocre quality. But tastes are different.

The food was very tasty and arrived very quickly, but we didn't get the sauces we ordered for the fries. They just don't taste as good when dry.

I waited for 20 minutes to receive a hamburger that I didn’t order, I asked a hamburger only meat and bacon, I said it many times, once at home it was totally wrong with onions, mayo, ketchup.

I came with a friend and we ordered two double smashed burgers and bacon cheese fries. The quality, quantity and price ratio was really good. Burgers and fries were awesome, good size and taste. Everything cost 25€ but it was really worth it. This place should definitely have a higher rating.

I had ordered food. Because it didn't arrive, I called where it was. Answer, we were there and the name is apparently not on the doorbell. I sent the photo of my doorbell with the name. No reaction. Then I called because I had already paid with credit card and wanted to ask if I could pick up my food myself. Answer We threw that away because it was cold (supposedly). I ask, did you throw away a Coke and an ice cream because it was cold? Hung up. The store is absolutely not recommended, the behavior of the boss in particular is sometimes more than just not legal. I don't know what the food tastes like because I never got any. I hope they go bankrupt.

The cheeseburger isn't bad, but customers here probably think they're retarded. The cheeseburger that I ordered a few days ago for €8.50 is no longer on the menu. Instead, there is a “2 for 1 promotion” for the cheeseburger, for a whopping €19. So first of all, €8.50 * 2 equals €17. How do you get to 19€ now? If I get 3 cheeseburgers for the price of 2, it's a "3 for 2 promotion", then you spelled that out incorrectly. But I don't want 3 cheeseburgers, why am I being forced? Can't get rid of your goods? If I get two cheeseburgers, it's a "2 for 2" promotion so no discount, instead a hidden price increase and no option to buy a single burger. Do you expect me to order from you again?

We ordered two burger menus and both had small portions compared to the menu. Taste-wise they were average; I can't say it's a must to go there. However, if you're hungry like we were and short on time, you can spend €30 on two meals

It's a dirty place, I saw the kitchen, it's dirty everywhere, they don't wear gloves, it's disgusting. It is also expensive don’t waste your money here

In the evenings, this store is apparently completely overwhelmed by the large number of online orders. However, the burgers can hardly be the reason. For €10, after waiting 45 minutes, I got a shriveled mini burger that had very sticky features (mozzarella sticks!). It was one of the worst burgers I've ever had.

I can't say anything about the ambience/quality of the stay since I ordered takeaway, but I'll definitely be back.

Are you serious please? I didn't want to ask for my money back because the people in the store were really angry and I was there with my girlfriend and it would certainly have been stressful. If I were alone you would have slapped the burger behind the counter without comment and then come what may. I felt sorry for the poor smashpatty between such bad ingredients Fries in the menu were crispy, but with skin on, questionable if they weren't organic potatoes. Stable burger, double smash is recommended, condition is not that motivated, but it goes very quickly until the burger comes. For a meal that you want quickly and still tastes very good, the perfect spot.

dishonest employees. Bring or forget a burger when ordering and guarantee to deliver the missing burger with the next order. Bad trap. They do nothing, can't remember anything and talk their way out of it. I no longer recommend BurgerVision to anyone. No more orders for my office and no more private orders.

Wir essen regelmäßig hier den veganen burger. Leider lässt die qualität immer weiter nach & gestern abend haben wir beschlossen nicht mehr bei burgervision den veganen burger zu holen. Der burger war einst sehr lecker, u.a. mit frischen salat & tomaten belegt. Gestern abend war der burger eine katastrophe. Er hat mich an einen aufgewärmten cheeseburger von mcD erinnert. Wirklich sehr traurig, dass die qualität so sehr nach gelassen hat, denn der preis ist gestiegen über die zeit, in der wir dort burger holen.

It's a shame that such good potential is wasted. At Lieferando, orders are sometimes only canceled after 45 minutes - 1 hour! This allows the customer to believe that the order will be delivered. Not very professional…

About a year ago it was absolutely amazing, fresh, delicious, lots of it. But since there are only these smash things, it's just run-of-the-mill food dripping with grease, which is a shame

I had the smash cheese without mozzarella sticks. All in all a solid burger, but unfortunately all of the flavor is masked by way too much sauce.

The burger here is not bad, it’s not great either but the fries are crispy and on point. You won’t be disappointed but you also won’t be astonished. I would eat here again for sure. The staff was polite and worked quickly. The decor was up to date and looks really nice and everything was clean. I would recommend.

30 minutes after placing my order the order was simply canceled. And then my money should only be refunded after 3 days. Nobody can be reached by phone either. Very bad service… This is a disgrace...

I ordered through Liferando for 2 hours, waited for the order and didn't receive it. Then I ordered in another branch, the order was accepted and 10 minutes before arrival the order was canceled. I will never order there again.

Previously on Ubereats, this was by far my favorite place to order burgers. However, since it is only available on Lieferando, things have changed. The chilli cheese fries can no longer be ordered, the food is cold, the fries are soggy and the offers are nowhere near as good as they were on UberEats. What a shame!

I can only comment on the food deliveries. It was always our favorite burger joint, the Kill Bill burgers were amazing. As a family, we regularly placed bulk orders via Ubereats. Now they have switched to Lieferando and our beloved burgers are suddenly no longer available to order. Instead, the so-called smashed burgers. There is also a chilli cheese version, but they are only half as heavy and unfortunately only half as tasty compared to the Kill Bill burgers. Costs almost the same. That's a real shame, because the smashed burgers are definitely not worth the money for us and we'll be looking for a new burger shop with chili cheese burgers where the price-performance ratio is right again. Too bad!

Double smash burger was delicious. Would say one of the best in Berlin. Just the quantity in this price range could be better.

It always used to be great... Today I went back for a long time and had the chicken burger. Worst burger ever! Comparably bad as the microwave burgers from a gas station! But 10x as expensive! The cashier didn't point out the lunch offer either and thus ripped you off... The question of whether a change was possible later was rejected. Really super bad! NEVER AGAIN Burger Vision! A pity!
