The burger from the guys at Burger Vision is always a super pleasant experience: the double smash is juicy, spicy, the bun is perfectly fluffy and the sauces harmonize very well with each other. Personally, I always have too much house dressing on it, so I let you know in advance. But it is definitely one of the best burgers in Hamburg. If Goldies in Berlin is a 10+, this is 8.5 points. And that's something at least. In comparison, I would only give Dulfs Burger in der Schanze a 3.5.

This place is great for lunch, they have a lunch menu at a good price. The burger was delicious, the bacon so tasty and the fresh fries. The lady who works there is super efficient.

The food that I saw looked pretty good but I refused to wait and gave up - the service was rude and unhelpful, and they also refused to let me have a receipt (pretty much essential for expenses) although they were happy to produce this for Lieferando customers. I found this bizarre. I walked out in disgust and would never return under any circumstances. I did ask to speak to a manager and was told this wasn't possible either. Staff on duty didn't even seem surprised by my complaint, which makes me think it is normal.

That wasn't tasty, that wasn't super tasty, that was DELICIOUSLY DELICIOUS. Delivery time great, driver extremely friendly, prices unbeatable. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

The service is just really bad: I ordered for pickup via Lieferandoo, but it started to rain outside, so I spontaneously wanted to eat the goods inside, but I was told that I wasn't allowed to eat an order in the store and therefore had to go out. Unbelievable, even though the shop at Kleispark was completely empty. Ok, the quality was good, but the service, just absolutely bottom drawer. I wrote an email to Burger Vision about this and never received a response. Very bad customer service 😒

Not worth the Hype, the packaging is cute and all but it doesn’t protect the cold from entering my unsalted fries, at least wrap the paper all around my sweet burger, overall was good but don’t get it delivered, the thing I was most excited about was to wash all that unflavored food down with my delicious fuzetea! We were here twice during our trip to Hamburg. once early Friday lunchtime & once early Sunday evening. Both times we received our food quickly, given the store's abundance. All dishes were fresh & perfectly prepared. From the patty to the sauces to the bun, everything was perfectly coordinated. The chicken burger was also very convincing. The cheese sauce separately for the fries and the chili cheese fries version were very tasty. Brilliant sauce 👍🏼 Overall we tried: Double Smash Chili Cheese, Double Smash BBQ, Fries, Cheese Fries, Chili Cheese Fries, the Chicken Burger, Classic Smash, so apart from the vegan versions, pretty much everything. The staff were also very friendly. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

Delivery just didn't come. Waited 2 hours and then it said “delivered”. Lieferando doesn't do anything. Hope Paypal support sorts it out. But the food is good, that's why it's 2 stars, so you can pick it up, but it's better not to order.

The burgers taste good, but unfortunately they are small. If you are absolutely not hungry you can get one. If you're a little hungry you should treat yourself to 2 burgers and if you're really hungry you should treat yourself to 3 burgers. 2.5 roughly correspond to a kebab.

I ordered there and never again.!!! We ordered at 6:41 p.m. and our food didn't arrive until 8:40 p.m., we live a maximum of 10-15 minutes away by bike, 2 HOURS. The burgers and fries are ice cold and look terrible, see picture. WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER order from them again. -5 points!!!

Ordene en el mostrador y puede comer en (solo unas pocas mesas) , fuera o haber entregado. Cera total 13 euros inc bebida. Muy recomendable.

Unusually great burgers for a stable price and great fries

One of the best smash burger I have ever had. The bread melts in your mouth and the toppings have so much flavor. Great service, and good environment. I’m shocked there isn’t lines out the door.

Worst experience ever! I ordered through Lieferando and got 2!!!! Waited hours (Friday evening)! Ordered four burgers, two of which had an extra option. NOT A SINGLE BURGER came as ordered! Neither the regular ones nor the ones with extras!!! At least I ordered the burgers on a 2 for 1 deal, so I “only” paid €22 for the whole thing. The burger itself is relatively tasty, but I will never order there again! PS: the phone number listed on Google doesn't work. So you can't reach the store either!

I spontaneously got a Double Smash Burger. It was tasty and had a good amount of roasted flavors as I would expect. But it could flash me a little more in terms of taste. Service was good but seemed a little tired.

Singleburger: far too much bread, little content. I think double is a MUST. Chili Cheese Burger has a sweet sauce that doesn't taste good. Doesn't fit there at all. Cheese sauce on the fries was disappointing, topped with simple fried onions from the supermarket. Nothing special. Conclusion: don't understand the hype. Rather mediocre quality. But tastes are different.

The food was very tasty and arrived very quickly, but we didn't get the sauces we ordered for the fries. They just don't taste as good when dry.

I had ordered food. Because it didn't arrive, I called where it was. Answer, we were there and the name is apparently not on the doorbell. I sent the photo of my doorbell with the name. No reaction. Then I called because I had already paid with credit card and wanted to ask if I could pick up my food myself. Answer We threw that away because it was cold (supposedly). I ask, did you throw away a Coke and an ice cream because it was cold? Hung up. The store is absolutely not recommended, the behavior of the boss in particular is sometimes more than just not legal. I don't know what the food tastes like because I never got any. I hope they go bankrupt.

The cheeseburger isn't bad, but customers here probably think they're retarded. The cheeseburger that I ordered a few days ago for €8.50 is no longer on the menu. Instead, there is a “2 for 1 promotion” for the cheeseburger, for a whopping €19. So first of all, €8.50 * 2 equals €17. How do you get to 19€ now? If I get 3 cheeseburgers for the price of 2, it's a "3 for 2 promotion", then you spelled that out incorrectly. But I don't want 3 cheeseburgers, why am I being forced? Can't get rid of your goods? If I get two cheeseburgers, it's a "2 for 2" promotion so no discount, instead a hidden price increase and no option to buy a single burger. Do you expect me to order from you again?

We ordered two burger menus and both had small portions compared to the menu. Taste-wise they were average; I can't say it's a must to go there. However, if you're hungry like we were and short on time, you can spend €30 on two meals

It's a dirty place, I saw the kitchen, it's dirty everywhere, they don't wear gloves, it's disgusting. It is also expensive don’t waste your money here

In the evenings, this store is apparently completely overwhelmed by the large number of online orders. However, the burgers can hardly be the reason. For €10, after waiting 45 minutes, I got a shriveled mini burger that had very sticky features (mozzarella sticks!). It was one of the worst burgers I've ever had.

Stable burger, double smash is recommended, condition is not that motivated, but it goes very quickly until the burger comes. For a meal that you want quickly and still tastes very good, the perfect spot.

Wir essen regelmäßig hier den veganen burger. Leider lässt die qualität immer weiter nach & gestern abend haben wir beschlossen nicht mehr bei burgervision den veganen burger zu holen. Der burger war einst sehr lecker, u.a. mit frischen salat & tomaten belegt. Gestern abend war der burger eine katastrophe. Er hat mich an einen aufgewärmten cheeseburger von mcD erinnert. Wirklich sehr traurig, dass die qualität so sehr nach gelassen hat, denn der preis ist gestiegen über die zeit, in der wir dort burger holen.

It's a shame that such good potential is wasted. At Lieferando, orders are sometimes only canceled after 45 minutes - 1 hour! This allows the customer to believe that the order will be delivered. Not very professional…

About a year ago it was absolutely amazing, fresh, delicious, lots of it. But since there are only these smash things, it's just run-of-the-mill food dripping with grease, which is a shame

I had the smash cheese without mozzarella sticks. All in all a solid burger, but unfortunately all of the flavor is masked by way too much sauce.

The burger here is not bad, it’s not great either but the fries are crispy and on point. You won’t be disappointed but you also won’t be astonished. I would eat here again for sure. The staff was polite and worked quickly. The decor was up to date and looks really nice and everything was clean. I would recommend.
