Simply beautiful to share and enjoy

Both the terrace and the restaurant are good places to stop for a break. The service is always friendly and quick. The coffee, cake, and ice cream are delicious.

We wanted to see if there was anything for dinner. We only had coffee and cake. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was far from cozy Italian. The waiter wished us good night at 4:15 a.m., which was disrespectful. The cheesecake and coffee were okay, but nothing special.

Delicious food and very friendly service. We had a great table right by the window with a view of the sea and the sunset.

We visited the Ponte in sunny weather. We actually wanted to sit inside because we were afraid it would be too windy outside. It wasn't cold at all thanks to the plexiglass panels between the tables. The waiter was at our table quickly and friendly. Our three pizzas and the bruschetta were served by two waiters at the same time. So we could start eating together. The pizza was very good, crispy on the edge and hot oil was served on request. Bruschetta was toasted (as it should be) and tasted good. We felt comfortable and would love to come back.

Worst spaghetti carbonara and tomato mozzarella ever eaten. The 5 minute terrine tastes better than the food. Service wasn't particularly nice either.

Highly recommended. Delicious food, great team. Food came quickly. Free seats.

When we ordered our salad you forgot the oil and icy. Even though we said it explicitly. Food is beautifully prepared and tastes good.

Sat on the terrace and let the wind blow around our noses. Coffee could have been hotter but worth a stop.

The ice cream sundaes were large and tasted really good – that’s plus points. Unfortunately, that was the only positive thing about our visit. A simple strawberry cup was apparently not possible, and no time was given to find an alternative. The waiter was extremely unfriendly and had no manners. I saved myself ordering more drinks and would have preferred to leave straight away. Particularly unpleasant: other guests were barked at, the menu was literally snatched from them, and people loudly asked across the entire terrace whether they wanted to pay by card - when asked, they only answered cursorily with "inside". The location itself is beautiful, but often a bit uncomfortable due to the wind. It's a shame - you get the feeling that guests are more of a nuisance here. I'm not coming back. For the first time, no tip was given. Too bad.

Chairs/tables were really very close together, unfriendly and annoyed service and the crowning glory was dirty cutlery!

The view is wonderful and if the weather is good you can also sit outside. Apparently we only had one very unfriendly waiter... the others seemed nice, but our waiter turned his back on us when we ordered and didn't let us finish. The order came quickly and the apple strudel was still warm. But when he brought the order he just slammed it on the table and mumbled to himself. Actually everything was great, except for the one waiter. Still highly recommended!

Great coffee on the Heringsdorf pier with a view over the Baltic Sea and the beach.

I was there with friends, it was full but still quiet. The service was super nice. The food was great, the pizza was warm and crispy. The food was there in 5 minutes. I give it 5 stars overall.

Nice staff, delicious food and good wine, you can get everything here and that's all you need on vacation. We always come here when we are in Heringsdorf. Great here!

Unfortunately very disappointed. We wanted to enjoy a nice piece of cake and ice cream in the sun. Unfortunately the cake doesn't deserve the name. It couldn't be cut any narrower, half was missing and covered in cream and the rest was just falling apart. The ice cream had pieces of ice in it and was completely overpriced. We were always happy to come, this time probably for the last time.

These were the worst pizzas we have ever had. The edges were burnt all around and the rest was just unpleasant. Staff just like the food. Not recommended. Not again.

We ate there on both days of our stay. The prices are low and the food is delicious. The waiters are very friendly. Unfortunately, the dishes usually lack some salt.

Unfriendly service, sloppy, cheeky and aloof. Rarely experienced such poor service. There was no strawberry cup, I had the impression he didn't understand my order. Again pointed to the ice cream sundae with strawberries on the menu, the waiter replied *It's there* and was done. Completely overlooked, it was written in a small size depending on the season, which is of course my own fault. The drinks were then just slammed on the table, the Aperol was also a joke. Then wanted to pay, the waiter asked cash or card. I answered card, he then just said completely mushy at the counter and left. Then I ran after him like a dog and looked for him. When he typed in the amount he wanted a tip, thank you no, I'd rather pay appropriately.

The last time I was in this restaurant was 8 years ago in the summer. At that time we sat outside and the service as well as the food were impeccable. Tonight we were very disappointed. The waiter seemed unfriendly and annoyed to me. There were a lot of guests there and it was very loud and unpleasant. We were also asked whether other guests could sit at our table. Our denial was accepted. The bruschetta tasted good. The salami pizza was unappetizing. The edge was burnt and the taste was very weak, despite the fact that it was topped with a lot of cheese and salami. In comparison, a pleasant visit to a restaurant.

Pizza was very tasty and, thanks to the well-organized kitchen, surprisingly quick even in a busy restaurant. Service very friendly. A dirty glass was replaced immediately. For two people around 60 euros with drinks, very fair. And of course the beautiful view of the water.

Great unusual place for a pizzeria: On the pier in Heringsdorf on Usedom. It's actually rare to find a pizzeria there. The pizzas were large and had plenty of toppings and tasted very good. Service was quick and polite even though it was quite busy. Food and drinks came quickly. The price was completely ok for this hotspot. We would come again. Italian food in the middle of the Baltic Sea, when do you ever have that?

Complete rip-off... Supposedly flambéed dishes offered are not prepared at the table but delivered from the kitchen without comment... 25€ for a plate of pasta is a disgrace without this method of preparation at the table. Of course you will not be informed about this audacity. And of course afterwards you have unpleasant discussions with the staff that go so far that you feel bad yourself. In this respect, we consider this to be borderline business conduct and behavior towards guests. We're definitely never coming back.

The food is good and the price is ok for the special place. Service was friendly but stressful. The atmosphere of sitting in the sun “on the Baltic Sea” is of course great.

Well located on the Heringsdorf pier, tables and chairs were separated outside, the staff didn't even let you finish when you ordered, the offer of apple strudel with ice cream & cappuccino was simply thrown down to us and other guests. Swedish ice cream sundae only had 2 scoops at most, the price-performance ratio wasn't right. Other guests have experienced the same thing in our immediate vicinity. Something like that doesn't work at all. When he was cashing out, he was also served, as there was no tip for this "good" service, and slammed the remaining money on the table and disappeared.

The five of us stopped at the Ponte Rialto. It's a shame, all the good (in the sun) seats outside were already taken. So we settled indoors. The atmosphere there also seems very cozy. We were taken care of immediately and in our opinion the service was really very good. We had noticed in previous reviews that the saw was probably jamming in this area. Apparently this deficiency has been successfully eliminated. People were friendly and accommodating at all times, and the orders came to the table at the same time so we were able to eat together. Unfortunately, this is not a given these days. The dishes were tasty, but not outstanding. My wife's homemade noodles would have been very good, but unfortunately the curry somehow ruined it. The children's portions were very tasty for the kids, but apparently not enough because they weren't really full. I thought my carbonara was very good, I have nothing to complain about. The price level and the location are completely okay. Overall, I give this four stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

The restaurant has lost its charm for me. It feels like a fast food restaurant. I've always enjoyed being there.

Very nice atmosphere with a view of the sea. Prices are no more expensive than anywhere else and the food is plentiful and very tasty. Everyone is welcome, regardless of whether they wear a suit or sweatpants 😉 everyone is served in a friendly manner

I stopped in here for a bite to eat. I had the mozzarella caprese (€11.90), a very generous portion and appetizingly presented. It was served with a good rosé wine. The baguette that came with it was still warm and delicious. The mozzarella was a bit too cold for me (but that doesn't necessarily detract from the overall dish). The service was very friendly and attentive. The Italian music fit the meal very well. Conclusion: I'll be back!!

Italian restaurant on the pier with a great view of the Baltic Sea. The food tastes good - the ice cream could be better. The homemade pasta and tomato soup are particularly delicious.

If I could give zero stars I would. Service: Bored staff, not attentive when ordering. Food tasteless.

We were drawn to the restaurant by the bridge and its location (as so many before us probably have been). Rialto conjures up images in our minds, memories, Venice, the Grand Canal, good food, Italy. Unfortunately, we were bitterly disappointed. We had two pastas. They were truly something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy: completely overcooked, mushy, tasteless. Just to remind you: pasta has to be al dente. You'd only find it served mushy in a retirement home. It was inedible. We had the feeling the pasta had been heated in a microwave, as it was strangely hot. I doubt it was fresh pasta, as my father had a pasta factory and I know what fresh pasta looks and tastes like... What a shame, as the starter was very good and the view was fantastic. The waiter was also very friendly.

Food was very good. However, the portions used to be larger for the same money.

We ordered coffee and 2 pizzas. The service is immediately + - normal (a separate + for the fact that the waiter does not know much Polish). The pizzas didn't look bad, but the taste was terrible. This is the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life. It was simply unbearable to eat it. There is a lot of tomato sauce on pizza and it is extremely thick and tasteless. And in general the pizza was not tasty. The service was also bad. They brought everyone one napkin. The plates are dirty. The waiters did not behave civilly. When the waiter came up and asked “Did you like the pizza?”, we answered honestly - “No”, in response he laughed. This is not about normal service, you have a lot to learn. The only plus of this place is the coffee. We ordered an Americano and a latte, it was delicious. So I can only recommend coffee in this establishment. But in general - I don’t recommend it!!!

Always very crowded. The quality of the food is good to very good, but the price is a bit expensive for me personally. If you come with several people and also have a drink, you can quickly reach €25 per person.

The view and service from the staff were fantastic. Unfortunately, when you order a small bottle of mineral water, you don't get a small, sealed bottle, but rather a glass that you can't tell whether it's sparkling tap water. Simply return it, this is not permitted according to the mineral water regulations and is also too expensive. Only cheap rapeseed oil is served with the salad, which I have never experienced at an Italian restaurant.

We've been there for dinner twice in the last 4 weeks. Unfortunately with great disappointment. You only get cheap ham and salami on the pizzas. You can clearly taste this. Furthermore, one pizza was completely over salted, so we had to give it back. On the other hand, the preparation of all the dishes (about 12 meals) went very quickly. At the end came the reckoning. The waiter explicitly asks everyone what is on the bill. Instead of accounting for everything exactly, he mixed everything up. Here two drinks too many for one meal too little. The next time it's the other way around. So I can't rate this pizzaria with 5*.

March 12, 2025 Unfortunately we didn't take any pictures and the operators weren't interested anymore! For dinner we had fish soup twice and bruschetta once! The soup was water with mussels, squid and other ingredients but with a lot of fish but no taste. Even with an announcement there was no... I'm sorry... or anything like that. It's a shame... the service was very friendly

The Ponte Rialto is located in Heringsdorf on the pier. There isn't much more that can be said. We only had something to drink there and therefore can't comment on the food. The ambience is nothing special and does not exude any atmosphere.

Very pleasant atmosphere with a great view of the Baltic Sea and beach, with attentive service. We had pizza, pasta and schnitzel. All food and drinks were impeccable.

Regular customer for 5 years, always happy. Delicious food. Service is always friendly and courteous. In my opinion you don't just deserve 5 stars, stay as you are.

I was there today at the end of my 3-week rehab and I have to admit, everything was TOP... the price was completely legitimate and you got something accordingly. I'd love to come back. 👍

Very unfriendly don't accept reservations for two people for dinner. In the evening the staff will tell you that you have to make a reservation.

Hier wird anstatt eines Original Drinks (Aperol Spritz) ein Aperitivo Spritz serviert und der schmeckt grauenhaft. Viel zu süß. Anscheinend legt man hier keinen Wert auf Qualität. Das findet sich auch beim Käse auf der Pizza wieder. Vom Service ganz zu schweigen. KEINE EMPFEHLUNG ! TOURISTENFALLE !

A great restaurant on the pier. We only went for coffee in the afternoon and had delicious tiramisu or apple strudel with vanilla ice cream. We immediately decided to come back again in the evening. Then there was pizza and lasagna, followed by bruschetta. Delicious. And the prices for the location are just as normal as anywhere else. Now that it's the low season, we got a place without any trouble, but it's probably advisable to reserve later.

Wenn man einen Aperol Spritz bestellt bekommt man einen Aperitivo Spritz.....Ja es ist kein Aperol sondern ein MeToo Produkt....und das schmeckt scheusslich...viel,zu süß...... Bei der Pizza geht es dann weiter.....der Käse.....??? Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

The Ponte Rialto restaurant on Usedom impresses with its location on the Heringsdorf pier. The view is fantastic, the food is solid, but expensive. While the service is often praised, there is also criticism of waiting times. A visit is worth it!

Dinner into the twilight. Of course a great view of the Baltic Sea. Delicious seafood soup and garlic bread...☺️ I was very satisfied...Prices are appropriate for the exposed location. It's less romantic and cozy.

I was really looking forward to the pasta in parmesan cheese that you see in the videos, but unfortunately it isn't available. Unfortunately, the fish and the fried potatoes were rather fatty and unseasoned. The bruschetta was delicious. The service was friendly, but unfortunately the ambience inside is not that nice. But you definitely have a great view in the daylight.
