The service was overtired, unfriendly, and like a quick tourist trap. The wine tasted terribly cheap, and the bruschetta was the worst I've ever eaten. The bread was good, but the tomato sauce must have been sitting around for ages. It was bland and tasted old and slightly fishy. The only good thing was the sea view... I expected more culinary pride from Italians.

We went out for dinner last night, as we always do when we're in Heringsdorf. However, we were a bit disappointed. The pizza was delicious, but the bruschetta wasn't toasted and had no seasoning, onions, or garlic. What a shame.

Very delicious food, very rude waitress. We had to ask her five times if we could finally pay, but she ignored us. Then we asked another waiter who let us pay directly. We also asked her if we could wrap our food, and she handed us two small sheets of aluminum foil for four pizzas and left. So, as I said, great food, but a very rude and rude waitress (the rest of the staff was very friendly).

I found a metal splinter in my food. After speaking with an employee, I was informed that it was part of a cleaning sponge. Lovely! They also tried to charge me the full price, since I had eaten it. When I refused to pay, I was met with utter disapproval. Outrageous. On top of that, my porcini mushroom ravioli were served with a standard Maggi ready-made sauce. Not tasty.

The service was terrible – the wait staff were in a bad mood – no hello, no please, no thank you. Ice cream and coffee were placed on the table without comment. The change was thrown onto the table one by one. We felt like we were disturbing the waiters. No thanks – never again

The restaurant is a hot spot! That's why there's more activity there than anywhere else. The staff doesn't let the guests notice; of course, it can sometimes be quite crowded inside when too many guests are looking for a seat and too few are leaving because the weather isn't inviting outside. The staff can't do anything about that. The service was prompt and appropriately friendly despite the full house. Orders and deliveries were prompt. There were five of us, and we had four different pizzas and one pasta dish. The quality of the pizzas was very good, but the pasta dish was not so good. We will be back.

According to the opening hours, it's open until 10 p.m. Upon entering the restaurant (8:30 p.m.), I was rudely told "We're closed." Changing the opening hours on Google only takes a few seconds.

The restaurant is located on a beautiful jetty. The coffee and cake were also good! This restaurant clearly has a service problem. Waiters speak derogatorily about German guests in Arabic. They don't react. And they don't do their job.

The staff is on the ball, and the service is excellent. The set menu is fine for our taste, and the portions are a decent size.

The ambiance is cool, and the food was quite okay. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired—we had to pay in the middle of our meal because the waiter wanted to leave. The glasses were also dirty, which remained a rather unpleasant impression even after a replacement drink.

I was pleasantly surprised. Given the unique location, I thought I'd expect some compromises in the food and exorbitant prices – but the opposite was the case! The food was delicious (al dente pasta with plenty of salmon and fresh zucchini, and a very generous and delicious kids' pizza). The ice cream and espresso were also of good quality. All at fair prices and with very friendly staff.

Great location, great view, delicious apple strudel with ice cream and cappuccino, and Aperol as well... but the service was terrible. The order was simply left somewhere on the table without a word.

Anyone who has something to complain about here has only themselves to blame. Very friendly staff, delicious food, and prompt service. Parmesan cheese was brought later, and we were quite full. Nevertheless, we were lucky and managed to snag a beach chair. Dining right above the Baltic Sea... unbeatable.

You know what, we went there to see for ourselves what it's really like. So many times you've been there and haven't been tempted... We entered... three waiters and one waitress (they stood in front of each one, dressed similarly, chatting, and there were two people behind the bar... no one, but no one approached. We stood there, stood there, they only glanced a few times and continued the conversation. But I thought to myself, I'll go find a table myself, we'll see. After a while, the waiter came. Very nice, I won't lie. As for the food: the bruschetta was average, one of the weaker ones... the bread wasn't very well-seasoned, not enough garlic, no olive oil, no spices, the tomatoes were decent, but considering it was still tomato season, they could have been better. But it was edible. It varies. The pizza... thin and strange, no spices. The salad was a disaster. It tasted like the one from Lidl for 2 euros. The olives were the cheapest quality, the pepperoni were hard enough to bite, four thick cucumber slices were dried out, and three A quarter of a tomato, god knows what kind. Definitely not ours, seasonal ones. I suspect the 1-2 euro ones from Lidl, if not worse. Dressing? It existed... half a teaspoon on top. Maybe on that dried-out piece of arugula. What a disaster. For that price? There was no Parmesan. The olive oil on the table stank, the plates were unwashed. Not a candle, nothing. People come there hungry, they'll eat. They'll come all day, but what we got had nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Italians smell fresh, cheeses, oregano... unfortunately, it's not very good here. The atmosphere is nice... if you make it yourself and get ready... because of the atmosphere among the waiters, the lack of music with any Italian accents... you don't need much to have a fresh, fragrant bar... what a shame.

I first came here in 2010, and since then, it's been a habit to eat pizza there at least once per vacation. Delicious food, with a great atmosphere!

The coffee is awful. The service is rude (at least for Poles). This is not what Germans encounter in Świnoujście!

A spontaneous lunch with a group of 8 people. Fast service, delicious food, and incredibly large portions. Even big eaters were left feeling very full.

The ambiance was quite nice, with a view of the Baltic Sea. However, the service was superficial and unfriendly. Order, drink, pay, and then immediately vacate the table. There were enough seats for the new guests, so why the hustle and bustle?

We arrived at the restaurant around 2 p.m. and asked if they could open our beach chair for us. We were told they didn't have a key and it was about to rain. "The sun is coming out," I said. The waiters didn't respond. They let us stand there for another five minutes. Then we left and will never visit this unfriendly, so-called Italian restaurant again. There are plenty of other restaurants there. I wouldn't recommend it. 👎👎👎

I was there recently and, honestly, I was very disappointed. The coffee tasted like it came from a vending machine – completely unacceptable for a restaurant. And then there's the service... The waiter offered us a table right next to the dishwasher, which was loud and uncomfortable. So I asked if we could sit at other empty tables (and there were quite a few), but the response was, "It's his restaurant and he decides who sits where," and he gave us a dirty look. Seriously? This kind of attitude is completely wrong. In short: the coffee is poor, and the service is even worse. The only positive is the location by the pier, but everything else effectively discourages us from returning.

Much better than expected. Great pizza in a very touristy place. The dough was top-notch, the toppings delicious, and the price for a very large pizza was very reasonable. The ambiance and service were excellent. We'll be happy to come back for the pizza again.

The pizza was delicious, and the view and atmosphere on the pier are something special. Points deducted for the restrooms… they were unfortunately very poorly maintained, including no soap.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. Apparently, the opening hours are also incorrect. While you're still eating, you're asked to hurry and told that the opening hours are incorrect. It was 8:45 p.m. A shame for such a beautiful location.

The food is borderline! Too salty, Salza! The ambiance is exceptional, and our server was great! But overall, only 2 points. And the beer they serve is ONLY Warsteiner and Hefeweizen!

The food is highly recommended and the price/performance ratio is very good. If you leave hungry, there's no help for you.

The white wine was so warm that ice cubes couldn't save it, the Parma ham on the pizza was so streaked with fat that you couldn't even recognize the ham, and besides, who likes burnt pizza? What was really good was the view of the Baltic Sea.

The tuna salad was completely watered down and had no dressing. I complained, and the answer was, "Would you like a new one?" No, I just didn't want to eat the salad. The tuna pizza had raw onions and was inedible. The cappuccino with arugula, mushrooms, and Parmesan would have been great if the Parmesan hadn't been all over it. The spaghetti with seafood and fish pieces in a white wine sauce had no flavor; there were no pieces of fish to be found. All in all, disappointing; we won't be coming back.

Relatively reasonable prices, which surprised me quite a bit. It's a very comfortable place to sit and eat ice cream. The food on offer also made a good impression. All in all, I can only recommend it.

First of all, the sea views were beautiful. My food was actually very good, and we didn't have to wait long. The only minor drawback was the rather long wait for service, even though they saw us coming. One minor drawback was the lack of Polish on the menu. I think a restaurant this close to the border should have a menu in the neighboring language. It's very busy, as is the case on the pier on weekends.

Had a tomato soup and a fanta. The waiter certainly wasn't the friendliest I have met and really hated to be there. The soup was ok but the Fanta was flat. Setting is good at the end of the pier on a sunny day.

This was the first restaurant where I didn't tip, as I'd never experienced such unfriendly waiters before. It's a shame, actually, because it's actually a very nice restaurant. I can't comment on the food, as the waiter's unfriendliness put me off my appetite, so I only had a latte macchiato.

Google Maps says they are open until 10 p.m., wanted to reserve a table for 8 p.m. and then I was told on the phone that they are only open until 6 p.m. on a Friday, well, that can happen, just refresh it, well, the day before they were open until 10 p.m. but apparently not on Fridays, well in any case, the man on the phone was very unfriendly, I told the man to have a nice weekend, then he just hung up and the conversation wasn't any better.

A very charming and interesting place a few kilometers beyond our border. Deep in the sea, on the pier, you can enjoy delicious, freshly brewed coffee. Serving with aromatic seafood spaghetti and delicious fish soup, the atmosphere is reminiscent of the sea and the flavors of the sea, accompanied by the breeze. There are separate areas with open screens. You can soak up the sun, or you can go inside, where the aroma of coffee fills your nostrils. It's hard to finish a single cup of those gigantic desserts and ice cream, but after dinner, it's more than enough for two or three people. The downside is that you have to go upstairs to the restroom. The prices are very reasonable compared to those in Kołobrzeg. The free pier, far out into the sea, is undoubtedly a special attraction.

The view is great, and eating with a dog was no problem. However, I would describe the food as standard, and the service could be a bit more relaxed. They should choose a different music selection for the interior, which is a bit more relaxing for dining. You have to pay extra for the restrooms... Conclusion: The view is great, the rest is okay.

Three stars because the view is beautiful and the food is good! But the staff is terrible! Very unfriendly! We wanted to swap tables because there was a basket there because of the sun, as I had a dog with me! We were lied to and told that it was reserved! Then the next people arrived and the waitress told us her table was reserved, and the man was quite surprised! "Huh, we didn't make a reservation! The condition is now!" I found that very rude and cheeky.
