Dinner into the twilight. Of course a great view of the Baltic Sea. Delicious seafood soup and garlic bread...☺️ I was very satisfied...Prices are appropriate for the exposed location. It's less romantic and cozy.

I was really looking forward to the pasta in parmesan cheese that you see in the videos, but unfortunately it isn't available. Unfortunately, the fish and the fried potatoes were rather fatty and unseasoned. The bruschetta was delicious. The service was friendly, but unfortunately the ambience inside is not that nice. But you definitely have a great view in the daylight.

If you advertise opening hours until 10:00 p.m. on the website, you should at least inform the guest on the restaurant or the advertising display that it closes at 8:30 p.m., or you should also change the website. At 8:15 p.m. we were informed that it would be closing soon, dessert was canceled and cleaning work began. On the way home we were overtaken by the staff rushing home. We wish you a nice evening! We won't be coming back. To be fair, the food was okay. But the way the remaining guests were treated as the end of the day approached is beyond belief. The last couple had an older waiter counting down the minutes. We have never experienced anything like this. It's a shame about the beautiful location of the restaurant. Prices up, service down, a worrying development.

Location was of course very nice on the jetty, but pizza 🍕 and lasagne were really not good either in terms of taste or to the eye. It's a shame, we were disappointed and can't recommend it.

Very attentive service but the food wasn't good. Only the iceberg lettuce and the fried potatoes were totally soggy, sorry, but I expected something better for the price.

Disaster. When we entered we were told this site was not served. We could understand. So we sat on the other side of the restaurant, right in front of the counter. A waiter ran past and served the next compartment. Another positioned himself in the room but took no notice of us. After 15 minutes we got up, got dressed and left. A waiter nodded goodbye, still smiling. I've never experienced software before. Neither in Germany nor anywhere else in Europe. I can no longer find words for so much incompetence and incompetence. No matter how hungry I am or how great the food is, I will definitely never cross the threshold of this place again. Not a good advertisement for Heringsdorf. Too bad. I can't rate the food, I didn't get anything. Service 5 black stars.

Dog friendly, nice staff, great view

Wenn man auf der Internetseite mit Öffnungszeiten bis 22:00 Uhr wirbt, sollte man den Gast wenigstens am Restaurant oder den Werbeaufstellern darauf hinweisen, dass bereits 20:30 Uhr geschlossen wird, oder gern auch den Internetaufftritt ändern. 20:15 Uhr wurden wir über das baldige Schließen informiert, das Dessert fiel aus und die Reinigungsarbeiten begannen. Auf dem Heimweg wurden wir dann vom heimstürmenden Personal überholt. Wir wünschen schönen Feierabend! Wiederkommen werden wir nicht.

The food was quite good. The service was nice and quick. Unfortunately, we were more or less rushed while eating because they wanted to finish work, even though it was just after 8 p.m. We had to pay for the food and drink before we even ate.

A great place to relax and just stare at the sea

Location and view great! But you can forget about food. Pizza looks really good, only the sauce on it is terrible. Pasta with scampi was okay, but unfortunately the scampi was still in its shell! Food is definitely not high quality. But taste is debatable.

There were four of us here today - pleasant surprise, got space, nice service, price/performance ratio was right. Always happy again.

The worst tiramisu and the worst latte I have ever experienced. This restaurant has nothing at all to do with Italian cuisine, which you can tell from the menu, because Viennese-style schnitzel is not available at a real Italian restaurant with pride and honor. Shame on you. I would have liked to give 0 points.

We were here at lunchtime, initially just wanted to have a drink, but then shared a pasta dish. So... the location on the pier, practically on the Baltic Sea, is fantastic... but that's about it, which can be highlighted positively. The service is completely unmotivated. The menus are unimaginative, ugly, stuck together - really disgusting. The furnishings are inappropriate and outdated, you just don't feel comfortable here. There are actually still salt and pepper shakers (unbelievable for an Italian) like they were decades ago. You can perhaps turn a blind eye to salt, but Italians don't have a pepper mill... no, that's not possible. According to the menu, the pasta was homemade, that's possible, but we weren't sure, there were definitely canned mushrooms in the 'fresh' pasta, sorry, that's a no-go. The beer prices are disproportionately high. Overall, the prices for the food were okay. You can eat there, we have actually eaten worse, but for us we would just want to go for a drink here and enjoy the view.

The restaurant on the pier. The view alone is worth a visit. Apart from that, the food is delicious. A reservation was not necessary now in November. The service was quick, as was the preparation.

The restaurant is located in a privileged location The food is generally good, the price is somewhat more expensive than similar restaurants, but the pizzas are huge, so the value for money is correct. What we didn't like is that they got the wrong pizza, they didn't put one that we hadn't ordered, we told them so and to do them a favor, we kept that one, but they charged us for the one they brought us by mistake instead of the one they brought us by mistake. We asked for it to be more expensive. Since it was the fault of the waiter who brought a pizza that we had not ordered, at least they charged us for what we did order. There was not much difference, €3, but it made us feel bad, because it was his mistake, and for doing us the favor of not making the pizza again, he charged us more than we had planned

Everything is made for tourism... pizzas are fast, big and not really tasty.... In our opinion, pictures of Venice don't fit the Baltic Sea, at least not on the pier... it's a shame that there isn't a good fish restaurant here ...would be a better fit.

You pay for the view, cakes are thawed, apple strudel is dry and small. The cheese on the pizza was soggy and I felt sick afterwards.

Titel: Enttäuschung pur – ein kulinarisches Desaster im Ponte Rialto Ich hatte mich wirklich auf ein saftiges Schnitzel und leckere Bratkartoffeln gefreut, aber was mir im Ponte Rialto in Heringsdorf serviert wurde, war eine einzige Zumutung – und das ist noch nett formuliert. Das Schnitzel war lauwarm, zäh und schmeckte wie das billigste Tiefkühlprodukt aus dem Discounter. Die Panade? Weder knusprig noch frisch, sondern klebte am Fleisch wie eine alte Tapete – trocken wie die Wüste und mit dem kulinarischen Genuss eines Stücks Sandpapier. Das Fleisch selbst war hart wie Leder, und ich hatte fast das Gefühl, eine Handsäge zu benötigen. Tiefkühlkost kann okay sein, wenn sie gut zubereitet wird – aber hier war das alles andere als der Fall. Es hat schlicht und ergreifend nach Billigfleisch geschmeckt, und die Qualität war absolut minderwertig. Und als ob das nicht schon schlimm genug wäre, waren die Bratkartoffeln eine weitere herbe Enttäuschung. Keine Spur von knusprig oder goldbraun – stattdessen bekam ich halbgare, perfekt runde, maschinell geschnittene Lappen serviert, die jeglichen Geschmack vermissen ließen. Es wirkte wie Gummischeiben, die für ein billiges Theaterstück als Kartoffelattrappe herhalten mussten. Dazu noch halbherzig geschnittene Speckwürmer – und ja, Würmer trifft es gut. Unappetitlich und überhaupt nicht das, was man von selbstgemachten Bratkartoffeln erwartet. Für 19 Euro, was meiner Meinung nach viel zu viel war, denn das Essen hatte keinen Mehrwert als 3-4 Euro, obwohl es eigentlich eher eine Unverschämtheit ist, sowas kostenlos zu servieren! Fazit: Das Essen im Ponte Rialto war eine einzige Katastrophe. Von Genuss keine Spur – es wirkte, als hätte hier jemand einfach ohne Mühe tiefgekühlte Fertigware in die Pfanne geworfen und sie schlecht zubereitet. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

No trace of crispy or golden brown - instead I was served undercooked, perfectly round, machine-cut lobes that lacked any flavor. It looked like rubber disks that had been used as a dummy potato for a cheap play. Add half-heartedly sliced ​​bacon worms – and yes, worms are good. Unappetizing and not at all what you expect from homemade fried potatoes. For 19 euros, which in my opinion was way too much because the food had no added value other than 3-4 euros, although it's actually rather an outrage to serve something like that for free! If you like falling into a tourist trap and eating subpar frozen food, this is perfect. Conclusion: The food at Ponte Rialto was a complete disaster. There was no trace of enjoyment - it seemed as if someone had simply thrown frozen ready-made food into the pan without any effort and cooked it poorly. Absolutely not recommended.

Very disappointing this time. No tablecloths, not even a small tea light on the table. Tables were wiped with a rag that was in the waitress's fanny pack and was then dirty and put back in there. The bruschetta was cold and not crispy but just placed on the baguette bread. Our pizzas were lukewarm and not seasoned at all. Toilets were very dirty, there was toilet paper everywhere.

Both food and service terrible. The plates were dirty, the waiter cut them out in front of us with his hand. Drama! I do not recommend!

Wir sind nicht mal dazu gekommen uns hinzusetzen, geschweige denn zu bestellen, so unfreundlich war die männliche Bedienung. Wir waren dort das erste und letzte Mal. Einfach unerhört. Solche Arroganz hat keinen Stern verdient.

The food tasted good on our last visit. Today we were later, according to our website open Mon-Sun until 10 p.m. The opening times are also described this way on Google. When we got there, we were fobbed off with a "we're only open until 9 p.m." and the waitress ignored our information and repeated "always only until 9 p.m.".

Wir waren 3 x hintereinander da (weil aller perfekt passte!) und die Bedienungen waren mega freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten an den Tagen eine sehr gut schmeckende Salami Pizza Bambino. Teig lecker kross, Mozzarella und Salami ( unser Kleiner konnte nicht genug bekommen!), der Zander war ebenfalls super, Haut kross, leicht glasig gebraten auf den Punkt mit Bratkartoffeln und Speck. Gute Idee ebenfalls, das die Bratkartoffeln wahrscheinlich auch mit einem Hauch Kurkuma versehen waren - für uns spitze!! Calamaris und der Mix Fisch Teller und Knobi ebenfalls sehr lecker. Dann noch Tartuffo Eis, Schockeeis, Grappa und den passenden Hauswein weiß. Vielen Dank auch an die Bedienungen, welche deutsch , portugiesisch und englisch sprechend sind (obrigado🙏🏼)

Pizza sieht toll aus, schmeckt aber leider nach gar nichts. Auf unsere Kritik wurde von einem Kellner unterirdisch reagiert. Ein anderer Kellner sprang ein, um die Situation zu retten. Aber es half nichts mehr. Am Ende sahen wir dann noch auf der Rechnung, dass ein alkoholfreier Cocktail für 8,50€ gebucht wurde. Teurer als ein Aperol Spritz oder Ähnliches. Bitte meiden & das Geld lieber woanders ausgeben.

A restaurant on the sea! You don't have to say anything more when it comes to ambience to give it 5 stars! Yes, it was cold and no, the heaters weren't turned on, but that's no surprise given the energy prices. The food was more than sufficient in quantity and super tasty. Clean toilets, courteous staff. Everything was great and definitely worth the trip. Gladly again.

I have no idea why there are such bad reviews about the food, which wouldn't be good. I absolutely CANNOT understand. The pizza was great, I would even say the best I have ever eaten. The pasta was also very tasty and tasted like Italy. For a pier in a health resort you have to say, it was a hell of a lot - price performance was crazy and we hadn't expected it. We even went there twice, once by car and once by boat (vacationed in Międzyzdroje). The waitresses (I think they were a family) were also really nice. Always and always recommended. We'll be back.

The view is very nice and the drinks were ok. For a restaurant, Meßner tea is not a sign of quality. One waiter walked past us three times and didn't have a look at the occupied tables. We were then served, but it was totally careless. We then preferred to move on.

Impersonal reception, the employee hardly said hello and only waved in the direction of two tables. The selection of food and drinks is okay, the portions are quite large and the price is reasonable. The pizzas tasted okay. The atmosphere is very uncomfortable. The restaurant looks poorly maintained or not at all harmonious / lovingly or alternatively modern. Loud, inappropriate music, some employees unfriendly. People laughed and joked together, but the gentleman was very indifferent towards the guest. Waiters stood in the aisle with their arms crossed or were typing on their cell phones. As we ate, there was a sweeping sweep at the ice cream counter, we sat quite close, it didn't matter. The ice cream was not covered during sweeping, delicious. Conclusion: OK for a quick meal without any pretensions. Not more.

The food tastes very good and there is a reasonable selection of dishes. Even on busy days you don't have to wait long and the waiters remain friendly. Of course, the ambience should not be forgotten with the large windows and the great sea view.

After paying nicely, I was offered a place to wait and after a very short time I received the pizza freshly baked handed out fragrant. Yummy. Unfortunately, we had a seat where we couldn't see out very well because there was a huge sign right next to the window, blocking our view. The service from the staff was also “okay”. There was a nice hello, but unfortunately not a goodbye. The drinking came relatively quickly. Eating took a few minutes longer. The food - in our case bruschetta and two pizzas (Hawaii and Svenezia) were unfortunately not very tasty. While you could still eat the bruschetta, although it actually had too many tomatoes on it and was missing some oil, you could completely forget about the pizzas. The edge was too thick compared to the base, it tasted watery, the cheese didn't taste good, the ham was just slapped on and didn't taste good either... we actually expected more for the prices. Unfortunately it was the first and last time there.

No matter what the weather, the restaurant is always worth a visit! You are essentially in the middle of the water and enjoy the food and drink. The food comes to the table fresh and hot and the service staff are very friendly and typically Italian. A visit with a dog is always welcome.
