Reasonable price-performance ratio, fast service, beautiful views.

I was there recently and, honestly, I was very disappointed. The coffee tasted like it came from a vending machine – completely unacceptable for a restaurant. And then there's the service... The waiter offered us a table right next to the dishwasher, which was loud and uncomfortable. So I asked if we could sit at other empty tables (and there were quite a few), but the response was, "It's his restaurant and he decides who sits where," and he gave us a dirty look. Seriously? This kind of attitude is completely wrong. In short: the coffee is poor, and the service is even worse. The only positive is the location by the pier, but everything else effectively discourages us from returning.

Much better than expected. Great pizza in a very touristy place. The dough was top-notch, the toppings delicious, and the price for a very large pizza was very reasonable. The ambiance and service were excellent. We'll be happy to come back for the pizza again.

The pizza was delicious, and the view and atmosphere on the pier are something special. Points deducted for the restrooms… they were unfortunately very poorly maintained, including no soap.

We had dinner on the pier in the evening, and it was a real highlight. Great food, very friendly staff, and the ambiance was unique. Highly recommended.

The food is good, but the service is terrible. Apparently, the opening hours are also incorrect. While you're still eating, you're asked to hurry and told that the opening hours are incorrect. It was 8:45 p.m. A shame for such a beautiful location.

The waiter was incredibly unfriendly. Delicious ice cream and good coffee. The ambiance was so-so, and the menus and appearance seemed very dated.

The food is borderline! Too salty, Salza! The ambiance is exceptional, and our server was great! But overall, only 2 points. And the beer they serve is ONLY Warsteiner and Hefeweizen!

The food is highly recommended and the price/performance ratio is very good. If you leave hungry, there's no help for you.

Heringsdorf pier, always recommended.

The white wine was so warm that ice cubes couldn't save it, the Parma ham on the pizza was so streaked with fat that you couldn't even recognize the ham, and besides, who likes burnt pizza? What was really good was the view of the Baltic Sea.

This has nothing to do with Italian food. Everything tastes like it came from a hospital, without spices, without flavor. The worst carpaccio I've ever eaten. The location and the view are pluses.

We were pleasantly surprised. Normally, the food at such a hotspot is massively overpriced and rather subpar in quality. But here, you get a decent meal for your hero. The servers were friendly and on the ball.

The tuna salad was completely watered down and had no dressing. I complained, and the answer was, "Would you like a new one?" No, I just didn't want to eat the salad. The tuna pizza had raw onions and was inedible. The cappuccino with arugula, mushrooms, and Parmesan would have been great if the Parmesan hadn't been all over it. The spaghetti with seafood and fish pieces in a white wine sauce had no flavor; there were no pieces of fish to be found. All in all, disappointing; we won't be coming back.

The pizza was, as in previous years, the best in the Kaiserbäder. The staff was friendly, and the view of the sunset was fantastic.

Relatively reasonable prices, which surprised me quite a bit. It's a very comfortable place to sit and eat ice cream. The food on offer also made a good impression. All in all, I can only recommend it.

Had a tomato soup and a fanta. The waiter certainly wasn't the friendliest I have met and really hated to be there. The soup was ok but the Fanta was flat. Setting is good at the end of the pier on a sunny day.

First of all, the sea views were beautiful. My food was actually very good, and we didn't have to wait long. The only minor drawback was the rather long wait for service, even though they saw us coming. One minor drawback was the lack of Polish on the menu. I think a restaurant this close to the border should have a menu in the neighboring language. It's very busy, as is the case on the pier on weekends.

The pizza and pasta with pork strips was as disappointing as the grumpy, impersonal, stressed/hectic waiter. Such a beautiful place with so much potential. I had hoped for more.

This was the first restaurant where I didn't tip, as I'd never experienced such unfriendly waiters before. It's a shame, actually, because it's actually a very nice restaurant. I can't comment on the food, as the waiter's unfriendliness put me off my appetite, so I only had a latte macchiato.

Google Maps says they are open until 10 p.m., wanted to reserve a table for 8 p.m. and then I was told on the phone that they are only open until 6 p.m. on a Friday, well, that can happen, just refresh it, well, the day before they were open until 10 p.m. but apparently not on Fridays, well in any case, the man on the phone was very unfriendly, I told the man to have a nice weekend, then he just hung up and the conversation wasn't any better.

The gentleman, who was probably Turkish, was rude... My friend and I ordered a beer, only to be called to the cash register to pay immediately... And other customers were treated differently....

Great location. Fast staff. Spaghetti Bolognese was exceptionally good.

A very charming and interesting place a few kilometers beyond our border. Deep in the sea, on the pier, you can enjoy delicious, freshly brewed coffee. Serving with aromatic seafood spaghetti and delicious fish soup, the atmosphere is reminiscent of the sea and the flavors of the sea, accompanied by the breeze. There are separate areas with open screens. You can soak up the sun, or you can go inside, where the aroma of coffee fills your nostrils. It's hard to finish a single cup of those gigantic desserts and ice cream, but after dinner, it's more than enough for two or three people. The downside is that you have to go upstairs to the restroom. The prices are very reasonable compared to those in Kołobrzeg. The free pier, far out into the sea, is undoubtedly a special attraction.

The view is great, and eating with a dog was no problem. However, I would describe the food as standard, and the service could be a bit more relaxed. They should choose a different music selection for the interior, which is a bit more relaxing for dining. You have to pay extra for the restrooms... Conclusion: The view is great, the rest is okay.

The restaurant is recommended for its fantastic view. Unfortunately, the restrooms are not recommended, as there wasn't even any hand soap in the dispenser!

Three stars because the view is beautiful and the food is good! But the staff is terrible! Very unfriendly! We wanted to swap tables because there was a basket there because of the sun, as I had a dog with me! We were lied to and told that it was reserved! Then the next people arrived and the waitress told us her table was reserved, and the man was quite surprised! "Huh, we didn't make a reservation! The condition is now!" I found that very rude and cheeky.

The waiter doesn't really understand what you want, is inattentive, and seemingly untrained. The appetizer came with the main course, and the waiter didn't care about the complaint. The reply was: "I'm just a waiter." I'd go back for a drink on the terrace, but definitely not for the food!

I'll start with the positives – the view, as befits a seaside café, is stunning. You can see Świnoujście and Germany, and the view of the water and sky is wonderful. As for the negatives, I got the cheapest tea from Biedronka for 4 euros; the coffee tasted awful. Although the desserts look amazing, they're simply filled with store-bought sweets. But the worst part was the service. The waiter was very rude, treated us rudely, and didn't know a word of English. The menu is only in German, which is odd in such a touristy place. The pier itself is exceptional. I won't be returning to this café.

Given the unique and beautiful location on the water, we weren't expecting particularly good food. But! The food was homemade and outstandingly good! We had pizza and pasta, and finished with ice cream. The service was also excellent! Highly recommended.

The pizzas there taste excellent. However, the lasagna was awful. Far too much pasta, barely any béchamel sauce. Barely any cheese gratin. All in all, a tasteless mess. The order came very quickly. The service was good. Restrooms and facade a bit dated and unkempt. Beautiful location, great atmosphere.

The most beautiful view ever! At the end of the pier, overlooking the sea. The waiter was professionally friendly, but a bit irritated. He must have had a long day, which is to be expected. He was still very attentive. But the food... You can't go wrong with schnitzel and fries for a child. But the bruschetta... slices that were far too thick, with far too much tomato that just fell off. The bread wasn't brushed with oil or fried. The "tomato salad" was unfortunately flavorless. Hardly any seasoning. The portion was perfect. But because of the size of the slices, I had to pick the tomato off the bread and eat it separately.

The food was delicious! As were the iced coffee and chocolate ice cream! We highly recommend it. And the peace and quiet while eating with the view is absolutely lovely.

It's actually a really nice restaurant with a great location. If only it weren't for the listless and rude waiters who immediately shoo you away if you stand in the way for a moment. With such a rush of customers, you have to expect it to get crowded; you could politely point out that you have to get through. The nice location saved it to some extent, but your good mood sinks considerably when you only see annoyed and bored faces. From the time you sit down and order to the time you pay, the waiter was just annoyed through and through. It's a hard job, but if it's not for you, you'd better not do it. However, nothing is likely to change in the future, as it's just walk-up customers and most people only eat there once anyway.

Unreservedly recommend for a delicious pizza. Sit outside in sunny weather and eat something, unwind, and relax at very reasonable prices. We'd gladly go again.

Perfect food, great atmosphere...but the service level is at freezing point. Unfriendly, arrogant, unwilling waiters.

At first glance, it looks like a real tourist stop. However, the restaurant proved us completely wrong! Excellent food at a good price. And the location is also something special. It's a restaurant that deserves more than just a tourist restaurant reputation! We'd love to come back next year.

We ate here with the family. The service was excellent, the food came super quickly, and it was simply delicious. As we were leaving, the waiter came after us with his forgotten hat, and we were already quite a ways away. Service and friendliness are still very important here. We'd be happy to come back.

The beautiful sea view unfortunately couldn't compensate for the poor food and service. Due to the lack of small, vegetarian dishes, I had one of the worst and saddest salads I've ever eaten! Using the dirty bottles of vinegar and oil, as well as salt and pepper, I was able to mix my own dressing. In retrospect, I should have asked for some mustard and honey, as well as a small bowl and a whisk. Unfortunately, I only asked for dressing for the salad, whereupon the completely hectic waiter just jingled the bottles of vinegar and oil on the table with a spoon, claiming that "everything is original" in this restaurant. I always thought you can't go wrong with salad, but now I know that if no dressing is used and only dry, watery iceberg lettuce is used, that's completely wrong.

We were actually just about to have an apple strudel. But when we asked the waiter if we could sit at a table with a beach chair, he just replied very rudely, "It's closed, didn't you see the chain?" and went straight inside. Service could be better.

Unfortunately, it was just a regular Italian restaurant, one of those many chains you find in almost every city. I suspect my food (lasagna) was heated in the microwave, which means it wasn't fresh. My mother's salad was also very simple, nothing special. I don't think paying €40 for two people is justified. - The staff was clearly unhappy, very unfriendly. - Restrooms were unsanitary in some places.

We've been here several times now... the service was always very friendly, the pizza is delicious and huge! I'm a really big eater, but I reach my limits when I try to finish it all! We'll be back every time we go to Usedom.

The Ponte Rialto restaurant primarily benefits from its prominent location at the end of the pier, which offers an attractive view and a special atmosphere. The pizza served was decent in terms of taste, but somewhat oversized. The service was less convincing: The waiter's demeanor ranged from reserved to unfriendly, which was evident, among other things, in the way he silently handed over an empty box for the leftover pizza, which the guest had to pack themselves. The premature presentation of the bill, even before being asked for it, also did not contribute to a pleasant overall impression. Overall, it should be noted that while the restaurant's location is impressive, the service falls significantly short of expectations in several respects. A return visit seems questionable under these circumstances.

Let's start with the summary. You go here for the sea view, not for the food. The former is beyond reproach. Culinary-wise, however, you have to rub your eyes in amazement when the waiter serves an unmotivated and unmarinated salad with an Italian prego. The amazement continues with the fake Parmesan cheese and the fact that the long-prepared carpaccio needs only a meager dose of flavor with the careless lemon, the cheap oil from the filthy menagerie, and the lingering pepper dust. At least the staff, who have obviously been awake for three days, are a bit nervous but quick. Experience dining is a must. I'd gladly come back, for the sea, the view, but not for the food. A beer will do, too...

Very delicious food, very rude waitress. We had to ask her five times if we could finally pay, but she ignored us. Then we asked another waiter who let us pay directly. We also asked her if we could wrap our food, and she handed us two small sheets of aluminum foil for four pizzas and left. So, as I said, great food, but a very rude and rude waitress (the rest of the staff was very friendly).

I can only recommend it to everyone. The pizza base is made from a type of "corn flour," which makes it taste less dry. The pizzas are larger than average, so they just barely fit on the plate. The bruschetta is made with fresh ingredients and also tastes very good. If you ever visit, ask for the homemade chili oil 🔥

This is our 12th year in a row. It was always good. The negative comments, some of which are written by illiterate people and remind me of the reader's mail from Postillon, are difficult to understand, but some are hilarious. Parody! Today we had tomato soup, which was good. The 15 year old Son had spaghetti aglio, olio, peperoncino and was completely satisfied. He knows school meals, but also star cuisine. Nice atmosphere. The service is matter-of-fact, perhaps too North German-sober for an Italian restaurant. Island charm🤷🏻‍♂️🤔😁.

The waiters all seem to be Italian. They chatter and chatter and chatter, five people taking care of one thing, and eventually the rest of the place gets some attention.

We were asked how many people were coming, and when we replied that we only wanted to come as a couple, a reservation was no longer possible. Then you'll have to wait for the many "football teams"... We would have liked to review the food.

Good Italian cuisine, and of course, a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. A restaurant by the sea couldn't be better located. The food is also delicious, and the prices are a bit more expensive, as expected given the location, but it's definitely worth it.

We ordered prosciutto pizza and salad here in a prime location "on the Baltic Sea" with a beautiful sunset. The service was very friendly and quick. The prices for both drinks and the pizzas, salad, etc., were reasonable for the location. The pizzas were ready quickly, were very large, and the dough was particularly high quality and cooked to perfection. All in all, the taste was excellent. We'd be happy to come back!

Unfortunately, the cake wasn't tasty. It tasted very bland and fermented. They're not even able to properly store the frozen cake, which has been cut into mini slices, and serve it "fresh."

Unfortunately, a disappointing visit. We were there for coffee and ordered apple strudel with ice cream and cream. The extremely small piece of apple strudel was obviously not homemade and had been pre-made from a wholesaler. It wasn't crispy and you could barely cut it with a fork. Truly disgraceful for a restaurant with such an impressive location on the pier. Considering the amazing cakes in Poland just a few kilometers away (large slices, freshly prepared, reasonably priced), it's truly a tragedy what you're offered on the pier...
