Slow, unfriendly, conceited - simply catastrophic

Super delicious ice cream and an unbeatable price for the area. €1.50 per scoop!

Despite having a reservation, we were seated at a dirty table. After 30 minutes, we had our first and last drinks. After two hours and one complaint, we finally got our food, which was merely mediocre. Absolutely not recommended!

Delicious food and a great location. Unfortunately, the service is completely uncoordinated, both in the apartments and in the restaurant. As a guest, you have absolutely no idea where you stand.

Busy employees who seem to be doing everything at once. It's mainly a restaurant with a side hotel. We had to wait almost an hour for our room, with no explanation and without even being offered a glass of water in 30-degree weather. The employees were nice but somewhat disorganized. This was also reflected in the restaurant in the evening, where we also waited over an hour for drinks...the food came after two hours...it was very crowded...okay...but I haven't seen anything so disorganized in a long time. The apartment had a fantastic view of the harbor, which about 15 spiders loved so much that we let them use the balcony that evening.

We weren't served. When we asked, the answer was: "Mate!" I'm curious to see if Google will classify the truth as discriminatory again. Tip: The kiosk next door is better organized.

Sunday 10 August, 1 hour before receiving drinks, a level of disorganisation and nonchalance with the serving staff which I have rarely seen.

Great location, mediocre food, terrible service

Fantastic location with a view of the lake. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant. The food was very tasty, both pasta and pizza. However, the service was a bit taciturn and not entirely up to scratch. For example, you had to raise your voice when the drinks were all gone. The pasta arrived five minutes after the pizza, so I had to let my companion eat something first. Hence only 4 stars.

Ideal for holidays on Lake Constance

Unfortunately, we can't recommend this place. Reserving a table was straightforward. The drinks also arrived relatively quickly. However, we had to wait quite a while to place our order. In total, it took a good hour for our pizzas to be served. Other guests, who arrived even after us, had already had their food on their tables long ago. The bases of our pizzas were so hard that you could barely cut them with a knife. Overall, not recommended.

I've had some very good gluten-free meals there before. All pizzas and pasta are available as gluten-free options for an additional €2. The pizza is delicious and hardly distinguishable from regular pizza. The pasta is the same. I have celiac disease and have never had any problems or concerns. Highly recommended. :)

This was our second time staying there, both for lodging and for dinner. It was fantastic again. Everyone was very friendly and tried to accommodate us. Very clean rooms, delicious food, and my recommendation is the grilled fish platter. We've been to several restaurants on Lake Constance, and this is the best. The fish platter was really good for the quantity, and the taste was fantastic. Very, very tasty. Very good service.

The food was good and the terrace was very nice, but the service was clearly out of its depth. Very unfriendly.

If I could give no stars, I would! The staff was extremely unfriendly! It wasn't really busy, but we weren't even noticed at all. Regular customers next to us were served immediately. If my parents hadn't been there, we would have left! Only after shouting did a waiter come to our table after 30 minutes. When it came to paying, the same thing happened again. After another 30 minutes and three requests, I finally went inside. Conclusion: Nice terrace, good ice cream, but arrogant, incompetent staff! Not again!

We went there for dinner. The pizza was delicious. The place was very busy, and without a reservation, we unfortunately couldn't get a table outside. The restaurant was very busy, though. The waiters were always attentive, even though the place was so busy. Afterward, we had ice cream, and that was also delicious!

Top location, wonderful view of the lake, reasonable value for money. We enjoyed our meal, especially the fantastic ice cream. The service is quite demanding when the restaurant is full, but always friendly.

Great food, really friendly and great location

Despite having a reservation, we didn't get a seat - annoying and extremely unprofessional.

We've been there three times now. First visit: I was very skeptical because of the reviews, but hunger won out. The location is really great. The waitress took a while to find us so we could order. Drinks were fine, but we waited almost an hour for the food... I was repeatedly told that the food was still waiting (apparently, one of the two pizzas we ordered burned, so they both had to be remade). In the meantime, other customers had already received their food. The pizza was still very good. So, the first visit was more of a 3/5, but more because of the service. Second visit: The weather was bad, and unfortunately, there was nothing else nearby to eat. So we went back, this time inside. We were immediately greeted warmly and shown to a table. We had our drinks right away, and the food arrived in 15 minutes. A very nice gentleman served us and was always friendly and attentive. A great visit that completely impressed us. 3rd Visit This time outside again in beautiful weather. Very similar to the second visit with friendly service and delicious food. All in all, a lovely place where I would gladly return. The ice cream is also very tasty. 👋

Unfortunately, there were no children's meals, and smaller portions weren't available. Juice spritzers with still water weren't available, so we had to order two bottles and mix them ourselves. We ordered a small water, but a large one came. Pasta dishes arrived 20 minutes before the pizza, and then half the pizza was still missing. Not recommended for us with children.

We got two cups of ice cream there. I've never had anything so disgusting. It tasted absolutely awful; another family who got ice cream there also said it tasted awful. Luckily, there are enough trash cans for disposal. Minus 5 stars.

A really nice spot close to the water. We had some drinks and some ice cream. Both were very good! We can't comment on the other dishes since we didn't order anything. Service was also very fast!

The food is delicious. From pizza to pasta, everything is good. The waiter, Carmello, is super friendly and attentive. All wishes are fulfilled.

Six of us ate there, and it was delicious. From pizza to pasta, everything was excellent. The waitress, Carmelo, was excellent and very attentive and friendly. The chef also personally cooked us spaghetti vongole upon request. These were also fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The amarena ice cream sundae tasted good, but three amarena cherries are really a small portion. I asked the waiter for a few more cherries. I was rudely refused, pointing out that all amarena sundaes always come with three cherries. When I pointed out the photo in the ice cream menu showing seven or eight cherries, the waiter replied that they would have to change the ice cream menu. Terrible!

Even the most beautiful location is useless if you're not served and repeatedly ignored. It's a real shame.

Unfortunately, the ice cream isn't good :( which is a shame since it's the only ice cream parlor in Wasserburg.

Large terrace, good food, friendly service

We were able to spend a wonderful and delicious summer evening here with a fantastic view. Delicious food, whether pasta or pizza, with very friendly staff who were also attentive to our kids, and a delicious ice cream to finish off the meal. We say a huge thank you and will be back - molto bene👍🏻

We were on vacation in Wasserburg and ate there twice. The pizzas were very large and incredibly delicious. The spaghetti with olive oil was cooked to perfection. The lasagna was incredibly tasty, and the desserts (tiramisu and profiteroles) were equally delicious. The staff seemed a bit stressed, but they were still very friendly and up for a laugh. Yes, you do have to wait a while to order, but on our visits the terrace was full and the restaurant was pretty busy. We highly recommend this Italian restaurant. Besides the good food and reasonable prices, the view is truly beautiful.

The location is of course excellent. The food was really delicious. Pizza was very good! Service was beyond bad. We went out onto the terrace and no one paid any attention to us. We found our own seats and then we had to raise our voices so that someone would come and take our order. We didn't get enough cutlery. Two serving plates for five people. We ordered starters for the main course and it seems that they didn't listen to us. First the starters came, then nothing for a long time and then the main courses. You could sell a lot more business here if the service was a bit more attentive. During this time, up to ten people left because no service staff came. The staff were also very unemotional.

It's a shame when someone doesn't take an order correctly, blames the customer, brings the second ice cream after 15 minutes, and everyone ends up eating it alone. Bad service. You couldn't give a discount or a small bonus. It still tasted good.

The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately, three extra ingredients we ordered were left out. We paid for them anyway, of course, but realized at home that they weren't included.

I was skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews. But we weren't disappointed. The servers were super attentive and, despite some language barriers, very helpful. - It was difficult to cut the pizza with regular knives, but when one of the servers noticed this, they immediately brought us a sharp (carving) knife. The prices were also really reasonable for the location.

Absolutely not recommended. The waitress was incompetent and made spaghetti ice cream for the first time. It had artificial strawberry sauce and was way too sweet. Don't waste your money on this and go somewhere else.

We ate there twice. The pizzas are huge and delicious, and the lasagna is also very good. The staff is very nice and friendly. We went again today for breakfast, which was also very good. The price/performance ratio is within the usual range.

Wonderful view of Lake Constance from the terrace. Very friendly service, and the iced coffee and ice cream are simply delicious. Highly recommended if you're ever in Wasserburg.

Very good pizzeria, great service

The restaurant with a terrace is located on Lake Constance, and we had a truly beautiful view. The ice cream sundaes were delicious and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately, the staff lacked any service competence. We experienced complete overwhelm in a restaurant that wasn't even full, and endured long waits... and only after a friendly request were they willing to do something! They apparently didn't want any money either, as they showed no interest in taking the cash after repeatedly asking. We ended up paying at the counter. (They're honest people, after all.) Friendliness and diligence are not a priority at this Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, we can't recommend it.

Well, the location is great. Great view of the mountains, the harbor of Wasserburg, and Lake Constance. Wonderful. The food was delicious and beautifully decorated. Ice cream to go is highly recommended. BUT: When you go to the table to eat, we unfortunately had to wait a very long time. We were there for dinner in the evening; the weather was great and the terrace was full. All the waiters were friendly but chaotic and hectic. They didn't always have a clear view of things. We ordered pizzas and had to wait an hour for pizzas, which we only got after repeatedly asking. However, tables took ours, and those that came later got their food first. Probably depends on which waiter you get. As compensation, we got two free glasses of red wine and a big apology. That was very friendly. So, it's great to go there for ice cream, but for dinner you sometimes need a lot of patience. Price/performance ratio is okay.

There were eight of us. The staff seemed friendly at first, but then noticeably less so. Two ordered the monkfish, which was neither good in appearance nor in any other way. We then informed the waiter, but there was no reaction. The second waiter said that waiter 1 just doesn't speak German and didn't understand it. His reaction was friendly, but there was no feedback from the kitchen or the service....it's a shame we had been recommended there, but probably by an acquaintance....the day before Max and Moritz, that's what I call service and quality....it's a shame that they don't respond to comments. They obviously don't think it's necessary.

Very friendly welcome and good Italian cuisine! We enjoyed the lasagna, saltimbocca, and the Divina Creazione (spinach and ricotta ravioli). Beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommended after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

It deserves every star. Once again, the service was perfect; they even accommodated and served us a Sarti Spritz when we asked for it. The service was prompt and friendly. As it got busier, it took a little longer, but that's entirely understandable. The food was delicious, as always. The prices are absolutely reasonable for what you get on the beautifully presented plates. The ambiance is stylish and very clean. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Great restaurant with a lovely terrace right on the lake. The food is excellent, whether it's pizza, pasta dishes, or fish. Excellent Italian coffee and fast, super friendly service. We feel right at home and are happy to come back again and again!

The pizza was burnt and tasted like charcoal, and the service made us wait an extremely long and unnecessary amount of time. The only good thing was the location. The rest of the food isn't recommended.

The location is really nice and the ice cream tasted good - unfortunately the visit was marred by the service. We had to wait about 35 minutes before we could order and then another 30 minutes for our ice cream. The staff seemed stressed and unfortunately wasn't particularly friendly or attentive. It's a shame, because with better service the visit could have been much more pleasant.

The restaurant operates the public toilet next door. It was not possible to use it despite throwing in the required 50 cents. The door remained locked. The amount of money was lost.

Were eating here, everyone had a pizza and an ice cream for dessert, very tasty and large portions. At the beginning the waiters came and at the end you had to look for them to pay... inside on the way to the toilet it was very nice, clean and well maintained. Would love to come back

Were there today for the first time and also the last time. Our table on the terrace was shaking non-stop. When I asked if they could do anything, they said yes, I'll take care of it right away, but they didn't take care of it until the end. The unfriendly waiter puts the food on the table without asking who it belongs to. Pizza was like, well, salad without dressing. The big thing was when he was paying when he said goodbye when I said I would get my money back then he was pissed off. (I'm not petty and like to give tips but if you're served so unfriendly then don't)

First-class Italian restaurant with fantastic pizzas, delicious salads, a good drinks menu and fast service. The pizzas are large, very tasty and even a man will fill up with them. As a gluten-free pizza, you get a very good-tasting home-made pizza, instead of the Schär ready-made pizza offered in many pizzerias. A beautiful view of Lake Constance towards Lindau and Bregenz completes the culinary experience. For dessert there are various dessert variations or you can grab a real Italian ice cream and enjoy a walk on the beach.

Food very tasty, large portion, appropriate for the price

Once again very poor and incompetent service! A lot of patience was necessary, e.g. a long wait for the reserved (!) table, for the menus, for placing the order, for the drinks and the food... Baby calamari from the daily recommendation for €28.90 was a beautifully prepared but unfortunately lukewarm mini portion, the “Mediterranean” vegetable frozen food from the pack with hard princess beans, cauliflower and broccoli. We won't be coming back anytime soon, even outside of the tourist season. The great location on the lake does not compensate for the poor price-performance ratio and the poor service. Stay away from the daily menu!

The food is really very tasty. Hardly any waiting time and super friendly staff! Gluten-free pizzas and pasta are also possible. The best gluten-free meal I've ever eaten :) I can only recommend it! Of course there is a wonderful view of Lake Constance :)

Gluten-free food: Finally you can eat without worries again if you have celiac disease! I ate at this restaurant for the first time today with my husband - he usually goes alone as I have celiac disease and it's often a hassle to ask for gluten free options. This time I ordered a cappuccino and was politely asked if I would like to eat something. I explained that I have celiac disease - whereupon the waitress immediately told me that her boss was also affected and that's why they offer gluten-free dishes on the menu. And in fact: several gluten-free dishes were marked on the menu - with a small surcharge of 2 euros, which is absolutely fine if you can safely eat for it. I was so happy that I ordered some straight away - and it was incredibly delicious! I was finally able to go out to eat again without worrying. I was particularly pleased that there were even gluten-free cakes and homemade rolls - what a great restaurant! It's really rare to have so much choice when you have to do without gluten. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere was really nice - located right on the lake. All in all, a wonderful visit that I can warmly recommend. We'll definitely be back!

Bruschetta was tasty but the ice cream could have used more flavor. There was also far too little chocolate sauce on the chocolate cup.

Spontaneously found a place on the terrace. Finally a large, cheap cappucino for this location. The bruschetta was also very well presented and reasonably priced. The same applies to the Aperol. Given the location on Lake Constance, I was positively surprised at the price-performance ratio.

One of the best arugula pizzas I've ever eaten. Yes, it costs just under €17, but it's also a nice size, and I'd rather eat a €17 pizza that sticks in my head and stomach than one for €12 that tastes run-of-the-mill. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also great. We'd love to come back.

Great gluten-free food with a wide selection: pizza, pasta, cakes, ice cream cones, and tortes(!). The work is done cleanly, so there are no complaints. The gluten-containing dishes are also delicious.

Beautiful Italian restaurant with a lake view. Fantastic pizza bread and excellent dishes. Expect a bit of a wait, though. The staff is super friendly, though, they could ask for drinks more often. I can recommend everyone to stop by here 👍🏻

Went here every evening during our vacation in Wasserburg and were very satisfied. Both pizzas, appetizers and dessert were great and the employees were all friendly, thank you!

Although the food is delicious, you can't justify the wait of over 2 hours for an STARTER. The facility itself is chic, but both the planning of the evenings and the communication between the waiters and visitors are very vague. Arriving at 7pm and getting your starters at 9:40 is unacceptable. The main courses should also take another 30 minutes. With dessert you're at a minimum of 4 hours. Despite the good food, not recommended.

Take away food, rigatoni with minced meat sauce, hardly any minced meat, lots of pasta, smelled and tasted very strange, stopped after a few spoonfuls, had to throw up later...I think the sauce was over it

Stupendous! How nice to know that restaurants like this still exist! Beautiful venue, excellent food and impeccable service. The waiters' strong point: kind, friendly and very professional (which is now rare to find). Coming here is a real satisfaction.
