The three of us (my husband, our child, and I) visited the restaurant today, and it was simply fantastic! Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and immediately served attentively. The atmosphere is very pleasant, cozy, and child-friendly – ​​we immediately felt at home. The food was fantastic: fresh, authentic Italian, and full of flavor. The pasta and pizza in particular were spot on – you can immediately tell that the food is cooked with love and high-quality ingredients. The service was consistently attentive, friendly, and quick, without being intrusive. You can tell that hospitality is a top priority here. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this restaurant – perfect for families, couples, and anyone who craves truly good Italian food! 🇮🇹🍝🍕

Pizzeria Pinocchio is a true little gem among Italian restaurants – family-run, welcoming, and simply charming all around. It's been a fixture in the area for ages, and rightfully so. You'll always receive a warm welcome here – including a small gift of pizza rolls, olives, and herb butter. It's a lovely ritual that immediately puts you in a good mood. What's particularly great is that the waiters remember what you like to eat or drink – creating a personal atmosphere you don't often find. Pinocchio's cuisine is truly top-notch: The onion soup is an insider tip, and the pizza is a classic anyway. The salads are also super fresh and perfect as a starter to share. The value for money? More than fair. The place is always busy – and has been for years. That speaks for itself. For me, Pizzeria Pinocchio is a clear recommendation with 5 out of 5 stars. If you haven't tried it yet, you should change that immediately!

I had the salami pizza. Unfortunately, it was absolutely terrible, but the price was good. I suggest using a good quality salami. The service was super friendly.

To be honest, we were quite disappointed. The pasta was served completely without sauce—just dry on the plate. How could you possibly serve pasta without any sauce? Not only was it tasteless, but it also seemed like they were deliberately skimping on the sauce.

We spontaneously visited this lovely restaurant over the weekend as a group of five men (tourists). Everyone loved the pizza, they started with delicious rolls, and the owner served us personally. He was friendly, chatted with us, and gave us more tips for the evening. We received really great service and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend the pizza here!

Ristorante Pinocchio is highly recommended. It's a family-run restaurant with excellent, fresh food and generous portions, including the pizza. The daily specials are particularly good, and all at fair prices. We always go home extremely satisfied. (My only wish would be a little less salt in the dishes; if you'd like, you can add more seasoning.)

Mixed experiences at Pinocchio Cologne Our visit to the Pinocchio restaurant in Cologne left a mixed impression. What should undoubtedly be highlighted positively is the service, which was remembered as super nice and extremely accommodating. We felt really welcome and well looked after here. Unfortunately, the quality of the food couldn't keep up with the friendly service. The soup we ordered was disappointing with a bland taste. The consistency also left something to be desired, as both the beans and the soup noodles were still hard. The pizzas tested also had defects. The Margherita pizza came to the table without the expected fresh basil leaves. The base was nice and thin and perfectly baked, but had no taste whatsoever. The tomato sauce was quite sour and unseasoned, and the cheese used seemed like a simple, run-of-the-mill variant. The Salami pizza was similar to the Margherita in its negative aspects, although there were also cold, unbaked slices of salami directly from the fridge on the pizza - an absolute no-go. Only the Parma pizza was rated as just okay. Conclusion: While the service at Pinocchio in Cologne is really outstanding, there is a clear need for improvement in the quality of the food. The soup and pizzas in particular did not meet our expectations. The recipes and preparation should urgently be worked on in order to underpin the positive image of the service.

The location near the Cinedom and Mediapark also makes it ideal for a meal before or after the cinema. One of the best pizzas ever! Fluffy, golden brown baked base with a crispy stone oven crust – simply perfect! Plus first-class ingredients that blend harmoniously with each other. Every bite is a pleasure. Definitely top 3!

We once again (unfortunately) trusted the reviews and were once again disappointed. Sorry, but the ravioli with crayfish (actually it was tasteless Arctic shrimp) had a fishy taste and was inedible. (Luckily for them, they weren't calculated either). I struggled with nausea all evening. The service is friendly and attentive. But that doesn't make up for the anger over bad food.

I asked for a dish that my uncle had eaten two days before that was no longer on the menu. The waiter told me in a very friendly manner that I can still have the dish. The food was super fresh and you didn't have to wait long for it. Beforehand there was bread and olives on the house. We had a great Sunday evening there and would come back at any time!

The worst restaurant in my life. First of all, we were dissatisfied with the behavior of the young staff girl who gave arrogant and arrogant answers. No one had a uniform. You felt that the customer next to you is bringing your food, a one-liter buttermilk made in the back with yogurt from the Arab shop and a little salted water. They gave us 4 euros for salt, poor quality food, and at the end they took black and illegal money from us. In Sweden, if someone takes cash from you and doesn't give you an invoice and purchase paper, they have to count the food as 80%, but this is taking the full money for the food and cash. When I asked them to give me a fake invoice, if you are a member of this restaurant, report it to the tax office, if they take 100 Euros of black money from us, suppose they take 20 tables a day, it will be 2000 black money and cash. This is injustice to those who have a government job and pay 50% tax! So never pay any ransom to these restaurants

A few weeks ago I had a friendly argument with the owner where we were discussing what goes on a marinara pizza. I received vehement opposition after I said that it was a pizza with only tomato sauce and garlic. The nice man tried to tell me in emotionally charged Italian that a marinara would contain seafood. After my short trip to Naples, I would like to refute his claim with the attached photo of the menu of the famous Pizzeria Sorbillo. Went there for lunch today with my aunt and we were very impressed with this ristorante. A nice atmosphere, very friendly service and very good Italian cuisine and even real Italian staff, which you don't always find these days. So happy all around. Our favorite Italian restaurant in the neighborhood! We've been going here for a few years and realized again tonight how great it is. Of course, we are always super happy with our little daughter when you are family-friendly and that is the case here! The food is really hot 🔥 super seasoned and always delicious. Today we had some saltimbocca and steak from the meat menu, it was super good! Pizza and the distinctive baked ones are always a classic. A great price performance and nice service! First time there, a small, cozy restaurant, a bit cramped seating. Despite the restaurant being full, the service is friendly and committed. The six of us shared 3 salads as starters, delicious and well presented. The pizzas are delicious, the pasta is very al dente. My putanesca were delicious, but I didn't find any anchovies. What bothered us, however, were about 10 people waiting who were basically right at our table despite the full restaurant. That was uncomfortable. But we'll definitely come back again.

Toller Italiener! Einen Stern Abzug gibt es bei der Scampi Pizza, da hätte ich für den Preis keine TK-Scampis aus der Tüte erwartet sondern "frische". Der Service ist zuvorkommend, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Antipasti vorweg 1a! Preislich würde ich sagen, völlig okay - aber nicht günstig.

The service was terrible and unprofessional. They refill glass bottles with tap water and sell them as much as 8 euros. And when you ask them to bring you a sealed bottle of water they reply disrespectfully and disgracefully. I highly suggest that you spend your money somewhere where they show some respect to their customers

Ein wirklich sehr gutes, italienisches Restaurant. Freundliche und zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gute Küche und auf Nachfrage bekommt man auch Gerichte, die nicht unbedingt auf der Karte stehen. Die Preise sind gerechtfertigt und obwohl das Restaurant recht klein ist, kann man auch hier sehr gut mit kleineren Gruppen feiern. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir sind immer wieder gerne dort.

Wir waren zu Dritt dort und haben 3x Pizza gegessen. Meine Rucola mit Parmaschinken und Parmesan war sehr lecker, sehr reichhaltig belegt, mit knusprigem Boden. Ganz nach meinem Geschmack! Auch die Pizzen meiner Mitesserinnen sahen sehr gut aus (beide fischlastig). Vorab gab es Pizzabrötchen mit Knoblauchbutter und Oliven. Das Restaurant war sehr gut gefüllt. Augenscheinlich gibt es eine Reihe von Stammgästen, was immer ein gutes Zeichen für gleichbleibend gute Qualität ist. Wir haben in einem kleinen Außenbereich gesessen welcher gut zur Straße hin abgeschirmt ist. Zur normalen Karte wurde uns auch eine spezielle Tageskarte gereicht und es wird auch Mittagstisch angeboten. Die Preise sind der Qualität absolut angemessen, eher sogar etwas günstiger. Wir werden definitiv nochmal wieder kommen.

Wir waren abends hier spontan essen und ich muss sagen: WOW!! Super Ambiente, sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter und die Pizza? Die beste die ich jemals gegessen habe! Einfach brilliant!!

Freundlich, flott, preiswert und sehr sehr gut: wir hatten die Vorspeise (frische Weckerln, selbst gemachte Kräuterbutter und Oliven, wow!), dann Risotto, Pizza und Salat. Ein echter Italiener mitten in Köln, den darf man nicht verpassen! Wenn wir wieder nach Köln kommen, kommen wir auch wieder zu euch! Grazie :-)

Sehr netter Service mit vielen Stammkunden. Preis und Leistung ist gut. Vorab bekommt man Brot mit Oliven, war sehr lecker. Die Fischsuppe ist sehr zu empfehlen, viel Fisch und geschmacklos war sie auch klasse. Der Italiener ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr lecker authentisches, italienisches Essen! Unglaublich leckere Trüffelpasta. Man wird schnell bedient. Alles frisch zu bereitet. Mittags war das Restaurant drinnen relativ voll und deshalb war es leider relativ laut, aber sonst top!
