We often went there for work during our lunch break, when our office was still in the Mediapark. We were able to call ahead and pre-order, so everything was practically ready when we arrived. The food is truly incredibly delicious and authentic for Italy. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly, efficient, and accommodating, just as you'd expect. You can eat anything from the menu; everything is simply delicious.

Mr. Ajo is so kind~~~~ It's a mini pizza, but it's on the large side. Credit cards are accepted starting at €10, so ordering it with a Coke Zero is perfect. Everyone, buy some and enjoy while looking at the Cologne River and the night view~ Strong recommendation~~

The pizza is delicious—especially considering it's a takeaway pizza. It's not as small as I thought it would be, but a good portion for one person. There's a perfect view of the Rhine nearby, where you can eat with a beautiful view.

Hey yo leute! When you are going long way from the Rhine and you don’t want something really fancy. Just to have something fast and tasty this is the best option. Prices go from 8-10€ which is really good for small pizza. I have to give 10/10 to the employees they are always happy and friendly. Sometimes can happened that you will wait more ten usual. We ate at the restaurant for the first time, having previously had good experiences with takeaway pizza. Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing: The pizza rolls were dry and crumbly, the staff unfriendly and unattentive. Even the Montepulciano, which is usually always good, was barely edible. The pizza was okay, but by no means good—especially not at these prices. Overall, the value for money was not at all good for us. Simply too expensive for the ambiance and quality offered. It's a shame; we had hoped for more.

Even in my youth 30 years ago, this place served the most delicious pizza in Cologne, perfect for taking to the meadow by the Rhine. This review refers exclusively to the service staff – the food was truly excellent. I honestly can't understand how some people here rate the staff so positively. The service was a disaster: unfriendly, barely a greeting, and no real interest in the guest. They left most of the service to the runner, who apparently had to handle it all on her own. Although I thought it would be rude to leave without a tip, I still gave €5 on a €70 bill – not a single cent of which was earned. When I left, no glance, no "goodbye" – simply disrespectful. To be honest: I don't expect excessive friendliness, but a minimum level of politeness and professionalism is essential. And if you only speak to us for three sentences, you should at least try not to sound annoyed. Conclusion: Great food – unfortunately, the service was a real mood killer.

Super delicious tonno pizza! Not huge, but very fluffy and crispy. Free garlic and spicy sauce on top, awesome! It was simply perfect.

For me the tastiest pizza in Cologne. Every time we are in town. But be careful for everyone who expects a restaurant. Here you can get pizza at the counter and only to take away. Do it like many. Order a pizza, then sit it down almost 100 meters away from the Rhine and enjoy.

The food was an absolute disaster. The pasta with shrimp for (€19.95) was swimming in a tomato sauce that tasted like ketchup and Maggi. When I complained about this, I was told very briskly and unkindly that the chef liked the food and that I shouldn't behave like that. I didn't eat any of the food and because I had to pay for it in full, I had the food packed up to be photographed and thrown away. It was inedible. But the rude staff who then told me that I didn't need to come anymore (which I would never do again anyway) was the height. Simply cheeky and the food inedible. Never again!!!!

Great value for money, tastiest pizza in Cologne

We always go there for the Parma pizza, which was delicious but unfortunately it's no longer available. In addition, the prices have simply become extortionate, a 0.5 liter of water costs almost 7 euros, a Pizza Tonno costs almost 17 euros, and if you want onions (which are actually standard with this pizza) you have to pay 1 euro more pay for it. It's a real shame because it tastes really great there...

For many years I have regularly ordered my favorite pizza to take away here and enjoy it on the Rhine promenade. The pizza at Pinocchio is simply delicious. The crispy dough, fresh ingredients and generous portion of toppings make every order a real pleasure. I particularly like the variety of variations, from classic to creative combinations. But my personal favorite is the classic pizza with salami. The staff is always friendly and the waiting times are usually short, which is particularly pleasant when you pick up your order quickly. Overall, I can only warmly recommend Pinocchio at Salzgasse 13. If you're looking for top-notch pizza in Cologne, you should definitely stop by here. Buon appetite!

We were there yesterday with four people and each wanted to order a pizza to take away. Then all of a sudden a new, smaller menu was put up with significantly increased prices for the pizzas. The actual menu on a larger board hangs from the ceiling, the smaller board with fewer but more expensive pizzas is quickly lowered from the ceiling depending on the company and then hangs in front of the actual menu. Does the tax office know this? Anyway, I'll ask there. It's a shame to rip off customers like that. Of course we didn't order and instead went around the corner to the Xll Apostles (also Italian with great service).

I used to like being here (a good ten years ago). Sat in the 2/3 full courtyard today. The waiter came and explained that it would take a while. My question about bridging the time after two drinks would be answered with "I don't have time now." At first we dismissed it as a joke. After fifteen minutes my friend went to the counter and asked if he could get two beers, he would pay for them directly. This was stopped by the waiter in question, so that we and two other guests from the neighboring table had no choice but to go to another restaurant.

During the European Championship (Belgium against Romania) I got two tasty pizzas here, and the pizzas were delicious and nice and warm. Prices have not been increased because of the European Championships. And therefore delicious affordable pizzas. Kudos to the owner of this restaurant. We took pizzas to the water and had a beer at the Kiosk. And enjoyed it next to the Rhine.

We passed by this crazy street after a night of drinking and stopped to get a pizza to calm down. We ordered half without cheese because we wanted a vegan option. They made it for us without problems and it was delicious. It felt great for us and we were able to regain energy and get to the hotel. The next day we returned to check if the pizzas were really that good or if it was just the effect of the alcohol...in short, these pizzas are really delicious...and if you don't order it with many ingredients they can make you half without cheese if you want to share it with someone vegan. The truth is that quite a surprise. The service is also very attentive and they treated us very well. They even speak Spanish. A 10.

This is one of the best Budget friendly Italian pizzerias in Köln. This place is my personal favourite in Köln. I have tried their margarita and fungi(mushroom) pizza here I would say I love the taste of both. Margarita costs 9€ and fungi 10€. It’s value for money. Puls Point in the pizza here is the crust it’s best it’s soft and crispy. I would recommend every one try pizza here.

Hele lekkere pizza. Heel veel kaas. Op de kaart staat mini pizza voor €6,50, maar is qua grootte echt wel genoeg.

Wir waren immer sehr gerne hier Pizza essen. Wir sind zwar keine Stammkunden, aber 5-8 mal im Jahr kamen wir dann doch vorbei. Pizza war immer super, nur die letzten beiden male hatte man den Eindruck, hier stimmt was nicht. Pizza viel zu dick und überladen, dafür teuer. Bedienung kurz angebunden, obwohl nix los war. Macht doch bitte so wie früher, dann kommen wir auch wieder gerne vorbei. Nicht die Menge machts, sondern eure alte Tradition.

Waren heute dort, nach der Bestellung kam die falsche Pizza. Auf die Beschwerde hin wurde man beleidigt und als Ausländerfeindlich beschimpft. Anstelle das man sich entschuldigt und kurz für Ersatz sorgt, muss man sich als Kunde auch noch anmachen lassen. NoGo. Der Typ sollte entlassen werden, da die Pizza dort normalerweise wie der Service okay sind.
