We picked up pizza from a street vendor and enjoyed it on the banks of the Rhine. As much joie de vivre and positive energy as this seller shows... some people can learn a lesson. Top!! 👍🏼

The food was an absolute disaster. The pasta with shrimp for (€19.95) was swimming in a tomato sauce that tasted like ketchup and Maggi. When I complained about this, I was told very briskly and unkindly that the chef liked the food and that I shouldn't behave like that. I didn't eat any of the food and because I had to pay for it in full, I had the food packed up to be photographed and thrown away. It was inedible. But the rude staff who then told me that I didn't need to come anymore (which I would never do again anyway) was the height. Simply cheeky and the food inedible. Never again!!!!

Great value for money, tastiest pizza in Cologne

We always go there for the Parma pizza, which was delicious but unfortunately it's no longer available. In addition, the prices have simply become extortionate, a 0.5 liter of water costs almost 7 euros, a Pizza Tonno costs almost 17 euros, and if you want onions (which are actually standard with this pizza) you have to pay 1 euro more pay for it. It's a real shame because it tastes really great there...

I especially recommend the spinach pizza here. (Definitely choose this if you have no problem with pork) Also, if the weather is nice, you can take your pizza and have a pleasant time by going down to the Rhine River.

We visited a lovely Italian restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience in every way. We tried the spinach pizza and Spaghetti Napoli, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and the dishes were carefully prepared, reflecting authentic Italian cuisine. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with excellent service. As for the prices they were very reasonable considering the quality of the food and service provided. I’ll definitely return to try more of their delicious Italian dishes.

I've always enjoyed being here, but I've now crossed the line. Burrata on rocket costs 19 euros. I think that's way too expensive. Some of the pizzas now cost over 18 euros and have deteriorated in taste. There was no cream in the pasta with cream sauce, just oil. Feels like a tourist rip-off. 0.4er Kölsch 5.40 euros...

We actually just wanted to have a small lunch snack. And each of us took a pasta dish. It was really very tasty. But the pizzas at the neighboring tables also looked great. If you walk through the front entrance through the restaurant, you can sit outside. Far away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.

This place literally looks like little Italian pizzerias. When we saw this place we knew we had to try. Pizza was delicious and the portion was just enough. Considering its location - which is really close to the touristic areas- prices were acceptable(around €5-€9).

As a big pizza fan, I am always looking for the best pizzerias in Cologne. Pinocchio at Salzgasse 13 is definitely one of my top recommendations. For many years I have regularly ordered my favorite pizza to take away here and enjoy it on the Rhine promenade. The pizza at Pinocchio is simply delicious. The crispy dough, fresh ingredients and generous portion of toppings make every order a real pleasure. I particularly like the variety of variations, from classic to creative combinations. But my personal favorite is the classic pizza with salami. The staff is always friendly and the waiting times are usually short, which is particularly pleasant when you pick up your order quickly. Overall, I can only warmly recommend Pinocchio at Salzgasse 13. If you're looking for top-notch pizza in Cologne, you should definitely stop by here. Buon appetite!

We were there yesterday with four people and each wanted to order a pizza to take away. Then all of a sudden a new, smaller menu was put up with significantly increased prices for the pizzas. The actual menu on a larger board hangs from the ceiling, the smaller board with fewer but more expensive pizzas is quickly lowered from the ceiling depending on the company and then hangs in front of the actual menu. Does the tax office know this? Anyway, I'll ask there. It's a shame to rip off customers like that. Of course we didn't order and instead went around the corner to the Xll Apostles (also Italian with great service).

And really liked it. The food was very good and we sat in the backyard where there is a terrace. We shared a pizza and even got 2 plates without ordering it. I come here again at any time, whether I order as I walk past or sit down.

There's good Italian cuisine and Italian Pilsner here, which I much prefer to Dom Kölsch. Very accommodating service and a nice option to sit outside. We would love to come back here!

I used to like being here (a good ten years ago). Sat in the 2/3 full courtyard today. The waiter came and explained that it would take a while. My question about bridging the time after two drinks would be answered with "I don't have time now." At first we dismissed it as a joke. After fifteen minutes my friend went to the counter and asked if he could get two beers, he would pay for them directly. This was stopped by the waiter in question, so that we and two other guests from the neighboring table had no choice but to go to another restaurant.

During the European Championship (Belgium against Romania) I got two tasty pizzas here, and the pizzas were delicious and nice and warm. Prices have not been increased because of the European Championships. And therefore delicious affordable pizzas. Kudos to the owner of this restaurant. We took pizzas to the water and had a beer at the Kiosk. And enjoyed it next to the Rhine.

An institution in Cologne's old town for 37 years. Here I learned that pizza is even tastier with garlic oil and chilli oil. I can highly recommend the salami pizza.

We passed by this crazy street after a night of drinking and stopped to get a pizza to calm down. We ordered half without cheese because we wanted a vegan option. They made it for us without problems and it was delicious. It felt great for us and we were able to regain energy and get to the hotel. The next day we returned to check if the pizzas were really that good or if it was just the effect of the alcohol...in short, these pizzas are really delicious...and if you don't order it with many ingredients they can make you half without cheese if you want to share it with someone vegan. The truth is that quite a surprise. The service is also very attentive and they treated us very well. They even speak Spanish. A 10.

The pizzas are quite large; Almost too much for one person when you just need a snack, almost too little for two people when you're really hungry. The food came to the table quite quickly. This is one of the best Budget friendly Italian pizzerias in Köln. This place is my personal favourite in Köln. I have tried their margarita and fungi(mushroom) pizza here I would say I love the taste of both. Margarita costs 9€ and fungi 10€. It’s value for money. Puls Point in the pizza here is the crust it’s best it’s soft and crispy. I would recommend every one try pizza here.

Hele lekkere pizza. Heel veel kaas. Op de kaart staat mini pizza voor €6,50, maar is qua grootte echt wel genoeg.

Wir waren immer sehr gerne hier Pizza essen. Wir sind zwar keine Stammkunden, aber 5-8 mal im Jahr kamen wir dann doch vorbei. Pizza war immer super, nur die letzten beiden male hatte man den Eindruck, hier stimmt was nicht. Pizza viel zu dick und überladen, dafür teuer. Bedienung kurz angebunden, obwohl nix los war. Macht doch bitte so wie früher, dann kommen wir auch wieder gerne vorbei. Nicht die Menge machts, sondern eure alte Tradition.

Ich hole dort seit Jahren mein Pizza und war immer sehr zufrieden. Es gab keine bessere Pizza. Heute war sie wirklich nicht ok. Die Pizzen waren sehr schnell kalt, der Thunfisch meines Mannes von Anfang an. Meine war mit Spinat belegt, beide Pizzen haben wir Zwiebeln bestellt. Wir hätten einen zusätzlichen Zwiebel Kuchen damit belegen können. Auch die Soße war anders als sonst. Hoffentlich nur ein Ausrutscher..... 😕

Wir waren da. Die Kellner waren unsympatisch. Weil wir Jung waren, kümmerten die sich nicht um uns.

Ich habe schon Pizza gegessen überall, sogar in Neapel, aber die Pizza aus Pinocchio in Köln war, ist und ich hoffe bleibt für mich die beste im Geschmack und reichste an frische Zutaten von allen. Eine wirklich leckere Pizza zum niedrigen Preis. wo sonst bekommt man in der Innenstadt noch eine Pizza Margherita für knappe sieben Euro.

Waren heute dort, nach der Bestellung kam die falsche Pizza. Auf die Beschwerde hin wurde man beleidigt und als Ausländerfeindlich beschimpft. Anstelle das man sich entschuldigt und kurz für Ersatz sorgt, muss man sich als Kunde auch noch anmachen lassen. NoGo. Der Typ sollte entlassen werden, da die Pizza dort normalerweise wie der Service okay sind.

Die Pizza ist sehr lecker, wird frisch vor den Augen zubereitet und zum mitnehmen serviert. Man hat zusätzlich die Wahl aus einem scharfen Öl und Knoblauch Öl gratis dazu. Sehr lecker ☺️

this restaurant is Italian in name only... the only positive of the dishes are the large portions, but the pity is that the food is of poor quality, so large portions tire rather than make you happy… The pizza is more American than Italian, poor quality ingredients, cheap cheese. The biggest disappointment was the TIRAMISU. More than a delicious Italian dessert, it looked and tasted like a decade-old birthday cake

Waren immer, wenn wir in Köln zu Besuch waren, nach ein paar Kölsch hier eine Pizza zum Mitnehmen hohlen. War in der Vergangenheit immer lecker und gut belegt. Bei der heutigen Version merkt man schon beim Teig keinen großen Unterschied mehr zu den Produkten von den großen Lieferdiensten. Insofern hat die Qualität leider sehr stark nachgelassen.

Der Beste Pizza laden bei den ich kenne. Ich esse schon seit 8 Jahren dort und die Pizza hat sich nur verbessert. Nur der Peis ist leider relativ teuer aber Preis-Leistungs technisch verständlich. Nur zu empfehlen Leute die Pizzen haben sooo ein guten Aroma also gönnt euch für 8 Euro nichts falsch zu machen. Baba Italiano 👌

Hier gibt es eine der besten Pizzen in ganz Deutschland. Geschmacklich spitzenmäßig. Preis-/ Leistung absolut ok. Personal ist nett und freundlich.

Selten so unfreundliche Pizzabäcker erlebt wirklich unglaublich. Also Kunde wird man angepöbelt. Geld wird von allen kassiert bevor die Pizza fertig ist. Dann muss man ewig warten. Wird bei Nachfragen blöd angemacht. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst hätten wir dort bestimmt nicht bestellt. "Leider"muss ich aber zugeben dass die Pizza echt lecker war. Deswegen 2 Sterne ansonsten eher minus 10.

Waren am Freitag da und haben uns eine Pizza Thunfisch zum mitnehmen bestellt ! Service war sehr nett ,er hatte uns leider erst vergessen ,aber sich auch dafür mehrmals entschuldigt ,das fanden wir gut ! Dann gab es noch ordentlich Knoblauch drauf ohne zusätzliche Kosten !Pizza hätte noch etwas länger im Ofen bleiben können war uns persönlich zu hell und der Teig etwas zu dick ! Aber geschmacklich war sie gut ! Kann man also nochmals machen ! Preis war auch ok für die Größe !

Habe mir gerade eine Pizza Margherita geholt. Ich finde das hier ist die beste pizzaria. Auch all meine Freunde dene ich diese pizzaria vorgeschlagen habe waren begeistert. Sehr schneller und super freundlicher Service und das auch an sehr stressigen Tagen. Auch die Preise finde ich vollkommen korrekt und sogar günstig. Bin froh in der Nähe der salzgasse zu wohnen 😂.

Das ist hier einmal eine gute Pizzeria gewesen, was ich verändert hat kann ich nicht sagen. Die Pizzen sind für die Preise einfach zu hoch, die Pizzen zu klein, zu wenig Käse unter dem winzigen bisschen Käse befindet sich der Thunfisch, der immer noch schmeckt als sei er frisch aus der Dose auf meine Pizza gekippt worden. Der Thunfisch schmeckt nur nach Thunfischwasser aus der Dose. Es ist peinlich dafür 9 Euro zu verlangen ( + 1€ für Champignons). Diese Pizza ist eine Katastrophe gewesen und ich bin extrem enttäuscht und werde hier wirklich nie wieder essen gehen. Danke für nichts.

Da wir in der Nähe arbeiten, sind wir einfach Mal hin. Essen echt lecker. Preise völlig angemessen. Bedienung absolut freundlich. Mittlerweile hatten wir hier mehrere Aufenthalte und sind immer wieder begeistert. Nutzt den Garten hinten raus.
