Cilentano in Köln

This place has won my heart! We were blown away by the service and the food! I felt like I was staying with a family in Italy. They asked me several times if I needed anything—excellent service! We'll be coming here regularly from now on and enjoying the delicious food. You should definitely try the pasta with salmon!

Larger, modern Italian restaurant. Diverse menu with pizza and pasta as well as fish and meat. We had octopus with beans and penne with baked vegetables, both were good. I would particularly like to mention the attentive, friendly service. Unfortunately, Google Maps couldn't find the nearby parking garage. However, parking was possible on the side of the road.

We were at Cilentano today with 10 people. We each had a starter, main course, and dessert. Every course and every dish was truly delicious. The non-alcoholic cocktails and spritzers were also delicious. We were very impressed and have already made reservations for next week. Thank you and best regards to the entire team.

The restaurant is really well maintained and clean, which is important to me personally. The tables are also set with care and are attractive. The food was incredibly delicious, both the starter and the main course. Everything is homemade and you can tell how fresh the ingredients are. It was definitely not our last visit :)

This was one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to! The food was absolutely incredible and so authentic. The prices are a bit higher, but it’s definitely worth it for the quality of food.

Excellent service and quality at a really affordable price. I ate at Cilentano for the first time today. My companion had ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail and it turned out that it wasn't sweet enough for her. When asked if everything was OK, we answered truthfully and of course the cocktail was improved accordingly. The same applies to a request for food. Absolutely professional, warm, friendly and of outstanding quality at a price that families can also afford. The other locations also seemed very well maintained and you could tell that the quality of the food and customer satisfaction came first. All in all, a very successful evening and it won't be the last of its kind in Cilentano. I wish the family health and maximum success, please keep it up.

Thanks to the service and thanks to the great kitchen with the magic hand that conjures up delicious dishes and dishes from the delicious food. 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹 A friend had already eaten at Cilentano and highly recommended it to us. There were four of us with a reservation. We sat by the window and had a good table. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The food was as if we had been in Italy itself. The pizza is very tasty, crispy and not greasy! The pasta is unique! Thank you very much for the great atmosphere and evening. We come to eat with you often. See you soon.

Went for dinner Monday night. Busy, busy busy!!! But they fit us in. The food was good and came in good time. We both had pasta which was well made. A green salad was big enough to share. I’d recommend this place for friendly staff and well cooked Italian food.

Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere! The service is also super friendly and pickup is quick too. The food tastes good. The only two drawbacks: the price is not exactly cheap for the food on offer and unfortunately the opening times are strange (closed two days in a row and usually closed from early evening). We'll still come back.

Great, family-friendly Italian atmosphere with very, very friendly staff... the acoustics were a bit strenuous due to several large groups... but certainly no problem at lunchtime or without groups.

It's rare to remember a pizza. But here I was made a high-quality pizza in the finest atmosphere and the soup beforehand was extremely excellent. I will come again!

The restaurant is somewhat "hidden" and the parking situation can be described as quite tense. The restaurant is modern and attractive, the service is attentive and the dishes are authentic and tasty. Always my pleasure!

We went to Cilentano for a short business lunch. Unfortunately not 100% satisfied. Pizza was good. Drinks too. However, the tiramisu was subpar for the price. Normal biscuit dough cut out, without coffee, little and thin mascarpone cream and too much cocoa. Was accepted by the otherwise very friendly service without comment. A pity!

Excellent Italian restaurant which, as a big exception, goes beyond the usual pizza and pasta menu. The service is extremely friendly and yet not intrusive. Every component of the food is homemade and impresses with a real Italian holiday feeling.

Der beste Italiener in Lindenthal! Nach unserem Umzug von Ehrenfeld nach Alt-Müngersdorf vor 1,5 Jahren sind wir regelmäßig dort. Wir wurden kein einziges Mal enttäuscht. Sowohl die Karte mit den wechselnden Angeboten, als auch die Stammkarte bieten leckere typische und - was wir besonders lieben - auch ungewöhnliche Speisen! Die überaus freundliche Inhaberfamilie macht uns jeden Besuch zu einem erfreulichen Erlebnis. Wir bezahlen gerne angemessene Preise wenn die Qualität stimmt, dies ist hier unstrittig der Fall. Die kleine wachsende Feinkostabteilung kultiviert wohl besonders von der freundlichen Schwiegertochter des Hauses, bietet - besonders aus dem Cilento - der Heimat des Inhaberehepaares, immer wieder Überraschungen. Die empfohlenen Weine waren häufig für uns ein Anlass gleich eine weitere Falsche für Zuhause mitzunehmen. Wir freuen uns schon auf viele kommende Besuche und wünschen Ihnen von Herzen alles Gute!

Der Service durch die Familie war sehr gut, charmant und aufmerksam, das Restaurant war bis zum Feierabend (21h) fast zur Hälfte gefüllt, größtenteils mit Familien mit Kindern und älteren Menschen. Das Ambiente erinnerte meinen Mann an seine (offenbar recht hübsche) Kantine- insgesamt klar, offen, ein bisschen wie ein französisches Bistro. Tatsächlich war das Restaurant auch schon um 18Uhr (!) gut besetzt. Italienische Musik im Hintergrund hätte sicherlich die Atmosphäre bereichert, aber die gab's nicht (oder war nicht zu hören). Das Positive am Essen: ein Extrawunsch der Jubilarin (meiner Schwiegermutter zum 80.) wurde ohne Probleme an die Küche weitergegeben und erfüllt sowie: Kartoffelecken... Das Essen insgesamt: mittelprächtig bis "geht so" (und das zu ziemlich hohen Preisen), mit jedoch einer wirklich erstaunlichen und erfreulichen Ausnahme: SEHR GUT waren nämlich die Kartoffelecken als Beilage- knusprig, gut gewürzt, die besten Bratkartoffeln seit langem. Und das bei einem Italiener ;-). Eine Auswahl an Negativbeispielen (auch bzgl. Preis-Leistung etc.): * die kleinen Brötchen vor/zu dem Essen waren pappweich, latschig, gummimäßig, null Komma null knusprig, klebten am Gaumen und waren evtl. zu früh aus dem Ofen genommen worden * klassische Bruschette, ein paar Weißbrotscheiben mit Tomaten, hier classico genannt für 9,50€ * meine Fischsuppe in einer normal großen Suppentasse für 16,50€ war eine große Enttäuschung: Sie sah eher unappetitlich aus in ihrem grau-beige, es schwamm eine Gamba darin, ein paar Miesmuscheln und ein paar Venusmuscheln, etwas Lachs, Calamari sowie apart ein Zitronenfilet. Zuerst probierte ich nur die unschön aussehende Brühe. Sie schmeckte nach nichts, nicht nach Fisch, nicht nach Meeresfrüchten, Meer oder mehr, sondern muffig, etwas Fenchel, ohne Salz oder Pfeffer oder Wein oder Zitrone. Mit der Menage am Tisch und dem Zitronenschnitzelchen machte ich sie essbar. 16,50??? * die Extrawurst meiner Schwiegermutter hieß Scaloppine al Limone. Sie mochte alles sehr gern (inkl. der tollen Kartoffeln) aß auch alles auf, ließ mich aber zuvor noch die Soße probieren, die mich von der Textur und Farbe eher an eine angedickte Currysoße erinnerte und kaum nach Zitrone schmeckte. Hmmm... Preis: 26,90€ * Die Pastagerichte gratiniert ertranken in und unter Käse, überdeutlich schmeckte nur Paprika heraus. Meine Gemüse-/Fleisch-Lasagne gab ich nach wenigen Bissen an meinen Mann weiter, der seine übersichtliche Portion (er war geschmacklich zufrieden mit der Salsiccia für 19,90€) bereits vertilgt hatte. Enttäuschend. Hinzu kommt: Urspr. wollte ich als Hauptgericht die Gemüse-Lasagne, von der aktuellen Tafel draußen. Da diese aber um 18.30h schon "aus" war, bestellte ich das Grillgemüse, doch Capo hatte eine bessere Idee: Mix aus Lasagne mit Zusatzgemüse. Bravo. Laut Bon (beides wurde gebucht, Lasagne und Gemüse für zus.) für schlappe 22,90€! * Die Beilagensalate waren klein, gut und frisch, aber: ertränkt in Balsamicodressing, sodass nur noch dieser Totmach-Essig zu schmecken war. * Das Dessert, das ich von Schwiegermutter auch mal probieren durfte, zog mir vor Zuckersüße (Pannacotta) der Karamellsoße die Schuhe aus- Geschmacksache, aber für mich viiiel zu süß. Wenn die Familie, ganz besonders die Schwiegertochter und der Capo nicht so freundlich und herzlich gewesen wären, wäre diese Rezension schlimmer ausgefallen, doch würde ich -trotz des familiären Charmes- dort nicht wieder essen gehen wollen. Schade! Ach ja, als ich zum Rauchen vor die Tür ging, stand dort bereits ein E-Zigarettenqualmer. Wir quatschten, wie Raucher das draußen ja immer schnell tun. Ich erzählte: 80.Geburtstag, sehr nett hier, nä? Und er, sinngemäß: "Ich bin auch mit meiner Schwiegermutter hier, zum 82.! Aber besonders toll finde ich das hier nicht. Schon gar nicht das Essen! Aber wenn unsere Schwiegermütter zufrieden sind, dann ist doch alles gut..." Alora: Ein besseres Fazit krieg ich nicht hin.

Es ist einfach wunderbar hier zu Essen. Das Steak ist besser als es sogenannteSteakhäuser machen und die Bedienung ist super freundlich.

Absolut empfehlenswert.Wir gehen dort oft essen, wochentags über die Mittagszeit und auch am Wochenende. Der sehr herzliche Empfang und die freundliche Bedienung wird getoppt durch sehr leckeres Essen. Ob Pizza, Pasta, Fleisch oder Fisch - die Küche ist wirklich gut, die Desserts noch besser. Und das alles ist bezahlbar.
