Hype or not, the pizza at Montana is outstanding! The price of the pizza is certainly a bit more expensive, but in my opinion the quality is great. Delicious dough, tender base, and a good selection of toppings. The Diavola pizza really blew me away - especially because of the caramelized onions. Sensational!

First of all, I have to say that I can't understand the many 1-2 star reviews. So the shop, the look and the tables are really nothing special, so the shop doesn't actually invite you to linger for long, but the staff is very friendly and accepted our B-My voucher (twice) without any problems. We decided on the vegan marinara, funghi and verdura. The Verdura unfortunately lacked pizzazz, but the Funghi and Marinara were very tasty. Nice thin dough and thick fluffy crust, just like a Neapolitan pizza should be. There were 6 of me and everyone else. It tasted very good here and we would definitely come back.

Actually, I always used to go to the Pizzeria Montana in the train station district. The pizzas there tasted much better than here. We were a bit pressed for time and because there were only two people on staff, the waiting time was a bit too long. Price offer 10€ including a drink, an extremely good price-performance ratio!

I ordered the pepperoncini. You had to look for the onion on the pizza and the pepperoni was completely forgotten. The pizza was dripping with grease. In addition, the pizza was completely burnt. The only good thing I can say about it is that the salami wasn't skimpy and the base dough for the pizza itself wasn't bad. At €13.50, the pizza is also very expensive, especially since half of it was still missing.

It's been a long time since I've had pizza this good! And the service was also very courteous. One of us had a birthday and is vegan, so the staff got extra vegan Nutella for a free dessert. Now becoming our favorite pizzaria!

So I can't understand the bad reviews at all... It was one of my best pizzas in Frankfurt so far - super fluffy, thin dough, real morzarella and a real Italian vacation taste 😍 I can imagine that the edge might not be quite as crispy, if you get it delivered, but otherwise top top! Ambiance and location - it's not the stereotypical decoration and furnishings but modern, minimalist and chic. I think it's completely great. We also have great toppings at the table: home-pickled pepperoni, chilli, yoliv olive oil or the standard olive oil. Highly recommended: the great lunch menu: all pizzas 10 euros including 1 drink. We are happy and will be back 🙏

Food: The pizzas are great, just like in my home in southern Italy. For German standards it takes some getting used to, as the dough differs significantly from the standard you are used to here. My favorite: Friarielli e Salsiccia 🤤 Service: The service and the pizza maker are well-groomed and friendly. Ambience: I found it very... 🤔... minimalistic. No warmth, dark and no personality. I miss the love and the Italian flair. The rear door definitely needs to be repaired, it keeps opening and there is a draft. I wanted to make it and then had the handle in my hand 😂, and there was also no espresso machine! I'll take photos next time. I was hungry and the pizza was so delicious that I forgot to take photos 😅

Here you get a pizza with a really, really good base, typically Italian and the selection of toppings is simply great. Can only recommend it.

We wanted to try this branch. Unfortunately, this branch is not comparable to the one in the Bahnhofsviertel. Pizza was okay. But for the price you can find better alternatives in Frankfurt. It's sad to offer 0.25l of water for €3 (liter price therefore €12!). Service was very unfriendly and significantly worsened the experience. The ambience was okay - but due to the cool atmosphere and (too) loud music, the smell wasn't particularly pleasant either.

We came across the restaurant through neotaste. We came in and the employee immediately took our order and then seated us. We also had to pick up the pizzas from the front ourselves. We both chose tuna pizza. The taste was good. The employee was friendly but there is no real service. The restaurant is very simply furnished. Because of neotaste we were priced at 20 euros for two people.

Actually a sensational pizza. Unfortunately, over time there has been a significant decline in quality. Sometimes the pizza is not fully baked or the base is burnt. Personally, we had the experience several times with guests that the dough was raw and one time it was incredibly bad all over the table. We also reported this back to the company and said that we, including the children, had massive stomach pains. The second request for a short reaction also remained unanswered. It's a real shame, we really enjoyed going there. The last two experiences have put the end to the yellow oven. And to be honest, there is now a much better Neapolitan pizza nearby. 🍕 let's go Montana. If your product has been optimized again and the management has answered emails, your chances of offering a good product again are not that bad.

Last Friday we decided to have a cozy evening and ordered from Pizzeria Montana, encouraged by the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, our expectations were disappointed in the worst way. First about customer service: What we experienced was shockingly unprofessional. The lady on the phone was abusive and extremely rude. Instead of helping or offering solutions, we were treated with an indifference that was unparalleled. A simple concern quickly escalated into a tone that has no place in the restaurant industry. But that was just the beginning of our problems. Our order, which we were so excited about, never arrived. Several calls to inquire about the whereabouts of our pizzas resulted in nothing. Each time we were put off and ultimately abandoned. Need clear information or an update on our order? None. As if this wasn't enough, the pizzeria refused to refund or resupply the pizzas that were not delivered. We had no choice but to end the evening hungry and disappointed. A concession or an apology from the restaurant? Unavailable. I understand that mistakes can happen and I'm not usually the type to write negative reviews online. But the combination of dealing with customers, the complete failure of delivery and the refusal to offer a satisfactory solution made me want to share my experience. It's unfortunate, but I can only advise you to think twice before ordering from Pizzeria Montana. There are numerous other providers that offer not only good food but also excellent customer service.

The woman shouted at our group, even though the pizzas were completely wrong, when we asked for a new pizza we were turned away from the shop... what a shame

Very bad. I ordered delivery, the outer edges of the dough were inedible, they were like a chewing gum and some parts were on the contrary too hard. And don't order the pizza marinara, it has no toppings at all, 10 eur for a bad dough and tomato sauce. I received it by mistake...

The pizzas were so delicious. When a fault appeared in the covering, a new one was brought in immediately. The guest room could be more comfortably furnished. It looks like a cafeteria.

I was a guest at Pizzeria Montana today and ordered a Funghi White pizza. Even though I arrived shortly before closing time, the lady who served me was very friendly. The pizza was good and tasty for the price and was prepared quickly. The wine I also ordered was also served quickly. The toilets were very clean. I will definitely come back there.👍

The place is tiny, eating in there isn't the most pleasent experience ever. The pizza is good but not my favorite. Personel is nice and you can watch them bake your pizza :) Wouldn't choose to dine in, next time.

We picked up pizza here and everything was good. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Neapolitan pizza. The only remark is that the woman on the phone had a bit of difficulty with the German language, so she had to repeat everything 2-3 times, but I don't take any deductions for that.

The pizza with walnuts and pears is very good. Service is sufficient. Ambience is like that. But there are tons of suppliers, Wolt and others coming in, so the service can't always keep up with the rush. Just the pizzas are great

Simply good pizza. The dough in particular is better than what you usually find in Germany. Right strength, good taste and afterwards no huge thirst or feeling full for hours. It's almost 😉 close to good pizza in Italy... even says my Italian partner, and if she doesn't know... The ambience... well. But you can eat well on site, because pizza tastes best straight from the oven.

I don't get the many negative reviews, great Neapolitan-Style Pizza!

My husband had a craving for pizza and this satisfied him somewhat. Pizza was a little burnt and crust was really burnt to enjoy it. Staff was good. Service was fast. Selection was good. Prices are good. Cleanliness is good. It has a few seats available to eat inside. Overall it was good to satisfy my husband for American food.

The place is good and the pizza too. I just have nothing more to say. I'm going there for a friend's birthday, although the last time I was there was in February. Maybe the atmosphere has changed there, but the taste certainly remains the same.

Pizzeria Montana offers an excellent Neapolitan pizza where the ingredients are of first class quality. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating. The offer from Monday to Thursday is particularly impressive: the Pizza Margherita for €5.50 and the Pizza Portafoglio to take away for €5 offer outstanding value for money. We will definitely come back and would happily recommend it.

The pizza was very bad and I only ate it because I was hungry. It was watery, not cut properly and had a careless topping; you can taste the careless preparation. The service, if you can even call it that (the fact that I didn't have to make the pizza myself was all about service) was also really unfriendly and not accommodating. Wir haben über Uber eats dort bestellt. Es wurde mit einem besonderen Angebot gelockt: 2 Pizzen zum Preis für eine. Die Bestellung wurde nach 15 Minuten storniert. Bei der zweiten Bestellung im Anschluss ist genau das Gleiche passiert. Wir hatten auch versucht anzurufen, doch es wurde nicht abgehoben. Als Konsequenz haben wir nicht zum geplanten Zeitpunkt gegessen, und zusätzlich wurde nur eine der Bestellungen wieder erstattet, sodass wir den Ärger haben, und dem Geld hinterherrennen müssen. Extrem unprofessionell: wenn man der Nachfrage nicht gerecht werden kann, sollte man kein Angebot schalten. Leider sind wir nicht dazu gekommen, das Essen probieren zu können. Deshalb 2 Sterne - vielleicht schmeckt es dort ja.

Wir waren eben dort essen und haben uns auf eine typische Napolitanische Pizza gefreut. Die Pizza war schnell da was ja erfreulich ist keine langewartezeit. Nur leider hatte die Pizza nicht viel mit einer Napolitanischen Pizza gemeinsam der Rand den man liebt hat man vergebens gesucht geschmacklich war sie okay die Salsiccia hat nach Bratwurst geschmeckt allem in allem eine gute Pizza die man aber überall bekommt. Wir fahren jetzt erstmal zu Super Bro‘s und essen eine richtige neapolitanische Pizza ! :-)

Die Pizza war an der Unterseite komplett verbrannt. Hier stimmt leider garnichts, denn oben war der Belag teilweise noch nicht richtig gebacken und matschig.

Für meine Frau und mich war das eine neue Pizza-Erfahrung: hier gibt es keine 08/15-Pizza, sondern die Pizza ist so, wie man sie in Italien erwartet. Dazu richtig gute und leckere Zutaten, die je nach Wahl hierzulande eher ungewöhnlich sind und im Vergleich mit der deutschen Standardpizza ein völlig neues Geschmackserlebnis bieten. Richtig gut! 👍 Das Ambiente hingegen ist sehr dunkel, was ich persönlich gewöhnungsbedürftig finde, aber natürlich nichts an der Qualität der Pizza ändert. Klare Empfehlung!

Pizza ist mega! Ich würde mir hier aber lieber zum mitnehmen oder bestellen was holen. Personal schien sehr genervt dort zu sein, Ambiente lädt nicht zum verweilen ein. Das Essen kann ich jedoch empfehlen.

Standart Pizza. Nichts besonderes.

Diese Pizzeria, kann ich empfehlen wenn man eine originale Pizza aus (Süd) Italien essen möchte. Der Teil ist am Rabd etwas dicker, weich zur Mitte hin dünn, muss man mögen. Die Preise sind Mittel zwischen 10- knapp 15 €. Ambiente ist überschaubar, eher dunkel gehalten. Toiletten und Sitzplätze, auch draußen sind da.

Wenn ich die Kommentare hier so lese, muss ich mir echt an den Kopf fassen - „kein Oregano in der Soße“, „Teig zu weich“, Boden verbrannt“ usw. Ja Leute, es ist halt neapolitanische Pizza und nix anderes. Vielleicht erstmal das Thema checken, bevor man sich beschwert… Ambiente ist und war außerdem bei Montana nie gut, gilt auch für die Filiale im Bhfv. Dafür ist aber die Pizza seit Jahren gleichbleibend super und sucht ihresgleichen in Ffm. Also mir fällt keine bessere Pizzeria ein und darum auch gerne 5* !

Die Zeit, den Teig für die Pizza aufzugehen, ist sehr gesund. Ich glaube, es ist die einzige Pizzeria in der Gegend, die dieses System nutzt.
