Grazie Mille in Frankfurt am Main

Super Italiener egal ob man dort vor Ort isst oder Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt. Pizza, Salate und Pasta sehr gut und lecker. Dafür fahren wir gern mal ca. 25 km um gutes italienisches Essen zu bekommen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Auch der Service ist gut alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Immer wieder gerne. 😉 🇮🇹

Im Einkaufszentrum gibt es ein nettes italienisches Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Wir bestellten eine Margherita und eine Arrabbiata Pizza, und beide waren sehr lecker. Beim Bezahlen hieß es dann, dass nur deutsche Karten akzeptiert werden, man müsse also bar bezahlen.

Super leckeres Essen und auch der Service war bei uns top immer aufmerksam und freundlich! Wenn wir im Hessencenter mal wieder Shoppen isnd, kommen wir sicher wieder.

Bewertung: 2/5 ​Der Besuch im "Grazie Mille" war eine herbe Enttäuschung, die den eigenen Ansprüchen des Lokals in keiner Weise gerecht wurde. Das bestellte Schnitzel war ein Lehrbuchbeispiel für einen handwerklichen Fehler in der Küche: Das Fleisch wurde in der Fritteuse zubereitet, was für dieses Gericht ein absolutes Ausschlusskriterium darstellt. Die Panade löste sich förmlich vom Fleisch ab, was für ein Lokal, das sich als Restaurant bezeichnet, völlig inakzeptabel ist. Nach meiner Reklamation gab das Servicepersonal zu, dass das Fleisch tatsächlich frittiert wurde – eine inakzeptable Abkürzung bei der Zubereitung eines Schnitzels.....Das Fleisch war zudem extrem trocken und zäh, fast wie eine Schuhsohle, was darauf hindeutet, dass hier völlig minderwertige Qualität oder eine falsche Vorbereitung vorliegt. ​Positiv hervorzuheben sind lediglich die Beilagen: Die Pommes frites waren gut zubereitet, angenehm knusprig und nicht mit Fett vollgesogen. Auch der Beilagensalat verdient ein Lob – er war frisch, leicht und überzeugte durch eine feine Balance ohne unnötige Süße, wodurch der natürliche Eigengeschmack der Zutaten und das dezente Dressing gut zur Geltung kamen. ​Leider können jedoch auch die gelungenen Beilagen das enttäuschende Gesamtbild des Services nicht retten: Besteck, das lieblos in einem Sammelbehälter zusammen mit zerknitterten Servietten serviert wird, entspricht dem Niveau eines Imbissstands und nicht eines Ortes, der Wert auf Eleganz und Gastfreundschaft legt. Das Lokal wirkt wie ein reiner Durchlaufbetrieb in der Einkaufspassage, bei dem die Sorgfalt bei der Zubereitung des Hauptgangs gänzlich auf der Strecke bleibt.

Das Essen war super, die Lasagne war köstlich! Wir kommen wieder.

Mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant! Vor allem die Pizza und Pastagerichte sind unglaublich lecker, man schmeckt definitiv die Qualität raus! Toller Service und das Ambiente rundet das Ganze perfekt ab, also von mir eine absolute Empfehlung!! :) Tausend Dank an das Team!

Super Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter sind total freundlich & fragen zwischendurch immer mal wieder nach ob man was benötigt. Der Service war auch top! Die Atmosphäre ist total angenehm. Sitzplatz drin und draußen. Die Küche zaubert das Essen auf dem Teller & schwupps ist der Teller leer ;) weil es einfach so gut schmeckt. :D

Ein rundum perfekter Besuch! Das Essen war einfach hervorragend – frisch, authentisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Extrem unhöflicher Inhaber! Ich konnte weder telefonisch noch mit Revolut mit Karte bezahlen und wurde deswegen angeschrien: „Glauben Sie, ich habe Zeit, hier mit Ihnen herumzustehen?“ Wenn man nicht einmal dieses Problem ruhig lösen kann, sollte man in dieser Branche nicht arbeiten. Gehen Sie bloß nicht dorthin!

Der Service ist sehr freundlich und trägt immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen! Das Essen ist hervorragend, besonders die Aglio Olio schmecken mir hier sehr gut. Preis-Leiszungsverhältnis ist nun weder zu teuer, noch preiswert. Eben Standardpreise, wie man sie fast überall findet. Hier kann man auch schön alleine sitzen und essen. Natürlich ist es oft recht laut, da man sich mitten im Hessencenter befindet. Aber damit muss man eben rechnen. 🙂

Tolles Erlebnis, mitten im Einkaufszentrum, Das Essen war sehr lecker, besonders die Pilze in der Pilzsouße, hab schon einiges ausprobiert (Jägerschnitzel) bis jetzt wirklich das Beste. Kinder hatten Kinderschnitzel, Portionen waren in Ordnung, Preislich kann man nicht meckern. Das Brot ist auch sehr lecker. Das einzigste, dass das Dressing zum Salat vertauscht wurde, sehr ärgerlich. Empfehlungswert ist es trotzdem. Gruße aus RLP 👌

Sehr gute Pizzeria mit sehr fairen Preisen und sehr bemühten Bedienungen. Toller Kaffee.

Hatte eine Pizzetta heute 13.12.25. Kaufe ich nicht mehr. Die war so trocken... Die hälfe ist leider in den Müll. Tomatensoße als Basis macht eine Pizza schon aus. War leider Fehlanzeige.

Vielleicht ist das Essen ja gut, aber die Tatsache, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann, ist etwas ärgerlich; es ist offensichtlich, dass da nicht mit rechten Dingen zugegangen wird!

Pizza war ganz lecker aber der Beilagensalat war leider unappetitlich wegen der braunen Stellen am Salat.

I bought a pizza for €11 and handed the waitress €11. The woman supposedly counted it and claimed I'd only given her €10. I don't know, but it's possible she didn't miscount. That was on November 5th, 2025. I definitely only had €12 in cash in my wallet. Later, I realized I must have given her €11, since I had no more money in my wallet. It's best to always leave the money on the counter. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe not. I haven't had a good impression of this bistro/restaurant since. The pizza is also too expensive; you can get better value for money at the Hessen Center.

I had the Pizza Primavera – generously topped with very fresh vegetables and with a crispy crust. The staff is very friendly with a refreshingly Italian temperament. The seating area on the upper floor of the Hessen-Center, under olive trees, is lovely. Very relaxing!

Solid Italian! Bruschetta: Bread nice and warm and crispy, but not too hard. I personally miss a few onions, but otherwise good. Rigatoni with ham and cream sauce: Pasta cooked al dente, good ham ratio. The sauce tastes good and the portion is decent. For less than €20 per person with drinks, you can't complain :)

We've been there several times and are always very satisfied. The selection is excellent and the service is super friendly. A visit is always worthwhile. I especially recommend the Gorgonzola pizza with pear and walnuts – you won't leave anything on your plate – it's absolutely delicious! Please don't cross it off the board ;-)

The food isn't bad, but it's not great either. However, they don't accept foreign debit cards or credit cards in general. Paying is very difficult.

We were at Grazie Mille in the Hessen Center this evening – actually just for a coffee and tiramisu. While serving me, the waitress spilled all the coffee all over my jacket, pants, and cell phone – everything was soaked. Of course, things like that can happen, and she was visibly embarrassed. I reacted very calmly and kindly, even though I was sitting at the table soaking wet. What really irritated me, however, was that there was no kindness when it came to paying. No free coffee, no free tiramisu, not even a sincere inquiry as to whether everything was OK – instead, they charged as usual. Not even the thought of at least showing appreciation for the inconvenience. Others would certainly have been right to discuss a flat-rate cleaning fee. I was polite and understanding – but the lack of customer service shown unfortunately leaves me with negative memories of this visit. It's a shame, because the evening could have been a pleasant one.

We wanted to eat something here. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a seat at first. There were still plenty of empty seats, but there were still dirty dishes and leftover food from previous customers everywhere. Apparently, service isn't written down here.

You are not allowed to sit for 5 minutes even though it is empty....

The service is beyond praise. The waiters are attentive, polite, and highly professional. They enjoy discussing the dishes, helping with selection, and are always ready to answer any questions. You can feel that the restaurant values ​​each guest and strives to create the most pleasant environment for them.

Wonderful greeting, and priority seating with a disabled diner. Fabulous pizza combo - Mafioso/Palma - superb base and sumptuous fresh toppings. Miss Saira provided genuinely warm and timely service.

Despite being an open restaurant in a shopping center, the "Grazie Mille" manages to create an incredibly cozy atmosphere with the style and decorative elements, the different seating areas and the olive trees! Add to that the warm staff who greet you every time like “la famiglia”, we simply feel at home here. The food is always delicious, there are standard Italian dishes as well as unusual daily specials written on blackboards! Looking forward to the next time :-D

That was the worst pasta carbonara I've ever had. I only tried a bite and couldn't eat any more. It was surprising that they didn't seem to understand what was wrong with it

This morning I was at Grazie Mille as I often do. It has quite a nice ambience. Service Ms. Saira is very competent and friendly!!! She responds to the needs of the guests, which is not a given today!!! I can recommend it with a clear conscience! Greetings from Doris and Oli from Frankfurt!

Absolut empfehlenswert - Pasta al dente, frische Zutaten, der leckerste Insalata Mista ever. Nicht nur das Essen war hervorragend, sondern die Bedienung war unaufdringlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein neuer Lieblingsitaliener :)

We like to go there for something to eat after strolling...why? Because it tastes simple and the service is very pleasant and friendly. Yesterday we were there again and only drank 2 latte macchiatos and 1 water... and if you are greeted so honestly, in a wonderfully nice and friendly way, I would be extremely happy to mention it here. Saira greeted us very friendly. I know that's the way it should be, but you can definitely tell whether the person means it or just says hello because they "have to". The first smile came from us and when we talked to each other we said, "Oh, how honest and unpretentiously nice the waitress was."... the coffee was ordered (very tasty but a little too hot 😉) and we drank and chatted for a relatively long time. Saira looked every now and then, but everything was very unobtrusive and discreet. I like the feeling of not being forced to order something just because we're sitting here on a Saturday. When we asked for the bill, it came quickly and again we were just stared at as if we had eaten for thousands of euros . To be honest, I haven't had such a ray of sunshine as a waitress in a long time. I'm someone who likes to say something like that directly, which is what I did and Saira beamed even more. How nice it can be when you're just genuinely nice... a small act can save your whole day. Thanks Saira! We will definitely come back for the promised espresso! Note: I asked for the name because I wanted to mention her by name here.

I hadn't been there for a long time, a really, really long time. The first time I spent half a day there with my daughter. We took our time and enjoyed this day, taking time to look around. Difficult to give stars for food because we didn't eat and only treated ourselves to a Bismarck roll, we felt like it. Was delicious. We didn't use any service, so we didn't give any stars there either. The same applies to the ambience, I have to be there again and consciously let it work on me.

We ordered different pizzas three times and they came very quickly. We all enjoyed the pizzas and had good toppings too. The waiter was attentive, friendly and prompt. The selection of dishes was large, as we sat directly at the kitchen window and also had a glimpse into the kitchen. The salads all looked very tasty too. The cutlery wasn't that clean, but there were enough others at the table. The ambience wasn't quite ours but otherwise a recommendation.

I last went there a few months ago and I can safely say that the pizza was definitely better. The pizza I was served this time was truly the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Totally thin dough with no edge. Hard to eat without cutlery. You could practically see the light through it, it was so thin. That wasn't the quality I found there the last time I was there. Also very lean in taste. The sauce without salt or spices. Afterwards I had diarrhea on the way. I don't hope any of the coating on it was bad. I also had the same fate as my predecessor here. We simply got 0.5 large drinks, even though we weren't asked whether they were large or small. You can quickly earn 4.70 euros per glass! Never again!

Wow - la comida era tan fresca Carpaccio - fue increíblemente bueno - filete tierno con parmesano recién rallado y cohete mi hija sin querer pidió 2 así que en lugar de compartir tuvimos uno cada uno, tan contento de que pasó. Price too high for the quality of the food

I was here last week with my granddaughter. We wanted something to eat. First I ordered two drinks. Without asking whether we wanted a 0.3 liter or large drink, two 0.5 liter glasses were placed in front of us. . Our food order was taken. After us, guests arrived at four different tables... After half an hour, when the following guests were already being served their food, I asked the waiter whether he had forgotten us, which was then met with an annoyed look... With my grandchild, who was still hungry, I got up, paid for our unfinished drinks and left the restaurant... As a guest you expect a certain level of friendliness and attention... An absolute no-go and I certainly won't be coming back... The waiter was unbeatable in terms of unfriendliness.

As a family of 4, we came across the Grazie Mille by chance while shopping in the center. Unfortunately, the shopping center around it is a bit annoying. However, the staff makes up for it. The food was great, nothing to complain about. During the 3 times we ate here, we actually tried different dishes. The quality and taste are great. We'll stop by again on our next visit to Frankfurt.

It's a shame what they offer, if the Landen doesn't exist anymore it's no wonder because they don't bother, you pay for what you don't get, that's a shame. We ordered 3 pizzas on Thursday and all 3 were charged for what wasn't on it. We had a vegan + tunna on it 2.30 Eu was charged extra for the pizza but there was no tunna on it and the 2 others ordered with shrimp but no shrimp but some seafood

We've eaten here a few times. So far it's always been good. A pizza cost €10.90. Unfortunately, the ambience in the Hessencenter is not perfect, but as long as the food is good and the service is good, you'll be happy to go there again 😊

The waiter is super nice! Food delicious! The only problem is that there is a children's playground next door! It's sometimes very loud and conversation is a bit difficult.

We didn't like the cappuccino and bruschetta, the Italian breakfast was very tasty. Very friendly service and high prices.

Wir hatten Pizza die leider sehr an tk Pizza erinnert hat. Als Dankeschön dürften wir dann 20min auf die Rechnung warten welche kommentarlos auf den Tisch geworfen wurde.

Ich kann nicht zu 100% sicher sein, aber die Tatsache, dass ich in der Nacht nach dem Essen dort meinen gesamten Mageninhalt verloren habe und jetzt mit Magenkrämpfen auf der Couch liege lässt leider Verdacht aufkommen. Das Essen, solange es in meinem Magen war, hat ganz gut geschmeckt.

Für einen Standort mitten im Einkaufszentrum sehr ansprechend und freundliche Bedienung trotz Samstag-Stress.

Die 5 Sterne sind definitiv VERDIENT! wir waren hier mittlerweile drei Mal, und jedes dieser Male waren wir außerordentlich zufrieden! Denn, die MA hier sind super freundlich, wenn man die Ambiente betritt wird man mit einem netten Lächeln und natürlich "Hallo" begrüßt, es wird hier keine Fresse gezogen oder gelangweilt mit Augen gerollt (schon alles erlebt). Und schon hat man als Gast eine gute Laune. Die MA sind auch sehr Kinderfreundlich und äußerst nett! Das Essen ist excelent, richtig lecker und die Preise sind akzeptabel. In so ein Restaurant will man immer wieder gehen, den der Erste Eindruck bewirkt ein Wunder! Und von diesem Restaurant sollten sich so viele eine Scheibe abschneiden und es als Vorbild nehmen! Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Hessencenter sind, werden wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder mampfen! 🤍

Ein Kellner ist besonders nett und sympathisch, er lässt einen auch in Ruhe aussuchen auch wenn etwas länger dauert. Die beiden anderen grau mellierten, stellen sich nervig daneben und man fühlt sich genötigt schneller zu bestellen. Kein guter Service!!! Das Essen ist wirklich kein Brüller, es gibt keinen Grund da nochmal hinzugehen.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich,das sind die 2 Sterne. Die Pizza matschig kein Geschmack, der angepriese Belag war nicht drauf. Die Nudeln so scharf das es nicht zu essen war. War als scharf auf der Karte aber zwischen über pfeffert und scharf zum Beispiel durch Chilis ist ein riesen Unterschied. Das schlechteste italienische Essen seit langem. Bei einer Flasche Wasser gibt es nur pellegrino im halben Liter für über 4 Euro.

Ho ordinato delle linguine con gamberi, pomodorini e rucola. Il piatto si è presentato tutto sommato carino, ma il gusto non è stato per niente soddisfatto. Senza sale, pasta stracotta e nessun legame tra i tre ingredienti principali. Mi aspettavo di meglio da un piatto da 16€
