Very good food, our waiter was second to none. We had a very good evening! Thank you! We'll be back.

The place is nice but the food is absolutely not worth the price in my opinion (I ordered pasta). The service was okay but sometimes a little surprising (for example, the waiter took salt, pepper and parmesan cheese away from us a long time before we were done with our meals without asking us if we were done? - nothing serious just surprising). However, the restaurant is open until late which is a good point for Germany.

A very nice Italian restaurant and large. A classy Italian restaurant is expensive but if you go there it doesn't matter. The portions are small for the price and you won't really get full. Between the starter and the main course we waited a long time until the plates were taken away. You were quicker to clear away the other guests. The taste of the food was good.

Started well and unfortunately faded quickly. We were warmly greeted by the staff and escorted to the square. We were positively surprised. It took some time to order and drinks also took a long time. If the store had been full, I would have understood that, but the occupancy was in the middle range. The food took over an hour and when asked they just said “coming soon”. If you want to save yourself almost 10€, you should politely say no when asked when assigning a table whether you want water :-) Antipasti costs €38 for two people. Service in general is very improvable, no spoons with the pasta are not appropriate for an Italian. If you want to have a nice, good Italian meal, you should avoid the shop. Lg

Rich selection of top products and very attentive, professional service in every respect.

Delicious food in the middle of the city of Frankfurt. Restaurant quite hidden in a narrow alley. Service was okay but slightly overwhelmed. The restaurant was pretty busy that evening. Still, as an overall package, everything is good.

We came on a Saturday and spontaneously got a table because the restaurant is relatively large. Despite the light rain, it was easy to sit outside because the terrace was covered. Location was super central and yet quiet (no traffic). We ordered fish and pasta as starters. You could order a small portion of pasta in advance for half the price (I asked in advance), which I think is great. Pasta was very well seasoned with fresh tomatoes. The fish (loup de mer as a whole) was very fresh, with excellent vegetable accompaniments (not overcooked). My husband had the seafood salad and loved it. Very fresh and deliciously prepared with fennel. We also really liked the fact that you can get excellent wines open by the glass. Our favorite wine from our last holiday on Lake Garda, Lugana Santa Cristina, was served by the glass as well as many other great wines from South Tyrol. In other restaurants, these wines are usually only available by the bottle. The restaurant has its price, but everything from service to food was excellent there! Thank you 🙏

Igor was immediately extremely positive. I had a special request, I couldn't fully express everything, he knew immediately what I meant and made sure that my food was served perfectly without any further prompting. I haven't experienced service like this in a long time! Thank you, Igor, I'll be back with my team! You really did a great job! And the kitchen: fantastic too! The starter platter, about 1 m wide, amazing, the main course so perfectly prepared and served perfectly at the right time, it's really hard to beat. See you soon!

Definitely visit....top selection, top quality

What I experienced here yesterday really couldn't be surpassed in terms of audacity... At first I wanted to order a 0.75l bottle of water, as the standard soft drinks only offer a measly 0.2l. The waiter looked at me askance twice and asked if I was really sure. YES, I am sure what I want to order. The drinks then came - for my friends, mine didn't come. After 10 more minutes, in which our waiter disappeared to smoke, I asked another waiter about the drink I had ordered. He simply reached into a refrigerator behind us and took it out. So it probably wasn't a feat of strength. When we ordered food, I wanted different pasta to go with my Genovese. The waiter then rolled his eyes in annoyance and said “for once today”. I ordered with linguine (which was available in other dishes on the menu). I got tagliatelle. However, the portion for my friend's vegetarian lasagna was a joke. My Genovese and my other friend's truffle pasta were appropriate in size. Food also tasted good, you can't say anything against that. When we were finished, I wanted to have my leftovers packed up because I hadn't finished everything. After 15 minutes no one came and we asked again where my packed portion was and whether we could pay as agreed. My food then arrived, we paid and left. Today, however, I thought I had fallen from faith. What awaited me was not my linguine Genovese, but rather a meal that was definitely not mine - namely the pasta I had ordered. All in all: I will never go there again!

Everything is very neat and you can definitely eat well here…. Just too big and too impersonal for my taste.

The food is actually very good. However, the portions have been getting smaller for some time and the service could also be more organized. Sometimes long waiting times and very unpleasant if you always have to look for a waiter. As a customer, you should actually be asked regularly if you would like anything else...

We were very satisfied. Very friendly and attentive staff. There is also gluten-free pizza and pasta!

Very dear team, Attached is my reasoning, if you are asked at the door as you walk in what you want here, I have to say, a restaurant is there to stop by. Furthermore, after 10 minutes of waiting including a gesture so that you are noticed, you don't have to be in one of the ambiences you mentioned. Food : some dishes good , some meh . One of the dishes had a piece of metal. Waiters: some are good and kind , but the youngster with the glasses needs to learn a bit more. Would I come back ? Def not !

We were at Gregorellis today with the team, I was already there and my colleagues were there for the first time. Apart from the stylish ambience, we were served by Igor, who anticipated our every wish and was always attentive in every respect. Of course, the food was sensational again, we also had tuna tartare - this was not mentioned in the selection to tick. Food, ambience and service are simply top! I can highly recommend truffle pasta to everyone. You can also get pizza and pasta in a gluten-free option for a small additional charge. I would especially like to praise the waiter Igor. It really makes your evening!

Exquisite. Majestic selection of flavours. Fantastic decoration and a wonderful offer of wines. The staff attended us both on German, English and Spanish. The service was brilliant and the food was really fantastic. Ristorante Gregorellis is a place to come back.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at Gregorellis today! Pasta tartufo extremely dry and tasteless. Never had such bad pasta that cost €28. The service completely messed up... our bread basket was forgotten and a dish was served 15 minutes later. Blanket only brought after being asked twice. In the end I only ate half and paid the hefty full price. Don't feel like coming back 😕

The food was very good, unfortunately a colleague and I had been forgotten. We were there with 26 people, so it could happen.

Unter neuem Betreiber leider nicht mehr so gut. Der Service dauert trotz nur mäßig besetztem Restaurant sehr lange. Bestellung wurde nach der Vorspeise verbummelt und kam dann auch noch falsch.

Beautiful atmosphere, great service... and above all, super delicate dishes

If you want to go this place, be sure that you have at least 3 hours. It was already slow on service. On top of it, we have waited 20 mins for the check. When we said to waiter that we need to catch a show in Alte Oper and need to leave, he replied to me “Go to McDonalds then. Why did you come here?”. Really classy! Food was good though.

Edit to the restaurant's response: I can't tell you what caused your guests to rate differently than I did. I stand by my rating and thank you for the outstanding food.

A wonderful Italian restaurant in the very center of Frankfurt! Large selection of appetizers, pasta, pizza, risotto. There is also a large selection of fish dishes. An ideal place to meet with friends, colleagues or partners. I spent the evening in excellent company, in a pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant and warm service.

The price-performance ratio is grossly excessive. The steak was grilled well but just didn't taste good, maybe not good meat? The portions were small. The salad only had oil as a dressing. At a price of 170 euros for 2 people we are used to much better. Postscript! Thank you for your reply. When I asked, I told the friendly waiter that the steak wasn't tasty. He turned around and walked away. He didn't say anything about it and didn't want to hear my opinion.

Always delicious. A large selection of very good food and drinks in a central city center location. Subway and parking garage just a few meters away.

Waiting times were a bit long and unfortunately the pizza oven was broken. Still 4 stars for the delicious food and especially for the very hard-working and friendly waiter Igor.

I went there for a glass of wine and ordered an Arneis. The bill asked for €22, which wasn't on the menu and the waiter may not have understood my clearly worded order and served me a much more expensive wine. Be that as it may, €22 is already outrageous for Frankfurt, Meisengasse, Portofino, Positano or other hotspots is still justifiable... but Meisengasse is opposite a construction site👎👎👎👎👎

The price-performance ratio here is incredibly bad and the food is simply not good enough. For me, the many good reviews are questionable because the taste of the restaurant is simply not convincing. Today I ate the worst and most expensive truffle pasta in Frankfurt, in terms of taste it clearly beats the competition! If you want to pay a lot of money for below-average food, this is the place for you. For me it has been a failure several times now and I won't order again.

I spontaneously went to Gregorellis with a friend. Unfortunately the restaurant was fully booked, but the waiters were very friendly and offered us a place in the lounge. There we enjoyed a delicious cheese and sausage platter and accompanied it with an exquisite wine. 😊

A good, relative fancy Italian restaurant. Food quality is really worth it. The portions were small and the prices quite high though. Perfect place for a date, location is perfect and the service was friendly and quick.

Wow! Der Service ist selht bei vollem Laden außerordentlich aufmerksam und die Küche versteht ihr Handwerk einwandfrei. Auch die Weinauswahl ist durchdacht, passend und schmackhaft. Selbst ausgebucht macht das Ambiente noch sehr viel her. Ich habe wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Der perfekte Ort um viel Geld auszugeben und sich schlecht behandeln zu lassen. Das Essen war stellenweise kalt, an ein Wasserglas mussten wir drei mal erinnern, anstelle von drei bestellten Espressi ist nur einer gekommen, auf die freundliche Bitte hin die Gabel auszutauschen, wurde diese erstmal vom Kellner inspiziert ob der Gast auch wirklich recht hat und dann lief noch eine Maus durch den Gastraum. Danke nein, nicht nochmal.

Sehr nette und persönliche Bedienung. Schmackhafter Salat und leckere Pizza. Faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis . Zum Salat werden frische Brötchen serviert. Besonders schätze ich, dass ich auch eine kleinere Pizza bestellen konnte, dies ist leider nicht in allen Pizzerien möglich. Daher gute vier Sterne. Fünf Sterne wurden bedeuten dass keine Steigerung mehr möglich ist. Eine Pfeffermühle zur Pizza, ein Wasser zum Espresso, bei der Pizza etwas weniger Tomaten und den Spinat ausgedruckt, sodass der Belag Wasser lässt wurde in die Richtung gehen. Trotzdem: geht hin und genießt das Essen

Bereits war ich schon das zweite mal in diesem Restaurant. Das Ambiente 1a, dass Personal 1a+ und das Essen ein wahres Gedicht. Wir sind auf Empfehlung von einem sehr guten Gastronom Nunzio Lampertheim hingegangen, und waren mehr als überrascht. Vielen vielen Dank wir sehen uns jetzt regelmäßig, die 140 km nehmen wir sehr gerne in Kauf. Marco und Sabrina 😘

Ristorante di alta cucina italiana. Grandi Chef, ottimo servizio amichevole. Posti dentro e fuori. Anche se circondato da uffici di lavoro comunque c'è uno spiazzale dove i bambini possono giocare indisturbati. Ottimo cibo prezzi alti per un servizio di qualità.
