We ate there for the second time in a row today. Super nice and friendly staff. Very tasty and, above all, very fast food! We'll definitely be back on our next vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Best regards (Pizza Diavolo ;) )

The Grotta restaurant is definitely not a junk shop. We were here on vacation and received a very warm welcome. The service was friendly, and both my partner and I enjoyed the food. The pizza was quite large, so it definitely fills you up. While we waited for our food, we were given three small rolls with a dip. You don't see that everywhere. The restaurant itself is a bit smaller but still cozy. We'd love to come back here again.

While looking for a child-friendly restaurant, La Grotta was recommended to us. The waiter was incredibly kind, attentive to our hungry child, and took the time to listen to his stories. He was also very kind to us and took the time to chat with us. We were seated in a small gazebo. The roof ran across the entire restaurant and was covered with tiles. A wonderful ambiance. The menu offers a wide selection. There was a Margherita pizza, a Diavolo pizza, and Dris di Pasta pizza. The drinks arrived very quickly. The main courses also arrived quickly, even though the restaurant was very busy. For dessert, there was a regular portion of tiramisu. We ate it between the two of us, and it was a dream. The service is excellent, and I have no idea why the owner doesn't raise the prices, as I haven't had such good value for money in a restaurant in a long time. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't look quite as good from the outside as the food inside, but I don't regret anything.

The online review brought us here. A place with a familiar, friendly atmosphere. As tourists, we were no less welcome among locals. A friendly, attentive conversation continued between ordering and the individual courses. Homemade, impeccably crafted food with many flavor nuances. Very tasty and well-balanced. Even a seasonal, fresh amuse-bouche was a must, rounded off with a grappa at the end of the meal. If we didn't live so far away, this certainly wouldn't be our last visit. By chance on the way to the bus, we stumbled upon Pizzeria La Grotta and decided to stop in. We received a very friendly welcome, and the ambiance is classic and cozy. The selection is also classic, with a focus on pizza and pasta. Both dishes were delicious and prepared quickly. I would also like to highlight the very tasty selection of fresh, local beer, which isn't common everywhere. We will definitely be back.

La Grotta is definitely our first stop when we spend a few days in picturesque Konstanz again. The great service starts with the friendly welcome. The ambience is exactly to our taste. Of course, the most important thing is the food. The bruscetta is incredibly delicious, but a real challenge as an appetizer for one person. Better to share it. The pizzas are recommended depending on your taste, my absolute favorite is the Pizza La Grotta - awesome! The wine selection is varied, I particularly like the slightly more expensive Primitivo, but that's a matter of taste. If you want to spend a nice evening with good Italian food in a friendly atmosphere, this pizzeria is the right place for you.

The food is very good and the price-performance ratio is right. Special requests are fulfilled without discussion and the service rounds off the well-being very well. We always feel comfortable and will definitely come back.

The food is delicious. We ordered tomato soup, 4 cheese pizza with extra salami, mixed salad and tiramisu for dessert. Nothing failed, everything was very good. The place is small but worth the wait. The people are also very friendly, when they saw us waiting, they rushed to consume so we could sit down. A yes come! 10/10 sorry for the lack of photos but I devoured everything 🫣 the tiramisu was the only thing I could photograph 😂

We were on a short vacation in Konstanz and since our hotel only offered breakfast including breakfast, we had to take care of ourselves differently. Based on the reviews, we spontaneously called this restaurant at 9 p.m. on Monday evening. With a lot of luck we got a table and went straight away. As soon as we walked in we felt this warm and great atmosphere. That alone is worth a visit. But the food was also delicious. We had pasta, pizza and a salad. Everything's fine. In combination with the loving and attentive hospitality, a successful evening. Thank you dear team and when we are there again we will be happy to come back.

The staff, the price and the restaurant are great, but the pizza was really terrible. I don't know if I was just unlucky, but the pizza was almost runny. In some places there was half an onion in a pile, in other places there was no onion to be found - the same was true for the garlic. Unfortunately I didn't like the pizza, it's a real shame.

Small but nice restaurant. Parking in the parking garage (approx. 100m away) makes sense. All in all, good to very good, so far the best Italian restaurant I've visited in the city.

Our regular restaurant for almost 10 years (even though we no longer live in Konstanz). The food is unique, whether pizza, pasta or pana cotta! The salad with the French dressing is also highly recommended. But it's not just the food that's great, but also the lovingly and comfortably furnished location and the staff! If you're in Konstanz and don't eat here, you've clearly missed something! :-)
