The food is very tasty, you can tell how much love the food is made with. The delivery people are very nice. I recommend it to anyone who goes by there.

An hour after the tuna pizza I had an uneasy feeling in my stomach. Spent the rest of the night on the toilet... After several reviews about bad/rotten food, no wonder…. Thanks

We sat in the “restaurant”, we were the only ones, so the atmosphere was lower, but the service was excellent, especially fast. Delicious food and for a good price. Recommended! We had the snitzel and a pizza.

I bought a baguette in your branch and was very disappointed with the quality. The baguette was badly burned and there were even pieces of aluminum foil in it. In addition, the employee who served me was very unfriendly, which further worsened my impression. There was no offer to give them a new one or let alone the money back. Instead, discuss with me and present something like your own laws. I would be very reluctant to recommend it, I would prefer not to give it a star.

Real disaster, I ordered because of the actually good rating. It was 11:30 p.m. and something was delivered after about 90 minutes. Pizza and fries were cold and soggy. The tuna was raw and the peppers were sour. If you can't offer quality at that time, you should leave it alone...

If more cheese was put on the pizzas I would give it 5 stars

We ordered Pasta Cicasso and Pasta Quattro Formaggi. Delivery was quick, food was delicious, fresh and warm. We also got pizza rolls with herb butter for free.

There is mold in the salad (rotten lettuce leaf), the spinach is sour and bad and the pasta dish Tagliatelle Arrabiata is prepared with cream even though only tomato sauce was in the description. Everything inedible and bad. The entire meal was a disaster. Delivery time was 35 minutes. Can't recommend the store and won't be ordering from here again. I advise pregnant women to eat from here due to the poor hygiene.

Definitely don't order there! I waited 2 hours until I got 2 cold pizzas. They were also disgusting and smelled like frying grease - absolutely inedible and a disgrace.

I ordered pizza for home, the driver calls me and says open the door, he went to another address, that can happen but then you get cheeky if you make mistakes yourself and don't even know German!!! Pizza arrived cold, I haven't seen anything so outrageous in a long time, he tells me I'm not bringing food up, I'm not allowed to come down, then I asked why he tells me you're a hotel, even though it's a house, the guy never orders again me there!!!

Ordered food and waited an hour, it didn't arrive. When asked, only the driver answered, who supposedly had no idea and was “just” the driver. Dubious and disorganized.

This store looks pretty neat from the outside, but I can't rate it from the inside. Ordered online on October 26th, 2024, which would have been quick, but unfortunately the wrong pizza was delivered. Over the phone they said, "Sorry, we'll take care of it, we'll clarify it with the boss and give you a new one." 10 minutes later the delivery person was at the door with the right pizza and wanted to take the bottle with him because he had to go to the customer. Swapped pizzas (I'm starting to feel sick about hygiene), cold pizza for cold pizza. The pizzas had plenty of toppings, but a cold pizza just doesn't taste right. Since it was the children's pizza, of all things, my pizza had to wait before it was eaten, so I had 2 cold pizzas to eat, which is where the "joy" really comes. Only the minimum was delivered, no apology or compensation for a cold, expensive meal and of course the tip was also kept. Delivery is definitely not recommended, as the shopping cart with 4 items is probably too complex to deliver sensibly and hotly. Unfortunately, false promises were made on the phone because a fresh pizza would have been hot and not cold. The distance between the pizzeria and the delivery location was a maximum of 3 kilometers, a maximum of 5 minutes by car.

Very unfriendly and very expensive! We paid 30 euros for 2 pizzas. We called to place the order to pick up and were left waiting on the phone for 1 minute. There was a very unfriendly man on site.

This was a very nice place to chill with the boys. But the food was very expensive, and the chicken was originally from Aldi, it tasted like it came from a Euro store. A day later we all have a stomach ache and some of us also have a sore throat. I'll NEVER COME AGAIN!!!

This brought back full stars and a great, satisfied customer ❤️ Edit: Unfortunately only 1 star because the minimum order value has been increased to €25. Now with 2 pizzas/2 dishes you no longer get the order total for delivery. When ordering via Lieferando, the prices are higher and you have to pay an additional €4 delivery costs. However, there is still only a minimum order value of €20. It's actually a real shame, you were a top delivery service! Great pizzeria that is still open for a long time. I hardly know of any other place where you can still get something to eat at 2-3 o'clock in the evening. Pizza is excellent, pasta is also recommended. The stated delivery times are usually well below, and the drivers are always friendly. If you specify in advance, you can also pay by card.

You can sit inside and outside, a small, fine shop where you can watch the pizza being made from the window. Very friendly staff and the food was on the table within a few minutes, the price was also right with 2× Mezzo Mix 25.40 for 2× 26cm pizzas, you really can't tell at that price. Today at 2:00 a.m. I went to the pizzeria to get myself and a friend something to drink. We chose two small Fuze Tea bottles. When we said this, the Indian employee initially told us a price of €6. At the same time he answered his cell phone, became rude and disrespectful, and then suddenly said that the bottles cost €10. He asked us to look at the menu. I added a picture of the menu and it is absolutely incomprehensible how a 1 liter bottle can be the same price as a small bottle of iced tea. Are these limited bottles? Or is it a collaboration with Gucci? Why did this employee so obviously want to rip us off? Even at the gas station I don't pay that much for something like that! This experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely can't recommend this pizzeria unless you love giving your kidneys for regular drinks.

The salad was already wilted and swimming in the dressing; really not recommended. However, the pizza was really good. I was annoyed by the request for cash instead of credit card payment, and I wasn't given a receipt for my expense report.

Here was quattro formaggi. Super tasty, with a thin crust 😊

In the evening we spontaneously got something to eat here. It was busy, but we didn't have to wait long for our food. The pizza had good toppings and tasted very good. If you want something to take away at night on the weekend, this is the place for you. The restaurant is open until around 4 a.m. and you can stop for a short drive.

If it says on my mailbox: no advertising! Then I don't want any advertising!

Delicious food, but I accidentally placed an order for pickup. The guy on the phone said we don't deliver anything less than €20, even though the website says €15, and didn't want to do the delivery.

Unfortunately, constructive criticism is not welcome and truthful reviews are preferred to be deleted via Google. Maybe something has changed in the last four years, maybe there is an attempt to improve the image through cancel culture. It is like it is. I haven't been there since my negative experience four years ago 🤷‍♂️.

Rating: ⭐️ The kebab meat I ordered was definitely not fresh. It seemed like it was thawed and refrozen several times which greatly affected the taste. Disappointing and not recommended.

If you don't receive a friendly greeting or nothing, the same goes when you say goodbye, the food tastes good but the person with the beard is simply not suitable for customers.

I ordered four family pizzas with 2xtuna, mushrooms and spinach. The price was really overpriced (€140), unfortunately everything was delivered cold. The dough was like cardboard and you could hardly chew it. For me there is usually no bad pizza, but I and my guests really didn't like it there! The employee at the pizzeria where I had been two days before was also very unfriendly. Not recommended never again!!!

I am a long-time customer of cicasso who has ordered there 4-5 times a month. Emphasis is on me, something was delivered incorrectly with my last order, but I was promised on the phone that I would just call as an apology for my next order need to get the incorrectly delivered dish for free. When I called there earlier, I mentioned this and was told "I don't have time, I have a lot to do" I explained this to him politely again, then he said "I don't have time to discuss, bye" and he hung up. So Being rude to a customer is not acceptable, especially with a customer who orders there very frequently every month. I then called them again and the man on the phone spoke to me very aggressively and unfriendly and repeated himself and then hung up again. That's bottom drawer. Therefore NEVER order here again. 1 star is still too much!

I ordered pizza, one with tuna and one with spinach and tomatoes. The pizza with tuna looked as if it had already been eaten and the spinach tasted as original as if you had put your face in the meadow while sprinting.

Great food, even delivers super quickly. Even today (on carnival), my favorite delivery man Khan came and gave me joy after I got my food order after 20 minutes. TOP SERVICE!!!

the worst restaurant, I waited 3 hours for the food, they lied to me that it would take another 10-15 minutes and after 40 minutes I called again and they said I have a foreign number, what does this mean you are hungry and you are waiting 3 hours for your food to come , and still no one brings it to you, what the hell does that mean!! worst restaurant 0 !!!!! I do not recommend at all!

We ordered party pizzas for our celebration. On-time delivery, very nice delivery person, delicious pizza. There was also chili and garlic oil. We can only recommend Cicasso.

Gestern haben wir dort zum ersten Mal Pizza und Pasta bestellt und sind restlos begeistert. Es kam noch heiss an, sah ansprechend aus und beides war exzellent. Die Pizza hatte einen tollen dünnen Boden, die Zutaten schmeckten frisch und der Käse sehr gut gewürzt. Meine Nudeln mit Olivenöl, ein paar frischen Tomaten, frisch angebratenen Knoblauch und ein paar Oliven war auch großes Kino. So oft geben sich Restaurants bei diesem Gericht wenig Mühe. Klatsch, drauf auf den Teller. Anstatt Knoblauchstücke nur Knoblauchöl o.ä. Aber hier in der Pizzeria wird anscheinend wirklich richtig gekocht und sich bemüht. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Beste Hähnchenschnitzel was ich im meinem Leben gegessen habe. Leckere Sauce Hollandaise mit Brokkoli und sehr große Portion. Sehr nettes Personal. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier kommen 👌🏼

Ihr wollte Abend etwas warmes leckeres zu Essen haben? Dann einfach bei Cicasso bestellen. Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und an Knoblauch und Scharf wird nicht gespart💪. Die Nudelgerichte werden sehr heiß beliefert, deshalb vorsichtig beim rein beißen! Die Lieferanten sind immer sehr nett und rufen Nachts auch vorher an, falls man seine Klingel nicht hören kann oder ausversehen aus gestellt hat👍.

Combinatione gegessen, war ehr nicht mein Fall, nicht ganz heiß und die Cannelloni waren nicht gar und von minderer Qualität.

Immer wieder gutes Essen egal ob Pizza oder Pasta.

War immer meine Lieblings-Pizzeria, weil ich für unter 10€ nach Hause bestellen konnte, was einem sonst die wenigsten guten Pizzerien ermöglichen. Leider wurde jetzt der Mindestbestellwert erhöht und 15€ als eine einzelne Person ist mir das leider zu teuer. 5 Sterne für Service, Qualität und Lieferzeiten, nur ärgerlich mit den Preiserhöhungen, wo heutzutage wohl leider keiner mehr drum herumkommt.

Lieferdienst kann man dort vergessen das essen kommt kalt an und man bekommt nicht das was man bestellt hat. Ich bin so einer der sagt Fehler passieren deswegen habe ich denen drei Chancen gegeben leider vergebens. An alle drei Bestellung gab es Fehler mAh fehlte Knoblauch scharf Pizza mAh würde Schnitzel roh geliefert mAh kann's andere Bestellung was ich nicht bestellt hab

Раз в місяць приїжджаю в Дюссельдорф на навчання. Мій готель знаходиться поруч з цією піццерією, я завжди беру тут собі щось смачненьке. Порції досить великі , тому мені буває навіть інколи забагато. Дуже хороший персонал, швидко готують. Салат з фетою і йогуртом завжди свіжий. В піццу додають багато інгредієнтів , а спагетті особливо з морепродуктами дуже смачні, і багато соусу! Допізна працюють) 🥰

Nach meiner Bestellung bei Pizzeria Cicasso ist mir aufgefallen dass, das Schnitzel sehr gut gebräunt (schwarz) angekommen ist, der Fahrer sehr viel Spaß an seinem Beruf(Sarkassmus) hatte, und das Essen Durchaus (nicht) empfehlenswert (bis auf die Nudeln(Aussage von meiner Mitgemeinschaft)) war. Würde glaube ich lieber jeden Tag bei Mc Donalds essen, als nochmal 13€ für so eine Delikatesse auszugeben.

Essen bestellt. Vom Geruch dachte man Wow und man wollte essen. Aber leider kalt, geschmacklos, nicht knusprig, Fleisch ersatz bzw. Pressfleisch. Na ja meins war es leider nicht.

Burger z mrożonym kotletem. Pizza słona z gumowym ciastem. Trzeba się natrudzić by przeżuć ciasto. Jedna pizza przyszła bez pieczarek, choć zamawiałem dwie takie same, „knoblauchsoße” to po prostu czosnek w oleju. Nie polecam i sam więcej nie zamówię.

Well. Funny thing. I ordered NY BBQ grilled burger XXL but I got grilled hot dog with BBQ sauce and french fries.

Besitzer droht ehrenlos mit Polizei wegen eigenverschulden ( bin erst 14 ) War sehr ängstlich und beschämt Pizza war auch kalt und ungenießbar. Und überteuert

Einfach nur ekelhaft wenn man in seiner Lasagne unter dem Käse schwarze Haare findet.... meiner Meinung nach sollte man den Laden meiden und auf Alternativen zurückgreifen .
