I only give 5 stars for food if I've tried several different dishes and the quality is consistently good. However, the gyros is very tasty, and I can recommend it. We visited this Pommes Ude for the first time on Saturday and were thrilled. We had one gyro plate, one taxi plate, one gyro with salad, and one vegetarian casserole. Everything tasted great and was freshly prepared. We even saw a gyro skewer being restocked. Instead of using a pre-made skewer, the skewer was hand-loaded with fresh meat. The best chip shop, good, affordable, and decent portions.

Fresh leaf salad, crisp even when cold, as well as pieces of cucumber and tomato, arugula, pickled green peppers, and coleslaw. For an unbeatably large gyro plate, with pita on a large plate and super-spicy chicken. Perfect tzatziki with fresh garlic and herbs. For the size of the restaurant, there are more than enough seats and restrooms. Good Greek food in an authentic atmosphere, enjoyed by native Greeks. It's probably also family-run. Value for money: €8 for the huge portion, I'm happy to round up. Thanks for the deliciousness! It was a random visit, I'd love to go back. I finally know where to eat in Düsseldorf :D Unfortunately, it was too good hahaha, so no photos ~;^

Very tasty food at fair prices. The portions (especially the fries!) are huge, and they accommodate special requests when ordering, even if there are several and the place is full. It can get very busy on Sunday evenings. We recently waited almost an hour at 7 p.m., but that certainly speaks volumes about the quality of the food. One small criticism is the opening hours: I find 9 p.m. a bit tight on weekends. 10 p.m. would be great 😊 Otherwise, everything is GREAT! I always enjoy coming here!

The visit to Gyros Pepe was more of a coincidence...but the stop there was more than worth it...I've rarely eaten such good Greek food...at absolutely reasonable prices...good fries...crispy and naturally flavorful salads...and to go with it, a gyro of superb quality...juicy...crispy...well-seasoned...fresh...not to be easily topped...it's worth a longer trip...or simply in combination with a visit to the nearby Classic Remise...I'm already craving it again...😋😋😋

It's a real shame that the service is so poor despite such good food. It's always packed, no matter the time of day. People usually line up all the way out onto the curb. The receiver is simply left hanging, and phone orders aren't possible. A real shame.

I've eaten a lot of taxi plates, but I have to say, and I never would have thought it, that this one was truly the best of my life. I really can't find any criticism here. Extremely delicious gyro, a super fruity and delicious curry sauce, the currywurst was also great, and the fries were crispy and fresh. The portion was really large, and I was full (doesn't happen often 😂). High praise! Super good, I'd love to come back and will definitely recommend you.

The food is really great. The service is also very nice. I would reconsider the to-go packaging, though. Every time I order something to go, the dressing (olive oil, tomato and cucumber water from the farmer's salad, for example) spills out and ends up messily in the bag, and you have to clean it up first. If you don't hold the food packaging perfectly straight, there's no chance of anything spilling out, whether it's from the salad or the meat juice from the gyro. There are better packaging alternatives.

The gyros are always great and the ingredients are fresh – very good, in fact. I've repeatedly asked for a pita sandwich to have the bread warmed up briefly. Unfortunately, I once again received bread that was so toasted that it "ripped your mouth open" (even though I specifically asked for it!). No questions asked when I then returned the entire meal and simply paid...

With so many kebab shops, a Greek snack bar is a great change of pace. The gyro is delicious, there's a choice of gyros and chicken, the staff is very well-organized, and despite the crowds, the wait isn't very long. There's a wide selection of salads to choose from, the tzatziki is authentically Greek, and the fries are delicious and crispy. A treat anytime.

Really, really good "gyro place"!!! We were at "Gyros Manufaktur Pepe" for the first time today. Friday evening around 6 p.m.... The line stretched all the way to the sidewalk, and that's actually always a very good sign when people are "standing in line" somewhere. So, we were prepared for a long wait... Orders were taken really quickly, one after the other, and a total of four people behind the counter made sure everyone got their order quickly... The relatively small indoor and outdoor areas with seating were also being supplied with food. However, considering the number of customers, it didn't take particularly long for our food to be ready... We ordered a "taxi plate" and one of the "baked gyros"... The meat was truly exceptional, and the fries were delicious. The currywurst was of a normal, good standard... The lady who took our order was friendly, and additional orders like some tzatziki and onions for the taxi plate were also accommodated... I even got to witness a new gyro skewer being prepared on-site... Yes, exactly... the skewer was restocked and stacked on-site while the business was still running... awesome... truly a handicraft. Nevertheless, nothing was delayed, and all orders were prepared quickly and reliably... The salads, meat, bread, etc., all looked fresh, and with the truly generous portions and the high customer demand, there couldn't be anything "old"... The portion sizes of meat, fries, salads, tzatziki and onions, etc., truly left me speechless, and all this in relation to the top-quality freshness and truly reasonable prices. The taste was truly top-notch, and I can 100% recommend Gyros Manufaktur... Keep up the good work, dear team. That's exactly how you do it 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Unfortunately, Düsseldorf isn't the gyro hotspot in North Rhine-Westphalia, so I set out to find the best gyro in the city. After an hour's bike ride, I found it—needless to say. Absolutely delicious. The meat was crispy yet juicy, pleasantly seasoned, and the tzatziki was a dream. I truly recommend this place to any gyro lover.

A very nice gyro plate, the fries weren't too greasy, the salad was fresh and appetizing, and the gyro was very well seasoned and tasty. Definitely a decent gyro. I wanted something a bit more crispy, but unfortunately there was a line, so I was cut off early. For me, it just lacked the roasted flavors like at Iltisgrill in Cologne.

I've eaten a lot of gyros, but this is by far the best and tastiest. The quality is excellent, the portions are large, and the food is simply prepared with love. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. You can sit at a few tables inside; everything is clean, modern, and lovingly decorated. In the summer, there are high tables with stools outside. If you love gyros, you definitely have to try this place.

Here the boss cooks himself and with heart. The food is always of the best quality, fresh and the price/performance ratio is just right here. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant, but if they are full you can park in the Aldi store parking lot just around the corner. Meat lovers and vegetarians alike will find what they are looking for here.
