Rossini in Düsseldorf

Der Außenbereich schafft es gut die Hektik der Stadt drumherum herauszuhalten. Abseits davon fiel er weder positiv noch negativ auf. War meine Begrüßung noch typisch italienisch herzlich, war der Service danach alles andere als warm. Ich weiß nicht ob die Dame ihren Job nicht mag oder einfach einen schlechten Tag hatte, aber wenn man nicht mal begrüßt wird hinterlässt das keinen guten Eindruck beim Gast. Professionell war es allerdings. Zum Essen: Mein Salat war schön frisch und knackig. Nichts außergewöhnliches, aber gut gemacht. Der Trüffelpasta fehlte aus meiner Sicht etwas Intensität, meist ein Hinweis auf nicht so gute Trüffelqualität. Insgesamt aber auch nicht schlecht. Zum Desert sei gesagt: Wer bei Cassata-Eis keine Freude empfindet, kann kein guter Mensch sein ;). Alles in allem war ich weder begeistert, noch enttäuscht. Eine solide Performance, aber nichts was in Erinnerung bleiben würde.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend! Der Service war super freundlich und aufmerksam. Vom Carpaccio als Vorspeise über die Hauptspeisen bis hin zum Tiramisu als Dessert war alles hervorragend und richtig lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ich war im Rahmen vom BVMW Lunch dort. Hatte das Carpacio, welches wirklich lecker war. Als Gruß aus der Küche gab es Brot mit Olivenöl, welches sehr lecker war. Der Service war seht aufmerksam, das Essen war top und auf dem Punkt, auch bei einer größeren Gruppe kam alles ziemlich zeitgleich. Werde das Rossini sicher weiterempfehlen und auch mit Familie vorbeikommen

Das Rinderfilet war grandios und butterzart, perfekt gebraten. Das Gemüse war hingegen nicht lange genug gekocht und der Service hat leider nicht richtig zugehört, was es schwierig gemacht hat eine perfekte Versorgung zu gewährleisten. Das beste Restaurant in Düsseldorf!!!! Seit vielen Jahren besuche ich die verschiedensten Restaurants in Düsseldorf, doch keins konnte jemals mit dem Rossini mithalten. Man genießt sein authentisches italienisches Gericht bei einer warmen Atmosphäre, wie es heutzutage kaum ein Restaurant hinbekommt! Der Service ist unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, das Essen ein Traum. Ich kann es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man in den Genuss eines ORIGINALEN Italienischen Restaurants kommen möchte. Nicht umsonst gibt es das Rossini seit fast 50 Jahren! Unglaublich!!!

Ich bin oft im Rossini und es ist jedes Mal wie ein kleiner Urlaub - das Essen ist authentisch italienisch, richtig leckere Weine und vor allem den sehr guten Service liebe ich hier. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Ich freue mich schon auf den Sommer, wenn man wieder auf der wunderschönen Terrasse verweilen kann.

Wir feierten unsere standesamtliche Hochzeit im Restaurant Rossini und es war wirklich wunderschön. Das Essen und die Getränke waren hervorragend, der Service erstklassig. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde jederzeit Rücksicht genommen und die Kommunikation verlief durchweg reibungslos. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Wir sind zu viert zum ersten Mal an einem Freitag im Rossini zum Abendessen gewesen. Vom sehr freundlichen Empfang, bis zur Empfehlung der Weine bzw. Gerichte dazu, hat das Ambiente den tollen Service gut untermalt. Wir haben Mista Vorspeise, Carpaccio und gegrillte Riesengarnelen geteilt. Man bekommt frisches Baguette und es wird auch nachgereicht. Im Hauptgang wurde uns Fleisch am Knochen empfohlen, welches wir sehr genossen haben. Qualität Preis und Leistung sind im vollen Einklang. Die Beilagen gab es im Preis inbegriffen und wir haben Wünsche geäußert die man uns ermöglich hat. So hatten einen sehr runden Abend im Rossini, gerne kommen wir wieder! Danke an das gesamte Team!

Das Restaurant Rossini ist ein wunderbarer etablierter Klassiker unter den Italienern in Düsseldorf. Wer hier essen geht, hat alles richtig gemacht. Ein exzellentes Restaurant erkennt man auch daran, dass man eine Variation auf persönliche Wünsche durch die Küche problemlos umgesetzt bekommt. In diesem Fall: statt einer Meeresfrüchtesauce auf Tomatenbasis, haben wir nach einer weißen Dosenbasis auf Weißwein Basis gefragt – in der Übersetzung von Gast zu Kellner am Küche und zurück. Als Gericht zum Gast scheint es mit jedem Schritt besser geworden zu sein! Ganz großes Kino.

Schmackhaftes Essen, netter Service, perfekt

An sich alles in Ordnung. Nur ist der Preis sehr hoch. Eine Flasche Sprudel für 9€ ist schon eine Hausnummer. Die Kürbissuppe für €14.50 könnte auch günstiger gereicht werden. Am Essen selber ist alles prima. Nur Preis-Leistung liegen nicht im Gleichgewicht.

Super Service und unsere Nudelgerichte waren einfach hervorragend! Wir hatten die helle Bolognese und das Hirschragout 👌🏽 Ich finde das einzige Manko das es in fast allen Restaurants in Deutschland gibt, die Austern werden leider immer nur mit einer Zitrone zum Tisch gebracht. In vielen Restaurants in den Niederlanden bekommt man drei vier top Soßen dazu, Geschmacksexplosion pur!

Unser Besuch im Restaurant war rundum gelungen. Das Essen war hervorragend und geschmacklich top. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv wieder.

Ein sehr guter Italiener nah am Zentrum. Durchaus auch zu Fuß erreichbar von der Innenstadt aus. Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider typisch Düsseldorf. Das Essen ist sehr gut!

Das beste italienische Essen, das wir je außerhalb Italiens gegessen haben. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und authentisch, und der Service ist exzellent. Der Rotwein war hervorragend, und wir bestellten drei verschiedene Pastagerichte – alle waren köstlich.

Wir haben hier köstlich gegessen. Wir fanden es zwar etwas teuer, aber die Qualität und der gute Service haben es wettgemacht.

Wir als Paar wurden außergewöhnlich gut, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam aber doch dezent zurückhaltend, bedient! Absolut KLASSE Erlebnis mit einer Geschmacksvielfalt, die uns beeindruckt hat, insbesondere weil die Vorspeisenplatten zusammen serviert wurden (unser Wunsch) und wir die hohe Qualität der Zutaten mit jedem Bissen so direkt hintereinander erleben konnten. Das T-bone Steak und die Vorbereitung durch den Kellner war gekonnt und spitze. Die Rosmarin Kartoffeln, gebratenes Gemüse, Rotwein-und Pfeffersauce, Riesling, schmeckten wirklich abgerundet und absolut passend. Für 300€, am Do 20.11.2025, abends 19Uhr, mit Reservierung (3h vorher angerufen), ein Erlebnis der ganz besonderen Art. Wir waren satt! Und hatten am nächsten Tag noch etwas von der irren Menge des geschmacklich hervorragenden Fleisches zum brunch zu Hause. Wir kommen wieder!

We just came from Rossini (2 people). The service was exceptionally attentive, and every detail was taken care of. Overall, there was a great atmosphere and a very pleasant ambiance in the restaurant. For our meal, we had Dover sole (a must-try!). From appetizer to dessert, the cuisine was top-notch. The restaurant initially made a good impression, and we were seated shortly before opening time without a reservation. Since we didn't see a cloakroom, we had to hang our heavy jackets over the backs of our chairs. Later, I saw a waiter casually taking other guests' jackets to a separate room. So, no service for us there. Our waiter lacked typical Italian charm and brought the requested second bottle of water far too late. The food was decent and of good quality, but some parts were too salty and nothing special, lacking any finesse. There was also no amuse-bouche, just (good) ciabatta as an appetizer. The portions were adequate. However, there was nothing suitable for the children, who weren't impressed with our meal either. At least the children were given something to color, but that wasn't why we were there. The drink prices were exorbitant (wine and water). We can get much better quality elsewhere, in a friendlier atmosphere, for significantly less money, and even with extra service for children. We were disappointed and certainly won't be returning. Furthermore, we as a group didn't feel truly welcome and rather superfluous.

A lovely Italian restaurant and a bank on Kaiserstrasse for many years. The cuisine is classic Italian with a few creative touches. The dishes are expertly prepared and served stylishly on perfectly chilled plates. Of course, repeat customers might find fault with one or two dishes, but that's their own fault. Anyone ordering fish on truffle purée with red wine butter will inevitably have their culinary horizons broadened. The service here is particularly attentive, with the younger staff keeping things running smoothly while the older generation ensures a smooth flow of service. The wines and their selection deserve special mention. They have a great selection and are reasonably priced for Düsseldorf. They also offer a cool selection of half bottles for those times when you want something special without spending too much. Please keep up the good work and stay true to your lunch menu. There's nothing better than honest pasta with a glass of wine.

The service and food were excellent – ​​but overall, the prices were too high for us. A bottle of water cost €10, and two glasses of house wine cost €20. That made it unenjoyable.

We had a fantastic experience with truly authentic Italian food at this beautiful restaurant in the heart of Düsseldorf. The service was excellent, the quality of every dish outstanding, and overall, it was simply a joy from start to finish. We started with a mixed Italian appetizer plate — very promising — followed by spaghetti alla puttanesca, perfectly true to the original recipe and (nice surprise!) made with Gragnano pasta. The tuna steak was cooked simply with lemon — super fresh and of excellent quality — and the ricotta and spinach ravioli with butter and shaved black truffle were outstanding. For dessert, we had a refreshing lemon sorbet, a delicious sgroppino, and an incredible apple tarte tatin. Overall, the experience was delightful: fair prices, great service, and genuine Italian quality. This is definitely a must-visit on our next trip to Düsseldorf. Many thanks to Aydin, Lena, and the whole team for such a wonderful evening!

High-quality Italian dishes. We started with a delicious vitello tonato, which was impressive in its simplicity. We then tried the sea bream and the anchelotti (daily special). They were also very delicately seasoned with a focus on clean flavors. The tiramisu rounded off the experience. The service was very attentive and friendly. We felt very comfortable. After a few years, we were back at Rossini yesterday for lunch. We both had the 3-course quick lunch, each with different main courses: the fillet tips and the shrimp. The starter salad with the fruity Marzano 🍅 was absolutely delicious. Both main courses were also very tasty; the shrimp had a nice, crispy flesh, and the fillet tips dish was a dream, with plenty of delicious sauce and lovely little chanterelle mushrooms. For dessert, we had two tiramisu dishes, which were exactly what an Italian restaurant should taste like 😋. All in all, we were 100% satisfied and would gladly come back!

After about 31 years I went to the Rossini again. (The last time I was here was with Otto Kern) And I have to say…great! And it's such a shame that I wasn't here again before. Well, some things just don't work out. But now with the fresh, new restaurant managers with the new, spirited service team and the good, authentic food, it's really worth a visit. Great service, great team that takes a guest seriously and tries to make everything possible, good, authentic cuisine and a top price-performance ratio. If you want to spend an evening with business partners, family or just like that, this is the right place!

We went to Rossini's to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday! Food was amazing and staffs were also attentive :) Also a generous portion of food was nice. Especially asparagus risotto was a chef's kiss 😘👌 For dessert, we ordered two tiramisu and it was amazing with caramel sauce and crumbles. We loved the vibe of the restaurant and the food. Would 100% visit again :)

We went to Rossini on Wednesday evening to celebrate. The portions of antipasti and main courses were generous and of excellent quality. The sorbet dessert was wonderfully refreshing. Due to rush hour, service took a bit longer, but we were still satisfied. The waitress, Lena, was very friendly and attentive, and always served us with a smile. I highly recommend this place :)

Diesmal haben wir das Rossini für ein Geschäftsessen besucht. Wie schon bei diversen Besuchen zuvor, wurden wir aus heute nicht enttäuscht. Wie immer agierten der Patron Fabio Fusco und sein tolles Team mit einem äusserst freundlichen und umsichtigen Service. Das Thunfischtartar mit kreativer Tatakinote war sehr schmackhaft, ein in der Alufolie gegarter Loup der Mer am Tisch filetiert liess wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Die Preise sind dem hohen Anspruch an gute Produkte angemessen. Auch der Blick in die Weinkarte zeigt, dass hier fair kalkuliert wird. Chapeau, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Abend im Rossini. Toller service und tolle Atmosphhäre. Wir Warren rundum zufrieden. Besonders das Carpaccio von der roten Garnelen ist zu empfehlen.

Im Rahmen eines Geburtstag wollten wir gerne das Rossini ausprobieren. Zuerst muss erwähnt werden, dass der Service wirklich gut war. Sehr aufmerksam und nicht zu versteift. Auch die Weinempfehlung hat meiner Partnerin und mir gut gefallen. Das Essen war den Preis allerdings nicht wert. Die Fischvariation hatte drei kleine Stücke Fisch und eine große Garnele. Hinzu kam eine halbe Kartoffel, ein Viertel Karotte, etwas zusätzliches Gemüse und Thymian - von letzterem dafür reichlich. Keine Sauce, kein Öl oder sonstige Geschmackträger. Salz & Pfeffer mussten wir vom Nachbarstisch organisieren, da davon nichts auf dem Teller zu finden und vor allem zu schmecken war. Das hat dem Gericht allerdings auch keinen ordentlichen Geschmack mehr einhauchen können und sollte bei dem Preisgefüge auch nicht notwendig sein. Das Kalbskotelette war zumindest in Ordnung. Das Geld war der Abend jedenfalls leider nicht wert, somit eine recht ernüchternde Erfahrung.

+ very tasty food. From starters to dessert, all dishes were great + nice service. After a few teething problems (15 minutes waiting for the card) everything went well + good selection of vegetarian dishes too + cozy atmosphere - The service was a bit bumpy in a few small places, for example the starter was brought to us before the aperitif

I made a reservation via Google Maps and it worked really well. The food was really of a very high quality and the wine rounded it all off perfectly, all accompanied by excellent service. The prices are also measured by the top quality, but they are in an absolutely acceptable price-performance ratio. There were two of us, we had a starter, both a main course and both a dessert including a bottle of wine and paid around 200 euros.

Yesterday we were at Rossini for the first time. We liked it very much. We were there early, the food (fine fish platter) was very tasty, along with dillings and vegetables. A glass of wine and, for dessert, chocolate cakes with a liquid center, vanilla ice cream and espresso. My tip!

We ate there on Valentine's Day and can fully recommend the restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious. We had 2 starters (The beetroot plate with goat cheese & the basil soup). Afterwards the main course was a tuna steak from the daily menu & the risotto with N'Duja. For dessert we had the dessert variation. Everything tasted excellent and was perfectly prepared! The service was excellent. We were given a very friendly welcome and our jackets were taken away from us. When taking orders and serving, Maja knew how to entertain the guests in a very direct but incredibly charming way. The food was delivered at a suitable pace and she was also available at any time for advice. You can only wish for a service person like that! The price of the restaurant is of course upscale, but that absolutely matches the service and the quality of the food. We are completely convinced and had a wonderful evening!

I normally do not write bad reviews, but today was exception. Had a really bad experience on Valentines night. Had this place on my favourites and hence booked this place for Valentines dinner. The service was so bad- the old lad was very rude to us and really spoiled our mood for Valentines. She was very nice to others expect for us. And this kept on happening throughout our dinner there. Spoiled my mood completely. Never going back!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Abend mit erstklassigem Essen und sehr gutem Service in einem sehr angenehmen Ambiente. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, gestern Abend im Rossini Restaurant einen Wein trinken zu gehen und es war eine rundum großartige Erfahrung. Schon beim Betreten wurden wir herzlich empfangen und an einen schönen Tisch begleitet. Auch der Service war ausgezeichnet: freundlich, aufmerksam und dennoch unaufdringlich. Unsere Getränke wurden nie leer, und Sonderwünsche wurden ohne Probleme erfüllt. Das Ambiente ist stilvoll und gemütlich, ideal für einen entspannten Abend. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Ich kann das Rossini nur weiterempfehlen und komme definitiv wieder!

Quiero decirte algo, este es el mejor restaurante pero no verás lo mejor a menos que vengas y lo veas por ti mismo, la mejor comida quería comer de todo pero cada vez que vengo pruebo algo nuevo tienen una gran cocina todo es bueno y de calidad fresca las ubicaciones son muy buenas y fáciles de ir allí el dueño del restaurante se siente como si fuera tu amigo y una buena persona y hace todo para hacerte feliz también Maya es perfecta y ama su trabajo mucho y es amable y te sentirás cómodo en este lugar ya que son tu familia

An absolute insider tip for fine Italian cuisine in Düsseldorf! From the first to the last minute, our visit to Rossini Fine & Dine was a real pleasure experience. The meals were excellent. The service was extremely attentive, friendly and professional. I can fully recommend this restaurant and am already looking forward to my next visit.

Great service, the waiter was always there at the right moment as if he could see things clairvoyantly. We got tomato soup even though it wasn't on the menu and the lobster was peeled by the kitchen even though this isn't normally provided. We would come back at any time because we felt very comfortable and found it extremely tasty. See you soon!
