I was there with my friends. We sat outside. We got extra chair. Food is excellent. Definitely it is a must, if u in Düsseldorf.

This was my second visit, and both times the restaurant completely won me over. The food is truly exceptional, and the portions are generous. It's simply something different, in a good way. The service is also top-notch. I'll definitely be back.

Besides the warm and friendly service from Mr. Eymaels and Brigitte, the food was truly fantastic. We went in on a whim, and in addition to the excellent wine list, we were delighted by the atmosphere – a bit like the old days in Düsseldorf. No pretension, just honest, high-quality ingredients and simply a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

A very original place with a small selection of reasonably good and authentic dishes. The Sicilian wine selection is truly excellent and highly recommended.

We spent an evening here in front of the Kommödchen theater. Thursday, absolutely packed – it's great that places like this still exist. Fast, attentive service, good food. I would have liked to see three or four more exclusive wines on offer, but the ones they do have are decent. We'll definitely be back.

Despite only having two glasses of wine and a bottle of water, we were treated like royalty! Thank you so much for the wonderful evening! Until next time…

Amuni Wine and Cheese Bar was our absolute discovery in Düsseldorf. From the very first moment, we were welcomed so warmly, almost like old friends, as if we'd been coming for years. The food, wine, and atmosphere were sensational—so good that we spontaneously came back the next evening, even though we had other plans: the right decision! And I simply ordered the same thing again because it was so delicious! We were particularly impressed by the service; for example, we were allowed to taste several wines before making our choice. This kind of attentiveness is not something you can take for granted. We will definitely be back.

We had dinner at the restaurant tonight. The service was very friendly and the food was delicious. The prices are fair, and I appreciated that they recommended the mixed platter for one person, especially with the pinza – although we still had to get some food to take home 😅. The only thing I would change is that the cheese pieces could be cut a bit smaller. Otherwise, excellent service and great wine.

Very good, the prices are a bit high, but that's the case almost everywhere in Düsseldorf. We felt very comfortable.

A lovely and cozy wine bar in the heart of Düsseldorf, yet slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the main nightlife district. We had a wonderful evening with excellent wine and a cheese platter. The great music perfectly complemented the atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Sicilian food with a great selection of wines at fair prices. We had a Sicilian antipasto platter for two (€16), a pinsa (€16), and roast beef with vegetables and polenta (€28), followed by panna cotta and cannoli for dessert. We were delighted with the quality and taste of the food. The vegetables, in particular, were fantastic.

I really liked it here, this is my second time here, there is a very tasty alternative to Pizza - Pinza, which I tried here for the first time. The staff is very nice and friendly. We were served by an elderly couple, who are the owners, a very friendly couple :)

A stone's throw from Mühlenstraße and Ratinger Straße in a traffic-calmed zone is this cozy wine and cheese bar with a small menu of Italian dishes. Very friendly and attentive service, with an almost living room atmosphere, furnished and decorated in Italian style. I only visited for a glass of wine to get acquainted, but it won't be my last visit.

First time there and was impressed by the delicious food and drinks. But what's even better: the service! Exemplarily fast, courteous, and tidy. Just as it should be.

We really enjoyed the last summer weather in the open space outside. Very good selection of fairly priced wines, unfortunately limited food options for vegetarians and barely any for vegans; interesting menu inspired on Italian tradition. The interior offers a nice atmosphere despite the odd mix of decorations from different regions.

We celebrated our civil wedding here, and it was truly dreamy. Communication with the lovely Brigitte was uncomplicated and very warm. The tables outside were arranged into banquet halls at our request and decorated in a Mediterranean style. The food was excellent, and the prices were more than reasonable. The organic wine from a friend's winery was also special, and we were, of course, allowed to taste it beforehand. Thank you so much, we'll be back ♥️

My partner and I visited this restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed in several ways. The antipasti platter for two consisted mostly of fried foods that appealed neither visually nor tastefully. For us, this was extremely disappointing at this price point. We found the service unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm.

A unique experience in Düsseldorf. A very welcoming atmosphere, excellent Italian/Sicilian dishes, a good wine selection, and prompt and discreet service. Both the menu and the venue are nothing like the same old Italian restaurants; here you experience the true Italian atmosphere of today, not of 30 years ago. Brigitte and Gerardo are excellent hosts, and truly make you feel at home. Definitely worth a try.

During a weekend trip, we stumbled upon this lovingly run restaurant, quite by chance in the warmest summer weather, which is very unusual for Düsseldorf's Old Town. The owners, along with their carefully selected staff, take incredibly warm care of all their guests. The focus is on Sicily and its epicurean soul. The wines on the menu are exquisite treasures and affordable. The dishes offered provide a perfect accompaniment to all the excellent wines. For us, the restaurant was like a little holiday island in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Düsseldorf's Old Town. We will definitely head there on our next visit to the city.

A very pretty, authentic wine bar with excellent service! We arrived very late in the evening and were greeted and served warmly. Even ordering food after 11 p.m. was no problem at all. Good wines, good food, we'd go back anytime!

It was my first time there - and most likely the last time. We made reservations and found space on the terrace. We first ordered a Crodino Spritz and got a Crodino on ice for €7. Oh well. After that it took about 40 minutes to order the food. The food arrived, pasta with an indefinable sauce, tiny pieces of asparagus and shrimp that looked like surimi (tinted pink) and tasted like rubber. I just couldn't get it down, but still paid €27 - didn't prompt the waiter to ask questions. Unfortunately, this was topped by a neglected passer-by who harassed us several times, and unfortunately the staff didn't come to help either. Let's get out of here and then probably have a pizza you can trust again. Too bad!

We always have great time whenever we eat at Amuni as a couple or with friends. Great atmosphere, food and hosts! In summer I highly recommend eating outside, in one of the most beautiful spots of Altstadt.

The service during our visit was completely overwhelmed and disorganized. We had to wait forever for everything and some things never arrived. No apology, no kind word. Loveless.

The ambience is wonderful in spring when the weather is nice! You can sit outside in the partial shade and almost forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Unfortunately, the waiter (or owner) didn't seem very friendly to me (no smile, no question about satisfaction, etc.). The food (we had a Sicilian antipasti platter) was, in my opinion, poor value for money. A few fried dough dishes on a plate. However, I have never been to Sicily and for this reason I cannot draw on other experiences. I would come back again for a gin and tonic in the sun, definitely not because of the food or the service!

Nach dem Museumsbesuch eingekehrt, das Restaurant wirkt plüschig, dekoriert mit von allem etwas. Die Flasche Bier wird ohne Glas serviert? Wir bestellten Pinsa mit Parmaschinken und Mozzarella. Die Pinsa war fast größer als der Teller, üppig mit Schinken und 3 mittleren Mozzarella Kugeln belegt, knusprig an den Seiten, weich in der Mitte. Es fehlte der mmmh Geschmack. Wir ließen die Hälfte des Teiges liegen, was ich auch von anderen Tischen beobachtete!

We tried antipasti dish, pasta with mussels and vegetarian pinsa. Everthing was delicious! Service is fantastic and it is kids friendly. We will come back for sure as I want to try the desserts too 😍!

The two of us were there spontaneously. The decor is cozy and the food is good. But we didn't find the atmosphere hospitable. It remained unclear whether the waiter didn't understand us or was simply uninterested. But not a friendly word, he didn't answer our questions, didn't ask if we wanted anything else. A terrible tasting wine wasn't exchanged, and overall it wasn't inviting.

Very cozy restaurant, great very personal service, food and wine are wonderful! We had a nice cheese plate and the Paccheri Bolognaise with white wine sauce. Great!

We had a company event with 50 people, the scheduling and planning in advance was completely uncomplicated, the service was great, and most importantly, the food as a buffet was simply delicious. The response from my colleagues was also nothing but positive. I'll definitely come back :-)

Very cozy and friendly furnishings, confident service, clear but exclusive menu, good wines... very Sicilian. It wasn't the last time we were there.

Maybe it's just not my taste! Neither the pinsa with very thick ham and watery mozzarella, nor the service staff, with whom any communication was extremely limited, nor the uncomfortable furniture outside, which we used in the bright sunshine. But perhaps the taste of the Pinsa and the service need to be improved a bit.

Great cuisine, cheese/sausage specialties of very good, tasty quality. A glass of wine with it - that's fun. We will be back.

Een warme zomeravond op het terras van Amuni met heerlijke antipasti en een royaal gevulde plank met prima charcuterie en kazen. Wij hadden hier genoeg aan, maar de borden met grote porties pasta die voorbij kwamen zagen er ook goed uit. Met daarbij opgeteld de uitgebreide wijnkaart met redelijk geprijsde wijnen én vooral de vriendelijke bediening is dit voor ons écht een aanrader in Düsseldorf.

We went to the Amuni wine and cheese bar in the evening, we really liked the atmosphere and the conditions were all super nice. The wine was good and the food was great too! The only thing to complain about is that the cheese platter was a bit small and disappointing. Otherwise highly recommended!

Hello, my dears, Yesterday was of course a state of emergency, so I would change the rating again if necessary. We were with you last night and both the wine and the ambience were great. - We then ordered the starter plate for 2 people…. But it was terrible! 🙈 I've never had so much fried food on my plate with so little taste. 😢 What was going on there?? Even the bruschetta was completely tasteless. No grated garlic on the bread, no basil or onions over the tomatoes, not even salt or pepper. 😳 Just tasteless tomatoes on bread. 🤷‍♂️ I HOPE it was just an exception.

Actually a cute shop, the terrace is really inviting and idyllic. Unfortunately the service is a disaster to say the least. The young man was very friendly, although it was a bit difficult to choose the wine because he didn't speak any German and most of the wines can only be ordered in bottles. His colleague couldn't or didn't want to help us either. She slammed the wine list on the table and said we'd just have to look for ourselves. In general, this lady was the unfriendly service person I have ever encountered. When she later brought us red wine instead of white wine, she initially refused to accept it and claimed that we had ordered it. It turned out the wine was for another table. When we wanted to place a food order, she was visibly annoyed and said there was chaos in the kitchen and she didn't know how long it would take. Patty answers were also given at the tables next to us when people asked how long the meal would last. All in all, the wine and pinsa were delicious (albeit expensive, a glass of wine €9) but unfortunately the service is not that great. A pity.

If you didn't know that you were in the heart of Düsseldorf's old town, you might as well think you were in a bar in Palermo, where it was loud and lively. Great ambience, exceptional Italian cuisine, courteous staff. Even though the store was packed, the boss always had an overview. We had an incredibly tasty Pinsa and a fantastic Lugana. Italy in the heart of Düsseldorf. Highly recommended!

I have been traveling for work for over 20 years and have never had Italian food as good as here. Attentive service and adequate prices. Worth a visit.

A warm welcome from the friendly owners and their team is always a good start! But the culinary continues to be excellent, great food and good wines in a cozy atmosphere always invite you to linger. The quality of the products is top and the price-performance level is good.

Sehr nettes Lokal im ältesten Haus der Düsseldorfer Altstadt, in dem sich vormals die legendäre "Pinte" befand. Ambiente eher im Berliner Chic. Aber gutes Essen. Empfehlenswert ist unbedingt die Pinza. Sehr gute und ausgefallene Weinkarte mit vielen sizilianischen Weinen Sehr angenehmes Personal

We only became aware of the restaurant through advertising. Since there are wheelchair users in the family, we didn't have the opportunity to try it out. The move in April 2024 is imminent and we hope that there will be a toilet suitable for the disabled and some places for wheelchair users. We are looking forward to the opening👍🏼☕🍾🍺 and wish the “Amuni” a great start, 🍷🥂🥩🍕😘😎 The 4 stars are because everyone likes it so much, which is why I didn't rate anything for service, ambience or food. Small ,cosy place the hearth of Altstadt-with authentic italian food and atmosphere .We had some vegwtable starters, pizza tonno and vegetarian pasta with glass of red wine-it was delicious!The service was great-like in a family tratoria in Italy. It is a gem, a place to stop by after a hectic day, to get a holiday feeling and simply enjoy life.

Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht. Wir hatten eine Käseplatte, die aus verschiedenen sehr leckeren Käsesorten, Obst und Nüssen bestand. Wir haben uns verschiedene Weine empfehlen lassen und uns so durch die Karte probiert. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und die Verköstigung ein einziger Traum!

Sehr gutes Ambiente mit Aussenbereich in ruhiger Gegend. Etwas abgelegen von den Kneipen. Perfekt um eine sehr gute Pinsa zu essen! Service war zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Danke es war ein sehr schöner Abend!
