Pizzeria Capriolo Osnabrück in Osnabrück

The quality has been reduced. The pizzas have not been as good as they were the last few times.

We ordered very early (planned seminar break) and were still delivered much too late (>30 minutes). During our phone calls, we didn't get the feeling that we were being taken seriously. In the end, two main courses were simply "forgotten." What a shame. Never again.

We ordered, or had delivered, fried fish (including sauce) and two side salads. The side salads contained neither corn nor olives, even though the flyer stated otherwise, so about half of the ingredients were missing. The sauce for the fish was also missing. The food arrived quickly, but they didn't even have any change, so they had to drive to the nearest gas station to get some money. We won't be ordering from there again anytime soon.

After the shop changed ownership, it was a complete disaster! We ordered langos and got fried bread with salad dressing and salad. After I called again to ask what it was, I was told they no longer carry langos. It would have been great if they had told me that when I placed the order over the phone. Unfortunately, they're no longer my shop!

We waited over 2.5 hours for the food. When we first called after a 2-hour wait, we were assured that the food was on its way. When we called again half an hour later, we were told that the delivery driver had only left 10 minutes ago. This is incredibly annoying, and it should have been communicated in advance if there were any delays with the delivery. When the food finally arrived, we unfortunately discovered that the wrong item had been delivered, and we didn't receive the promised €10 voucher as compensation. It doesn't even deserve a star!

Super fast delivery, nice driver. Hot food and a reasonable price. Tastes perfectly fine. It's good food, but you won't be amazed. All in all, a solid, delicious pizza that will never disappoint.

Über Lieferando bestellt, alles kam noch sehr warm an. Fahrtzeit ca. 15 Minuten. Pizza, Auflauf, Langos und Pizzabrötchen echt lecker. Selten so einen freundlichen Fahrer erlebt.

Super nette Leute und schnelle Lieferung Pizza war noch warm hat sehr lecker geschmeckt macht weiter so .
