JANSY PIZZA in Osnabrück

In terms of taste, this pizzeria is one of the best in Osnabrück. The staff are friendly, the service is good, and you definitely get your money's worth – enough to fill you up. As someone who eats a lot, places like this are hard to find. The calzones and pizza rolls are especially recommended. The restaurant isn't really suitable for dining in. Takeout and delivery are great, and they usually arrive quite quickly.

I just want to clarify that we ordered here for the first time today because we wanted to try something new! However, it didn't meet our expectations at all, given the prices, etc. We ordered through Uber Eats, with a note underneath. So, instead of curry sauce, we got a kebab roll with hollandaise sauce and double onions. A complete disaster, I'm really angry and feel really sick! The first delivery, with full expectations, was a total disaster. The wrong sauce... then you call them, it takes 45 minutes, the roll arrives again, and it was cold. Instead of delicious food, it just tasted of salt. That shouldn't be allowed. In my opinion, the public order office should be there, and I'll call them! This is completely unacceptable. I feel completely nauseous and have vomited several times. I have food poisoning! 😑 They should either close the place down or clean up!

The delivery arrived after 2.5 hours and 7 calls. They allegedly made two trips to the address (the first delivery service had problems with this), and they didn't call when they arrived. In the end, the pizza arrived dry, hard, lukewarm, and tasted even worse than it had been two hours old. Plus, there was a piece of packaging in the food. Never again!

I can't comment on the ambiance, as I ordered the pizza. The service was terrible; the pizza was ordered three hours before delivery. The delivery driver allegedly came to the specified address twice, but it was unfortunate that he came to the wrong address twice. The delivered pizza was cold and tough, and I didn't taste much of the toppings.

Do not order from here under any circumstances!!! I ordered a pizza, and it still hadn't arrived after two hours. Eventually, someone answered the phone and said the driver hadn't been able to reach anyone. An hour later, the pizzas arrived cold and hard. Zero stars.

This place is an absolute disgrace. Ordered food 2 hours ago and called 30 minutes ago to follow up. They claim my order didn't go through and blame UberEats, but then in the next sentence they say they know exactly what I wanted, PURELY BY CHANCE? So something is seriously wrong here. If it were possible, 0 stars. I'm going to file a major complaint with UberEats, both in writing and by email.

Ich bin kürzlich nach Osnabrück gezogen und weiß überhaupt nichts über die Restaurants in der Stadt, aber dann habe ich die Jansy-Pizzeria entdeckt, die einen extrem leckeren Geschmack hat und auch einen guten Lieferservice hat, den man ausprobieren muss, außerdem gibt es jeden Dienstag ein Angebot Pizza von 6,50 sollte man sich besser nicht entgehen lassen.

Preis leistungsverhältnis top 👍🏽 die Sachen sind auch sehr lecker. Für mich eines der besten lieferservices in Osnabrück

Pizza kam nach 1,5h Nach der Bestellung immer noch nicht. Mir konnte keiner wirklich Infos nennen. Jetzt ist der Appetit aufjedenfall vergangen. Ich wollte essen bevor ich schlafen muss, hat sich dann wohl erledigt. Geschmack war gut, wünsche wurden erfüllt

Sehr kleiner Laden, Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig, Kommunikation aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren erschwert. Man musste trotz vorherigen Anrufes ( 1 Stunde vorher) noch auf die Bestellung warten, Menükarte muss aktualisiert werden (Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter bestellt, gab es nicht, auf Nachfrage die Pizzabrötchen mit Käse zu befüllen auch nicht erfüllbar Geschmacklich in Ordnung, Pizzabrötchen ein wenig verbrannt aber noch im Rahmen.

Gutes Essen aber oft lange Lieferzeiten

Das Essen dort ist sehr köstlich und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr willkommen und Freundlich das Esse dort ist sehr lecker insbesondere das Mittagessen

Das Essen ist lecker, aber inzwischen das 2. Mal 2 Stunden Wartezeit ist definitiv viel zu viel. Schade...

Hier gibt es äußerst leckere Pizza zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch Extrawünsche sind kein Problem 😊
