JANSY PIZZA in Osnabrück

In terms of taste, this pizzeria is one of the best in Osnabrück. The employees are friendly, the service is good and you get something for your money that will fill you up. Such places are difficult for me, a chronic glutton, to find. The calzones and pizza rolls are particularly recommended. The restaurant is not suitable for eating on site. Takeout and delivery is great. They usually arrive pretty quickly too.

I just want to make it clear that we ordered here for the first time today because we wanted to try something new! However, it doesn't meet expectations at all in terms of prices etc. we ordered via uber Eats, with a note underneath. So a kebab rollo instead of curry sauce with hollondaise and double onions. Total failure, I'm really angry and I feel really sick! The first delivery with full expectations went awry, wrong sauce... then you call, it takes 45 minutes, the blind arrives again and it was cold, instead of tasting like delicious food it just tasted like salt, something like that shouldn't be the case . In my opinion, the public order office belongs there and I will call them too! That's not possible, I feel totally nauseous and had to vomit several times, I have food poisoning!😑 They should either close the store or clean it up!

Under no circumstances order here!!! Ordered pizza, still didn't come after 2 hours +. At some point someone answered the phone and said the driver hadn't reached anyone. An hour later the pizzas arrived cold and hard. Zero stars.

Delivery came after 2.5 hours and 7 calls. They allegedly drove to the address twice (the first delivery service that had problems with it) and there was no call when they were there. In the end the dry, hard, lukewarm pizza arrived, which tasted even worse than 2 hours old. There is also a piece of packaging in the food. Never again !

I can't say anything about the ambience because I ordered the pizza. The service was terrible, the pizza was ordered three hours before delivery. Apparently the supplier was at the specified address twice, but it's just stupid that he was at the wrong address twice. The pizza that was delivered was cold and tough, and I didn't taste much of the toppings.

ABSOLUTE impudence this store. Ordered food 2 hours ago and called 30 minutes ago to follow up. Supposedly my order didn't go through and I was blaming UberEats, but then in the next sentence I JUST COINCIDENT knew exactly what I wanted? So there's something very wrong there. If it were possible 0 stars. I will file a major complaint with UberEats in writing and via email.

Ich bin kürzlich nach Osnabrück gezogen und weiß überhaupt nichts über die Restaurants in der Stadt, aber dann habe ich die Jansy-Pizzeria entdeckt, die einen extrem leckeren Geschmack hat und auch einen guten Lieferservice hat, den man ausprobieren muss, außerdem gibt es jeden Dienstag ein Angebot Pizza von 6,50 sollte man sich besser nicht entgehen lassen.

Preis leistungsverhältnis top 👍🏽 die Sachen sind auch sehr lecker. Für mich eines der besten lieferservices in Osnabrück

Beste Pizzeria in Osnabrück, sehr gute Lieferung Service und schr freundlich

Pizza kam nach 1,5h Nach der Bestellung immer noch nicht. Mir konnte keiner wirklich Infos nennen. Jetzt ist der Appetit aufjedenfall vergangen. Ich wollte essen bevor ich schlafen muss, hat sich dann wohl erledigt. Geschmack war gut, wünsche wurden erfüllt

Sehr kleiner Laden, Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig, Kommunikation aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren erschwert. Man musste trotz vorherigen Anrufes ( 1 Stunde vorher) noch auf die Bestellung warten, Menükarte muss aktualisiert werden (Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter bestellt, gab es nicht, auf Nachfrage die Pizzabrötchen mit Käse zu befüllen auch nicht erfüllbar Geschmacklich in Ordnung, Pizzabrötchen ein wenig verbrannt aber noch im Rahmen.

Gutes Essen aber oft lange Lieferzeiten

Das Essen dort ist sehr köstlich und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr willkommen und Freundlich das Esse dort ist sehr lecker insbesondere das Mittagessen

Das Essen ist lecker, aber inzwischen das 2. Mal 2 Stunden Wartezeit ist definitiv viel zu viel. Schade...

Dort gibt's für mich die beste Pizza der Stadt. Einfach Mega....

Hier gibt es äußerst leckere Pizza zu einem angemessenen Preis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und auch Extrawünsche sind kein Problem 😊
