Salad was delicious. Pizza unfortunately below average. Main ingredients (including salami) really in the lowest price range. Staff very friendly.

Ordered two Margherita pizzas at 12:14 p.m., only delivered at 1:40 p.m. - without any information about the delay. Called several times and each time was told that the driver would be there shortly - which wasn't true. Bad service, zero respect for the customer. The pizzas also arrived cold. Never again.

Great value for the price. Their family pizzas are reaaaally big.

Ordered pizza and when I picked it up I was told that the oven was broken. Waited 20 minutes and then went there for free.

Ordered to pick up, the pizzas were very tasty.

We used the delivery service. Order arrived within the specified time, delivery person was super friendly, funny and on the ball! We'll be happy to come back next time we visit Frankfurt!

Baked pizza is three times more expensive and some baked pizza tastes much better and is also cheaper. It said that there would be 2 Margarita pizzas for the price of one and that they would be deducted when paying - nothing there. The spaghetti wasn't really good either. Never again!

We ordered in good faith, only to realize that the wings were tasteless and raw inside. Furthermore, we ordered 12 and only received 2! But this was probably a favor because the cook wanted to spare us from a salmonella infection!!! The egg was gray. And cold and sometimes slimy raw. The pizza was good. But there was no tomato sauce. I recommend eating here if you wish to take a sick note.

I was tempted by the reviews on Lieferando, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. My order didn't arrive for an hour and ten minutes even though it said 20 to 40 minutes. Coke was forgotten and kindly had to be brought in a few minutes later. After the long wait, I found hair in the pasta I ordered, which completely lost my appetite. A look at Google reviews confirmed similar reports of similar hygiene conditions in the noodles and tasteless pasta. I'd rather fast than order here again. A pity! Pasta had to go straight into the trash, so I will ask for the money from Paypal again. I rarely rate my orders. However, I had to do this this time to warn others about it

To be honest, the food is okay, nothing outstanding (hence 3 stars). However, I have to let the driver talk to me because I didn't have a tip at home. I had a hard day at work and didn't have time to go to the ATM to get cash, I even apologized for it. I hope the guy learns some decency and doesn't bully people at 1 a.m. AND just for your information you shouldn't expect tips from the customer, you should be grateful if you get something. This is anything but good service. The staff should urgently attend training for adequate service!

Worst service ever! I ordered via UberEats. After waiting for an hour, I called and was told "no order". Then back and forth, looking for an order but not finding it. Instead of taking our order so that we might still get food soon, they say "we'll call back straight away". Didn't happen until I called again. I then had to cancel the order via UberEats and we were still hungry. 0 service, 0 customer friendliness, 0 helpfulness

Ordered many times and delivered hot and right every time. Considering the price, the food tastes very good and exceeds expectations (which you won't get anywhere else in this price range). The pasta with salmon is highly recommended!

The king 👑 👑 👑 Miki was there to eat and it tasted very good 👍 👍 Whole gorgonsola and cream mixed and small tortellini and biscotti with ham. In one sentence brilliant. Highly recommended, family run. Me as a king 👑 I searched all over Frankfurt. If I could give a zero I would give a zero. Stay away from this pizzeria no matter how hungry you are! Ate at 1 o'clock last night. We got up 3 times in the night because of diarrhea. We both have stomach pains and an oppressive vomiting feeling. Worst order I've ever placed. The pizza looked like anything but not a pizza. I ordered from Uber Eats. To the Hotel the Niu Air.

Pizza looks and is not tasty. The supplier didn't even have 10 euros to change. Although I wanted to tip 4 euros.

MOLD Unfortunately, I had an extremely unpleasant experience with the pizza. The floor was full of mold, which is not only disgusting but also harmful to health. I am disappointed with the lack of hygiene and will definitely not order again.

I always like to order here, but so far I've only tried the noodles. I can't complain: the delivery time is always on time, the noodles are still very hot, the delivery person is friendly and the taste is great. The noodles are cooked to perfection and you get a decent amount. There is obviously some love in the food here and it shows. The price is also okay these days.

Food is relatively good. But the delivery took almost THREE 3 hours!! That was lost time that we served and waited pointlessly. We were forgotten twice. Nobody apologized.

Haben dort bestellt, daher keine Bewertung für Ambiente. Zwei Pizzen bestellt 1. Schinken und Pilze sehr mässig 1-2 Sterne 2. Pizza mit Chicken 2-3 Sterne. Aus meiner Sicht sehr salzig. Lieferung ging schnell (30Minuten). Lieferdienst war freundlich. War dort schon mal vor Jahren und muss sagen, dass die Qualität nicht besser geworden ist.

Boah war das schlecht. Einmal und nie wieder.

Wir haben zwei Pizzen und eine Pasta zum liefern bestellt. Die Pizza waren kalt und haben sehr abgestanden geschmeckt. Sowas kann man leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich hatte heute eine Pizza Calzone Vegetarisch. Schön knusprig, hat super geschmeckt. Danke

Eine Kollegin ließ mir ihre halbe Schinkenpizza über, die ich mit großem Genuss inhaliert habe. Kann daher leider nichts zu der Lokation an sich sagen, da die Pizza aber sehr premium schmeckt, wird das Etablissement auch mehr als in Ordnung sein.

Also ich muss mal eine Lanze brechen. Ja, Bella Italia war lange Zeit nicht die Beste Pizzeria, aber es gab glaube ich einen Besitzerwechsel und die Pasta ist inzwischen sehr gut. Gerade die Cabonara oder die All Pana sind top. Andere Pastas wie die Aglio Olio sind günstig und für den Preis ziemlich gut., aber von den Pizzas würde ich abstand nehmen. Die sind zwar eher mittelteuer bis günstig, aber dementsprechend belegt und verarbeitet. Die Schnitzel finden wir top, leider sind die Pommes oft Matschig, weil keine Löcher in die Deckel gemacht werden. Das Selbe ist mit den Chicken WIngs menu, die Wings sind ziemlich gut, für den Preis, aber die Pommes immer flapprig, weil wieder keine Löcher im Deckel sind... Wie gesagt, der Laden ist kein High End, und die Zutaten sind jetzt nicht aus Italien eingeflogen, oder besonders hochwertig, aber es ist guter standard und schmeckt gut. Jedenfalls so ziemlich alles außer die Pizza..

Achtung, Preisliste die ausliegt nicht aktuell: +2€ für eine große Pizza … 25% Aufpreis und das erst sagen wenn alles Fertig ist und man Hunger hat. Pizza war okay auch wenn die Aktion mehr als nur Frech war.

The salad was actually good, but the pizza which is the main reason to go to a pizza place is terrible, we tried two pizzas, special and tonno and it was a disappointment! Still good and quick service and nice staff

Einfach eingerichtete Pizzeria mit dem üblichen Standardangebot von Salat und Pasta Varianten sowie Pizzen in unterdurchschnittlicher Qualität. Alkoholische Getränke werden im Lokal nicht ausgeschenkt, können aber gekauft und mitgenommen werden. Eine Gästetoilette ist nicht vorhanden. Ich nehme an, das in der Pizzeria überwiegend Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt wird.

Vor 2 Jahren gab es für mittelmäßige Ware dementsprechend gab es 3 Sterne! Heute kam eine E Mail von Google mit einer Beschwerde des Unternehmens. Also musst die Bewertung noch mal korrigiert werden und wurde auch umgesetzt

Die Lieferung ist einigermaßen pünktlich gekommen, daher der 2te Stern. Aber vom Geschmack her war das die schlechteste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe.

Verstehe die negativen Kommentare nicht. Bestelle seit 2 Jahren bei denen per Lieferando und es kommt immer pünktlich an. Geschmack ist auch Top. vor allem die überbackenen Sachen sind genial👌🏻

Wirklich ein super Versorger. Oft bestellt, nie unzufrieden. Erstklassig leckere Speisen, stets freundlich und mit einem zuverlässigen Lieferservice.

Für den günstigen Preis okay, aber definitiv nichts besonderes. Geschmacklich nichts außergewöhnliches, netter Lieferant und schnellere Lieferung als über Lieferando angegeben. Wenn man abends noch Hunger hat und es keine Alternativen gibt, kann man hier aber schon bestellen, ohne ein geschmackliches Desaster zu erleben.

Ordered here after seeing the positive reviews on lieferando. Disappointed with the pizza quality. Tasted only marginally better than a frozen pizza and the lasagna has barely 2 sheets of pasta. There are a lot of other better places!
