Great service and excellent food. Prices are perfectly reasonable.

The best pizza in the area. The pasta and schnitzel are also delicious. And the view from the terrace in summer is a dream.

We tried it today based on a recommendation. We were able to sit outside under umbrellas. The service was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, they didn't know about the lunch menu. So we chose something from the menu. We didn't have to wait long for the food. It tasted good, and the portions were a decent size. The dessert, pistachio tartufo, was delicious. We'll definitely be back and can recommend this restaurant.

There's nothing to complain about. And the schnitzel is fantastic. Six of us spontaneously went for dinner. And the terrace was full, no worries given the view. Food: Tender schnitzel, deliciously crispy, with a green sauce, very tasty and fresh. The salads were also nicely presented. Service: The chef himself was courteous and attentive. We'd be happy to go again.

In addition to the friendly company, the owner and staff are also incredibly energetic and always concerned with the well-being of their guests. And the low prices for the high-quality dishes are unparalleled in Frankfurt's gastronomy. THAT is exactly what Goldstein has been missing: a place to enjoy yourself and meet friends! - For me, this fills a huge gap in Goldstein; I'll be there very often!

Excellent food, great ambiance, and excellent service! The restaurant is located right next to a tennis court—perfect for relaxing outside in the summer. The interior is also modern and creates a pleasant atmosphere. I had a steak that was not only beautifully presented but also absolutely delicious. I ordered food from them through Lieferando after waiting for 90 minutes I called them to ask where my food is and they said they already gave it to the delivery driver and for me to contact Lieferando, and then the order was cancelled. Why? Where did the food go? And my money? Where is my money? By far I have not received either a refund or a explanation about why I was jerked around. If I were you I would stay away from this place.

The first time we ate there, it was so delicious that some of us went back the next day. The schnitzels are really extremely good 😋 The next time, we tried to have our food delivered via Lieferando. While the phone showed that the order was being processed, nothing actually happened. After two hours, I picked up the food myself. By then, Lieferando hadn't even sent a notification to the restaurant that the order could be processed... No matter - I went there myself, and my order was processed immediately. The owner assured me that it wasn't their fault, and I believe him. Next time, we'll eat there again or order for pickup. The food (pizza, schnitzel with fried potatoes, and a turkey breast salad) was really delicious and very fresh. We won't be sitting there for the last time 😉

We recently visited this restaurant with German-Italian cuisine and were thrilled! The food was truly outstanding. I had a delicious pasta dish that was fresh, flavorful, and very lovingly prepared. The schnitzel, which we also ordered, was also excellent. I would especially like to highlight the staff, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt completely comfortable and welcome.

If you want something fine, without fancy... then you go there. always my pleasure. only that was 2 years ago!!!

One would assume that the restaurant has some experience with hosting funeral coffees due to its proximity to Waldfriedhof Goldstein. Far from it. The professionals running the restaurant were obviously astonished that several dozen guests were suddenly ordering coffee at the same time, which overwhelmed the only fully automatic machine available as well as the staff. But they couldn't have been that surprised, as they had prepared several ready-made cakes from the freezer. Unfortunately, no one had told them that it's better to do this the night before, because that's how these cakes were all - frozen. In a job reference, this helpless, friendly group would perhaps be attested to have always tried hard. In the neighboring school, on the other hand, it was simply "six - six!"

Hello everyone, My wife and I were at the MMA fight Saturday (Eckerlin vs. Jungwirth) in Frankfurt. We wanted to go out to eat before the event and found out about this place via Google. Easy to find with navigation, parking spaces directly at the house, modern atmosphere. The reception was friendly and accommodating. The order was quick and the food was delivered promptly. The schnitzels were great. The breading is fluffy and the fries are crispy. Absolutely recommended! PS: Big praise for the service, we were given good advice on questions about how best to get to the stadium and where is the best place to park as an insider.

We met friends here for dinner today and were absolutely thrilled. A young, dynamic team runs the store and brings hospitality to life in service and conversations. Food and drinks excellent. The price-performance ratio is second to none. We wish you continued happy guests.

An all-round perfect culinary experience From the starter to the dessert everything was perfect. As a starter I chose the Handkäs, which tasted wonderful. It was also served attractively. The main course, a rump steak, was fantastic. The cooking point was perfect. The chanterelles rounded off the dish perfectly. To finish, I chose the Tartufo for dessert. It was excellent - creamy, flavorful and just the right sweet end to an excellent meal. The service was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The guests' well-being was always asked at the right moment and you felt like you were in good hands. Overall, an all-round successful experience – I would love to come back!

We came here en route from Frankfurt to Heidelburg as we wanted brunch and an opportunity to try a frankfurter! Outside there are plenty of parking spots and if it hasn't been torrential rain lots of seating. Inside I loved the interesting paintings and the service was polite and friendly. We ordered the a wurst each with fries and to share some eggs with green sauce. The sausage was delicious and the fries tasted fresh. The green sauce with the eggs was a mixture of dill and mint it was okay and the potato that came with was cooked perfectly. Overall a nice ambience, great service and very reasonable prices for tasty food.

In the Wirtshaus zum goldenen Stein restaurant I was surprised with a first-class culinary experience. The tartufo was heavenly, and the veal schnitzel was cooked to perfection - tender and full of flavor. The ambience is stylish and invites you to linger. The friendly and attentive staff rounds off the experience perfectly. Absolutely fair price for the quality offered. A must for connoisseurs!

Went here for lunch, it was delicious. You were also welcomed very warmly, everything was great. We would eat here again at any time.

Once and not again, grilled sheep's cheese was out of the deep fryer and you are not allowed to sit where you want. The boss was very arrogant and disrespectful towards me... still very young and inexperienced, here the guest is not the king but the young boss.

I always love eating here at the inn. Why? Because I have always eaten very well here, and have received excellent and extremely courteous service - in a nutshell: no wish was left unfulfilled here in this restaurant!

Unfortunately after the change of tenant it was no longer at the same level - but still ok. Map a bit too simple. A few noodles, a few schnitzels, a few rump steaks. The taste of my schnitzel was ok, but I found it a bit small. Lots of fries included and were nice and crispy. Price/performance wasn't quite right for us. Service very friendly.

My husband and I were just there for dinner. We just had the pasta mista for two people and were even allowed to choose the three pasta dishes ourselves. The service was very nice and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, I can only recommend it. We'd love to come back.

Update!!! Attention, the rating is now new. Owner has as of May 1st. changed. And nothing is the same as it was a few months ago. Unfortunately. Service had to ask very often what you ordered. Map has completely changed. No regional stuff, no home cooking. There are various pasta dishes, schnitzel (turkey), rump steaks (( very fibrous meat). Unfortunately, I saw too late that there was a new tenant, we had a chance against it, but were really disappointed. Please keep in mind the reviews, they are almost there all before the change. You get full but it wasn't really worth the money. Good luck to the new owner and all the best to the old owner. Here is my old review including a complete 5 stars: We were there spontaneously last Tuesday. I found the place on Google and then we walked there from the hotel. Very good wine, great beer, great ambience. We had 2x starter salad (quite large) 2x vegetarian lentil soup as a starter. Everything was very tasty, great quality. The main course was 2 x schnitzel (top shell, freshly beaten), 1x tarte flambée and 1x vegan curry with vegetables. The chef (the restaurant's boss) conjured up the curry spontaneously, and what can I say, we were all very, very satisfied. Very tasty, great portions, great staff. Attentive, friendly and always with a good saying. It was very positive that the chef was at the table three times. Someone is still interested in the guests. 100% recommendation. If you're in the area, it's an absolutely TOP address. Thank you

I was very happy with my experience there. The food came quickly despite the large number of guests, the staff was very polite and you were asked several times about your satisfaction. Taste and ambience were good too. There is sufficient parking and is accessible by wheelchair. So overall a solid experience.

Apparently the operators have changed and with it the good food. We went to the restaurant for dinner today. The service was very nice. Unfortunately the food was miserable. The schnitzel was a frozen pressed chicken meat (there was nothing on the menu that said it wasn't a classic pork schnitzel) and the salad dressing was a ready-made one that, firstly, wasn't tasty and secondly, it drowned the salad. It's a real shame we won't be coming back.

We visited the Wirtshaus zum goldenen Stein after returning from vacation, before heading home, and had a lovely stay there with delicious food. The atmosphere is simple and modern, we liked it. The service was attentive and the food came quickly. Price-performance ratio fits. Portions are good. The schnitzels tasted delicious. The wheat beer was freshly tapped. Here are the two points of criticism, which unfortunately resulted in a small deduction. The fries were fried for too long. Personally, I prefer them crunchy rather than too wobbly, but black burnt spots aren't that nice. So a good handful was inedible. The consistency of the mushroom cream sauce was far too runny. After spreading it on the schnitzel, the sauce flowed all over the plate and unfortunately didn't stay on the schnitzel. I would recommend mixing the sauce a little better in the future. Everything about the paprika sauce schnitzel was perfect. The schnitzels themselves could have been a little thinner, but that is of course a matter of taste.

Great restaurant. Very nice service, the chef and owner introduced himself and the food was really excellent. The starter - shrimp in garlic sauce reminded me a lot of Spain. The tarte flambée was straight out of the oven and everyone really enjoyed the dessert platter. A pleasure!

The restaurant is located in an area where you wouldn't expect such a restaurant. The food was very good, the boss came personally several times and explained the menu in English to English guests.

Understaffed staff, therefore longer waiting times when the house is full. The quality of the food is very good. Vegetarian options available. Dishes can be adjusted upon request. The atmosphere is very inviting.

Gemütliches Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen (alles frisch, kein TK) und ganz nettes Personal. An einem Tennisplatz gelegen, eine schöne Terrasse und in der Nähe zum Motel One gelegen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder, wenn wir von Frankfurt in den Urlaub fliegen.

Also ich bin aufgrund der Bewertungen hier hin - aber sorry 5 Sterne durchgehend - echt? Vielleicht war Montag ja der falsche Wochentag für die Vereinsgaststätte - aber die Speisekarte in den Bewertungen gab's wohl eher am Wochenende. Bei mir war es zumindest sehr überschaubar, es war nur die Seite ohne die Tagesgerichte. Essen gut gemeinte 3 Sterne. Bratkartoffeln gehen besser. Habe mir am nächsten Tag Alternative gesucht und gefunden. Und nein der Koch war nicht am Tisch obwohl insgesamt 6 Gäste.

Das Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt im hinteren Bereich eines Tennisclubs. Das Essen war jedoch sehr lecker, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top und das Personal war ebenfalls super freundlich! Wir wurden durch den Wirt persönlich begrüßt und das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend und ein guter Einstieg in unseren Urlaub :) Auch für Veggies & Veganer zu empfehlen !

Samstag hatte ich meine Geburtstagsgäste zum Essen eingeladen. Der Wirt hatte uns die Tische in weiß eingedeckt .Wir haben mit 16 Personen a la Carte gegessen .Meine Gäste waren äußerst zufrieden mit dem Essen. Der Wirt ist sehr freundlich und fragt an jedem Tisch ob alles ok ist ,auch die liebe Bedienung, Rosa ist perfekt .

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches Restaurant mit einem sehr sympathischen Inhaber. Ebenso die Mitarbeiterin. Die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft und appetitlich angerichtet. Gute Auswahl an Speisen. Außer der normalen Speisekarte gibt es ein weiteres Blatt mit einer tollen Auswahl. Die zusätzlichen Speisen wechseln womöglich. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich kann diesen Ort nur empfehlen.
