Zushii in Frankfurt am Main

You can't recommend eating there, it's furnished at the lowest level. I've ordered more often, and so far it's worked well, even if it's very expensive. We were lied to several times when we last ordered. It took two and a half hours for the delivery, with two calls telling us that the driver was on the way. Since we only live 15 minutes away, it's clear that the driver had been driving around for a long time. The sushi was no longer cool but so warm that I immediately threw it away because the fish was raw. My complaint about Lieferando was of no interest and was rejected. I can only recommend ordering somewhere else, because for the same money you can get top quality within an hour and no warm sushi that you can better throw away straight away.

After my visit today, I would like to recommend that the restaurant revise its structure. The team seems new and seems chaotic. Waiters don't notice when you walk in. Menu on request. Waiting time critical. Drinks quickly, empty until the food comes. 60 minutes for 2 soups and a starter. Just us as guests. Main course before starter. One of them wrong. Therefore unsubscribed. Still waiting for the starter as the chef had already started - ok. Did the second soup come? We had to decline. Appetizer was ready when we wanted to leave. taken away. That's the biggest problem. A toothpick was forgotten in the tempura, breaded and fried. Sorry guys, but that's not possible. A child could have suffocated. Pay attention to your work processes! The taste of the food was okay, but everything around it wasn't worth it. Plus point for the nice furnishings. Please do yourself a favor - organize yourself better.

Ordered here on the recommendation of a friend and the food is really high quality and absolutely great in terms of price. There are not only the standards but also e.g. The Inside Out with fried onions are very good and my husband also likes them. The same applies to the yakitori and gyoza. We walked past the restaurant itself once, it looks very stylish and well furnished. We'll definitely come by there sometime. Update 5/10/23 The sushi is great, the service is not. I ordered online directly on the site 2 hours ago, received confirmation and everything, after my own inquiry it said "an employee is no longer there, that's why we switched everything off at lunchtime and didn't get an order either". Then why can you order online on the site??? Unfortunately not the first time with at least extremely long times without information, if you don't need customers who eat there 1-2 times a week, then unfortunately that's just how it is. Will order more from Sushi Sensei or Hokkaido again, at least reliably. Update 12.05. Today an apology was made over the phone, now it made sense that an employee had misunderstood the "switch off online" and instead of the homepage only the receiving device was off. Very nice apology, the voucher wasn't even necessary. Simply taking care of it and reporting it also wins customers back. thumbs up Update 6/18/24 I've been looking at this for a year now and ordered directly via the app because of the higher prices that would otherwise apply. 1.50€ delivery costs for 750m no words..., sure, you can pick it up but it's about convenience after a stressful day. Quality is still great, fish is great, everything is delicious... BUT don't write on a Tuesday evening, it takes 45 minutes when it's almost 2 hours. That's just not professional, if you can't keep to the time due to a lack of staff/drivers, then you can't sell it like that. As delicious as the sushi is, I'll probably take a break (I order from it 1-2 times a week)

Amazing Food! All of us had great dishes. Can only massively recommend.

The food is definitely delicious if you eat locally. I ordered and unfortunately waited two hours for my order (actually the food was supposed to arrive after an hour). The bowl was quite tasty, but the epi tempura were cold, completely soaked in oil and not properly fried (not edible). And the dessert was completely melted. I live about 10 minutes away by car, so the food shouldn't look like this. The restaurant could not be reached by telephone. I was really looking forward to my meal. Too bad

Sushi is delicious in itself, but the organization of the restaurant is a disaster. It really can't be that the orders regularly take over 2 hours. We probably won't order again

Best sushi in town. Always freshly prepared. Highly recommend the bowls and the chicken teriaki roll. Nice service and it's great to pick up, which takes an average of 10-15 minutes

It was just great. Good homemade lemonade. Sushi was fresh and tender. Tempura was crispy. Miso soup was simply great.

I ordered there this evening, just before closing time. Sorry, I only saw it after I ordered. It was super super tasty 😋 had a poke bowl with salmon... It was very rich and above all, very nicely prepared and delicious. The sushi was super fresh and delicious. Whenever I feel like sushi, this is my first choice.

We ordered sushi to be delivered. I just want to judge the nigiri 🍣 here. The salmon used here is probably farmed salmon from a discount store. A piece that is completely unsuitable for sushi. In addition, the salmon was cut completely incorrectly. The salmon was full of tendons, you couldn't chew it or bite through it. I had to spit out most of the pieces. I've never experienced anything like that. In addition, the salmon was still completely warm, even in winter when the outside temperature was 5°. Only an untrained temporary worker can do something like that. Just disgusting.

I've eaten there several times. Very tasty sushi at good prices. I can recommend edamame and gyoza as starters. Modern and cozy furnishings. Parking on the street/around the corner. Vegetarian starters and sushi available.

Normales sushi, nette Bedienung. Leider riecht man im Lokal sehr nach Essen und ist Preis-Leistung in Ordnung.

Kann ich vollständig weiter empfehlen! Sushi wurde frisch zubereitet (das konnte man auch schmecken). Glutenfrei ging in Ordnung (die Sojasauce wurde weg gelassen). Preis ist ok (also vgl.bar zu anderen Sushi-Restaurants). Inneneinrichtung sehr schön und gemütlich. Service war schnell und freundlich. Einfach top! Ich komme wieder :) #gluten free

Essen sehr lecker, Lieferung an den Tisch ging sehr flott(waren die einzigen Gäste zu der Zeit). Bei der Bestellung wurde 1 "kleiner" Fehler gemacht, etwas ohne Avocado bestellt, wurde ohne Hinweis trotzdem in das Sushi getan. (Schwierig wenn man etwas nicht verträgt, bzw. Allergisch ist) Ambiente auch sehr schön. Preis-Leistung auch völlig in Ordnung. Bar und Kartenzahlung möglich. Bestellen auf jedenfall nochmal dort.

Unscheinbar von aussen, aber Tip top innen. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und das Ambiente genossen.

Auf den ersten Blick ein gemütliches Bistro, instabile Stühle, 31 Grad, unklimatisiert. Haben uns daher gegen Sushi entschieden. Die Hauptspeisen frisch und lecker, allerdings ohne Raffinesse; schnell zu Hause kochen liefert mind. gleiche Ergebnisse. Den anderen Rezensionen zufolge ist Sushi die Stärke der Gaststätte.

Sehr leckeres Sushi und freundlicher aufmerksamer Service. Nett eingerichtet, aber an der Lüftung muss gearbeitet werden! Es war stickig und hat im Restaurant stark nach der Küche (flambieren, Fett) gerochen. Ansonsten sehr nett!

Das Sushi war köstlich und wurde frisch zubereitet. Gute vegetarische und vegane Auswahl. Die Inneneinrichtung sorgt für ein schönes Ambiente.

Schön eingerichtetes Sushi Lokal. Es sieht sauber und gepflegt aus. Das Essen war sehr lecker . Wir hatten 1x111 und 1 x Sushi . Alles war gut gewürzt und schön angerichtet . Mit dem Parken muss man schauen, aber es hat sich schließlich ein Parkplatz gefunden. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Apotheke und gegenüber ist ein Netto Einkaufsmarkt . Man kann das Zushii in der Weilbrunnstraße empfehlen.

Gyoza was yummy, chicken teriyaki was okay; their bowls were okay too, although nothing to write home about. Waitress was very friendly, but sadly, their kitchen, either by a shorthanded situation or an extremely busy moment, was extremely slow (there were several deliveries going out, but we were alone in the restaurant). We waited for an hr to get our main dishes (appetizers came within 35 min). We'd be willing to oversee this if we loved the food. Sadly, we did not. Sizes are also on the smaller size.

Whow, DAS ist Sushi wie wir es lieben, eine große Bereicherung für Preungesheim, wir sind begeistert! Zuerst und am wichtigsten natürlich die Qualität des Sushis: Einfach Spitze!! Wirklich ganz besonders lecker, frisch, hochwertig und auch besonders von der Zusammensetzung, Inhalt, Deko und Sossen: Erste Klasse! Auch das vegetarische Sushi ist richtig gut und besonders, das ist selten. Die Vorspeiste mit Spicy Majo ein Hochgenuss, wir waren echt beeindruckt. Als nächstes das Ambiente: Richtig gemütlich, eine stilvolle und gleichzeitig lockere Atmosphäre in der man sich wohl fühlt und auch wirklich gerne eine Weile sitzen bleibt. Besonders hervor zu haben auch die sehr bequemen Sessel, die sich drehen lassen. Ich lege großen Wert auf Sitzkomfort im Restaurant und der ist hier aussergewöhnlich hoch. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, wirklich angenehm. Insgesamt scheint sich das Team noch etwas zu finden und wirkt manchmal ein wenig überfordert, aber das ist kein relevantes Minus und wird sich sicher über die Zeit entspannen. Schön, dass es diesen Ort jetzt hier gibt, wir werden sicher öfter da sein!

Tolles Sushi, fairer Preis. Alles frisch. Auch nett zum Sitzen.

Ich war jetzt 2 mal dort essen im August 2022 und im Februar 2023. Beide male was das essen sehr lecker, die Bedienung ist freundin und das Ambiente ist sehr sehr schön! Ich werde auf jeden Fall öfter kommen.

Essen ist wunderbar. Das Fisch-Reis Verhältnis ist für den Preis super! Zwar hat die Zubereitung sowie Wartezeit auf das Essen länger gedauert, aber die Wartezeit hat sich gelohnt. Ich kann dieses Lokal empfehlen - besonders an diejenigen, die in Preungesheim wohnen. Sonst ist die location zum Abend hin ein wenig schlechter zu erreichen.

Wir waren letzte Woche wieder da und wurden herzlich empfangen. Es war alles sehr, sehr lecker und wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Geschmacklich sehr, sehr gut.! Der Sushi Reis ist etwas zu locker, und die Sushi sind zu groß. Alles etwas kleiner, dann wäre es perfekt!

Schnell, effizient, und grosse Sushis mit viel Garnitur. Immer eine gute Überraschung hier zu bestellen !

Das Essen ist hervorragend, allerdings solltet ihr längere Wartezeiten einplanen, wenn ihr bestellt. Mindestens 40 min. - mehrfache Erfahrung. Dafür ist alles ganz frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker.

Erstbestellung. Hat alles prima geklappt. Das Teriyaki Hähnchen war ein Traum, alle Speisen waren sehr schön angerichtet und lecker.
