Pizza-Taxi Raja in Rösrath

I don't even know where to begin. To make a long story short, it was disgusting. 1. It arrived half an hour later than promised. 2. The herb butter for the burnt pizza rolls was missing. 3. There were threads in the cardboard box under the pizza. And it all tasted awful. Truly revolting.

Dear Raja Team, First of all, I would like to emphasize: As always, we are very satisfied with your food – we have been ordering from you for over six years now and have always been delighted. Unfortunately, this time I have to complain about the delivery on September 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM in Overath. After ringing the bell, the driver simply placed our food on the doormat in front of the door without comment, even though I opened the door immediately. I consider this completely inappropriate. He also complained that the address was incorrect, that he had gotten lost, and that it had taken a long drive from Rösrath. I pointed out to him that our address was correct – you just had to look carefully, as we live at number 1. On the way back to the car, he shouted loudly at me: "It's almost winter, so it's best if you order the food here in Overath, then it won't arrive cold." I found this remark extremely rude. I also consider using the informal "du" form of address with customers to be inappropriate. In summary: • Leaving food on the floor is unacceptable. • Complaints about the route or the difficulty finding an address should not be passed on to the customer—especially since you also offer delivery to Overath. • Friendliness and respect are basic requirements in customer service. I hope this incident remains an isolated incident. We greatly appreciate your quality and hope that in the future, deliveries will be as reliable and pleasant as we have come to expect from you. We ordered food to be delivered to our home. Of course, that can take a while, so we called after an hour to ask if the order had even gone through. The answer was: yes, the driver is on his way. He'll be here in 10 minutes. An hour later, we called again. Yes, the driver will be here in 10 minutes. If it weren't so bad, they'd just be honest. We then wanted to cancel the order, but apparently that wasn't possible anymore. Unfortunately, the food was anything but good. The fries were okay... Everything else was a disgrace; the salad was brown, the pizza box was already soggy with all the "liquid," making it difficult to eat. After 4-5 bites, it was inedible. The herb butter was also forgotten; all in all, a complete disaster. Not an option for us again. But: the driver was very nice!

I've been ordering from Raja for a few years now, but less and less, and now I'm not ordering at all. The quality of the food is declining. Sometimes, the wrong order is delivered. Some delivery drivers are extremely rude. Delivery times can vary significantly from the advertised times.

An extremely rude driver tried to sell me the delivery just 7 minutes before delivery, saying he was at house number 1, even though it was stated to be 10, and then he tried to accuse me of driving 12km, saying, "Nothing's okay, nothing's going on." Sorry, but I'll sort it out with Lieferando. I really don't recommend it. With delivery fees over €2. Shame on you! Or chant Kali. Krishna sees your actions, just keep going and live Samskara forever!!!

I used to order there often, but I had to wait almost two hours, then the wrong food was delivered, and no discount. Very poor service. After the correct food was delivered, it wasn't warm anymore and had burned on the floor. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it anymore. But to each his own.

We've often ordered eight pizza rolls with ham and cheese for my son. They were always delicious, ready for pickup on time, and the delivery service was always prompt and friendly. I can't say anything about the rest of the menu.

Highly recommended snack bar with takeout and delivery service. I mostly order pizza and pasta. The pizza is consistently well-topped, and the pasta is also excellent. The prices are reasonable, and the staff/delivery staff are polite and friendly. I've been a customer here since 2013. The owner has changed a few times, but the quality is still very good.

The palak paneer tasted very good. My friend's chicken curry was unfortunately very tough. Otherwise, both dishes were well-seasoned and warm upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was a long hair in the garlic naan :( Unfortunately, when the food was handed over to us, they told us that our address was too far away and threatened to cancel the order next time. Fun fact: our new address is 3 minutes further away than our old one, and delivery wasn't a problem. What a shame.

Since I was a little kid, my first stop for ordering food was Pizza Taxi Raja. The various pizzas are beyond delicious, and the Chicken Tikka Masala is also highly recommended. I'm always happy to go back!

The first time the pizza was hot and good, the second time the pizza was lukewarm and the tuna was missing onions. Then we ordered again and the pizza didn't come hot, the bottom was burnt black, because the driver couldn't find the house, the pizza arrived 10 minutes late. The order was placed 2 hours earlier, it takes 10 minutes to get to our address. I read the complaints, why didn't you post any pictures.

After waiting for an hour, I called and asked where my order was, they said they simply canceled my order without at least informing me!! I'm disappointed

Veryrr veryrr delicious fast delivery time I love it

The food is okay, but a delivery time of over 120 minutes is just too long. After more than an hour we called to ask what was going on with our food. The gentleman on the phone said there was a lot to do and our food was being prepared. Then we waited another hour. The delivery time was given to us online as 35 minutes and we had already expected longer. Then the order was partly delivered incorrectly. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

Food was on time and also tasty. But I would still rather have the food that I ordered and paid for.

Ordered every week so far, and the quality has deteriorated over time! Burger buns that were black had inedible sauces! So far I always had the feeling that the schnitzels were fresh. But as of today I am sure that these are now coming from the factory. All in all, value for money is no longer given. Several price increases and now another 10 - 30% added for really poor quality. This is how you scare away regular customers. What a shame!

I don't get anything more...Either drinks are missing or the food is incompletely inedible (food is too salty, burnt, too greasy or the food tastes rotten, see spare ribs. When I said the Freisch tastes rotten, I was told it was because of the sauce.. ) I won't let myself be taken for a ride any more. I advise you not to get anything there anymore. It will save your wallet and your nerves. Food with a disgusting factor

Authentic Indian delicious food at reasonable prices. I am very happy with the food quality and quantity and always order from them whenever I come to the region

Food ordered and confirmed via the web at a fixed delivery date. Food didn't come on time, only after calling twice was they succinctly told "there's a lot going on". When the food came way too late, we actually should have been away for the next appointment. To top it off, the food delivered was mostly the wrong thing. A refund is verbosely refused because we would then have had to return it (haha, like when you're already late for an appointment because the food that was scheduled well in advance doesn't come). Terrible service, no understanding or even an apology at any time. Never again, stay away!

Waited almost 2 hours for food today. According to the app, it should arrive soon after an hour. Apparently nothing came of it. Once again something was forgotten. Food was cold upon arrival. No apology nothing. Whatever was forgotten was simply deducted from the regular price. Will order elsewhere in the future.

No Good Service And they don't provide their services as they should

The food is rubbish . Second time I order and same story . The schnitzel is too much salty . And they did mistake to put me wrong soup . What for I pay money? Really

So they can make pizza. The pizza tastes good too…~ But EVERYTHING else except the pizzas… DISASTER…!

Vor vielen Jahren war Pizza-Taxi Raja noch ein guter Lieferservice, über Jahre habe ich dort bestellt. Seit einiger Zeit ist leider das Gegenteil der Fall! Irgendwann wurde die Lieferzeit immer länger, das Essen schlechter zubereitet und der Service immer unfreundlicher. Wenn das 1-2 mal passiert, kann man von einem Versehen und einem schlechten Tag ausgehen. Leider geschah das immer häufiger und auch von anderen Leuten wurde dieser Eindruck bestätigt. Bei Reklamationen am Telefon wird mittlerweile einfach nur noch aufgelegt. Glücklicherweise gibt es noch genügend andere Lieferservices in Rösrath, bei welchen noch Qualität und Service noch etwas zählt.

Pizzen sind sehr lecker, Innhaber sehr nett, Top!

Nachdem die Pizza doch häufig schlecht bewertet wurde, habe ich es mit einem Omelette Mix und nem Chickenburger probiert. Der Burger war recht lieblos zusammen gebastelt, schmeckte fad und war kein Highlight. Das Omelett war überraschend gut, das Gemüse schmeckte frisch und knackig. Die Lieferzeit war mit über 80 Minuten doch recht lang. Der Fahrer war ganz nett.

Lieferung hat über 1 Stunde gedauert und die Pizza war ziemlich Kalt werde Dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Super leckeres indisches Essen. Kurze Wartezeit. Am besten nur abholen. Bin Selbstabholer. Oder liefern lassen.

Segr freundlich und sehr lecker obwohl das Angebot so gross ist 🙂

Paar mal jetzt bestellt und wurde immer wieder enttäuscht, kommt mir so vor als ob die Pizza vom Aldi gekauft wäre und einfach warm gemacht wurde.

Essen ist ganz gut, indisch wirklich sehr lecker, aber es dauert immer ewig. Wir bestellen seit Jahren dort und hatten das Essen nicht einmal in der zugesagten Zeit. Am Wochenende wird aus einer Stunde locker zwei. Deswegen bestellen wir nur noch selten dort…

Leckeres essen aber teilweise bus zu 2h Wartezeiten...

Wir bestellen hier immer gerne Essen. Vor allem indisch ist hier sehr lecker! Das Essen kommt immer warm und frisch an. Die Pizzen sind tatsächlich nicht so gut, aber das ist nicht schlimm. Pommes, Samosa und Tandoori sind hier unbedingt Auszuprobieren! :) Lieferung erfolgt immer nach ca. 40-60 min.

Wir haben jetzt schon öfter dort bestellt. Immer sehr lecker, die Nudelportionen riesig. Die Fahrer waren bis jetzt auch immer sehr nett. Heute der Fahrer war allerdings etwas grummelig und ein Dankeschön fürs Trinkgeld war auch nicht drin. Aber egal, hoffe , er hatte heute nur einen schlechten Tag. Aber liebe Leute, wer schneidet bei Euch denn die Zwiebeln für den Salat, die Stücke waren schon richtig unangenehm groß, das geht gar nicht. Ansonsten war das Essen wieder sehr lecker und für einen Sonntag- Abend finde ich 1 Stunde Wartezeit o.k.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde bei Raja und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen 👍🏻👍🏻

Ich finde das Essen ist dort beste Qualität und bei dem Preis schnapp ich zu! Das essen Schmeckt 10/10. Fleisch immer lecker, Pommes immer perfekt gesalzen auf Wunsch. Die Pizza ist immer gut durch und die Pizza-Brötchen lecker👌😋. Ich verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen nicht. Na ja immer wird das schlechte gesagt und beim guten ist man Still😅. Zusammengefasst: Bin ich glücklich dort Bestellt zu haben!😍

Das Essen ist super gut die Pizzen sind preiswert und sehr günstig aber schmecken super gut der Teig ist weich und der Rand knackig die beste Pizzeria die ich kenne

Geht so. Vieles mag Geschmackssache sein, aber mir sind einige Sachen zu überwürzt. Damit meine ich nicht Schärfe, Diese ist immer gut. Und es ist auch keine indische Überwürzung...

Tip top lieferdienst. Kann viel mehr als nur Pizza. Unbedingt mal die indischen Gerichte ausprobieren, überraschend lecker. Lieferung kommt bei uns immer schnell und zuverlässig an. Preislich tut sich da nicht viel zu der Rösrather Konkurrenz. Pizza bestelle ich lieber wo anders aufgrund der Größe aber bei den anderen Sachen immer gerne.

Die indischen Gerichte sind sehr gut. Aber Achtung: Wo scharf drauf steht ist auch scharf drin 😁 Die Lieferung dauert meistens ca. 1 Stunde

Ich geh gern hier hin und hol die Pizza meistens ab. Mir schmeckt die Pizza immer sehr gut :-)

lecker Indisches Essen und Lieferservice ist auch gut. Standard Pizza . Aber geht zur Not. Man sollte aber mind. 45 min. Zeit einrechnen wenn man liefern lassen will..

Dieser Pizzadienst hat einfach alles. Wir lieben sowohl die Pizza (Napoli) als auch die vielfältigen indischen Speisen. Die Bedienung ist immer freundlich und eine Lieferung erfolgt prompt.

Immer noch mein absoluter Favorit in Rösrath, wenn man mal keine Lust hat zu kochen oder das Haus zu verlassen. Preise sind im Verhältnis zur Qualität akzeptabel. Einziger Punktabzug: Manchmal (selten aber es kommt vor) schwankt die Qualität spürbar. Entweder wird kalt geliefert, falsch zubereitet (Pizzaboden verbrannt) oder es werden Zutaten vergessen. Bei Beschwerden wurde aber bisher immer freundlich reagiert und bei der nächsten Bestellung gefühlt einzeln beliefert. Daher nur ein Punkt Abzug, weil man merkt, dass hier der Kundenwunsch im Mittelpunkt steht.
