Pizza really very thin. Very late delivery. Nuggets tasted like fat

I always ordered a pizza half and half. Today I wanted to order a pizza like that again. However, it would be said that this would no longer be done. But I couldn't give a proper explanation for it either. I find it very unfortunate.

I ordered something to be delivered. It came quickly and was accordingly hot. It was very tasty. I will definitely order there again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered four dishes there yesterday and had to wait about 2 (!!!) hours for our food. We ordered via the homepage, but after a few minutes we received a notification that our order could not be accepted and that we should call us. We did this and when I asked how long it would take, they simply hung up. When after more than 45 minutes there was still no one there, we called again and were assured that someone would be there in 10 minutes at the latest. When there was still no one there after another half hour, we called again. You would rely on the information given by the staff and you couldn't do anything about it on the phone if the other staff gave incorrect times, but now it would really only take 10 minutes and if not, you would personally request a call back Take care of information. After another 35 minutes our food finally arrived, unfortunately one of it was wrong and as an apology we were given a bottle of cola. Of course, within 35 minutes we were not called for information as promised. All in all very dubious and the long waiting time is absolutely incomprehensible since we live less than 600 meters away.

We ordered and were told 60 minutes due to high capacity. After 60 minutes they said on the phone an additional 30 minutes. and after 90 minutes it was said that the oven was defective (very believable). I will no longer order from you.

Ingredients not separated, one piece with tuna, the other with peppers, the pizza was made not good... Disgusting

Collected the finished order after 15 minutes and ate it very, very tasty at home. Always my pleasure!!!

Good selection/quality at reasonable prices.

Since the reopening we have ordered about 3-4 times there. The food was always very tasty and hot, the portions were really good and the delivery service was quick and friendly. Price-performance ratio very good!

We were there and couldn't order pizza because the "system" was down. ??? Cover the dough, put it in the oven and you're done. What kind of “system”? Often suffers from very late deliveries and greatly reduced performance in the past.👎👎👎

Pizza was ready relatively quickly and tasted ok. However, the dough and toppings seemed like a higher quality frozen pizza. At the gas station around the corner you can also get small pizzas for €1 and they taste absolutely identical. Attached is the photo of the gas station pizza

A lot has changed since the owner changed again. Apart from the friendly staff, pasta and pizza taste super delicious. The best pizzeria in Rösrath!!

Since the new opening we have loved the restaurant. The ambience and music are appropriate and the food is delicious. The olives from Italy are particularly delicious. Have fun eating

Pizza was quite good. However, we had to wait over 90 minutes for this. By the way, so do all the other guests. When we asked, we were told that there were a lot of orders for the delivery service and that they had priority and we had to wait. It's a shame to treat waiting guests in the restaurant like this and not even warn them. By the way, the staff was pretty annoyed by the question. By the way, I ordered a small pizza and when the bill was charged for a large one I only found out that they only offer one size. Would have been worth knowing beforehand. So here for the first and last time

The schnitzel was super tasty, the fries were really good too. The waitress was very nice and accommodating and responded to every request. Gladly again!

COLD PIZZA DELIVERED! The pizza arrived cold (delivery distance approx. 300 m). I kindly pointed this out over the phone. I was then told that the pizza is always delivered cold because the toppings are so cold. Well, that was the last pizza I ordered there. Very bitter!

Great, the pizzas have plenty of toppings and ALWAYS arrive warm. Some pizzerias (with delivery services) can copy something here. You are the best here...

Gute kleine Pizzeria. Wieder neu eröffnet. Mir hat es geschmeckt.

Mein persönlicher Eindruck von dieser Location, hervorragend. Allein schon beim Eintreten und hinsetzen inspiriert von der Musik, freundlichen Bedienung und einfach nur ein paar Minuten fallen lassen. Das Essen war fantastisch was meine Begleitung 100% bestätigen konnte. Ein Lokal dass ich unter vielen anderen mit jeder Eigenschaft hervorhebt. Sowohl außen als auch innen im Lokal nette und freundliche Bedienung. Ich kann dieses Lokal hier Pizzeria jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen

Wir haben dort gestern bestellt. Die Pizza war sehr fettig. Wir haben diese leider alle nicht gut vertragen. Die Pizzabrötchen gab es anscheinend nur mit Käse gefüllt. Auch sehr fettig und unten matschig. Dort bestellen wir nicht nochmal.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung in 20 Minuten - und das Sonntag Abends! Sehr leckere Pizza, bisher die Beste in Rösrath. Volle Empfehlung!

Sehr freundlich und Pizza würde in der genannten Zeit geliefert und war auch heiss. War nicht das letzte mal das wir dort unsere Pizza bestellen.

Nach der Neueröffnung ist viel passiert: Pizza ist absolut empfehlenswert, auch die Pizzabrötchen sind sehr gut. Der Service ist super freundlich, man fühlt sich einfach wohl und willkommen. Auch die Preise sind moderat.

Bei der Abholung mußte ich lang warten,bis Pizza fertig wurden.

Haben dort als Take away bestellt, das erste Mal seit der Neueröffnung 2023. Pizza sehr lecker, endlich wieder eine gute Pizzeria in Rösrath! 😀

Sehr lecker und extrem freundliche Bedienung!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal nach der Neueröffnung bestellt. Neben der Pizza La Rustica (Parmaschinken, Rucola und Parmesan) orderten wir auch den Veggie Burger. Die Pizza war ausreichend groß, der vegetarische Burger war saftig, die Sauce aber etwas zu scharf! Beide Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Die Lieferung dauerte ungefähr 45 Minuten. Der Service am Telefon war freundlich. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder etwas zu Essen bestellen.

War früher super, hat aber stark nachgelassen. Schade:-(

Wir haben gefragt ob wir unsere 3 Akkus für Ebike laden dürfen. Wir bekamen ein Ja und dann wurde einfach ohne Kommentar 6€ berechnet. Nach Akkuanzeige am Fahrrad haben wir zusammen circa 1,2 KWh gebraucht, da ist 6€ ganz schön happig. Ferner war die Rechnung auch noch falsch. Essen war OK.

Super Kerl, nett und immer gut drauf. Die Pizzen sind lecker und die Nudelgerichte auch immer top! Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt auch. Von mir 6 Sterne!

Schon öfter bestellt und wir waren immer sehr zufrieden! Die Pizzen könnten größer sein. Lecker sind sie auf jeden Fall sehr. Auch dort zu essen ist immer nett!

Pizzen und Pasta sind spitze. Auch das gegrillte Gemüse vorab und das Tiramisu danach schmeckt einfach klasse. Einzig die Fleischgerichte sind nicht immer so gut. Pizza, Pasta auf Topniveau 👍

Pizza beste,Salat beste,Pizzabrötchen beste und die Nudeln sind auch super! Immer freundlicher Service und oft Getränke kostenlos!!! Beste Pizzeria in ganz Refrath und Bergisch Gladbach!

Beste Pizza in Rösrath und Umgebung. Dünner Boden, mit guten Zutaten belegt und auch geliefert noch warm.
