Unfriendly service, sends customers away because of inconvenience. Despite ordering incorrectly, the pizza was good, but a bit expensive. I expect more for that.

Visit for lunch today: I have never been served so rudely in a restaurant in Germany. From the moment we entered the store we felt like we were being watched by the staff. Probably because I had my two-year-old daughter with me and the staff is waiting for every moment when she thinks she can notice us. She did that too. The food is okay. But we couldn't really enjoy it because the staff missed the atmosphere right from the start.

Service was fast and food was good. Portion is also good.

Bought Pizza Positano. Tastes very good, but VERY thinly topped. 9 small slices of salami and 11 olives are cheeky for €14. Next time we're going to Ingelheim.

I recently had the opportunity to eat at this restaurant and would like to share my experience. I ordered the Quattro Stagioni pizza, which wasn't exceptional, but tasted good. The combination of ingredients was pleasant, but the pizza lacked that special something that would set it apart. Well, it tastes good but it's not that good. Overall I would rate the experience as average. The price of €15 for the pizza is okay, but not exactly a bargain. What makes the restaurant special, however, is the friendly service. The staff was very nice and accommodating, which definitely enhanced the visit. Conclusion: If you are looking for a solid pizza and value friendly service, I can recommend the restaurant. It's nothing out of the ordinary, but definitely suitable for a relaxing evening.

Pizza is average at best. Price is to high for the quality. For 8.60 euros I am expecting Napolitan style pizza with mozzarella and wood pizza evaen.

Really delicious, high quality pizza, the salads have always been great and very nicely presented. Service has always been very quick and courteous. I can't agree with Birgit's assessment of the times - that's exactly what it says on the menu that the pasta isn't available for exactly as long as the pizza and salads. mmn completely legitimate for a restaurant that always produces very fresh food and does not work according to the fast food principle. Keep it up, you're great!

Anyone who tells the customer shortly before 9 p.m. that the spaghetti is out should better close completely. It turned out we could eat pizza but not spaghetti because they wanted to close on time.

We have been there several times and the food and service have always been very good. Staff always friendly and attentive. Pleasant atmosphere and tasteful furnishings. We recommend! My favorite dishes are "Insalata Mare" and "Salmone E Zucchine".

We have been living in the area for over two years and are guests at least once a month. Great food and service, the best Aperol in town. The Italian restaurant of our choice, especially because of the team!

Great pizza, modern atmosphere, super fast and friendly service

We went to Pizza dato for 13 years and picked up pizza for the four of us, but the salads weren't good, but expensive and here we found what we were looking for: really great salads, but also pesto, pizza and starters, all made with love, real ones Mozzarella and ham, you pay more, but we think the price-performance ratio is good here. We've picked up something here and eaten here 20 times now, sometimes with eight people. We will be back!

Pizza and other Italian dishes have been available in the middle of the new district for a long time. Pizza is ok, but nothing special. In terms of price, I find the whole thing to be higher priced and cannot see this confirmed by the quality or selection. It's a shame...Due to the high ceilings, the restaurant can quickly become noisy and people with hearing problems in particular quickly find themselves faced with challenges.

The Pizzas are amazing, but unfortunately the pasta are tasteless. Service is pretty good.

We have often eaten there or ordered take-away. Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. The taste was good, but the pizzas were both very thin with very little toppings, so we weren't full. But at a price of 13 or 14 euros per pizza, I would expect that. I hope the criticism is received, as we have always enjoyed coming over before. If the portion was more reasonable, I would be happy to pay the price mentioned (they were 2 of the cheapest) for a delicious pizza.

The pizza is one of the best, if not the best, in Mainz. Ambiance could be a little quieter - open kitchen is cool, but also loud and otherwise it is rather noisy. When we were there, all the toilets were broken - in my opinion something that shouldn't happen, but the employees tried to find solutions (MA toilet).

Unfortunately, children are not welcome. The guests look at you strangely and some of the staff also look strange when you enter the door with children. A pity!

Naples is not exactly in Mainz - and yet there is authentic pizza and Italian cuisine in the middle of the new Heiligkreuzviertel: the dough with a long bite and the best crunch. This speaks for Tipo 00 flour and long dough management. The best ingredients for the topping too - for example mozzarella, bresaola and finally good tomatoes. The pasta and salad continue to be delicious: fresh ingredients of really good quality. And it's cooked in Italian: no frills, fresh on the plate and full of flavor. The service is charming and has a quick pace. And an open ear for special requests. Although the Ristorante is modern and spacious, it is cozy and guests feel like staying seated longer: the good selection of wines goes well with this - not just from Italy. Rheinhessen and the Rheingau are also well represented. Price-performance ratio is right - even in times of inflation. Pizza Punto is more than a pizzeria, Pizza Punto is actually a piece of well-lived Italian gastronomy. Unfortunately, there are far too few things like this in Mainz. And there are parking spaces too. A beautiful and tasty addition to the new residential area.

Very tasty pizza and friendly service

My lasagna is a poem 😋 My tiramisu was super delicious 😋 All the other dishes we ate that day were also very tasty and that's what a restaurant is all about. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We also got a table on the same day. Only the ambience is average to good in my opinion. There were 5 of us sitting at a table for 4. It was a bit tight, but it worked. The noise level is slightly above average because there is no sound-absorbing equipment and the room is very high.

We spontaneously ate here today because we had something to do nearby. The food was very tasty, fresh, attractively prepared and hot. The service was courteous, friendly and quick. You immediately felt welcome. Location well located and modern urban furnishings. Can confidently recommend. Top! We'd love to come back!

The pizza was extremely greasy and that was definitely too much for my taste. But you can tell that special ingredients are used. But for me there is no risk of a repeat.

Had a ham pizza with shrimp and it wasn't that good for my taste. This was way too spicy for me, my mouth is still burning. But the bottom is very crispy.

We visit this place from time to time and notice that the quality gets worse with time. On our last visit I had to deal with a terrible attitude. The waitress tried to squeeze us (three people) into a small table for two when there was one available for four. When we asked to sit at a larger table, she scolded us and left. So we left the place and were never visited again.

Really delicious food, at a reasonable price. The pizza and pasta are fresh and taste perfect. Particularly noteworthy is the service, very professional and friendly. Extra requests are easily fulfilled. Really one of the best Italian restaurants in the price range in Mainz!

That was really good! Italians at the shopping center... don't have great expectations at first. Price level, however, definitely not the pizzeria around the corner. What we particularly liked was the extremely professional and pleasant service, which earned us an extra star on top. We had 4 people from all areas of the map. Except for the bruschetta (unfortunately tasteless tomatoes), everything was definitely excellent. We will be back!

Weinschorle 5,80 Euro das wäre bei einer Meenzer 0,4 Weinschorle 11,60 Euro. Muß das sein ??? Ist das ein Sterne Restaurant??? Die Pizza Pagliaccio zu 11,30 Euro sehr dünner Boden aber mit viel zuviel Tomatensoße und zuviel Käse ,fad und schnell labig. Die Penne mit Gorgonzola,Walnüssen und Sahnesoße 12,40 Euro sehr fad nichts sagend. Die Bedienung war nett. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen. Keine Empfehlung. Wo kommen nur die ganzen Top Bewertungen her? auch bei Goggle ?

Since we live around the corner, we often go to this Italian restaurant. Very tasty, highly recommended.

The service was top. The waitresses are all very finely dressed. This is no longer a given these days. Atmosphere wonderful, stylishly furnished. The smells from the kitchen gave me a real holiday feeling. If you're slightly hungry, there are mini pizzas for just €2.50. Both pasta and pizza tasted perfect! Some dishes were a little more expensive, but I'm happy to pay the price given the quality. I would love to come back!
