Weinhaus Bluhm in Mainz

We recently dined at the Bluhm wine tavern. Unfortunately, our high expectations were greatly disappointed. They use the so-called "Meenzer Gemütlichkeit" (a cozy, convivial atmosphere) as a pretext to cram far too many people into one room. The result is an unbearable noise level that has nothing to do with a wine tavern's ambiance. Furthermore, the food gave us one of the most expensive stomach upsets we've ever experienced. In addition, the service was clearly overwhelmed and particularly slow with drinks. We certainly won't be returning; not recommended.

A lovely restaurant in Mainz's old town. Fine French bistro cuisine at fair prices (excellent snails and bouillabaisse). A family atmosphere – surprisingly quiet for the typical narrowness of the old town in the two dining rooms. Respect and thanks for running such a restaurant in these premises.

Exceptionally good service! Incredibly delicious (the mussels were fantastic and the veal fillet dish was perfect). The wine recommendations were also excellent! A perfect evening all around!

A fantastic restaurant – very cozy (almost like home), attentive service, and the food was delicious. We went there for dinner with my parents. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal, including the wine recommendation. Highly recommended if you enjoy fine dining in a wonderful setting.

We've been there for a while now. It was often fully booked and/or the seating is often cramped. So, four of us went to the wine bar on a Tuesday. It was quite quiet that day. The food was excellent, as always! Reason for the point deduction: The adjoining room has been slightly remodeled, and it smells slightly musty and of a sewer. The closet that closed off one side of the room was replaced with an opaque curtain, which is probably what's causing the smell. I didn't look behind it. Another complaint was that an older couple with an oversized dog (table height) was staying with us. There was barely any room for the dog in the cramped quarters, and due to the rain, the sewer smell was replaced by the stench of the wet dog throughout the room. I think that in a restaurant (especially one as small as this), dogs like that should be kept outside.

A normal weekday - the boss isn't in today. We are two couples over 60, made an online reservation, and want a delicious meal. We were offered a narrow beer tent table at the edge of the pavement. Too crooked and narrow for a nice meal. More suited to a glass of wine in the old town. A sewer smell wafts from somewhere. Our request for another table inside was met with a rude response. Starter: Oysters for 4 people - very good and fresh. 1x starter: Handkäs (not cooked all the way through) and 1x Spundekäs 3erlei (blue cheese version not tasty). 1x small herb salad. If you like the thick stalk of arugula, dill, and the like, this is the place for you. Where are the nuts? Not really convincing. Main Course: 1x tartare (according to the menu, large version) 1st class meat, small quantity. 3x special meatloaf. Visually beautiful. Highly praised... secret recipe. Poor meat content. The meatloaf contains larger breadcrumbs and potato dumplings. The whole thing is served on a thin layer of mashed potatoes and some gravy. More of a carbohydrate dish. Maybe that rustic Mainz-French charm works when the boss sings. But a few edible flowers won't make up for it. Not good value for money. We've eaten better and cheaper in Paris. 😉

A thoroughly successful evening! The food was delicious and the wine excellent. We had the minced pork and the cutlet. I've never eaten such tender and juicy cutlets. The icing on the cake was the very friendly and exceptionally attentive service. This wonderful evening will remain in our memories for a long time to come, and we can only warmly recommend Weinhaus Bluhm!

A beautiful, indispensable spot in Mainz's old town. Landlady Murielle offers fantastically tasty and visually stunning fusion cuisine (French, North African influences, Mediterranean, Israeli) at reasonable prices with a changing menu. Rhenish-Hessian dishes like the Handkäs (hand cheese) are also a taste explosion here. The super-friendly staff, led by the competent Iris, contribute significantly to the feel-good atmosphere and welcoming culture that prevails at Weinhaus Bluhm. Highly recommended!

Like perhaps many other random guests, we were expecting a more traditional Mainz wine bar. But what we experienced far exceeded our expectations! Outstanding cuisine, great service, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere made this evening unforgettable. Every dish we tried was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something special!

After all the years I've been visiting Mainz, it took an invitation to a winemaker's evening to finally get to know Weinhaus Blum - and what a discovery! The historic ambience is full of charm and character. The service is warm and personal, especially the wonderful host Murielle, who immediately creates a feel-good atmosphere with her natural manner. The food? A poem! The dry aged beef meatloaf in particular was an absolute highlight – down-to-earth, but refined and full of flavor. And then the highlight of the evening: the musical performance by Murielle herself. Her voice, her choice of songs – that went straight to the heart and caressed the soul. One thing is certain for me: Weinhaus Blum will now be my main establishment in Mainz. Unreservedly recommended!

We let ourselves be pampered here on Saturday. A wonderful evening with individually prepared starters with fresh oysters and snails and the best fried potatoes. The pleasant atmosphere is created primarily by the very warm and attentive hospitality. We look forward to next time!

Cozy restaurant with interesting food options and friendly service.

Le chef Pierre nous a hélas quittés, ma sa fille Murielle, désormais seule aux commandes, maintient le niveau avec brio dans les traces de son paternel. La carte s'en tient à l'essentiel, la sélection des vins est parfaitement maîtrisée, les plats sont savoureux, le service est impeccable et les prix absolument justifiés. Je dois en être à ma 20e ? 25e ? visite... j'ai arrêté de compter, sauf sur la cote : c'est 5/5 depuis la 1e fois et ce n'est pas près de changer.

Yesterday we went to Weinhaus Bluhm for the first time in a long time. On the homepage and the reservation confirmation you are informed that you may be sitting at the table with other guests. There were four of us and we were seated with another 4 guests at a table that can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. This approach is not okay and has nothing to do with Mainz sociability. The wine house is not in the cheap segment. In addition, I reserved the table in mid-November and confirmed it again by phone this week. To be fair, the boss could have told me this on the phone on Wednesday and then I would have looked for another restaurant. I am really very upset and ashamed in front of our friends. If I had had a spontaneous alternative for 4 people on Saturday evening at 8 p.m., I would have gone.

Always my pleasure. Weinhaus Bluhm is as much a part of Mainz as the cathedral. Without it, something great would be missing. The atmosphere is very cozy. The food and wine are excellent anyway. Murielle is not only the cook and owner, she is also a landlady to the letter: she sits down with the guests, has a chat and generally makes sure that every guest is satisfied. We keep coming back!

The food was fantastic. Mussels, tartare, appetizer platter tasted great. We were able to enjoy the summer evening outside. The tables there are a bit small for four people. Maybe larger tables could be put.

We had dinner there on July 26th, 2024 and were thrilled. The food was very good, but the portions were too big, the wine tasted great. The service was extremely nice and friendly and gave us good advice on choosing the food and wine. This is how I want my stay in the restaurant to be.

Although according to Google and the legal notice it had been open for several hours, the lady of the house wasn't open; She wasn't friendly either.

We went to the restaurant for the first time and became fans. When the weather was good we had a table outside. We were immediately welcomed in a very friendly manner. The selection of food and drinks is not too extensive but very good and varied. The food itself was delicious and, above all, beautifully prepared. It was a completely successful evening and we have nothing to complain about!! :-)

My absolute favorite wine bar in Mainz. Great service, great atmosphere and above all excellent food. I strongly recommend making a reservation as it is often very busy here. Mainz coziness and “getting close together” included. So if you're planning a quiet, cozy dinner for two, you should look for another location. Our friends who don't live in Mainz always wish they could make a detour to Murielle and her team when they visit Mainz - Weinhaus Bluhm is simply special.

Vorab: wir kommen aus der Mainzer Gegend und wissen, wie es in einem Weinlokal zugeht. Wir hatten einen Tisch für vier Personen reserviert. Man wollte uns an einen Tisch für zwei Personen setzen, was einfach unmöglich ist. Wir baten um einen anderen Tisch, was schnippisch abgelehnt wurde. Ein freier Stammtisch wurde uns nicht angeboten. Wir sind wieder gegangen.

My partner and I recently went to Weinhaus Bluhm for a birthday dinner. All in all it was a successful evening with great food and delicious wines. The service in particular was excellent. Questions were always answered and the wine advice was also perfect! At the end we had a great conversation with the service management about coffee, wine and service philosophy. You can say: It's also humane here and it's great how much the guest's well-being is the focus. Clear recommendation!

It was surprisingly cold at the Weinhaus Bluhm at the beginning, but that subsided over the course of the evening. The tables are very narrow. It doesn't seem "comfortable" at first. Service was very pleasant, quick, unobtrusive, warm: just as you would wish. We had the menu. The starters were almost a main course. This "from fish" (I forgot the French name), wonderful. I could have fooled myself. Also the tartare: so delicious, perfectly balanced. On the side, cream cheese and aioli; but in “good”. The entrecote was superb. Quite surprising consistency, but pleasant. At first it looked like a tuna steak. Great taste. Cheese: also very tasty, I would have eaten three more pieces. Wine: the wine was delicious, I would have liked a little more selection and the vintages for the wines on the menu. But because the recommendations were good, there was no deduction. In the end, a very successful evening from a culinary point of view. I found value for money very reasonable. I'm looking forward to next time.

Disappointing: mediocre food, crowded tables and then even poor service. Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience on my last visit. That was on a Friday evening, so I understand it would be crowded. What I found unpleasant: if you have reserved a table and one person is unavailable, having to sit two strangers at the same time. Without asking. I would wish it to be different. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre, the gnocchi unfortunately had nothing to do with the dish of the same name, it was more like Schupfnudeln that was much too soft. Unfortunately, the fried potatoes with the meatloaf were cold. The fish soup was strangely greasy. Wine was okay, but the waitresses seemed rather annoyed when you tried to order more. Finally, the sad highlight was an employee's answer to the question of whether you could only have a cheese plate with hard cheese. That bordered on insulting the guest who asked. Sorry, but no.

Ich war vor Corona häufig im Weinhaus Bluhm und habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr köstlich gegessen. Mit dieser Vorfreude besuchten wir das Bluhm. Schon der 1.Eindruck der Servicekraft war nicht einladend. Sehr forsch und distanzlos wirkte diese. Auch der Gastraum wirkte unpersönlich - keine Gardinen, künstliche und ungemütliche Tischbeleuchtung. Der 1.Eindruck des Services setzte sich fort. Auch wenn es bei Ikea üblich ist, empfinde ich ungefragtes Duzen inakzeptabel in der Gastronomie. Das Essen ( Hackbraten) war gut, die Portion klein, Gemüsebeilage übersichtlich ( 1 Stück Karotte und 1 Brokkoliröschen) und dafür etwas zu teuer. Auch die bestellte Flasche Wein gibt es in anderen Mainzer Restaurants günstiger. Alles in allem leider enttäuschend.

Französischer Flair in der MAinzer Altstadt. Das Blum ist innen noch schöner...frech, gemütlich, mit Flair und Geschmack eingerichtet. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, mal anders... ein Spundekäse in drei Varianten...!!! Die Weine sind augezeichnet und wer keinen Alkohol mag, hier gibt es leckere spritzige Drinks. Wenn man Glück hat singt die Chefin...dann ist Gänsehaut angesagt. Unbedingt einfach mal hingehen...es lohnt sich.

On Friday the 13th, four of us at Bluhm. Many hours, a successful evening. Once again perfect food (be it starters, tartare, bouillabaisse, meatloaf…) with good wines. Shortly before the end, the good-humored boss came with the well-deserved “Art and Culture” award. Successful end to the week.

Gemeinsamer Abend mit sechs Personen. Tolle Atmosphäre,familiär und sehr gemütlich. Die Bedingungen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und die Küche sensationell. Der Hackbraten, die Fischsuppe und der Octopus, alles vom Feinsten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich kann mich den guten Empfehlungen nicht anschließen. Die Speisekarte bietet eine minimalistische Auswahl und was geboten wird, ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack (Austern, Schnecken, Garnelen etc.).Außerdem sind die Preise überhöht. Da ich nichts nach meinem Geschmack finden konnte, habe ich mich für Tartar entschieden. Das war zwar sehr gut, aber Tartar mit ein paar Scheiben Brot ist für mich kein wirkliches Abendessen, wenn ich in ein Restaurant gehe. Ich hatte auch so den Eindruck, daß hier ein besonderes Publikum verkehrt und es einigen um Sehen und Gesehen werden geht. Unter Weinstube stelle ich mir was Gemütliches vor mit Flammkuchen, Spundekäs etc. und nicht mit Schickimicki Essen.

Schönes, kleines Restaurant - das Essen hat eine top Qualität und ist auch ausreichend portioniert. Preis-Leistung ist top. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und direkt zur Stelle. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ein wenig beengt, aber noch gemütlich. Man muss hier und da ein wenig Stühlerücken

Sensationell. Sehr schön gelegen in der Mainzer Altstadt, fünf Minuten vom Dom, altes Gemäuer mit sehr schöner Atmosphäre. Wir saßen auf der Straße vor dem Haus und haben das Essen und die Getränke in vollen Zügen genossen. Egal ob Miesmuscheln oder Fleisch, alles war ein Genuss, der noch von einem ganz tollen Service perfektioniert wurde. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Waren vor kurzem in der Lokalität. Das Essen ein Genuss fürs Auge und den Gaumen. Einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Nette Gastgeberin und Service sehr aufmerksam. Erlebt es selber und berichtet.

Die Fischsuppe am gestrigen Abend war hervorragend- trotzdem nur eine befriedigende Bewertung, da meine Freundin und ich trotz vieler freier Tische draußen mit einem anderen Paar (Mutter und Tochter) an einen sehr engen Tisch platziert wurden. Als das Essen serviert wurde, gab es große Schwierigkeiten, Teller und Brot unterzubringen. Auf unsere Frage nach einem anderen Tisch wurden wir schnippisch abgebügelt“ das sei in einem Weinlokal üblich“. Auf dem Kunststoffstuhl sind wir bei den warmen Temperaturen „festgeklebt“, ein Kissen und eine zugänglichere Bedienung hätten den Abend genussvoller gemacht, zumal die Preise nicht einem Weinlokal entsprechen. Mutter und Tochter in der Nachbarschaft bekamen Tatar ohne Brot, aber mit Butter serviert. die Nachlieferung des Brotes hat sehr lange gedauert und auf die freundliche Nachfrage der Dame wurde erklärt, da hätte sie das Brot extra dazu bestellen müssen. Usw

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend im Weinhaus Bluhm. Murielle ist als Gastgeberin einzigartig und großartig. Das Essen war mit einer Vorspeise, Hauptgang und der Nachweise sehr sehr lecker. Das Essen ist ist ganz hervorragend und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Ein so tolles Restaurant hätte ich unter dem Namen Weinhaus Blum nicht erwartet. Sicherlich eine der besten Küchen im Umkreis Mainz-Wiesbaden. Wir waren extrem positiv überrascht.

Das Weinhaus Bluhm befindet sich in einer der geschichtsträchtigsten Gassen der Mainzer Altstadt und steht in Küche und Gastraum unter dem famosen Dirigat von Murielle Stadelmann, einer Gastgeberin die ihr Herz am rechten Fleck trägt. In der kalten Jahreszeit beschränkt sich ihr Wirkungskreis auf die mit viel Liebe eingerichteten beiden nicht all zu großen Gasträume, die eine Reservierung meist ratsam machen. Im Sommer erweitert sich das Sitzangebot auch auf die Aussenterrasse. Angeboten wird eine zumeist dt./franz. Fusionküche, die sich deutlich von den sonstigen Mainzer Weinstubenangebote unterscheidet und gerne auch mal mit orientalischen Specials überrascht. Von Murielles leckerem Hackbraten über wunderbare sommerliche Salate bis hin zur sensationellen Bouillabaisse werden im wöchentlichen Wechsel neben einigen Klassikern immer auch saisonale Gerichte angeboten. Ein tolles Händchen zeigt die Wirtin immer auch bei der Zusammenstellung ihrer Weinkarte. Weine vom Roten Hang gehören ebenso dazu wie die von der ebsch Seit', dem Rheingau. Hier kommt wirklich jeder verwöhnte Gaumen auf seine Kosten.

Mein Lieblingsplätzchen in der Mainzer Altstadt. An Herzlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen. Das Essen ist nicht nur ein Genuss für den Gaumen, sondern auch für die Augen. Tolles Konzept, ausreichend große Portionen und angemessene Preise.

Wer ein kleines, feines und vor allem persönliches Restaurant sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Murielle und ihr Team haben ein einzigartiges Talent darin, den Balanceakt zwischen Comfort-Food und moderner Kulinarik zu meistern. Das Weinhaus Bluhm ist ein Herzstück der Mainzer Lebensart und man kann hier nur einen guten Abend haben.

We got this winehaus advised by somebody working in a wine store in town. Reviews made it look like good cuisine. The restaurant is small but cozy and without a reservation we were welcome. We choose the 3 course menu and asked for wine pairing with the food. This wasn't possible. (A chance your missing I guess when having a restaurant in a wine area and when you are called a winehaus). So we asked what good wines they have. The waiter suggested the Sauvignon Blanc because everybody likes it according to him. He could have asked our preference.. but that serving doesn't gets too much attention here showed when the waiters would never explain what was on our plates. Only an "enjoy". The starter of fish was nice. The maindish Hacktbraten was oke but too salty to both our taste. For dessert I had the cheese and my partner had the sweet dessert. Again it was fine, although when I asked which cheeses were on my plate and told them to explain me in German, the waiter couldn't recall them all. We enjoyed the coffee with the brownie a lot. It was almost the best part! Not bad food at all but people make it look like this place is fine dining and with that in mind we expected more. The dishes look fancy and cool but are not super special. By the way there was even salt and pepper on my pieces of cheese!! Cheese is salty enough guys!

Ein schönes, restauriertes Weinhaus in der Mainzer Altstadt. Auf der Karte stehen interessante und gute, deutsche Weine und französisch inspirierte Küche. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannend. Der Service sehr freundlich und nett mit dem typischen Mainzer Humor. Alles wirkt insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Volle Empfehlung!!!!

Sehr schöne Weinlokal mit französisch angehauchter Küche. Sehr gute Weine. Empfehlenswert: Garnelen mit Dips und Wildkräutersalat

Unser Essen war großartig abgeschmeckt und der Salat war trotz der Hitze super knackig. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.😘

Kleine, aber erlesene Karte. Tolle Speisen die bis ins Detail durchdacht sind und sehr gut zubereitet. Der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und vor allem versiert. Sehr gute Weinempfehlung. Wenn es 6 Sterne geben würde hätte ich diese sofort vergeben.

Knallerteam - Die Chefin des Hauses ist ein echtes Unikat. Essen sehr fein und Getränkeauswahl gut. Wer es gerne lebendig mag und vielleicht auch den Nachbartisch kennenlernen möchte macht hier nichts verkehrt.

Ein WeinHAUS und keine Weinstube. Küche mit Anspruch und leckeren teilweise ausgefallenen Speisen. Durchschnittliche Weinkarte. Wenn es voll is, und das ist es immer wird’s doch laut. Wir ziehen den Hut vor dem was die beiden Jungs in der kleinen Küche zaubern.Chapeau

Tischreservierung empfohlen! .... und unbedingt gleich sagen wie lange man bleibt, sonst bekommt man einen ANSCHISS! Unmöglich..... Angeblich ist es in Mainz normal, gesellig zu 6 an einem 4er Tisch zu sitzen, zum Essen leider definitiv zu ENG! Tolle Weinstube, gute Getränke-Auswahl, super Essen, sehr geschmackvoll und ausreichend. Leider bekam ich gleich 2 mal hintereinander den falschen Wein hingestellt, genau den, welchen meine Freundin bestellt hatte!!! Aber ich als Weinkenner merkte sofort, dass es Muskateller war, den meine Freundin bestellt hatte....

Pour nous, probablement un des meilleurs endroits de Mayence a prix attractif. La cheffe de ce restaurant est française (aidée de son père), elle mixe une cuisine de ses origines avec de nombreuses tendances qu'elle affectionne. Les produits sont de qualité, et les présentations très soignées, belles et artistiques. Les plats sont gouteux, et les assaisonnements recherchés et savoureux. La carte des vins est vraiment intéressante, variée, et tarifiée à prix doux. Notre adresse préférée dans cette jolie ville, nous y avons diné plusieurs fois, lors de notre séjour. Le service est sympathique de bon conseil, et la cheffe (Murielle) vient discuter avec ses clients, pendant et après le service. A faire, sans hésitation.

Das Bluhm muss man genießen, vor Ort, mit nem Schoppe oder zwei und was sehr Leckeres zum Essen. Dafür sorgen Murielle und ihr Vater Pierre. Und wer das alles nicht vermissen kann und will, darf sich auch in Corona-Zeiten an den hervorragenden Gerichten erfreuen, zuhause. Denn Murielle bietet einige feste Gerichte und einige wöchentlich neuen zur Auswahl. Man kann sich die Dinge liefern lassen oder auch uff de Gass abholen. Infos gibt es am besten auf der Homepage. Wir gehen am Sonntag mal wieder essen, daheim, aber mit 'Lecker aus dem Bluhm'! Also dann ... hin. 🥗🍲🍷

Ungelogen eine gemütliche Weinstube. Aber unser Erlebnis gestern war unangenehm. Dass es trotz Corona-Regeln relativ eng zuging, haben wir eigenverantwortlich akzeptiert. Dass aber, angeheizt von den Besitzern, um kurz vor 23:00 Uhr in dem kleinen Raum Gäste aufstanden und ohne Maske tanzten und sangen, ging gar nicht. Als gut zahlende Gäste fühlten wir uns um einen schönen Abend betrogen und waren nahe daran, den Vorfall zu melden. Mit so einem Erlebnis im Rücken kann man gut nachvollziehen, warum am Montag der zweite Lockdown für Restaurants kommt. Schade für all die Gastwirte und Gastwirtinnen, die erfolgreich so viel Energie und Kreativität in den Schutz Ihrer Gäste stecken. Im Übrigen waren die Portionen sehr klein. Darüber schaut man an einem schönen Abend hinweg, gestern jedoch nicht.

Waren uns zuerst unschlüssig ob französische Küche unsers ist , aber sind auf eine Empfehlung in diese kleine aber feine Stube gestoßen. Herzliche Begrüßung vom Personal und dem Chefkoch persönlich , der nebenbei einen tollen Sinn für Humor hat. Als starter gab es French Porn(die Rouille und die Aioli ein Traum), danach gab es für uns den Hackbraten und die legendäre Fischsupp‘. (Auf Empfehlung des Koch ). Was sollen wir sagen , der Mann versteht sein Handwerk. Danke für den gelungenen Abend, kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

Wir waren spontan ein Wochenende in Mainz, und sind ebenso spontan im Weinhaus Bluhm gelandet. Netter Service, tolles Essen....wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, und einen tollen Abend erlebt. Danke ans Team Bluhm!

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Wein-Tour mit Freunden im Weinhaus Bluhm. Die Chefin empfing uns überaus herzlich mit einer Variation von „Spundekäs“ welcher uns so überzeugte, dass wir nach Beendigung der Tour das Weinhaus nochmals aufsuchten. Die Karte ist relativ klein (das spricht für Qualität und Frische) und wechselt regelmäßig. Auf den Tisch kommen französische und rheinhessische Spezialitäten teilweise neu interpretiert und sehr gelungen. Bei unserem Besuch gab es beispielsweise „Ceviche“ von der Lachsforelle... super frisch und perfekt gewürzt. Die Preise sind überaus fair und man sitzt wunderschön mitten in der Mainzer Altstadt. Das Lokal ist vollends zu empfehlen!

Schade. Eigentlich sind wir sehr gerne gekommen. Die Bedienung war bemüht. Alles in allem sehr chaotisch. Keine richtige Speisekarte, keine richtige Empfehlung und das Essen war auch schon besser. Es gibt viel Konkurrenz in Mainz die ihren Gast aufmerksamer empfängt und bedient. Heute hatten der Chef und die Chefin wohl andere Gäste oder sie haben es nicht mehr nötig den Gast zu bewirten.

seit der "Wiedereröffnung " nach dem Lockdown schon mehrmals dort gewesen. Alles perfekt vom Service, Essen , Getränke und Hygienevorschriften. Kleine Speisenauswahl (jeder findet hier was ob mit oder ohne Fleisch) aus Regionalen Betrieben kommt das Fleisch und das Grünzeug - die Getränkeauswahl ist sehr gut, der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend - unser kleines Stück Urlaub nach einer anstrengenden Woche - Danke Pierre, Murielle und Team, ihr macht einen tollen Job

Pierre et Murielle,père et fille de leur état œuvrent dans ce charmant et typique restaurant de la vieille ville. Dans leurs mignonne salle où en terrasse aux beaux jours, vous trouverez un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. En effet Pierre est une personnalité bien connue des Mayençais, ayant tenu plusieurs établissements. Très bon cuisinier, son talent n’a d’égal que sa faconde. Sa fille Murielle n’est pas en reste. La carte des vins locaux rassemble le meilleur tant dans les blancs que les rouges. En cuisine la tradition Française côtoie la créativité,fruit de deux générations au fourneau. Vous trouverez une magnifique soupe de poisson,plus proche d’une bourride ou d’une bouillabaisse avec ses généreux morceaux de poisson Croûtons et aïoli. De superbes huîtres , des salades fraîches et créatives, du gibier en saison, un bourguignon,Pierre maitrise les sauces parfaitement. Un plateau de fromages digne des grandes tables. Tout cela dans le cadre d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Évidemment je recommande chaudement cette attachante table.
