We ordered a mozzarella pizza, pizza rolls and a salad by phone and were able to pick up the food 5 minutes later. The staff was extremely friendly and we enjoyed the food very much. We can definitely recommend it!

Referenced several times to very salty pizza, no idea if it's the dough or the ham. But nothing has changed in over a year. The delivery time is often very long, by long I mean around +60 minutes and I live in the south. I'm faster there on foot. Prices: The prices for ONE pizza have now been raised so much that every bite gets stuck in your throat! 11€ for a pizza, ham, onion, champions? Of course everything became more expensive because of Corona, but the general prices have fallen significantly, only in the catering industry they are still being increased diligently. Conclusion, we are now ordering again where we used to order, with charcoal and cheaper, at some point we should learn to lower the prices again or the customers will leave...

Everything is fine, except that the pizza cheese is chewed like long-life chewing gum. But this way you can have a longer dialogue with the cheese after the pizza comes off the conveyor belt. If there are no treadmills with charcoal yet, you should invent it!

Our car broke down 200m away at 12 o'clock at night and we were offered drinks, pizza and cigarettes. Made our wait for the ADAC a lot sweeter. Thanks again!! Never experienced such a hospitable restaurant. We actually already knew it because we had ordered there several times but would now much prefer it in the future. Great food selection of the best quality!!! Highly recommended:)

Delicious pizza and nice people. Pay in cash or with Pay Pall. Unfortunately no pin machine. My daughter ordered the salami pizza. The tastiest ever she said 😃 My girlfriend ordered a potato/vegetable gratin. Due to a miscommunication (Dutch in Germany 😅) the order was incorrect. This was resolved in an extremely friendly and hospitable manner. The gratin was also delicious! Very friendly, service-oriented people who make delicious food!

I give one star Why. I recently ordered there. About lieferando. The food came too late. Pronto Pizza delivers between 20 and 45 minutes, which is already too high for Ratingen. Many deliver up to 30 minutes after the order is placed. And yes, there are areas that not everyone knows about. But after Homberg. there is only one main street. And now there are navigation systems. The exact point you can guide someone to the door. So I ordered 2 pizzas and the delivery person came 15 minutes late. You know that, you calculate 20 to 45 minutes as the delivery person says and then he comes 15 minutes later. Of course I didn't accept this delivery. Because we had a visitor that day and after a long wait we drove somewhere to get something to eat. the only problem was the delivery person. Can't see why he delivered late. He had my number. And he didn't even call to say he was coming later and now he doesn't want to deliver to me anymore. And insists on only delivering to me again when I pay for the last delivery. It's not like I have no alternatives. But we've all had that before. I say I deliver within that period and the food is not on time. So I order. Only in cash. No longer in advance. If the delivery person arrives late in the future, I will expect a free Coke. Is the pizza lukewarm? Or not as ordered. I will no longer accept it. And I will give you a free bad review. Also free of charge. The supplier wants it. He must.have.deleted.the.service.and deliver.the delivery that I had not received before.for free.after delivery.with compensation. Sorry, you think you can treat your customers however you want. Because you have enough regular customers. You only keep new customers, random punctual and warm orders as ordered. So that was my rating. Pronto Pizza has my number. And feel free to apologize. I never make my reviews anonymous. I stand behind my reviews.

We only picked up the pizza but the price-performance ratio is great and the pizza and pizza rolls were both super tasty!! Everything was ready very quickly and the staff was friendly :) We will definitely get food there again :)

Super annoying, delivery not there even after 2 hours. Held off on the phone after 60 minutes, “the order is about to go out”. There was no response and when I called again I was hung up on. Simply unbelievable.

Simply a pizza the way it should be! Extremely tasty, great base, perfectly baked. Particular attention is paid to the quality of all ingredients. The friendliness of the employees is really contagious. It's fun to watch it being prepared. Your good mood is contagious. It's definitely not the last time I've eaten pizza here. :-)

Haben gestern vor Ort eine Pizza gegessen- was soll ich sagen, mega lecker und dazu noch nettes Personal- wir kommen immer gern wieder- DANKE AN EUCH!

Bin schon öfters hier spontan Mittagessen gegangen. Immer zufrieden gewesen. Freundlicher Service. Preiswerte Speisen, aber gut zubereitet. Für zwischendurch perfekt und lecker.

Es gibt unter Umständen günstigere, aber besseres Essen und nettere Bedienung mit Sicherheit nicht !!!!!

Неймовірно смачно!!! Заклад працює загалом на доставку, але є і столики. Тож можна замовити і на місці. Не дивіться на відсутність дизайну, атмосфери. Це місце виключно про їжу. А вона нереально смачна!!!

Eigentlich ne gute Pizza. Lieferung schnell und heiß, aber oft wird etwas vergessen. Knoblauch, scharf...Pizza schneiden... Muss man schon Glück haben. Dennoch zu gut für 3 Sterne. Wir werden uns am besten selbst Chili-/Knoblauchsauce zulegen - Pizzaschneider ham wa schon.😉

Einfach lecker besste pizza in ratingen

Eine wirklich simpel und süß gehaltnes Restaurant! Sehr empfehlenswert, das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und arbeitet zügig aber sauber und ordentlich. Das sieht man echt selten! Und obendrauf bekamen wir eine Kleinigkeit aufs Haus, wirklich sehr zuvorkommend.

Waren gestern am grünen See. Lieferung der Pizza war kein Problem. Super Service und sehr leckere Pizza.

Sicherlich, wenn der Hunger gross ist komme ich gerne und dennoch war mal die Pizzen, gerade zur anfangszeit wesentlich besser. Pizza ist nicht mehr so kompakt wie früher und finde es mittlerweile auch zu teuer für die Pizzen 🍕.

Also ich finde das Essen super lecker es wird auch nicht gegeizt mit dem Belag nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig, einfach perfekt abgestimmt. Und die Nudeln sind auch immer erste Klasse. Man merkt und vor allem schmeckt man das hier noch frisch und mit Herz gebacken und gekocht wird. Lieferung geht auch immer fix und die Fahrer auch immer sehr nett. Habe jetzt so einige Lieferservice ausprobiert und bin hier fündig geworden. Auf jeden Fall einen neuen Stammkunden dazugewonnen. Immer weiter so

No conozco el restaurante personalmente ,pero las pizzas son muy buenas en cuanto a calidad precio . Recomiendo hacer los pedidos a travez de su app para acumular puntos y poderlos canjear más adelante por beneficios . La puntualidad del pedido es buena , y la comida llego fresca y caliente .
