I think this is the best pizzeria in all of Ratingen. The staff are very friendly and professional, which makes a huge difference, and that's exactly why I'm writing this review. The food is also delicious, so it gets five stars in every aspect. I always enjoy coming back. They even accept PayPal – finally, a place that isn't stuck in the past!

I've been to Pizza Point several times now and I'm impressed every time! 🍕 The pizzas are simply amazing – crispy bases, fresh ingredients, and seasoned just right. The service is also super friendly and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. Delivery is always fast, and the food arrives piping hot. The value for money is absolutely fair, and the portions are generous.

Had a Tono pizza with a soft drink. !!! Lunchtime special €9.90, no way!!!! The pizza dough was nice and thin. The cheese wasn't my taste. (cheap cheese) The tuna was good. There was no service. In the end, I had to pay €11.40, because Fanta exotic costs extra. A complete rip-off. It was my first and last time there.

I ordered a tuna pizza at 5:40 p.m. The pizza still wasn't there by 7 p.m. When I called the pizzeria, I was told the order was on its way. At 9 p.m., there was still nothing. I called again and was told they hadn't received my order. I asked to speak to the manager, but after waiting two minutes, I was told the manager didn't want to deal with it right now.

Seven of us were there today quite spontaneously with the biker group. Brilliant! The first thing we were served was pizza rolls. I don't know if we've ever eaten better somewhere else. They were ultra tasty. Nice and fresh and crispy with delicious aioli. Our pizzas were also surprisingly good. The dough is the most important thing and it was amazing! We were really surprised and impressed. So yes, highly recommended!!!

Hey Pizza Point, have been ordering from you for a long time. But today... Do you want to kill your customers? A sharp-edged, not even small piece of plastic in the pizza. Further point deduction because it was not cut as requested. There is room for improvement for the new year.

Pizzas go through some kind of Industrial treadmill, burned at the front and then muddy. You don't need a single specialist for this. There are many better pizzerias with skilled workers in Ratingen! Good frozen pizzas They're not much worse, just 300% cheaper

Ordered from PP, delivery on time, delivery good. Unfortunately, our pizzas tasted way below our expectations. The dough is very tough and difficult to chew. Had a Parma arugula with extra Serrano ham. Unfortunately I couldn't find any of the extra Serrano on my pizza. The arugula was rudimentary and wilted. We hope that our delivery was the famous slip-up.

Referenced several times to very salty pizza, no idea if it's the dough or the ham. But nothing has changed in over a year. The delivery time is often very long, by long I mean around +60 minutes and I live in the south. I'm faster there on foot. Prices: The prices for ONE pizza have now been raised so much that every bite gets stuck in your throat! 11€ for a pizza, ham, onion, champions? Of course everything became more expensive because of Corona, but the general prices have fallen significantly, only in the catering industry they are still being increased diligently. Conclusion, we are now ordering again where we used to order, with charcoal and cheaper, at some point we should learn to lower the prices again or the customers will leave...

The tastiest ever she said 😃 My girlfriend ordered a potato/vegetable gratin. Due to a miscommunication (Dutch in Germany 😅) the order was incorrect. This was resolved in an extremely friendly and hospitable manner. The gratin was also delicious! Very friendly, service-oriented people who make delicious food!

I give one star Why. I recently ordered there. About lieferando. The food came too late. Pronto Pizza delivers between 20 and 45 minutes, which is already too high for Ratingen. Many deliver up to 30 minutes after the order is placed. And yes, there are areas that not everyone knows about. But after Homberg. there is only one main street. And now there are navigation systems. The exact point you can guide someone to the door. So I ordered 2 pizzas and the delivery person came 15 minutes late. You know that, you calculate 20 to 45 minutes as the delivery person says and then he comes 15 minutes later. Of course I didn't accept this delivery. Because we had a visitor that day and after a long wait we drove somewhere to get something to eat. the only problem was the delivery person. Can't see why he delivered late. He had my number. And he didn't even call to say he was coming later and now he doesn't want to deliver to me anymore. And insists on only delivering to me again when I pay for the last delivery. It's not like I have no alternatives. But we've all had that before. I say I deliver within that period and the food is not on time. So I order. Only in cash. No longer in advance. If the delivery person arrives late in the future, I will expect a free Coke. Is the pizza lukewarm? Or not as ordered. I will no longer accept it. And I will give you a free bad review. Also free of charge. The supplier wants it. He must.have.deleted.the.service.and deliver.the delivery that I had not received before.for free.after delivery.with compensation. Sorry, you think you can treat your customers however you want. Because you have enough regular customers. You only keep new customers, random punctual and warm orders as ordered. So that was my rating. Pronto Pizza has my number. And feel free to apologize. I never make my reviews anonymous. I stand behind my reviews.
