Ich wollte das Event "Dieter Nuhr - Jahresrückblick 2024" buchen und anschl. im Liebevoll zu viert einen Tisch für das anschl. Abendessen reservieren. Das zum Vorverkaufsbeginn am 13.11. um 11:00 Uhr schon für beide Veranstaltungen keine Tickets mehr zu bekommen waren, obwohl ich nur wenige Sekunden! nach Freigabe 4 Tickets angeklickt habe, ist eh schon ärgerlich. Bei meinem anschl. Anruf im Liebevoll und meiner Nachfrage, ob das seine Richtigkeit hat, kam es jedoch noch dicker. Ich wurde von einem Herrn B. beschimpft und ich solle ihn doch Zitat. "am Arsch lecken!" Wenn er so mit potenziellen Gästen umgeht, sollte er den Beruf wechseln und sich aus der Gastronomie zurückziehen. Das Liebevoll, welches wir an diesem Abend eigentlich gerne getestet hätten, um eine größere Feier mit ca. 100 Gästen, dort zu veranstalten, ist nun aus unserer Liste gestrichen.

Unbeatable because of the location alone.

I can't understand the positive reviews... Beautiful restaurant visually - the service was unfriendly and maximally inattentive and you had to queue for 30 minutes for a waffle… completely overrated!

Very nicely located restaurant in the middle of nature. We were there for breakfast. Personally, I was surprised and excited about the vegan offering. Alternatively, there is also the usual German breakfast. The price is not low, but justified for the good quality.

Service Hedy was extremely nice and accommodating! Currywurst is a Betliner sausage - you just have to know. In the Ruhr region you expect a grilled sausage. Cake is a big piece, but you can build houses with it. The students at K chenatand don't know a second course. It takes a correspondingly long time. Great atmosphere, great for families with children as long as they have the appropriate funds in their wallets. Definitely recommended as a restaurant for business meals. I have never been disappointed in this regard.

It's a shame that there are no simple dishes in the Auermühle, such as a schnitzel in any variation. ......gives. A very simple breakfast would also be nice.

Meat from the grill was quite bad.

Nice place but service is so bad I wouldn't recommend anyone to come. The first time there, Keller was macho and just stood around instead of serving. On the second visit we sat for over 20 minutes without a waiter coming to us. We waved several times, but eventually left.

Really impressive location for conferences, breaks from a hike or bike ride, as well as overnight stays or just eating. The unique mill, steeped in history, is flanked by good cuisine and friendly service. Due to the quickly exhausted parking spaces, we recommend either arriving by bike or a little patience.

Excellent food and very good, friendly and dedicated service. In the summer you can sit outside and order something from the food stations. The risotto was great.

Wonderful location, very nice team, good quality, from breakfast to dinner; and you can celebrate wonderful weddings and other celebrations here - very personal and professional in the preparation and on the day itself - everything went smoothly. Thank you!

A very great restaurant in beautiful surroundings. The food is excellent and can only be recommended! Very friendly staff. What was perfect for us was that we could park our motorhome in the attached parking lot. So we were able to take a great walk in the surrounding area the next morning!

Despite the fact that it was very full, typical for a sunny Sunday, we still found a place and were served immediately. The food and drinks came super quickly & the service was very friendly and accommodating. Always happy :)

Nice beer garden. Ideal for a stop on a bike tour

A great location. We had a very delicious meal after our tour. It's worth it. The tarte flambée was simply fantastically delicious. Nice seating outside in the sun. Everything was fine. The staff was a little overwhelmed as it was very busy, but always friendly. Definitely recommended🤩

We went to the Auer Mühle for dinner today. The atmosphere is very nice and there are plenty of opportunities for children to play. This is a great place to sit outside on nice days. Cakes, waffles, tarte flambée and, among other things, pizza are prepared there. The food here is great, but it also comes at a price. Still, it's worth the money. Unfortunately I have to deduct a point for the service. Friendliness is not the strength and there was no information about which dishes had to be picked up (and where). Only when the beeper went off was I told that burgers and fries were being brought. What was positive here was that the food came quite quickly and almost at the same time.

You can sit very well there. Nice atmosphere and even dogs are welcome there. Unfortunately, I find the prices sometimes very excessive. Some dishes are still affordable. If you just want to eat something “light”, you have to dig deep into your pockets. A César salad with some chicken for €27?? Completely excessive. You get a good steak for that. We're still talking about lettuce leaves here! I wonder how this cost calculation came about. I don't think the price is justified at all, and the nice atmosphere doesn't help either.

Large beer garden in Angertal with many seats and a good selection of food and drinks. The food is very good but not cheap either. The staff was very friendly and very quick. The parking situation on the way down is a bit tense, but there are also parking spaces available at the restaurant itself.

A very nice party location, celebrated a wedding here. Large playground, therefore also suitable for younger guests. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The dishes were optimally prepared. The outdoor area is ideal for walks, there is lots of greenery and a small river.

Unfortunately, the food was completely overpriced for what was on offer. The service was top! Unfortunately, Auermühle is usually overcrowded on weekends

The Liebevoll impresses with its beautiful location, but unfortunately fails when it comes to the quality and price of the food. For a portion of fries sprinkled with a little truffle oil, €10 is quite an announcement. The burger for €28 is okay, but how do such ridiculous prices come about?

Very nice, for every age group. Very nice children's playground also wonderful for walks. We drank coffee and ate pear cake. Very tasty 😋

So the food is a disaster, the ambience is unhigiene and the prices are WAY too expensive. Service was very rude (I think the waitress who served me and my friends was called Wiky or something, but I'm not sure). In any case, our waitress ruined our day. I will definitely not come again with my friends and will also tell my acquaintances and friends not to visit this restaurant. I wanted to call the health department because there were rats running around there. I'm very angry!!!

Die Auermühle ist wundervoll gelegen. Im Wald, ein Bächlein fließt. Der Außenbereich ist riesig, der Parkplatz dazu nicht ausreichend. Die Sitzgelegenheiten schön angeordnet und die meisten Plätze sind unter Schirmen, geschützt gegen Sonne und Regen. Es gibt einen großen Kinderspielplatz. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Preise sind sehr hoch. Die Qualität der Speisen entspricht dem nicht. Ich hatte eine Dorade mit Erbsen und Artischocken für 26,50 €. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich einen ganzen Fisch. Ich bekam eine tiefen Teller, gefüllt mit (gefühlt) einer Tüte TK-Erbsen und einer zerkleinerten Artischocke in irgendeiner Brühe. Obenauf lagen zwei kleine, platte Stücke Fisch. Alles relativ geschmacklos. Wie hatten auch zwei Vorspeisenplatten für je 12 €. Ein paar Scheiben nicht besonders frisches weißes Brot und einige dunklere Scheibchen. Ein Schüsselchen Oliven (die waren sehr gut) und zwei Schüsselchen Sauce. Eine Sauce mit Minzgeschmack und eine sehr fettige Sauce die schmeckte wie eine Mischung aus Mayonnaise und Tomatenmark.

Prestigious location with an absolutely good reputation and a fantastic outdoor terrace. The equally chic interior ambience and the attentive service are further plus points of the Auermühle. Ultimately, the overall package needs to be well paid for. A location for special occasions ✨

The perfect place for parents with children. It couldn't be better and you can sometimes leave a Rhenish x for a U with a slightly overpriced breakfast. The surroundings and the service that compares well definitely make up for it. We will come back regularly and look forward to it. Thank you

A great restaurant in a beautiful location that invites you to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Clothes make the man. great atmosphere and if you dress expensively, then you will get great service from start to finish. (that's what it was like at the table next door) If you come over spontaneously after a walk, you should save yourself the money and the unfriendliness :) As a young woman, I was unfortunately treated very condescendingly and hardly ever served, and when I did, it was rude - tactically unwise, since I am the next generation who could leave their money there... I think that's a shame - you could really get something out of this idyllic place with friendly waiters and waitresses!

The atmosphere was very nice and cozy, the pizza was large and tasty and the service was also very friendly, otherwise the food was a bit more expensive overall, but a very nice location to celebrate.

The restaurant is idyllically located in the middle of the green valley. The outdoor area is large and was equipped with large umbrellas because it was raining, so you could sit outside even when it rained. With 3 kitchens, one inside with a grill station and another outside, we were able to eat quite easily at the same time, even with over 20 people. In the long run the benches become uncomfortable but with the cushions it was easy to bear. The food was very good and the selection was extensive.

The location is good, the staff is overwhelmed and the food is a complete flop, although quite expensive. Parking spaces are usually available and the sanitary facilities are clean.

Yesterday at 5 p.m. spontaneously with accompaniment to the Auermühle. The terrace was beautifully prepared, but we were informed that there was no pizza or meat station. So only the first two pages of the card can be ordered. No problem. My companion took the starter of 2 types of bread with olives and 2 types of dip (dried tomatoes and feta mint), small portion for 9 euros. I ordered the Loving salad in small, with congratulated goat cheese and 2 small pieces of bread. Unfortunately, 1 point deducted for the salad. On top it looked very fresh, on the bottom it was 'soupy'. I suspect that it had been prepared for a long time and that fresh food was only added to the top when we ordered it. Price €14.90. We would particularly like to highlight our waitress Claudia (it was written on the receipt). Super approachable, kind and attentive. All in all, gladly again!

I've never been to this restaurant. But since I want to visit it, I read the reviews. I come from the catering industry myself and that's why I'm giving it 5 points out of sympathy. Some of those who write bad reviews here haven't heard the last shot. Why does a restaurant only get one point because the parking situation is difficult? Should a waiter play parking attendant, or should the boss create a larger parking lot? Incredible. People complain about the prices. E.g. the croissants. Why do I order this if it's too expensive for me? Then you just go again. And then this incredible claim that it's all fraud and fake because self-service is partly operated. Operators now have to do this in some cases because there is a lack of staff. That's why the food isn't any worse, the ambience isn't any worse. Do the people who spew such rubbish here actually realize what they are doing with it? Simply leave honest reviews that relate to the quality of the food and also the service. Everything else has no place here. It's a real shame that you can't rate guests……….

A place for the Düsseldorf elite. This is where rich and beautiful meet. You will find like-minded people at every other table. No matter whether it's elite families with neat children or Gucci Bling Bling Chihuahua Queens. This is the right place if you want to show who you are. A wonderful place with wonderfully expensive food and drinks. Truly exclusive and elite! There are also designated parking spaces for Porsche and Tesla, as well as 2-3 Bugatti and Ferrari spaces. Otherwise, this restaurant is in a really nice location, offers a nice playground and the opportunity to eat and drink a little. As mentioned before, the points of criticism are the numerous guests who feel too special for me to want to be near them. And the really juicy prices on the menu.

If only someone had come to our table on their own initiative at least once... Half an hour of waiting for the first round of drinks. The food also took a while, but was good. In terms of price, the drinks in particular did not match the service. Stale foam crowns and small fully automatic coffees are just examples.

It's always incredibly crowded there, lots of groups and families with children who spend many hours there. Quite noisy with a large playground next door. Very difficult to get a seat, very difficult to order. The food and drinks arrive quickly and are delicious too. Paid €21 yesterday for 1 cappuccino, 1 double espresso and a bottle of water 🤔. I always find the rare visits there quite stressful. But it is located close to a beautiful hiking area and there is no alternative.

I was there for breakfast. The ambience is great, the waiters are attentive and friendly, there are plenty of parking spaces at 10 a.m. - but for 2 croissants with jam, 2 pots of coffee and 1 bottle of water, €32 is a bit excessive in my opinion.

The restaurant is in a great environment. When the weather is nice you can relax outside and enjoy coffee. There is plenty of space for children, including a playground. However, I wasn't impressed with the food; It's probably a question of taste. I can only recommend trying it out for yourself to see for yourself.

Caution! Amateur restaurant. That's what the restaurant says, but they can't manage to serve the food together at the same table - because the guests have to get their own grill items and pizza on canteen trays like in the canteen. NO SERVICE WHEN ORDERING FROM CARD!!!! CAUTION. TOURING TRAP. Flammkuchen costs 15EU... And you can find out about self-service after you place your order. REALLY STAYS AWAY FROM THE STORE. Possibly passable for a beer garden - the restaurant is a real outrage.

Leftover pizza on the floor and completely exorbitant prices make visits to the outdoor area more and more unattractive. It would be nice if you didn't just pay for the ambience. The playground was certainly nice at one time, but it also needs an upgrade. All in all, we won't be coming back here any time soon...

Went there for the baptism two weeks ago. beautiful ambience, excellent service, fantastic food.

We had a reservation for 16 people, but no table was set when we arrived. That wasn't a big deal as tables were quickly pushed together. Great hall, nice atmosphere. The menu was special, but the food was good. The service was very friendly, good and fond of children. After a break for a walk in the beautiful surroundings, we went downstairs and took a seat outside. Unfortunately the cake was very dry, little fruit in the fruit cake, while the ice cream and waffles were good. The prices overall are relatively expensive. Unfortunately, the waitress downstairs was more busy chatting, so we had to go to her to get her attention. You can't call her friendly either, although she wasn't unfriendly either. We also had to actively call her when paying because she was very "busy" one table away. In the end, a latte macchiato that was not ordered and not received was on our bill. Despite repeated explanations, we had to pay him. I would have liked more customer friendliness here, especially since we were all still at the table and had called them to pay. She couldn't say who had the latte either, she just kept insisting that her display said that our table had a latte. Very unpleasant and unpleasant end to a beautiful day. The parking situation was difficult, although parking spaces are available. It was very crowded and chaotic. So overall I give it 3 stars.

Fantastic location in the middle of nature! We had dinner at Auermühle for a private event. The staff is very attentive, particularly friendly and polite. The meal was excellent! Very good quality and wonderfully prepared. Unfortunately, the parking situation is more than tense. A lot of cars come here, turn around and park on the street. A “traffic light system” for cars would be very good!

Nice restaurant, delicious food at reasonable prices. The menu has something for everyone, as well as a good selection of drinks. Fast friendly waiters. Both outside and inside seating. The pizza call system is simple and, even if unusual, not bad...

Disastrous parking conditions!!!! Unfortunately, we didn't even get to see the restaurant because we stood for 30 minutes on the way to the parking lot and there was no forward or backward progress. Helpful passers-by then cleared the traffic upstairs and called waiting cars up. It would definitely be the restaurant's job to find a solution for this.

On the first drink : 5 flies so visible, it could be on purpose, they brought another drink with still some flies in it... The pictures is impressive... They just don't Care and don't excuse... I was there “before Corona” and it was completely overrated. Yes, nice surroundings, but the rest was completely average. Food, service, noise in the restaurant, everything is known to be average. I'm definitely not going to Ratingen again for that.

The Auermühle used to be the first address for a great breakfast on Sundays. We were there on Sunday at the weekend, unfortunately probably too late at around 12:00 p.m. Then there was no more breakfast. Lunch exposes the system gastronomy, at least in terms of taste. But that was it with the system. When we ordered, we were informed that the two dishes would not be served at the same time because they came from different stations. The furnishings and location are sensational. Unfortunately, the physical aspect no longer impressed me as much.

A spontaneous visit at 10:15 a.m., without knowing that the Auermühle doesn't open until 12:00 p.m., was really exciting. I entered the restaurant, an employee walked in front of me and didn't hold the door for me at first. And then I was asked in a special tone if I could be helped. I answer that yes, a nice breakfast and a cup of coffee would help me a lot. Then I was told in an unfriendly tone that we didn't open until 12:00 p.m. I apologized and explained to the employee that I was from out of town and I had no way of knowing. You don't always check the internet beforehand when you're spontaneous. If I had been the restaurateur, I would have at least offered the guest a coffee and politely explained to him that breakfast was only served on weekends. If someone asks in a restaurant if they can help me, that will be their first and last visit in this life. If I need help, I go to the doctor and don't eat. It's a real shame, it's actually a great location, but that's not how you treat guests.

After probably 6-7 years, we spontaneously went there again for breakfast. Ambiance, food, service really great. The environment with playground is really recommended for families with children… but there could really be a bit more on the plate for the price range (breakfast, I can't judge the other one!) …. Actually 5 stars -plus 👍

As with every visit to Liebevoll, yesterday there was a great result. Hospitality is very important here, the kitchen creates dishes that trigger taste explosions on the palate and the atmosphere (inside and outside) is very “loving”.

We stopped there for a coffee after a walk. Serving 6 hot drinks at the same time is probably too much for the unfriendly staff. My coffee came when the others were almost finished and only after repeated requests. 2 coffees for just under €14 is not possible. You can only experience that the coffee spoon is in the coffee when it is served there. Mine was lukewarm and very bitter. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

This time sat outside with guests. Despite the later rain it was very comfortable and tasty anyway.

We were at this location today in the beautiful weather. The ambience and service are great! However, I have to complain that no lactose-free milk is offered. We also ordered two different tarts/cakes. These were super dry and didn't really taste good.

On a sunny late summer Sunday we stopped in for a beer and a little refreshment in the very well-attended beer garden. Nice restaurant, very homely. Fast attentive service. Unfortunately, this is disproportionate to the overpriced food. The freshly baked flatbread on the menu turned out to be a dry bread stick. Given the price level, sorry, you expect a little more. The waiter didn't respond to our criticism, a shame. In the end it's just like a system restaurant with a poor price-performance ratio. (Photo: what to see cost almost €40!!!?)

Still a great location. And it lives up to the name Lovingly when it comes to decoration. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of selection on the breakfast menu. The all-rounder is a little disappointing for the advertised price!

The food tasted great, the portion sizes are good and the service is super nice.

We celebrated our wedding in the Auermühle on April 24 and were thrilled! Excellent champagne reception, food and celebration in super beautiful rooms and surroundings. The service staff is courteous and committed, and the organization is uncomplicated. We would celebrate at the Auermühle again at any time :)

Relatively expensive, not enough staff to operate it. Manageable offer. Parking options very limited. There is a lot of space in the restaurant for guests, which means it is full, relatively loud and not very comfortable...
