Marktwirtschaft in Ratingen

A typical pub....very nice staff, but unfortunately the food was almost all frozen goods and looked sporadic on the plate....I had a citizen...the citizen's roll was dry and relatively small...the meat was actually dead fried and the contents also very clear. I'm sorry, but the fries didn't put the price of €16.50 into perspective...that could have been done better. It also bothers me that you can only pay in cash in Boltenburg, but at least there was a savings bank opposite.

Highly recommended for anyone who likes to bowl and eat delicious food: Went here on a Sunday and were greeted very friendly. My food tip: The baked schnitzel with broccoli and hollondaise sauce. Yummy!

This was not just lunch, this was an experience!!!!❤️🍀👌🏻 The food was delicious, warm, wonderfully flavored and arranged!! The best I tasted during my entire vacation...all this in the rich old-timey atmosphere!! Many thanks

Good quality of food, unfortunately the service staff had little knowledge of their own wine list. Otherwise pleasant atmosphere for a larger business meal. However, I wouldn't organize a candlelight dinner there ;-)

Unfortunately I have to mention a negative point about the catering industry. In the main office area, two doors were open, allowing for a slight draft. This made it uncomfortable to sit there and drink coffee. So we had to go to the side area, but we weren't allowed to sit there. A restaurant employee explained to us that we were not allowed to stay there. According to her, her colleague said it was “not as cold as we think”. There were also grimaces from colleagues, which didn't make the situation any better.
