Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold and the salad wasn't what we ordered. A shame, I can't recommend it.

Highly recommended...superb hospitality, whether it's pasta, pizza, or salad. ...everything is incredibly delicious. I'd go back anytime. It's perfect. I have to add something: they have a red wine from Primitivo that's incredibly delicious...just try it. You'll be amazed 🥰👍🏻

Up until now, everything was fine. Home delivery took about 30 minutes. The pizza, etc., was always hot. Suddenly, the delivery took more than two hours. Supposedly because of traffic. It doesn't even take me that long to walk! The food was ice cold. It can happen once, but not twice in a row! Unfortunately, it was impossible to talk to the owner, as he just kept talking and then immediately hung up. It's a shame, really. The pizza maker truly knows his craft. Even though I won't be ordering from there again in the future, I still have to admit that the food is top-notch.

I was absolutely thrilled! The food was incredibly delicious, fresh, lovingly prepared, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste that quality and passion are paramount here. The service was also super friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The ambiance is cozy and inviting; you immediately feel at home. Definitely one of the best restaurants in our city. We'd happily return again❤️

We were at the pizzeria last week and I was very pleasantly surprised by the fast, professional, friendly service and the fact that everyone's food was served at the same time.... We waited 50 minutes for our food. The quality of the dish was below average. We had completely wilted lettuce on our plates. You can't serve that to a guest! The staff seemed overwhelmed and were very unfriendly. A customer apparently a regular sat down at the next table. He arrived significantly later than us, but was served immediately and only had to wait a few minutes for his meal. Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this place at all.

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. Quite apart from the fact that they sell cheap discount cola as Coca-Cola. I actually had a cockroach in my insalata mista, which, while no longer alive, completely ruined an otherwise perfectly good meal. You'd be better off finding a place where they pay more attention to cleanliness.

The most unfriendly boss I know. I ate there every day. Today I drank coffee and a coke and was rudely asked not to just drink on the terrace! I could understand if the place was full. If the place had been full, I wouldn't have sat down to drink. I've been living in Ratingen for three weeks and went out to eat with friends. Pizza is OK. The rest is also on the low flame. That's not how you treat regular customers. Thank you. That's it for neighbors. We will also avoid the place in the future.

I ate there today and overheard a discussion between a regular customer and the staff at the table across the hall. The customer was treated very condescendingly because he had only had a drink that day and hadn't eaten anything like he did every other day. He was then asked to leave the restaurant. In terms of atmosphere, our evening was over. That was the last time!

Worst delivery company I've ever ordered from. The first delivery was incomplete, so they had to send it back. Even the follow-up delivery was completely wrong and took a very long time. The man who took the order over the phone didn't acknowledge that he'd delivered the wrong item. He became rude and eventually just hung up. It's nice that he wasn't even interested in my food allergy. I'll never order from them again!!!!!

We really enjoy ordering here. Delivery is always really fast, and the delivery people are very friendly. Whether the food is good really depends on the dish. The pizza breads were always great, the shakshuka and soup were also delicious, but the pasta dishes were a bit disappointing. Sometimes our orders arrived incorrectly (e.g., a pizza bread with meat sometimes came with tuna instead. It's difficult with allergies).

Payment with card only from 15 euros and tries to pass it on to the cash register system. It's a shame, make the pizza 10 cents more expensive, then you can also afford to pay by card. The pizza was extremely dry and the garlic was forgotten. The Champion Schnitzel (TK) we ordered had paprika sauce on it. Never again

I ordered food there this weekend. A salad 2 pizzas and pasta. The prime time 1 hour before closing time I felt like I got the leftovers. The noodles weren't fresh. The pizza wasn't fresh. Dry edge. The salad. Not fresh either. And that for 40 euros. Have you had similar experiences please comment. Or guard. I don't advertise anonymously. We always enjoyed ordering. Today the chicken skewer comes lukewarm and the tzatziki was a yoghurt dill dip. My husband called and said that it wasn't tzatziki. We didn't want any compensation or anything like that. We wanted to point out that this is not tzatziki. The succinct answer was that we are the only ones who don't like the "tzatziki". Now I read in the comments that a new owner is starting. Yes, we're out then. We recommend that the gentleman on the phone go to a Greek restaurant to learn what tzatziki is.

Essen bestellt !! Seit Jahren immer zufrieden gewesen mit dem gelieferten Essen.Es scheint aber ein neuer Besitzer eingezogen zu sein! Hatten ein Hähnchenspieß mit Pommes Tsaziki Salat. Es war aber kein Tsaziki sondern eine Dillquarkcreme🙄 ich habe dann angerufen um auf den Fehler aufmerksam zu machen. Öffnete aber die Büchse der Pandora!! Das wäre bei denen so und wenn ich ein anderen Geschmack hätte dann hätte ich halt Pech. Wenn man bei Mc. Donalds bestellt sind die Gerichte auch unterschiedlich!! 🤗😂 Danke schön für die Antwort. Ab jetzt gerne woanders bestellen.!! Braucht keiner!

Located right on the market square in the pedestrian zone - very nice service and good food at fair prices

The food is really bad. Ordered salad, pizza, pasta to take away, everything was -1 star across the board. I knew this store from the previous one, it was really good there. In addition, the little boss in the shop thinks he is the coolest and strongest, the way he looks at you and greets you. The only thing missing is “hey, you have a problem..”. We have a lack of good restaurants in Ratingen anyway, but what you're doing there is nothing. Take a look at your salad bar, you don't need any more words ;-) put 6!

Can't understand some of the reviews. The schnitzel is simply a pre-formed schnitzel, there wasn't really any sauce included, you only saw the mushrooms and the casserole that we had ordered was spiced really weirdly! End of the song, it ended up straight in the trash! You get worried that your stomach will be upset. It's a shame... we won't order there again.

I've always enjoyed going here. The pizzas were well topped and reasonably priced. But now I'm really disappointed. The prices have risen extremely and the pizza has very little cheese on it. The pizza is more like bread than pizza. I'll look around for alternatives now. A pity! Saving at the wrong end!

Sehr gute und kalorien-bilanzierte Kuche mit mediterranem Geschmack. Normale Preise ca 15 Euro mit Getränk. Saubere und angenehme Ambiente mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Heute nach langer Zeit mal wieder eine Pizza bestellt und was soll ich sagen, sie war einfach mega gut. Der Boden schön dünn, aber nicht labbrig. Der Rand schön kross und der Belag nicht zu wenig und auch nicht zuviel. Es ist zwar immer subjektiv weil einer mehr Belag möchte, einer weniger, wiederum ein anderer ein dickeren Boden, ABER ich fand sie super. 👍👍👍 Ich werde wieder bestellen

Wir haben selten so frisches und gut durchdachtes Essen probieren dürfen. Viele komplexe Geschmäcker in einer wunderbaren Verpackung. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung!!!!!

Liegt genau am Marktplatz von Ratingen also mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Essen war in Ordnung hatte aber schon mal besseres. Im Großen und Ganzen trotzdem ein sehr netter Italiener bei dem Mann aufjedenfall satt wird 👍🏻

Schade! Früher konnte man hier ser gut essen. Heute schmeckt der Pizzaboden wie Pappe und die Auflage nach gar nichts. Noch nicht mal nach Gewürz. Der Herstellungspreis kann nicht über 1.50 € liegen. Besser geht immer aber schlechter geht hier kaum noch.

Dieses Restaurant befindet sich in der Mitte der Stadt und bietet einen äußerst angenehmen und unterhaltsamen Ort. Das Essen ist hier unglaublich lecker und der Service ist unbeschreiblich. Ich empfehle es sehr aufgrund der Vielfalt der Speisekarte. Meine ganze Familie genießt es, hierher zu kommen. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um das Essen zu genießen.

Holla die Bergfee, das schlechteste Essen seit drei Monaten. Es geht schon beim Reinkommen los: auf mein freundliches:"Guten Abend" reagiert niemand der vier Personen hinter der Theke. OK, kann vorkommen, ggf. war ich zu leise 😉 Dann habe ich Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter und eine mittlere Pizza mit Sucuk bestellt. Und dann kommen die Pizzabrötchen: 1x reingebissen und stehen lassen. 🤮 Sie sind lauwarm, sehr fest und alt. Einfach nicht frisch. Schade. Und dann die Pizza: 11 halbe Suczukscheiben, hauchdünn geschnitte. Relativ viele Grichische Oliven, sehr salzig. Keine ital. Kräuter auf der Pizza! Aber halt: nicht nur die Oliven sind supersalzig, nein, die ganze Pizza besteht quasi nur aus Salzgeschmack. Das hat, für mich, nichts mit einer leckeren Pizza zu tun. Hierhin werde ich bestimmt nicht wiederkommen. Da gibt es genug leckere Alternativen.

Die Pizze sind sehr gut, gehören zu den besten Ratingen. Indische Gerichte sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Besser als bei vielen indischen Restaurants. Service ist sehr gut und freundlich. Ambiente für diese Art von Gaststätten ok. Gemessen an den Preisen ist das Essen sehr sehr gut und verdient unter diesem Aspekt 5 Sterne. War schon oft da und komme wieder.

Wir sind oft hier zum essen und kommen immer wieder gern her ! Große Auswahl, nette Bedienung und das Essen hier ist immer toll !
