Where is the health department?

I ordered the small salami ham pizza (26cm) twice on different days. Both times the diameter was only 21-22cm. So I called and said that you couldn't sell something like that as a 26cm pizza. At first no insight. “Nobody has ever complained in the last few years.” After a long discussion, they suggested that I refund the money and bring it over in the next 1-2 days. Of course that didn't happen. Absolutely cheeky and outrageous. Taking people for fools and selling a mini pizza for 26cm. We will never order here again. You can really close the store

No menu, just buffet with no transparency on pricing. Food was average (rather aiming for mass than quality) but prices were fair. (neither good or bad value for money). Service rather poorly (not bad though) however below expectation, but friendly! All in all this restaurant is below expectation for this level of Hotel. Not many other choices around, so I guess they don’t have (or want) to try harder - at least that is the feeling one‘s getting. I had the same experience on two visits in two different weeks in this month.

Please close this store! Food inedible! A hair was found in the bolognese sauce. The carbonara was inedible and slimy. There was still feces in every shrimp and they were not cleaned beforehand. And for 15 euros they weren't supposed to be GRILLED prawns, they were just cooked. The cream sauce for the schnitzel was just a packet of cream warmed up. Nothing without spice. So not recommended at all. The health department should take a look.

Food in Wiesbaden is good, unfortunately they get mixed up with Wiesbaden and Taunusstein because the number is no longer correct. Apparently it only takes 2 minutes for a schnitzel which is very questionable and disgusting. You were shouted at on the phone when you didn't want to wait again - that's not possible!

Never had such bad food!!!! 60 euros thrown in the trash. I photographed 3 meals. The rest ended up straight in the trash! Absolutely disgusting! Kilos of cheese that is only half melted. Fat floats in masses on the food. The tacco was a crumpled flatbread with rock hard cold fries and indefinable stuff inside! I wish I could give zero stars. Absolute disgrace what was delivered here!!!!!! We or friends will never order there again! We're really mad!

The food was really bad!! The delivery man was nice. You couldn't recognize the food. Everything was gratinated with 3cm of cheese, the cheese was still solid and there were three of us and everything was bad!! The cheese was charred but we got the money back. The food was even worse than any ready meal, not recommended.

The Crazy Dog pizza was missing sausages and fried onions. There were huge slices of cucumber for that?! Will not order here again.

I would say it's convenience, but you don't get such bad quality at Metro.

We ordered 4 party pizzas for a birthday. Unfortunately one was wrong. After calling, the correct one was delivered quickly and we were even allowed to keep the wrong one. We think the service is great and would order again. For the rest, every pizza was very tasty and well made and nice and hot. We can only recommend Pizza Pasta Schnitzelhaus.

Given the many bad reviews, I thought I would be disappointed. And that's exactly how it was, especially the quality of the food.

I ordered there yesterday and the wrong food was delivered to me. Can happen. On the phone I was told if I wanted it as I wanted it, when I said yes I was told to order it again tomorrow and mention it. We will send it free of charge. I agreed and ordered again today. I ordered 2x gyros with tzatziki and feta gratinated, with fries and salad. 1. The wrong food was actually delivered again. (Gyros with onions, no feta and nothing gratinated.) Of course, the price was charged for the more expensive dish which wasn't even delivered. 2. The food was cold and the meat had nothing to do with "gyros". The fries were also cold, soggy and didn't taste fresh. 3. The salad floats in water with a dollop of sauce on top. 4. Indefinable residue from the bottom of the pan Totally coked up is available free of charge. (Photo) 5. I called again, everything was normal up to the point where I mentioned that the wrong food had been delivered to me. Suddenly he can't understand anything and becomes rude and says I'll call in 5 to 10 minutes. Nothing has happened. I've had similar experiences before and before you have to hope that the food you choose will actually be delivered and literally pray that it isn't cold, soggy, unloving or even missing, I'll order somewhere else in the future and can do it to anyone guess.

Ordered pizza by phone, no information about changed address and new prices. When we asked, after standing in front of the closed shop, we were told that they had moved and that the pizza would be delivered in about 20-25 minutes. The driver was there after 25 minutes, but collected €10 more (for 4 pizzas = €37ebbes, now €47ebbes). The covering and the prices do not correspond to the description on the homepage (which is a complete disaster). The vegetarian pizza had peas instead of olives and hardly any champions on it. The Hawaiis were also very sparse with ham and the special was only topped with champions, not a piece of salami or ham on it. Called again, very nice gentleman on the phone, but unfortunately nothing came of it other than excuses and apologies.

NEVER again, I've never experienced anything like that! The dressing was forgotten on the last order. Ok, it can happen... With this order, the tuna salad came without tuna and the pizza with champions, even though they were canceled. That can happen too. But what shouldn't happen is that when the man points out the errors to him over the phone, the manager freaks out on the phone and simply hangs up. It's just awful, I can only advise everyone to stay away from the store. I also don't want to repeat what was just verbally thrown at me.

Man orders something via Lieferando and waits for an hour to find out that he doesn't get his food because the guy at the pizzeria says it's fake, but he's honestly ordered a rude one from them a few times

Ordered food via their homepage and paid via Paypal. After 2 hours we called and asked where the food was. I was told you can no longer order via the homepage... but they still accept money. Rip-off and fraud

Really disgusting! Waited for 1 hour and after 1 hour we called and by then you didn't even finish it...

Ordered: pizza rolls with tuna and cheese. Very tasty like a small calzone. Pepperoni salami pizza. Crispy edge juicy but not soggy. Simply great. For dessert, an absolutely delicious homemade tiramisu.

I ordered a chicken burrito. On the left is the image that was shown to me and on the right is what I actually received... Fries were good, but the “burrito” was beyond bad and not a burrito!!!!

I'm just shocked by what was just delivered to me. Waited 1 hour for something like that 😓 chicken korma was just dry rice with mayonnaise and a few small pieces of chicken. This definitely had nothing to do with chicken korma. I ate this very often. Above all, that was a maximum of 1 tablespoon of chicken and 2 cups of mayonnaise. It was bathing in it. Absolutely inedible. Tasted like fat with sugar with chicken scraps in between. When asked, it was said that this is how it is done, it is adapted from German cuisine. But I don't order Indian because I want German food. 21€ for something like that 😓😓😓 (the chicken fingers were good)

Wir haben Essen bestellt und es wurde ein Teil nicht geliefert. Nachdem das dann aufgefallen ist und wir uns telefonisch beschwert haben wurde uns zuerst nicht geglaubt. Letztendlich wurde das fehlende Schnitzel eine Stunde später nachgeliefert. Fazit, Service sehr schlecht und das Essen leider auch nicht besonders.

Ich bestelle mehrmals pro Monat dort und ich liebe das Essen dort echt lecker und sehr schneller Lieferservice danke euch und vor allem danke an den Koch 😊🙏

Sehr höflich und das Essen ist hammer

Wir haben jetzt drei Mal beim Schnitzelhaus bestellt und dabei die Pizzen, die Pasta und die Schnitzel probiert. Das Essen war immer einwandfrei und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Endlich mal ein weiterer guter Lieferdienst in Taunusstein! Und ich verstehe nicht, was die Leute für ein Problem mit dem Salz haben. Es war immer alles normal gewürzt und gesalzen. Wem es zu wenig ist der soll doch einfach nachwürzen... Edit: nach ein paar weiteren Bestellungen nahm die Qualität des Essens leider ab, daher nun nur noch 3 Sterne. Schade!

Wir holen unser Essen immer selber ab (da bekommt man sogar 10% Rabatt) und sind bisher zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und das Essen super schnell fertig.

Lieferzeit Top. Essen dagegen vom Geschmack eher das Gegenteil. Nudeln ohne Pilze bestellt leider trotzdem mit Pilzen geliefert. Schade.

Hähnchen sticks, onion rings und butter curry schmecken hier mit Abstand am besten. Kann es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Bin mittlerweile schon Stammkundin geworden 😅 weil im Taunusbereich Preis Leistung wirklich nichts dagegen ankommt.

Good experience, most of the time. The food comes warm and well packed. The driver is not afraid to go to your floor. The food is delicious too. Only bad point to me is that the quantity (of sauce especially) is different from one order to another (with a tendancy to be more often 3 spoons instead of a generous portion).

Essen war prima Kurze Lieferzeit Weiter zu empfehlen

Heute zum zweiten Mal bestellt. Diesmal haben wir die Pizzen gewählt und sind wirklich positiv überrascht. Lieferzeit wie am Telefon angegeben und noch dazu warm. Auch die Salate sind sehr zu empfehlen (ein Stern Abzug: der Salat könnte besser geschnitten/gezupft werden) Wir bestellen gerne wieder !

Vielleicht war es ein Ausrutscher, aber meine Pizza war letztlich von einer TK Pizza nicht zu unterscheiden. Geschmacklich fad, Teig, Käse und sonstiger Belag einfach nicht lecker. Man wird zwar satt, aber ü8€ sind nicht ok. Außerdem wurde der Rabatt für Selbstabholer einfach nicht gewährt. So geht Gastro nicht.

Muss ehrlich zugeben, die Googlebilder, die lange Speisekarte und die gesamte Aufmachung haben mich etwas abgeschreckt. Wieso ich sehr lange gezögert habe hier etwas zu bestellen. Nun habe ich es gestern dennoch gewagt. Anhand des Telefonats konnte ich raushören, dass die Besitzer aus Indien vermutlich stammen, also habe ich auch ihre Spezialitäten bestellt. „Buttercurry und Zwiebelringe“. Und ich muss zu meiner Überraschung sagen, dass es mit Abstand das leckerste Buttercurry war, dass ich bisher in dieser Gegend gegessen habe. Und auch die Preise sind wirklich top und sehr fair. Ab 10€ gibt es keine Liefergebühr. Ich habe das selbe Gericht mir heute wieder bestellt. Und kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen. Auch Portionsgröße, sowie Lieferzeit bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach nur Top! Bevor wir das erste Mal dort bestellen wollten, war ich sehr skeptisch, weil dort einfach zu viel verschiedenes angeboten wird und das meistens bedeutet, dass nichts davon gut ist. Jedoch ist das hier anders. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut und das zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis. Unsere Favoriten: Pizzabrot mit Mozzarella, Gnocchi Rucola, Schnitzel mit Broccoli, aber auch das vegetarische Curry ist sehr gut. 👍
