Pizza Paradiso Winzerla in Jena

We got pizza for the second time and again it was very tasty. Juicy in taste, nice dough. Nice service and finished on time👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Unfriendly, can't take criticism, you get an answer straight away if I don't like it then I should order somewhere else. Yesterday when I ordered, I had to wait over two hours for cold food today and then I got the wrong order because the person who took the order didn't understand me. It's best to have someone take the order who can also speak German, never again.

I ordered food here via Lieferando and had garlic and shrimp added to my Hawaiian pizza (whether the general combination of me and my taste is strange remains to be seen). There were prawns on it and there was a fair amount of them, but they tasted extremely cheap and chemically. My pizza was also very over-seasoned and extremely bitter due to the spices or the incorrect preparation with the garlic. The dough was completely soggy and soggy, even the ham and cheese tasted bitter and chemical. It was the worst pizza I've ever eaten and so inedible that I had to throw it away after the 5th bite, I'm sorry. (It wasn't the general combination of ingredients because it tasted great elsewhere) Suggestions for improvement: buy more expensive shrimp that are larger and put less on the pizza. This way you can keep the price. It's best to look for a different spice mixture or a different garlic. Alternatively, you could increase the temperature when preparing and shorten the time so that it no longer tastes bitter. I also ordered chicken wings with fries. The sauce that came with the meal (which was not mentioned online) is the one normally used with currywurst, only without the spiciness (which I ordered separately) and without the typical curry powder. I really enjoyed that. However, if you don't like meat with a slightly sweet sauce, you should order another sauce as well. My best friend had a King Burger and it was supposed to be okay

Ordered kebab there. The meat is dried out and rolled up thin and falls out of the aluminum foil when you unpack your kebab. There is so little meat in the kebab that you can find more in some children's kebabs elsewhere. The vegetables consist mainly of red cabbage and iceberg lettuce. Totally inferior. Especially the meat!!!

We've been going there on Friday evenings for years and getting kebabs or pasta casseroles or pizza. It's best to call there and pick it up when it's freshly prepared. Really friendly people. And prices that have not yet exploded as much as elsewhere. Ambience - none... just like the Columbus Center. A tax haven created cheaply in the 90s. But Pizza Paradiso is a warm place in the middle of this cold concrete block. Always with a friendly approach and coziness until the food is ready for collection...

It started when the woman who prepared the kebab was obviously cleaning in the back room and prepared my kebab without disinfecting her hands (just washing them with water). I said no salad, this was ignored. Last but not least, I was looked at badly because on Thursday (Thursday = “Kebab Day” -> Doner kebab €4) I put €4 on the table and had to expose myself to the woman's insults about how outrageous it was to only put up €4 to lay the table until she realized it was Thursday. Never this store again!! (The meat didn't come from a spit but rather cold from a Tupperware container)

Absolutely disappointing! I ordered five burgers and every single one was a disaster. The meat tasted like it had been old for days, tough and dry. The bread was rock hard and anything but fresh. The ingredients seemed to be put together carelessly and there was no trace of taste. I really expected more for the price - it wasn't worth the money at all. I will never order here again!

I waited over 2 hours for my order, the driver came back with the excuse that he was in a traffic jam, even with a traffic jam you only need about half an hour through Jena, the double cheeseburger was fatal, more sauce than anything else and two patties , which has the consistency of rubber. The pizza was a standard pizza like from any kebab/pizza man, but it wasn't in the oven long enough and arrived cold.

Ordered a larger quantity for our club at very short notice when we had a guest appearance in Jena. Everything went smoothly, great service, incredibly friendly staff and the food was also very good. Delivery was also on time. Anytime again, greetings from Berlin

Just don't eat here! They wanted to cheat me and give me less change. But I noticed it and he didn't apologize or try to explain. They're deliberately trying to give me less change. They're scammers and they eat is mediocre to poor and fits this behavior! That was on a Wednesday and not on kebab day and I was alone, there was no one else except her 2 employees. He deliberately gave me too little and waited to see how I react. I was supposed to pay €8.50, me I gave him a €20 note and he deliberately only gave me a €5 note and then waited to see how I react and that was on purpose. He thought I was so stupid and let myself be cheated out of €6.50. That's exactly That's how it was and not how they describe it. This is not slander or slander, but the truth. That's exactly what happened that day! Fraud is against the law 😉 There's nothing to clarify. That was so bold! Your employee knows exactly when he wanted to cheat on me and could probably tell you himself but........😉 Everything I've said is the truth and now they just want to talk their way out of it and react in such a derogatory way towards me. That fits with the behavior of their employee, who wanted to cheat me out of €6.50.

Bombastic, there are always kebabs on Thursdays for €3.50. Good quality, no long waiting times, large portions, nice people and just great. Something for every taste. Simply great Recommended for everyone 👍👍👍👍

Ordered online, first waited 1.5 hours and 3 hours, even though it said 40 minutes. 2 pizzas were quite ok. Ordered 3 of the donner kebabs with extra meat, which was a vegetable kebab with 4 buffets of meat plus cheese, cheese was on it. But 4 buffs of meat, where can you get something like that? You can sell kebab for 2 euros, you can fool others. I was always loyal, but that was the last time. That wasn't the first time!

I have been ordering from Pizza Paradiso for many years. Every time it tastes very good to me, but never the same. You can see the handwork in this. The drivers are always friendly and the delivery time is relatively short. That's why I can't confirm the comments because of unfriendliness and long waiting times. Besides, we are all just humans and not machines. If that doesn't suit you, you should order somewhere else.

Absolute insolence. You wait almost 2 hours for your food to be delivered. And when you ask, there is no response. Totally disappointed and I wouldn't order my food there again. PS: To be precise it was 1 hour and 45 minutes. According to the internet it was 40 minutes. And just like it calls in the forest... I didn't find her pleasant on the phone. The sentence we only have one driver because the other is in a traffic jam and sorry I can't change it. I don't find it likeable. Of course you want to tell the company what is going wrong. Food can be good at times, but sometimes it's really bad. For example, I ordered a pizza that was hard to bite and burnt. There's no guarantee you'll get quality food every time.

Been ordering for quite some time now and have never been disappointed. Therefore only recommended 👍🏻

Super Döner für 3€ am Dönerstag zum Donnerstag. Heute zu zweit und mit wunderschöner weiblicher Bedienung! Schmecken lassen.

Wir bestellen seit Jahren diverse Gerichte (Pizza, Dönerteller und Aufläufe) zum Abholen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistung absolut top. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und erfüllen uns jeden Extrawunsch. Die Qualität der Speisen war bei uns bisher immer einwandfrei. Pizza immer reichlich belegt und lecker.

Super Laden, ich habe ,,ALLE" Dönerläden in Jena schon ausprobiert und das nicht nur einmal. Das Dönerläden nur was für jüngere Menschen ist, ist vollkommen Quatsch, wir älteren achten mehr auf 1.Sauberkeit und 2. auf Qualität und Geschmack. Hier stimmt einfach alles, es gibt nichts zu meckern . Ich werde definitiv hier Stammkundin bleiben und freue mich,dass ich noch 2 Bekannte überzeugen konnte. Macht weiter so 👍👍👌

Bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen,allerdings gerade meine Bestellung abgeholt und bei meinem Dönerteller mit Pommes wurden einfach die Pommes vergessen.

Der Döner 🥙 Laden um die Ecke quasi. 😁 Ich geh gerne dorthin, denn mittlerweile kennen einen die Inhaber schon. Überwiegend gibt es halt Döner 🥙 oder mal eine Pizza 🍕 zur Abwechslung sowie ein Schnitzel mit Pommes 🍟. Je nach Geschmack halt. 😉 Immer noch gut.

Wir haben in letzter Zeit öfters bestellt auch über lieferando. Dort waren wir nicht zufrieden, lange Wartezeit , Essen kalt und Salat fehlte. Wenn ich direkt bei PPW bestelle , z. B. gestern, sind wir sehr zufrieden. Pünktliche Lieferung, Essen heiß und komplett und super nette Bedienung (am Telefon und auch der Fahrer). Gerne wieder.

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig in der Mittagspause Döner, Pizza oder Nudelgerichte. Wir sind immer zufrieden und können den Lieferdienst nur empfehlen! Egal ob große oder kleine Bestellung, klappt alles! Besonders zu loben ist die Pünktlichkeit (wenn man einen Liefertermin gewählt hat). Bei knappen Mittagspausen Gold wert :-) Auch Sonderwünsche werden zuverlässig bearbeitet. Die Fahrer waren bisher auch immer nett und freundlich.

Hat leider sehr nachgelassen, Pommes sind matschig und auch von den Portionen her ist es ein Witz geworden und wenn ich dann den Verkäufer noch hinter der Theke in der Nase bohren sehe, vergeht es mir erst recht.

Guter Pizza/Döner Laden, die hier ihr bestes geben, um ihre Kunden zufrieden zu machen. Es mag zwar das Columbus Center sein, aber trotzdem hat der Laden hier eine gute Qualität. Ich bestelle mir gerne hier was. Empfehlung meinerseits ist da

Es war mal weeeesentlich besser. Was mir Hoffnung gibt das es vielleicht wieder so sein kann. Aber vorallem was die Pizza betrifft ist der Teig lächerlich dünn. Es wirkt so als ob sie nen wrap genommen hätten ( wobei selbst das dicker ist und das ist leider nicht übertrieben). Habe hierimmer sehr gerne bestellt, auch wegen der schnellen Lieferung aber 8€ für eine Pizza die so dünn ist wie papier sehe ich nicht ein. Hoffentlich ändern sie das.

Das Essen war in Rekordzeit da,heiss und lecker

Seit Oktober letzten Jahres hat die Qualität des Dönerfleisches extrem abenommen, was sehr schade ist. Billig ist eben nicht immer gut. Wenn sich das wieder bessern würde, wären ungefähr 4 Sterne drin. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich und die Pizza bekommt 3,5-5 Sterne.

Das Essen ist okay ,aber wenn man dort bestellt kommt das Essen ewig nicht an und man wird dann noch unhöflich behandelt am Telefon. (Bestelle dort nicht zum ersten Mal.)

Ordendlich , sauber und supernette Bedienung. Alles ,was wir bisher dort gegessen oder bestellt haben, war sehr gut und die Portionen sind für den Preis einfach rießig. Alles in Allem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis super, jederzeit gern wieder.

Ab und zu gibt es von hier Döner. Dieser ist auch immer super lecker (außer Donnerstags). Mit der beste Döner in ganz Jena. Auch bei Lieferung hatten wir bisher keine Probleme.

Immer wieder lecker! Seit Corona holen wir uns hier regelmäßig Pizza für die Mittagspause. Die Bestellung ist stets pünktlich abholbereit, die Pizzen ordentlich belegt (vor allem Käse nicht zu knapp :)) und beim Montag-bis-Mittwoch-Mittagsangebot (alle kleinen Pizzen 4€, alle großen 5€) ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar.

Wenn der Chef bedient gibt es großes Kino sonst nur kleine Brötchen
