The atmosphere is very nice, but unfortunately you have to expect delays and incomplete delivery when it comes to delivery. Unfortunately, the quality has also decreased.

Friendly service and delicious food.

Burgers were OK. Unfortunately there is a waiting time of 20-45 minutes on Lieferando, the order only arrived after 70 minutes. Just a heads up for the very hungry, it may take longer.

Very good selection of civil dishes. Could use more spice. Would like to have gluten-free citizens. Other special requests were responded to very well.

I love the shop. Was in Jena again for a few days and was there twice. Simply really nicely decorated and the food is good too. Service could sometimes be slightly faster/more attentive but the friendliness makes up for it!

The food was great… unfortunately the service was absolutely unsympathetic and unprofessional. The plates were carelessly slammed onto the table, with several pieces of bread even lifting off the plate and almost falling to the floor. The waiter also made snarky comments. I wouldn't visit this restaurant again! Not recommendable !

We got to the restaurant at 10:10 p.m. and the kitchen closes at 10:30 p.m. The reception had a very tense feel. We had secured a spot and had continued our private conversations. The waiter who overheard the saying: "Just be careful, he has to clean all the tables" after a friend spilled a drink came up to us and said he had to reprimand us how we should behave. We had ordered our food and after a short time the same waiter came and literally "threw" the plates onto the table. The food was otherwise top. I wouldn't recommend the store. However, this is a subjective opinion based on personal impressions.

We checked in and were greeted nicely by the staff. We were allowed to choose the table. There wasn't much going on, so the atmosphere was very familiar and quiet. There are still old, cheaper prices on the board above, unfortunately they are more expensive today. Of course the restaurant can't help our inflationary monetary standards. The food came quickly and was delicious. Can't really say anything bad.

There are several vegan and vegetarian options. Very tasty, highly recommended. Friendly staff, clean toilets. Am thrilled.

Eden is right in the middle of the pedestrian line, sometimes with beach chairs - sometimes with beer tent tables. For a Campari replacement without alcohol, I sat here very nicely, with a view of the pedestrians. With young service and full willingness, you can certainly create a lot of nonsense here, it was important to me that it was possible without alcohol. I would love to come back - for the nice service! Keep it up! The toilets are extremely clean!

The burger was okay, but unfortunately nothing special. Also a bit dry and especially cold. There was sometimes a language barrier in the service and you were left high and dry for a long time.

Wonderfully delicious burgers. I always enjoy coming to Eden. Whether with friends or family, everyone will find a delicious dish for themselves here. The staff are always friendly, but sometimes you have to wait a while for your food. However, the waiting time is justified. I definitely recommend Eden!

I like coming here with friends for burgers. The menu is manageable, with many burger variations and side dishes. Unfortunately there are no desserts except the occasional cake or pie. I recommend the BBQ burger and the homemade lemonade. The delivery service leaves something to be desired, the burgers unfortunately arrive a little soggy and the fries are more rubbery than crispy, both of which are better in the restaurant. We were once forgotten with an order, but we got a small compensation and then it was fine again. Generally a good place to get together and enjoy great burgers!

Hip restaurant with reasonable prices and a modern, nice atmosphere. The burgers are extremely good, as are the homemade drinks. I recommend the Italo burger.

Fantastic burger restaurant, stylishly decorated, friendly staff and above all: really good burgers! No comparison with McDonald's and Co. Between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. there is a cheap lunch offer: burgers and a small drink at a fair price.

We waited three quarters of an hour for the food. 👎🏻 We weren't even offered anything to drink in the meantime, even though it had been empty for a long time. Staff were visibly overwhelmed with the multiple floors that had to be served. The food was ok, but not great. The burger patty was dry and had probably been sitting there for a long time. The onions weren't really caramelized. Conclusion: Disappointing. We will not visit the restaurant again and will not recommend it.

The food was super delicious! Price-performance is very good. Very good fries! The restaurant was fully booked and unfortunately we were somewhat forgotten, but after speaking to the super friendly service staff, we were able to order. We were definitely just an isolated case, there was a lot going on. Therefore one star less for service. But there was a brownie on the house. Delicious! Only recommended. Tip: Order!!

I experienced a culinary highlight at Eden, because the burgers were not only outstanding in terms of taste, but also on my plate in record time. The atmosphere was lively, if a touch too loud for my taste. Nevertheless, the staff was extremely courteous and friendly, which rounded off the overall impression positively. In terms of price, I think the offer is more than reasonable and I can therefore highly recommend Eden for burger lovers.

I ordered an anatolian burger for 7 pm. I added some instructions, because I wanted the burger to be without JALAPEÑOS and CHEDDAR. I ordered it through lieferando already at 3 pm of the same day, because I hoped it was gonna come punctually. The food arrived at 7:45 pm, which means almost one hour later. At 7:35 pm I had called the restaurant to ask if there were problems with my order. The girl who answered didn't even offer a discount or anything to apologise. The food came super cold and the guy who brought it barely looked at me because he was texting on the phone. Last but not least, the burger had both cheddar and jalapeños inside. Should I even explain why I gave just one star? I don't think so.

Very good food. Only the service left something to be desired. We would have liked to have ordered a drink with our meal, and card payment was not possible.

I got a dark brown, burnt burger from Lieferando :( I'm very sad. The portion was also very small.

In the Smart Food Bar "Eden" we experienced a burger explosion today: fresh, juicy and with a cool crunch that thrilled the senses. Almost unbeatable in our region and absolutely solid in terms of price. Definitely our new No. 1! The extravagance of the burger business makes the visit a highlight. We will definitely come back, even from the state capital. Thank you for this enjoyable experience! You are awesome!!!

When all other places are closed you can still get a good cup of coffee and nice food here.

We ate at Eden today on January 1st, 2024. The place was relatively empty and there were around 5 tables occupied. First of all, the only positive thing is that the food and drinks came quite quickly and it tasted pretty good too. We had burgers, onion rings, mozzarella sticks and sweet potato fries. However, except for the mozzarella sticks, everything was cold, which unfortunately ruined the good, delicious food. The waitress first brought us the wrong food, which can happen. The location itself is very nicely decorated and you can actually sit there relaxed for a long time. But it was so cold upstairs that I had to put my jacket over my legs and my feet were cold the whole time, which meant we finished and left quickly. What was also surprising was that at first they said on the phone that it might be difficult to get a table at 7 p.m., which is why we made a reservation, but then it was pretty empty.

Sehr leckere Burger 🍔 und tolle Dippers. Es gab sogar das Menü 👍😁 einfach topp. Uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Unser Hund hat sogar Wasser bekommen. 😉 gerne wieder.

Wir waren am Montag den 27.11.2023 kurz vor 14:00 Uhr da und es gab das Mittagsangebot Burger + Getränk 8,50€. Super Preiswert! Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Ambiente stimmt auch. Der Burger war frisch und hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Klare Empfehlung

Das Abendessen hier war wirklich klasse. Schönes Lokal, viele bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten und freundliches Personal. Allerdings muss ich nun nach dem 2. Besuch auch Kritik äußern. Nach 20min hatten wir noch immer keine Karte und mussten sie uns selbst vom Nachbartisch der frei geworden ist besorgen, was gar nicht geht. Das Essensangebot ist in meinen Augen breit gefächert, die Platten hübsch angerichtet und die Burger sättigend und lecker. Allerdings fehlte für uns etwas Sauce und die Dips kamen halb verschüttet bei uns am Tisch an. Bombadtisch sind aber die (Süßkartoffel-)Pommes. Nach anfänglicher Pommesverwechslung wurde sich ganz schnell um neue bemüht. Wie ich mich vorherigen Rezensionen anschließen kann, funktioniert das ausgewiesene WLAN nicht. Die Preise sind völlig angemessen und wir waren weitesgehend zufrieden und satt (!).

Der Burger hat meinen Geschmack leider nicht getroffen, die Pommes waren allerdings super.

Am Ende geht's ums Essen und die Burger überzeugen mich nicht. Buns brechen also sind wohl zu Trocken Das Fleisch war auch über den garpunkt Der Rest ist Standard Preise OK , Einrichtung des Ladens auch. Besonders schlecht fand ich den Geruch im Laden. Also wenn man da hin muss dann mit alten Klamotten, man riecht sonst wie die fritte

Schöne Location. Nettes Personal und tolles Ambiente. Aber leider auch sehr starker Geruch nach essen, durch die offene Küche. Hier wäre eine geschlossene Küche glaube ich besser da es auch als Bar angeboten wird.

Die Chilli Burger waren eigentlich gut aber das Dinkelbun war trocken und das Öl der Süßkartoffelpommes schmeckte alt. Das Servicepersonal ist schlecht ausgebildet. 20€ Rechnung. Splitten? Kein Problem... 12€ mit Karte bezahlt, es bleiben 8€. "Sorry. Karte erst ab 10€!!!" Ok!?? Nach meiner Anmerkung, 8€ seien ja fast 10€, wurden einfach 10€ in das Gerät eingetippt. Eine Unverschämtheit. Ein Hinweis irgendwo am Eingang, auf den Karten oder an der Kasse wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht? (Ganz besonders wenn man mit Menüs um die 8€ wirbt. Ein Schelm wer...) Schade denn das Ambiente ist top

Service unterirdisch. Essen sehr gut, deswegen 3 Sterne.

5 ☆ fürs Essen 4 ☆ für den Service 1 ☆ für das Ambiente, am liebsten aber NULL. Die ganze Bude stinkt nach Essen. Hier sollte mal dringend die Lüftungsanlage geprüft werden. Die Klamotten stinken noch Tage nach unserem Besuch nach fett und Frittenbude. Einfach eklig. Das Essen war okay. Beim Service gab es grundsätzlich auch nichts auszusetzen.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, die Preise hierfür auch ok. Trotz dass es wirklich relativ leer war, haben wir ziemlich lange auf unser Essen warten müssen.

Leider Pattys verbrannt, Brot fällt auseinander, aber echt schöner Laden, toller service, preislich etwas teuer für den burger den man bekommt. Geh trotzdem gerne hin.

Lecker BBQ Hamburger 🍔 gegessen

Für einen Laden der sich Eden nennt sind die Burger Durchschnitt. Für den Preis, finde ich sie nicht gut genug. Da gibt's besseres. Allerdings waren sie schön scharf! Die Pommes waren super! Der Dip war aber lächerlich wenig. Wenn ich dann am Ende zu Hause den Dip nachliefern muss, mache ich mit demnächst meine Hamburger tatsächlich wieder selber. Was aber gar nicht geht ist die Lieferzeit! Lieferando sagt was zwischen 30 min und 1h. Am Ende waren es 1h und 33 min. Ich finde das ist eigentlich schon Betrug! Quasi bei Bestellung Lieferverzug und bei Lieferando keine Möglichkeit zu sagen: Dauert mir zu lange, will ich nicht mehr!

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Der Halloumi Burger (vegetarisch) war sehr lecker die Pommes war knusprig und gut gewürzt, der Chicken-Ceasar Salat war auch zum empfehlen. Das Restaurant erstreckt sich vom EG bis in den ersten Stock mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre und ausreichend Platz für die Gäste.

Zefix war des guad! Warn eben auf eine Spritztour di Richtung und brauchten was schnelles. Netter Service, moderne Location und sau guads essn! Kann i nur Weiterempfehlen

Angenehmes und gemütliches Ambiente, verschiedene Bereiche zum Sitzen. Große Auswahl an alkoholfreien Getränken. Essen sehr lecker und preislich absolut in Ordnung. Netter Service, hier kann man es gut aushalten. Ganz kleine Kritik am Rande: Obwohl es sehr leer war, längere Wartezeit.

Es gibt ihn zu einem guten Preis inklusive Getränke. * Die Hamburger 🍔 und Getränke sowie die Süßkartoffelpommes sind gut gemacht. * Die Ankunftszeit der Bestellungen kann je nach Intensität des Ladens lange dauern. * Es gibt Plätze im Obergeschoss und im Zwischengeschoss.

Das Burger Menü ist der Hammer. Hallumi Burger mega lecker!

Wir haben das Essen bestellt. Der Burger war in ok, aber klein. Die Mozzarella-Sticks waren kalt & haben nicht geschmeckt. Der Salat… wo war der den? Eine kleine Schale mit etwas Parmesan, bissel Tomaten & der Rest Blattsalat. Der Mozzarella fehlte komplett. Dafür 10€? Leider eine herbe Enttäuschung und wir können das Restaurant nicht empfehlen!

Ich bin gegen 20:40 (Montag) angekommen und habe nach einem Tisch gefragt. Das Restaurant war überschaubar besetzt und die Bedienung sagte mir ich soll mir in der zweiten Etage einen Tisch aussuchen. Leider saß ich dann zirka 20 Minuten da, ohne das jemand kam. Weder Trinken noch Essen. Schließlich bin ich dann ohne etwas zu essen gegangen.

Wir haben vier verschiedene Burger gegessen und fanden alle sehr lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und auch auf unser Essen haben wir nicht lange gewartet.
