Pizza One in Herne

Ordered today shortly before eleven. Lieferando says delivery by 11:45 p.m., which was all well and good and everything went well, but the driver couldn't get a word out; neither a good evening nor a thank you and a nice evening came. We ordered a pizza and a pasta dish, but unfortunately the pasta dish was completely wrong—not what we ordered.

We regularly order there via the Pizzaone app. Always very tasty and quick. The offers in the app are great. Pasta special and the pizzas are also very tasty. We also ordered today.

Pizza tastes good, the atmosphere could be newer and more modern. But the staff are nice 👍 Prices are also completely okay 👍

Ordered there for the first and last time. The "big" salad was sad. 4 euros for half a cucumber and some greens. Costs a maximum of 1 euro to purchase. The stuffed pizza rolls were very greasy, but still acceptable.

Very tasty in itself, have ordered there several times now and I find the portion of chicken nuggets with fries expensive at €9.50. I'd rather make it myself because so few fries for the price is a joke. Will not order there again. 3 times the same portion of fries.

I don't know how you can go so wrong with an order... I ordered 2 classic burgers, 1 cheeseburger, 1 Mexican burger, 1 crispy chicken burger and 1 bacon burger and what I got was 4 classic burgers and I paid €41.20 for them. Not recommended at all! I bought a pizza with kebab meat today and have had stomach pains and cramps for hours!! You should definitely be alerted to check the food or meat! I definitely wish anyone who buys/orders food a speedy recovery!!!!!

Good afternoon, we ordered pizza, one pizza and two other dishes were missing. When we asked about the order, we should receive it the next day as the store is about to close. So we called the next day and ordered again. Again a pizza was missing and also the subsequent delivery, although we also mentioned this when ordering again. When I called again and complained, I was hung up on in an unfriendly manner and no customer-friendly solution was found. So we didn't receive orders worth €21.69. Repeated calls were ignored. In addition, the second order had several black hairs on a schnitzel (extremely disappointing) and probably extra. We will never order from this store again. It's really extremely sad to deal with customers who have been ordering there for a long time. In addition, the dishes that arrived from the second (complaint order) were served cold and unseasoned. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I enjoyed ordering there regularly (every 2 weeks) for months. Unfortunately, everything went wrong the last two times. The penultimate order was supposed to be delivered without broccoli (due to allergies) unfortunately the food arrived with broccoli, after a long back and forth a new meal was brought. The last time I ordered a few days ago I ordered 4 different pizzas for a birthday, unfortunately ALL the pizzas arrived incorrectly. When I called there, I was initially told that it couldn't be the case at all, although I ordered via their app and was able to select everything there (which I was able to prove in black and white). I was then put off for 10 minutes because the boss was supposed to call me back. This didn't happen even after 3 more calls from me. Ordered family pizza with kebab meat and double onions. Including small pizza rolls with aioli. Was supposed to be delivered in an hour, but it arrived after 40 minutes, which was also great. Food was ordered 80 minutes ago and when asked, an annoyed, broken German just said the driver would be on the way in 5 minutes. You live less than 2 kilometers away. Never experienced such bad service like this! The food was no longer warm and incomplete.

We order here often and are always very satisfied. Delivery time is always very, very quick, the drivers are all nice and from pizza to pasta there has never been anything that we didn't like.

Otherwise ok. Always satisfied. Delivery was quick, unfortunately the chicken wings were probably spoiled... clear taste of spoiled meat! I had to throw up and a day later I still feel sick. I was politely offered another dish over the phone. Of course I rejected this. Unfortunately that was my last order.

We ordered again today, were otherwise always satisfied, but today the delivery is a complete disaster. We waited 1.5 hours for our food, pizzas cold, cold fries not cooked properly. Filled pizza rolls burnt, inedible. Pizzas completely wrong. I am very disappointed as we often order there.

Das Ambiente kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich immer nur bestelle aber das reicht schon aus, um zu sagen, dass das Essen einer der besten Sachen ist, die ich je bestellt habe😋! Nur die Kosten sind bei mir etwas hoch liegt aber glaube ich daran das ich meistens eine Pizza für mehrere Leute alleine esse😅 das Liegt, aber bestimmt daran, dass es so lecker schmeckt🤪.

Einzig und alleine die 3 Sterne weil schnell wie der Blitz neues Essen geliefert wurde. Pizzateig nicht durch !!! Pommes ebenso. Den Belag der Pizza ( Maiskörner zb. )hätte man an zwei Händen abzählen können. Dann das neu gelieferte Essen 😑naja was soll ich sagen fast genau wie das andere nicht vernünftig durch…jedoch ein bisschen mehr Mühe wurde sich bei der Pommes gegeben. Die konnte man beim zweiten Mal essen. Pizza war absolut nicht unser Geschmack!!! … wenn man da überhaupt von Geschmack reden kann -_- bei dem minimal vorhandenem Belag ! Der Käse auf der Pizza war auch kein Highlight Aber sehr verständnisvoll & freundlich am Telefon und ohne zu murren oder meckern wurde neues Essen geliefert. Das war eine tolle Geste denn das ist nicht selbstverständlich!!! Danke dafür

Schade… Wir haben hier das zweite mal bestellt. Beim ersten Mal war die Pizza fast kalt, aber trotzdem noch lecker. Beim zweiten Mal total verbrannt .Die Pizzabrötchen sind auch Geschmacksache. Der Lieferdienst war schnell, dafür drei Sterne. Für die verbrannte Pizza leider kein Stern.

VORSICHT ABZOCKE!!! Fahre extra in den Laden, gucke mir die Preise an 4 € für ein Baguette kein thema, steht auch so im Laden auf der riesen Tafel. Dann bestellt ich, er schiebt er in den Backofen und aus dem nichts kommt aufeinmal von ihm, dass das Baguette 5€ kostet. Ich sag so hier steht überall 4 € er sagt der Laden ist schon seit 20 Jahren ich so dann hätten sie es erneuern müssen und morgen vor meiner Bestellung mitteilen müssen !!! Also unverschämt verarschen die einen, auf deren Seite bekommt man das Baguette für4.5€.

Hab vorhin noch Calzone und Thunfischpizzabrötchen bestellt. Hervorragender Geschmack noch richtig heiss kams an. Sehr gut belegt. Kaum einer hat so lange offen. Bin daher in dreifacher Hinsicht begeistert. Wahnsinnig lecker, in der angegebenen Zeit geliefert (immerhin war es ne Nacht Bestellung) und der Fahrer absolut nett und freundlich. Ich bin begeistert und überzeugt. Ich bestelle ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank ans Team.

Erste mal bei euch bestellt und sicherlich nicht das letzte mal. Pommes waren sehr lecker und super gewürzt, Burger war mega frisch und saftig, Pizza war auch sehr gut. Freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

We did order many times Pizza Bleche 50x30cm. Pizza was always very tasty. Today they decided we need to diet, we got it way to small (with 10 cm minus). Taste great, but isnt the same amount as the order should be.

Was soll ich sagen. Das Hallo gequält, die Motivation 0 und generell fühlt man sich ziemlich unwillkommen wenn man vor Ort ist und etwas zum Mitnehmen zu bestellt. Pizza ist für den Preis okay. Das Schnitzel ist zusammengeklebtes convinience Hähnchen. Konsistenz eher nicht vorhanden und die Hollandaise ist auch nur eine Sahnesoße..... Wer kurz vom Hungertod ist bekommt dort Kalorien. Das war's dann auch schon :/

Essen war warm und lecker. Leider gab es keine Pizzabrötchen mehr aber trotzdem ein schneller kompetenter Service! Vier Sterne!!

Also richtig richtig schlecht die Verpackung war so ein gesaugt vom Öl die pizza ist mir fast aus der Hand gefallen weil es so feucht war und geschmacklich auch nicht so der knaller. Das einzige der Fahrer war sehr nett gewesen darum zwei Sterne
