Pizza Hut Frankfurt, Hauptwache in Frankfurt am Main

A waiter for both restaurants who is supposed to do some of the cooking himself is overcrowded, huge queue, hardly any choice, it's just crazy, homeless people and gypsies everywhere.

I ordered a vegan pizza and then received a pizza with real cheese. Truly unbelievable. You spend over 20 EUR and get one with real cheese. They really don't care about anything. I then ran to the branch and asked the employee what that was about, but there wasn't a single apology, only a "It can happen". But it doesn't matter that I'm allergic to dairy products. Really unbelievable, the last time I ordered there. It's really an outrage. I would advise any vegan not to order there.

Very, very disappointed, what happened to Pizzahut? If anything, maybe a pizza to take away but then with enough cleaning cloths because it's extremely greasy, drinks p...warm. I wouldn't go to the toilet anymore if I was in dire need because I would be afraid for my health. They say what the toilet looks like...I really don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. No joke, very disappointed. We used to enjoy staying with you when we were in Frankfurt, but now we prefer to go to other locations.

Food was okay, but sometimes better. Service was friendly. Pepsi was room temperature and well the toilets were very, very dirty regardless of whether it was male or female.

Non-carbonated and not cold drink

Sehr leckerer Bubble Tea. War erfrischend, hat sehr frisch geschmeckt. Hatte den Thorn Princess Berrie Frappe von der Spy x Family Kollaboration. Bin auch dadurch hier auf The Alley aufmerksam geworden. Wie es aussieht gibt des öfteren solche Kollaborationen mit neuen Geschmacksrichtungen und Kombis. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und nett. Ist ein etwas kleinerer Laden mit begrenzter Anzahl an Sitzplätzen. Ich hatte nicht lange auf meinen Bubble Tea gewartet. Werde definitiv hier öfters vorbei kommen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

I came here 1 week ago, and 30 minutes before closing time on the internet there employees are closing. It’s either they need to adjust their closing time or the employees are closing before time. Today I came to purchase a pizza at 09:02, and the lady tell me the pizzas margarita that I want aren’t there I told here I would wait. This guy came along looking a bit Indian, said to me that they can’t make anymore because they close soon. So between 1 and 1 and half hour before closing time, they decided not to make any more pizza margarita, it’s ridiculous. Poor salesmanship!

I was at this establishment and ordered the menu3 which is a drink and 3 slices of Pizza. The employee made an excuse that the menu was only until 8pm and there was nothing to say and he charged me per slice, it was more expensive than the menu and I still It gave a drink without Gas and the Pizza was completely tasteless and the Dough was dry and full of oil on top of the Pizza.

It's down in Subway with KFC. Pizza noodles are soft and taste really delicious with chicken and salami, especially when fresh

Pizza cold. The coating came off but in a strange way, as if it had already been cold and had just been warmed up again. Because of fresh the edge was completely soft and not fresh, you could taste that it wasn't fresh.

Worst service I've experienced, they didn't want to make a whole pizza because it took too long... Apparently the only branch in Germany

Das Essen war in Ordnung. Generell hat Pizza Hut etwas in der Qualität nachgelassen - aber nichtsdestotrotz noch immer essbar. Der Service dagegen war katastrophal. Lieblos und unmotiviert. Teller zum Teil schmutzig. Auch das Ambiente erinnerte mich eher an ein schäbiges Diner aus schlechten amerikanischen Thrillern, als an ein „Restaurant“

It’s inside the station next to KFC and I had to wait almost 15 mins so some one can take my order and there’s no place to sit, and the place is really depressing and sad atmosphere please make it dine in friendly

Pizza hut is standard but I’m here to review the service??? The counter pizza hut for “take out” is completely disrespectful! I would take the menu instead of 2 slices and he just doesn’t want to do it and force me to pay just for the sake to be “fast”. I rather cancel my appetite rather having disrespect service like this.

Sauberkeit im Restaurant muss noch besser werden mit KFC zusammen z.b eine Renovierung man kann ja immer noch verkauf machen. Besser als skyline plaza.

Gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal und Saubere Zimmer

Es waren mal nicht genug Pizzen übrig für die Leute die an der Schlange standen deshalb wurde uns vom Personal gesagt dass wir einen kleinen Moment warten müssen, was für mich kein Problem war. Alles wurde schnell zubereitet und die Kassierer waren auch sehr freundlich :)) Da diese Pizzeria relativ zentral gelegen ist muss man ab und zu mit ein paar Wartezeiten bzw. vielen Leuten rechnen.

Lange Wartezeiten, da Pizzen aus oder zu alt und man muss daher auf die neue Ladung warten Schlecht ausgeschildert bzw. zu finden beim ersten Mal Hygiene in der Lokalität nur (unteres) Mittelmaß Kleine Auswahl an Pizzen (Pizza Hut halt) Preise sind sportlich (Pizza Hut eben ja ich weiß) Service ist stiefmütterlich und eher desinteressiert

Essen ok, Mitarbeiter konnte aber kaum Deutsch. Ausserdem extrem schwer zu finden. Wollte schon aufgeben, dann dachte ich mir geh doch mal in die U-Bahn Station rein...

Also meine Pizza schmeckte wirklich sehr lecker, wenn auch anders als erwartet( aber im guten Sinne). Aber leider war sie wirklich sehr klein, ich hatte zwar klein bestellt aber sie war nur Handgroß und ich habe sehr kleine Hände…

Schnelle Services, günstige Preise, leckeres Essen

Schwer zu finden wenn man nicht die Örtlichkeit kennt. Ein Hinweis "oben" in der Fußgängerstr. das es unten bei KFC in der U-Bahn zu finden ist wäre hilfreich.
