Pizza Hut in Schwalbach am Taunus

I now consider €23 for a pizza outrageous, especially given that KFC and Pizza Hut are under the same roof, creating a more typical fast-food atmosphere. Therefore, eating there is no longer an option for me. At these prices, one would at least expect well-trained and friendly staff – unfortunately, that wasn't the case either. Overall, the place isn't what it used to be.

I have never experienced such incompetent staff. After about two hours, the employee realized he had canceled my order. No reason was given, and he laughed on the phone and said, "I don't care, ha ha." It's sad that Pizza Hut would hire such an incompetent employee who can't even speak proper German. He couldn't even handle the conversation and hung up. What else can you expect from such a dimwit?

Ordered online and drove there, only to find out it was already closed. Absolutely disastrous service…

This place is an absolute dump, whether it's the food, which was completely cold and dry, or the staff, who are so incompetent and clearly don't care about their jobs. Please do yourselves a favor and avoid this place.

I had a great experience at KFC Eschborn! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—just as you'd expect. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly, polite, and quick with service. I really appreciate the good customer service and the quick preparation. Definitely one of the best KFC branches I've visited in Germany—highly recommended!

Was there yesterday at 10:30 p.m. It was just me at the cash register and the employees ignored me until I asked a bit angrily if I could order something. How can you stand in front of someone and look away just so you don't have to take an order? You can also clean something there.

Most horrendous experience with any Pizza Hut. Ordered through Uber Eats and was told the estimated delivery time would be 20-40min. Relatively normal for delivery so we were not really worried, but as the Uber Eats app told me the driver was not one of theirs, we could not track the delivery. Nearing the 40min mark we called the store multiple times (because they would not pick up at all) and were given the delivery driver's number. Delivery driver told us he was on his way and that we would have our food in about 6 minutes. 30 minutes go by... no food. At this point we had been waiting over an hour for a delivery location that was 15 minutes away at most. Contacted the driver again to cancel the order as it was just getting ridiculous. The driver then tells us he's 3 minutes away, but we were not looking to wait another 30 minutes so just told him to cancel. We contacted Uber Eats customer support to process the refund and they were very quick and kind. At least they are professional, unlike the terrible customer service from Pizza Hut.

Wouldn't even give it a star. We were there a little over half an hour before the official closing time. All they told us was, "No more food." The owner/employee's family appeared to be sitting next to them with some pizza boxes, and the owner/employee was already cleaning up.

Excuse me, but my tuna salad was very disappointing. It had less than a quarter can of tuna, just a few pieces of corn, no beans or onions as expected, and only three halved cocktail tomatoes. For 11–12 euros, that’s unacceptable—the ingredients were worth maybe 2 euros at best, mostly just green salad leaves. Meanwhile, my boyfriend’s pizza cost the same and had more tuna, more tomatoes, and plenty of cheese (which is far pricier than lettuce). This feels unfair and poor value for money.

Ordered 45 minutes in advance. When it arrived, the pizzas weren't even tossed. The colleague had overlooked the order.

Pizza is as you'd expect from pizza Hut. If you order online on their webpage, the order doesn't get to the restaurant. You come to collect your pizza only to realize the order hasn't been received and you need to order again at the counter. It happened several times.

Actually, one star is already too many! A miserable shop. Ordered once, didn't arrive. Ordered the second time, didn't arrive either. They couldn't even reach them by phone. Never again.

I arrived 40 minutes before closing time and no one was there. Apparently, they finish work whenever they want. Pizza is delicious, but the service is terrible! How can you write opening hours that say it's open until 1 a.m., and it was at 12:20 p.m. I waited 20 minutes, but no one came. When I asked a KFC employee, he said he himself said no one is working there anymore!

I've never ordered from you before. The opening hours listed online and on the door are unfortunately incorrect. I was there at 11:15 PM on Monday, even though the shop said it was open until midnight. This is the second time this has happened to me. Apparently, the hours aren't updated regularly, or they close earlier. This is confusing and quite annoying.

Never had any problems there. I cycle there, order, and the pizza is ready shortly after. Just like at the Nordwestzentrum. Top-notch quality.

They don't answer the phone and the food never arrived.

The organization on site is a complete disaster. I pre-ordered online and paid upon pickup. The pizza wasn't ready by the specified pickup time, and the on-site staff failed to communicate with customers. The wait time was an hour or more beyond the stated pickup time. A catastrophic junk shop.

Everything was zero, I waited 2.5 hours

I ordered through Lieferando and they never delivered the Pizzas. After 3 hours of wait and 13 unanswered calls, I formally complained to Lieferando for the delivery & issue of refund. Imagine taking orders and never delivering them.

To save you some money, never order online from this store, i ordered pizza at around 9-10 pm but the food never came. They also charged me for it which was insane(23€). No follow up call, no updates, no door bells, nothing. Absolute garbage service. Delivery dude probably took my food

Why can't you be found in the Pizza Hut app? It's a bit difficult to reach you, and the Pizza Hut website doesn't show you either; it's only accessible via Google Maps. Northwest Center is shown as the closest location.

Mondays until midnight. It says so. But the employee still closes at 10:56 PM, giving only "We're closing now" as his reason. It's a shame, but I don't like driving for free.

Ordered over 2 hours ago via Uber Eats, nothing ever arrived, no one answers the phone, and it says the order has arrived. Unfortunately, I never received it! Never again! Especially since I live practically around the corner... never, never again.

Very long waiting time, no organization... the order is taken but you have no idea when your food will be ready. There are only 2 people working, no towels are included and the taste is not worth the money.

I ordered via Uber Eats 55 minutes ago. When the originally stated delivery time was already exceeded by 20 minutes, I called the restaurant to ask where my food was. The answer: “We prepare it now and then send it off.” I then commented that, according to the app, the food should have been there long ago - and what did I get in response? A threat that my order will be canceled. Just rude and completely unprofessional. I'm really sick of ordering there. Never again.

Dirty - incompetent - unfriendly

It's hard to believe that you have to wait over 2 hours. No updates and no one answers the phone!

The service was very nice and accommodating. The pizzas were ready within 10 minutes. I left out one star because I've eaten better ones before, but I would still go there again.

Regardless, the service was so unfriendly - especially the manager - that I didn't even want the free second product. The behavior of the employees at the Pizza Hut branch in Eschborn is simply unacceptable.

Take away the pizza and onion rings... was yummy... Accept card payment. Next to KFC too. Car Parking as some shopping stores nearby. Just 5 minutes walk from offices

It's stupid that I didn't read the reviews beforehand. Ordered pizza in size M and received S. The employee on the phone simply says complain to Uber Eats. The pizzas also arrived cold and of poor quality. 32€ for 2 pizzas and then something like that.

I ordered by Ubereats but the delivery did not come. the delivery man called and said he arrived infront of our house door but he was not there. I called many times to Pizzahut restaurant but they answered one time out of 10 times calls. we have waited more that 1 hours and talked to ubereats service center that canceled the delivery. very unpleasant experience. I will never order by delivery in Pizzahut eschborn.

Food takes far too long, is dry, burnt and hard. If you have any complaints or comments, you will be told that this is normal.

Just ordered pizza via Liferando for €71, every pizza was burnt and dry, inedible. When I called, they said, "Pizza is always dry and they can't all be burnt," no apology, no exchange offer, nothing. I'll never eat there again and I'll tell everyone that no one goes there anymore. A bottomless impudence what you have to put up with as a customer!!!!!!!!

I ordered from Pizza Hut Eschborn yesterday at 5:37 p.m. via Uber Eats, delivery was supposed to come between 6:00 p.m. and 6:20 p.m. Called the restaurant at 6:50 p.m. – “it’s on its way, Uber has an error”. Still nothing there at 8 p.m.! On the second call, suddenly a new excuse: printer broken, order never received. Had to cancel via Uber and neither Uber nor the restaurant took time to resolve the issue. By the way: Pizza Hut Eschborn is just one corner of KFC Eschborn - unfortunately you can tell that in the service. If you want pizza, you should look for another location. And if possible, use another app! Zero stars if possible!

When we went out, I saw the poster saying that if you buy one cheezy crust you can get a second one for free. When asked, they said that I had to specify this when ordering and that it wouldn't be possible afterwards... it's a shame... you could point out such a promotion to the customer if the poster isn't visibly displayed when they come in.

Worst Customer Service. I ordered a Pizza, after 40 minutes, no delivery, I called them, They told it will reach in 5 minutes. then after 30 minutes I called, they said, Delivery guy just came to pick up! Food packaging was also bad! Pathetic

Food was tasty but cold. Food was ordered at 10:30 p.m. and arrived at 12:15 a.m. The driver was quite annoyed, which is understandable since he was traveling by bike and had to make quite a few stops.

When we ordered at 6:39 p.m. via the Pizzahut site today and arrived at Pizza Hut Eschborn at 6:50 p.m., the order was supposed to be ready 3 minutes later. When we arrived we were told that no order had been received ("we only see orders from Lieferando"). Now we had to place a new order and wait 15 minutes on site. We actually wanted to save ourselves this waiting time... We also found out on site that not all products can be ordered. Service is the focus here 0.0. Very disappointing even though the pizza was very tasty. That was the last time Pizzahut in Eschborn!

Completely overwhelmed employee who has to process orders from Uber Eats, Lieferando and Co alone. I had to wait two hours for my pizza on site, which wasn't mentioned when I ordered via Lieferando. No one is available to answer questions or cancel. If you want to serve all delivery services, you have to plan for more staff - it doesn't work that way.

In my opinion, no delivery service should be offered, there is only 1 driver and you have to expect a delay of at least 1.5 - 2 hours. Until then everything is completely inedible.

I pre-order on the Pizzahut homepage, receive an order number and all confirmations for a specific time in Eschborn and in the store they tell me that they don't have this system, only Lieferando. What's that supposed to mean? I can never reach the store by phone anyway, so I made the effort to pre-order online because the delivery times are incredibly long - especially if you have children. In the future I will probably choose the healthier option and bake it myself, it will be quicker then.

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever been to, the staff were unfriendly and were rather offended that I wanted to order something. They didn't want to sell me a salad but instead went to KFC next door, when I wanted to pay and said bar he asked 3x EC? Place an order through lieferando and was given an estimated delivery time of 15:34. At 16:00 the food had still not arrived. First my son called (I am sick and due to my bad throat it is hard to understand me on the phone) they did not understand him and hung up on him twice. When I called directly afterwards he thought I was my son and accused me of playing around. I clarified that I was the parent and my son called because I was ill. I provided the address and when they came back they asked for the order number. They could not understand the order number and so just hung up. This repeated twice more until I finally got someone else on the phone. This employee sounded passed off the whole time and told me it would be another 30 minutes until we got our food - despite only living a 10 minute drive from the restaurant. No explanation was given for the delay. We just received slightly burnt pizza. Awful customer service

At Pizza Hut I wanted to try the classic pan pizza again after a long time. We regularly go to Pizza Hut in Eschborn, and so far we've been thrilled every time! The service is always quick and friendly, the restaurant is clean and tidy, and the food always tastes great. From the delicious pizzas to the side dishes – everything is right here. Absolute recommendation. Pizza even better than the one in Neu Isenburg

It's great that Pizza Hut is now also housed in the KFC house. Chicken wasn't my thing, but I always liked pizza! The Pizza Hut area is relatively small, but the preparation was super quick and the service was top! Friendly and helpful, very good! The pan pizza comes in a takeaway box, but that's absolutely ok!

We were shocked that oil would be sprayed onto the finished pizza. Of course, pizza is not a healthy food in itself, but you can save yourself that. Everything was floating in fat 😔

Service was good (we ordered ahead and picked it up 15min later on a Saturday around 11 pm). The food (large Margarita and Tuna) was tasty, but a bit too oily - had some stomach issues, so you might want to use less fatty cheese or whatever fats are added. However, overall a good place to get some pizza.

I can't judge the ambience because I only ordered through Lieferando. The pizzas arrived 40 minutes late (ordered at 5:40 p.m. for 7:00 p.m., so there was lead time). The pizzas were dry, cold and tasted of old fat and cheap cheese. I tried to get a refund via Lieferando, the restaurant itself cannot be reached by phone, I made several attempts. I understand that you can't expect fine dining at Pizza Hut. Basically, the pizzas taste good - at least at other Pizza Huts. I will avoid this store in the future and would also advise everyone to avoid the reviews written here (and on Lieferando). I give it 3 stars for the ambience, I only know the store from the outside when driving past.

We have been here 3 times and have nothing to complain about. Ordered different pizzas every time and they all taste wonderful. However, the selection is not particularly large, there is no pineapple pizza or other exotic pieces to be found here. There is also only space for 2 families; you cannot accommodate more than 4 people at a table. Employees seem very friendly, accommodating and do everything properly. We visit this place relatively regularly when we drive past Eschborn; it's perfect for a quick snack!

A shame Pizza Hut You pay for an expensive pizza and they send you another one and then no one is responsible. I don't recommend ordering there if you don't want to get ripped off.

If a store has so many negative reviews, then you should listen to them, I know that now. We ordered via Lieferando. We ate there for the first time - since the shop has recently had a vegan menu, we wanted to try it out. A pizza for €18 is steep, the pizza arrived 1.5 hours later WITHOUT vegan cheese, just tomato sauce with some vegetables. When I called there to clarify the incident, no one answered, I called probably 7 times and let it ring through. Now I hope that Lieferando will refund the money. Besides, the pizza didn't taste good at all. Just greasy and gave us stomach aches.

It's actually quite nice, but it takes a while until you can order even though there's no queue and then you're asked three times what you want. But the pizza itself is very tasty

I ordered via Lieferndo. Unfortunately on the Wednesday before the bridge day. Of course, I forgot to throw away the empty pizza box before leaving for the long weekend. After returning I had an invasion of fruit flies in the kitchen. Hygiene is probably not very important. (Luckily I forgot to throw the box away) So for me the store is a restricted area.

You can't say anything about the taste, but it's incredibly expensive. I have never eaten a pizza for 18 euros in Germany.

We were told that the vouchers for 2 pizzas for the price of one were not possible, after a short discussion the husband explained to the woman that the vouchers were possible!! I think it's good that there were 3 employees there, otherwise only one and then things go wrong. Pizza was really tasty and we'll be back as long as it stays the same as yesterday. It's a shame that the employees don't really know which vouchers are current and which are not. You would have to tell them correctly so that everyone understands it and then there are no discussions with the customers!!

The service is a complete disaster. The employee says there are no coupons or offers in this branch, even though they are on the display and offered. And that an order would take more than half an hour. Furthermore, no coupons were accepted by the employee via cell phone. He seemed very annoyed, stressed and touched the pizzas, counters, money, cash register and everything else with his gloves, which is definitely not hygienic. We will definitely not be ordering here again. There are definitely better places to eat than at this PizzaHut. I can't recommend it to anyone.

Die Pizza schmeckt super, gewohnte pizzahut Qualität, die Bedienung ist immer sehr nett - leider arbeitet sie alleine dort an dem Stand deswegen dauert es meist eine Weile. Heute hat es bei mir ca. 20 min gedauert bis meine 2 Pizzen fertig waren. Am besten vorher immer nachfragen wie lange es ungefähr dauert. Und in der Wartezeit kann man einkaufen gehen bei rewe gegenüber zum Beispiel.

Zum Glück ist KFC im selben Haus… Wurden an der Kasse komplett ignoriert, es wurden wohl irgendwelche Onlinebestellungen eingetippt. Ist ja okay wenn es etwas dauert, da sollte man einem Kunden, der direkt vor eine, steht aber schon eine Rückmeldung geben… Sowas habe ich echt noch nie erlebt.

Gerne hätten wir heute bei Pizza Hut gegessen. Wir standen am Tresen und der Herr an der Theke würdigte uns leider keines Blickes. Er stand nur an der Kasse und tippte irgendwas ein. Nach 5 Minuten der kompletten Ignoranz sind wir wieder gegangen...

Unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Nutzt die selben Räumlichkeiten wie das KFC. Kann man nicht schön sitzen. Zum Abholen ist liegen lassen OK. Ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich esse sehr gerne mal eine Pizza Hut Pizza. Leider ist es bei diesem Pizza Hut so, dass es leider egal ist ob man unter der Woche, tagsüber oder abends oder am Wochenende vorbei kommt um etwas zu bestellen man ewig auf sein Essen warten muss. An einem Sonntag Abend steht eine einzelne Person da, soll Bestellungen annehmen, kassieren und Pizzen zubereiten. Man wartet locker 30-45 Minuten auf eine Pizza. Das nenne ich mal Fast Food! :-/ Werde daher nicht mehr dort hinzufahren und eine andere Filiale versuchen.

Bestellt nicht zum liefern bei denen die sind super unpünktlich das die noch ein Laden haben . Ich bestelle nicht mehr bei euch.
