Very good burgers, one of the best I've had in Stuttgart, a little expensive, but worth it.

The pickles are strange. The non-handmade burgers were too hard from the meat. The BBQ sauce doesn't really suit my taste either. I will order the onion rings again. They should stop by Five Guys to see how delicious something like that can be.

Negative reviews will simply be deleted. Another way to keep average ratings high.

No response to criticism. Except request deletion of the recession.

Poor quality, unfriendly service

Very good, homemade burgers, only the fries are sometimes crispier and sometimes a little mushy. We have ordered online several times and only once did they forget a side dish. After a quick call with a very friendly employee, we not only received the missing insert, but also 2 additional inserts as an apology. Top service! :)

I'm really angry... It can't be that I give them a chance four times and be disappointed four times. What is the text box for other than leaving its allergens? Leaving out the onions seems like a lot of effort. I'm standing at home now, I was looking forward to my lunch and I'm starving. In addition, no one answers the phone there for a chance to get lunch. It's a shame, really a shame. 14€ just thrown out the window again. I really hope those affected see this post and I either get my money back or a burger that I can tolerate. Given 4x the chance was definitely too much. If the service doesn't change, I won't be ordering there again anytime soon.

Doesn't quite suit my taste. The buns sometimes seem a bit dried out and I personally like it when there are a lot of vegetables on the burger and that's something people tend to skimp on here. I haven't been to any other Pit's Burgers so I can't say whether it's this place or the whole chain.

Good in itself, but sometimes the food was already slightly cooled down.

We ate there for the first time today with my wife and children. The selection of burgers and side dishes is outstanding! The quality of the ingredients is top! Not to forget, the ambience, the price and also the staff are amazing. Children are definitely welcome! We'll definitely come back more often. :)

The food tastes great. We had a Classic Hamburger with bacon and a Classic Cheeseburger with fries. Really great. Only the delivery times leave something to be desired. You sometimes wait over an hour for the food you ordered... that really gets negative points.

Quality varies greatly. Sometimes it tastes like being on cloud 9. And then again quality like in the picture. Almost every order is slightly wrong. Wrong drink or none at all. Cucumbers are on the wrong burger and are missing somewhere else. Or the entire menu for the daughter is missing. At least the ketchup or mayo is missing. We also got the sweet potato fries with cheese instead of fries. Which, according to the site, can't actually be ordered :-D But the last order was so different and bad that we will take a longer break. The handmade coleslaw burger was usually dripping with sauce. And now there wasn't even a teaspoon on it. And the entire delivery tasted amazing to everyone. Too bad. Actually you can.

The best burger in the area. I've been here several times, it always tastes delicious, the portion is decent as a menu and the service is friendly and, above all, fast. Anyone who orders their menu from the fast food chain in Köngen cannot be helped. Clear recommendation, whether lunch or evening.

Ordered via Lieferando, delivery time on a Sunday evening (1 hour) was fine. Unfortunately we received the wrong delivery. After a call, we had the burgers delivered half an hour later. Unfortunately we received no apology or compensation. The Smashed Burger (NY) was dry because there was no sauce but that was what it said in the description. The BBQ bacon burger was delicious. Unfortunately, the fries were cold and instead of twice, mayonnaise only came once. Drinks were cold.

Discovered by chance while passing by, a very good culinary experience, quality burgers, well stocked and beautiful presentation. Waitress at the top, pleasant and caring. Fair prices. Good address.

Been there almost every week since it opened, but today was the last time. On the way to the counter, a person jumped up to quickly pay in front of me. Then the next person came who just wanted to pay quickly when I was already ready to order. When the third person stood up and wanted to pay, but I wanted to order first, I was told by the counter staff that I could first bill the group (2-3 other people) who were now all gathered around the counter. Personal friendships are nice, but as a customer everyone should be treated equally.

The food is delicious, but the team still has a lot to learn when it comes to service and customer service. Ordered there for the second time and a number of things were missing again. The delivery took 2 hours, but that's understandable on a Sunday evening. What I don't understand is how you can forget someone who obviously wants to complain on the phone for 5 minutes and then have to call that person again to complain. I also found the way the complaint was handled unprofessional, neither an apology nor the driver knew where to deliver and rang the doorbell throughout the entire apartment building. Just a shame...

Were here for the first time, but definitely not the last. The burgers were very tasty and all dishes were super fresh. The buns are fluffy, the sauces on the burgers are spicy and delicious, and the cheese sauce is simply amazing. Really excellent all around and highly recommended. The service was also very good. Super friendly, quick and accommodating. Keep it up.

In Germany for 3 years. The tastiest citizen yet Taste great. Price good. It was freshly prepared in 4 minutes. And the young lady at the service was very, very friendly and polite. I recommended it to my friends And clean too. Restaurant feeling for a bargain 5⭐️

We ordered twice. The first time everything was great and very tasty. The second time the food came 45 minutes later, the lunch break was over, the fries were cold, the burger was mashed and had less toppings than the first order. When asked, the response was unfriendly. We won't be ordering anymore.

Waren gerade dort und haben 30min auf unser Essen gewartet (2 Burger und einmal Pommes). Kunden die nach uns den Laden betreten haben, haben ihr Essen bereits erhalten. Mit unseren haben die nichteinmal begonnen. Sind wieder gegangen und gehen jetzt zu einer anderen Filiale dieser Kette wenn die Mitarbeiter es dort nicht auf die Reihe bekommen richtigen Service zu liefern.

Very, very tasty food, a wonderful atmosphere, very good service. You are always treated well. Everyone is treated equally, which is unfortunately no longer the case these days. The price-performance ratio is top. I'll definitely go there several more times, that's for sure!

Leider kann man nicht dazu viel sagen, essen war leider echt nicht gut da kann Mc Donalds mehr mithalten. Mitarbeiter inkompetent. Essen hat auch sehr lange gedauert bis es fertig war. Also an jeden der hier essen gehen möchte rate ich davon ab.

Die Burger sind sehr lecker, obwohl es mittlerweile so viele Burgerläden gibt, schmeckt dieser doch besonders gut. Ganz Frisch und qualitativ super. Die Pommes sind schön kross und wurden ganz heiß serviert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The food was not worth the money. I was ignored by the server for 30 minutes, so the service could use some improvement.

Erstes mal Bestellt. 19:26 Uhr ging die Bestellung über Lieferando raus und um 20:36 sollte die Bestellung spätestens da sein. Habe dann um 20:46 Uhr gefragt wo die Bestellung bleibt und es hieß die Bestellung sei längst unterwegs. Da war mir klar, dass das essen kalt ankommen wird und habe noch 10 min gewartet aber am ende die Bestellung abgelehnt, da der Fahrer erst um 21 Uhr da war. Schade, klang sehr lecker aber unter diesen umständen unzumutbar.

Super leckerer Burger, nettes Personal, alles sauber. Kann ich vorbehaltlos empfehlen

Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und sehr sauber. Prima doppelter Bacon Burger mit Chalapenios und alles was es braucht.

Also ich kenne fast jeden Burger, von Burgerläden in den näheren Orten oder auch in den nächsten größeren Städten. Ich habe mir den Classic Burger und den Homemadeburger liefern lassen mit pommes. Die Burger waren so saftig, frisch und lecker. Die lieferung war extrem schnell und die pommes waren noch warm, knusprig und golden. Ich würde euch den handmade empfehlen, dieser war so frisch und lecker. Das brot sieht vlt. Auf den ersten blick hart und trocken aus... aber im gegenteil, frisch weich und lecker. Auf den Bildern war aber immer frischer salat zu sehen, leider war der salat bei der Lieferung nicht vorhanden, ich denke weil er sonst warm und lasch wird. Also kein Minuspunkt, sondern mitgedacht. Also burger waren echt gut.

Leckere Burger bevorzugt als Combo mit Fries und Softdrink. Atmosphäre jedoch wenig einladend.

Nicht geheizt und die Musik war viel zu laut für die mittagszeit

Freitagabend 19 Uhr bestellt. 15- 20 min schon geliefert. War voll überrascht. Preise sind noch so ok- auch wenn manches doch etwas hoch angesetzt ist. Alles gut warm ausser den BBQ Chicken wings. Die Burger echt SUPERKLASSE und da bin ich sehr kritisch, da ich mich auf dem Gebiet auskenne. Es war alles echt klasse- sogar die Pommes waren noch lange knusprig. Einziger Hinweis.... mehr Nachos auf den Burger, da sie schnell weich werden und dann der Crunsh fehlt. Kleines bisschen mehr Knobi und Guarcamole. Aber dennoch echt ToP. Nächstes mal kommen wir IN den Laden zum Ambiente sehen. Lach Macht weiter so!!!

Ganz ohne Erwartungen sind wir positiv überrascht worden 😊 Das Essen war lecker und frisch zu bereitet. Vor allem die Pommes waren top 👌🏼 Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bei den Verpackungen wird auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet 😊

Die Bürgerbrötchen sind super lecker, das Rindfleisch schmeckt nicht talgig wie oftmals bei bekannten Ketten, lediglich der Crispychicken war nicht wirklich crispy. Wie beim letzten Mal auch wurde die angegebene Lieferzeit wieder deutlich unterschritten!!!! Und das am Samstagabend. Macht bitte weiter so und wir werden noch häufiger bestellen

Meinen Hamburger fand ich zu scharf gepfeffert und ich finde den Preis für drei Burger Menüs mit 42 Euro nicht gerechtfertigt. Leider ist es heute immer schwierig egal wo ein vernünftiges Preis Leistungsverhältnis zu bekommen. Die Leute wo uns bedient haben waren sehr freundlich und angenehm. Also trotzdem ein Dankeschön.

Die Burger sind gut, das weiß man. Aber ich hab einfach gerade einen Burger mit Sonderwunsch innerhalb von 14 Minuten geliefert bekommen ab Bestellzeitpunkt. Stark!!!

Wir hatten vier Burger bestellt, Pommes, Onion Rings und Coleslaw. Die Bilder auf der Webseite sind ehrlich, man bekommt was man sieht. Geschmack sowie Preis Leistung sind ok. Die Lieferung war schnell und problemlos. Leider war auf keinem der Burger Salat zu finden. Wir waren etwas verwundert.

Bester Burger im Umkreis! Super lecker, frisch und sehr sehr nettes Personal. Preislich tip top! Beste Pommes 🍟. Wir gehen regelmäßig zum Burger essen hin und geschmacklich kommt da so schnell kein anderer Laden ran! Weiter so 👏🏼.

Wir wollten vor Ort essen. Dauer 45min bis zum Essen auf dem Tisch, obwohl wir nach 30 min reklamiert haben. Personal freundlich, aber ahnungslos. Woraus ein Salat besteht, musste erst in Erfahrung gebracht werden. Die Burger waren salzig und nicht wie auf der Karte beschrieben. Keine Sauce, kein Ei….! Es war immer gut, aber nach heute war’s das mit Pit! Meine Frau hat auf einen Salat 45 min gewartet - die Burger waren schneller da. Sowas geht gar nicht!

Deutlich besser als der Ableger in Denkendorf! Wir hatten aufgrund häufiger negativer Erfahrungem lange überlegt ob wir dem Wendlinger Pit eine Chance geben sollen, wurden aber definitiv nicht enttäuscht! Essen super lecker, Personal freundlich, alles top wie es sein soll!

Echt gut. Bin in Wendlingen gestrandet und bereue es nicht. Jedoch ist das Bier Recht teuer.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Mein Cheeseburger und Chilli cheese Fries waren lecker. Bestellen gerne wieder. Schade das man keinen "richtigen" Bacon dazu ordern kann, sondern nur Rinderbacon. Antwort auf Antwort des Inhabers: Tut er nicht! Nichtmal ansatzweise 🙂 Darf man fragen warum es nur Rinderbacon gibt?

Wir haben hier recht spät Abends noch über Lieferando bestellt und da es ein Problem mit meiner Bestellung gab (aus Unachtsamkeit meinerseits) wurde ich direkt angerufen, sodass es geklärt werden konnte. Absolut lieber und zuvorkommender Service, die Burger waren extrem schnell da und auch sehr lecker. Wir bestellen hier auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Burger war sehr lecker und der Service war ebenfalls perfekt, ohne Nachfrage wurde direkt Ketchup angeboten. Auch die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Ich werde auf jeden Fall öfter herkommen.
