Das Essen war lecker und von guter Qualität, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Man zahlt hier hauptsächlich für die Lage und die entsprechende Kundschaft aufgrund des Golfplatzes. Die Aussicht ist weitläufig und wunderschön. Leider mussten wir sehr lange auf unsere Bestellung warten, obwohl das Restaurant nicht besonders voll war.

Waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder im Restaurant. Wollten nur Dessert und Espresso. Wir fragten den Kellner nach Dessert und er erzählte uns was es gibt,da wir aber etwas von der Tages Tafel wollen,fragten wir direkt nach diesem Dessert. Ja, wir fielen ihm ins Wort,und er bat uns dann(nicht sehr höflich)ihn ausreden zu lassen. Ok,kann man auch normal sagen,wir sind keine schwer erziehbare Kinder. Dann fragten wir nach Rechnung ,warteten eine halbe stunde (sagten es zu zwei Damen wir würden gerne bezahlen),kam dann dieser Kellner wieder und sagte den Preis und fragte ob er noch was drauflegen darf?????(trinkgeld) Wir geben immer Trinkgeld,aber nicht wenn man so behandelt wird. Ich arbeite selber als dienstleister,und nicht jeder Kunde/Gast liegt einem,aber professionell sollte man schon sein. Sorry,das musste gesagt werden.

Wir waren zum 60 Geburtstag eingeladen und konnten a la carte bestellen. Jedes Gericht war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Personal freundlich, tolles Ambiente, zu empfehlen.

Wir waren schon einige Male im Restaurant am Golfplatz und immer sehr zufrieden. Hier passt alles: Ausgezeichnete Küche - sehr freundlicher, kompetenter Service - wunderbare Lage - Wohlfühlatmosphäre - gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Alle Speisen schmeckten ausgezeichnet, die Zutaten waren frisch und qualitativ gut. Die Teller waren sehr schön angerichtet. Wir kommen wieder!

Gut essen kann man hier. Im Sommer eine schöne Terrasse mit tollem Blick in die Landschaft. Das Personal könnte distanzierter sein.

Long waits for food on a Sunday afternoon, well over an hour, but the food was delicious, the portions were just about adequate, the prices were upscale, and the ambiance on the terrace was fantastic in the summer....

We had a wonderful day with a delicious buffet. The restaurant team is simply fantastic and attentive, friendly, and professional. We would especially like to highlight the owner, who accommodated all our requests and thus contributed significantly to the success of the day. We highly recommend the restaurant to anyone, whether for a private event or simply for an enjoyable dining experience.

Especially in summer, when the weather is nice, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Tag and the Swabian Alb. The food was delicious, and we received good service.

We celebrated our birthday and had a very loving and very tasty 5-course menu. In between we go for both lunch and dinner and it is always delicious. The team at the golf club is very friendly and in a good mood across the board!! I'm always happy to be there and would happily recommend it to others.

We have eaten here a few times and celebrated festively here with family and friends. We have been thrilled with the food and service so far. We were there again on Sunday afternoon. It was full to capacity. At first we were even happy about it. We could hardly have a conversation because of the noise from the guests. The service was good and attentive despite the crowds. Only one or two expressions made me a little taken aback, but it was meant in a friendly way. The pumpkin soup, actually a strength of the kitchen, was borderline salty. Everything about the ox cheeks was first class, except for the chanterelles and sauce. The meat was tender, the tomatoes were sweet and the polenta puree was to die for. It's a shame if two ingredients, like the soup, were slightly oversalted. The duck was also good, but the skin was leathery and should have been crispier. Many people order the nice price schnitzels, which, by the way, taste good. The restaurant is too expensive for the noise and poor seasoning. Even the beautiful view is no longer enough to compensate. When you then have to look at guests with one hand on their crotch and the other bored, pushing French fries into their cheeks, I wonder whether I'm still part of the target group here. If you want to enjoy it, you should come outside of prime time. Maybe then the price-performance ratio will be better.

The food was ice cold and came very late. There was a nail in my salad and I was very disgusted by it. I definitely wouldn't recommend it!

Simply a great restaurant with great service

Looks like more, the menu is limited and the composition is unique. Unfortunately the quality is not as expected and the taste is not appealing. Service friendly but a bit strange. Absolutely not worth it.

Great location. The food was reasonably priced and the service was good. My burger was quite average for German burgers, but everything else that we ordered was very good. The atmosphere was incredible and the (well maintained) playground kept my son entertained.

What can I say, I've heard a lot of good things about it and now I've convinced myself ;-) The location with the large terrace and view of the forest and meadow is great!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, quick and not intrusive. The food on the menu is limited, but it tastes really great. It's better to have a manageable menu and top products than 100 dishes that don't all taste good ;-) So we'll definitely come back.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but the snack bar was on site, what a shame! We then enjoyed the wonderful view with drinks and will certainly come again to enjoy the food with the warm view 👍👍

I spent a few wonderfully relaxing hours with an excellent meal and in a wonderful ambience. My thanks go to the kitchen staff who prepare these excellent dishes and the service staff for their nice, attentive service. A real oasis of well-being that is topped with a view of the beautiful landscape of the Swabian Alb. I will gladly come again.

We always enjoyed going to the restaurant to eat. Were always very satisfied. But since we have a dog, we won't go to the restaurant anymore. Just because there was one or two incidents involving dogs, all dog owners are now excluded. We are more than disappointed by this measure and not just us.

It's so beautiful with the view and everything is top class 🫶 If you don't play golf, you might be skeptical about whether you can just go there... YES, you can have bowling pins and a dog with your child and not only eat very well - you can also just enjoy your time there with coffee and delicious cake - exactly that We did that too - the one star deduction is only because of today's normal prices but it's definitely worth it - it's just not a snack bar 😉 but the fries are A1 and the little playground is really nice Big praise for the service - you are really worth thanking - even when guests are difficult due to handicaps, you are very accommodating and friendly ❤️🫂👏 Thank you until next time

A visit to the restaurant on the Schulerberg (Wendlingen/Kirchheim golf course) is always an experience. Great views and more than enough parking spaces. And in summer there is a wonderful terrace with a beautiful view of the Alb. Food and drinks absolutely very good quality. Extensive menu, seasonally adjusted and a tasty daily meal during the week. The drinks and wine list is also very extensive. Not to be forgotten is the very attentive service and the pleasant atmosphere. All in all, a restaurant you'll want to come back to.

A ray of hope in local gastronomy! One of the best roasts I've had in a long time. The Swabian tapas are a good idea and well implemented. The service was warm, forward-looking and quick. Well, not cheap, but worth every cent.

You can eat excellent food in a beautiful atmosphere. Lots of down-to-earth Swabian dishes, but also dishes with a certain twist. It's also nice to sit outside and watch the golfers. We always like to come back because the service is very friendly.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal dort und bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal. Essen war top und qualitativ hochwertig. Service: Nur kleiner Hinweis, dass die Teller doch erst abgeräumt werden sollen, wenn alle mit dem Essen feritg sind.

Wir wollten nur etwas trinken und haben uns in die Sitzecke gesetzt. Die Terrasse war voll und im Nebenzimmer war eine Veranstaltung. Für die Bedienungen war sehr viel zu tun. Trotzdem sind wir sehr zügig und freundlich bedient worden. Danke dafür!

Eine der schönsten Terassen in der Umgebung. Freier Blick auf den Albtrauf mit Teck und Neuffen, den Fernsehturm und das Neckartal. Sehr leckere schwäbisch geprägte Küche. Toller Service und faires Preisleistungsverhältnus.

Wir haben vergangenen Samstag unseren Doppelgeburtstag mit knapp 50 Personen hier gefeiert und sowohl wir als auch unsere Gäste waren rundum begeistert. Vom Sektempfang, italienischem Buffet bis zum Mitternachtsimbiss war alles nicht nur optisch ein Genuss. Ein großes Lob an ALLE und absolute Weiterempfehlung. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, auch gerne einfach mal nur so.

Wunderschönes Restaurant mit schönem Umfeld.

Preis Leistung hinkt gewaltig. Beim Schnitzel wird am Fleisch sehr die Sparschraube angesetzt, was eigentlich nicht zu dieser Kategorie Restaurants passt.Um es vorweg zu nehmen, kann man diesbezüglich auch nicht mit Qualität argumentieren, da 3 Salatblätter beim kleinen gemischten und ein ausschließlich nach Panade schmeckendes Minischnitzel aufgrund sehr dünner Fleischeinlage gewiss kein Qualitätsmerkmal sein kann. Das Servicepersonal und das Ambiente hat jedoch überzeugt.
