It was once again excellent! Every time we are in Munich, at least one visit to the Piazzetta is mandatory. Extremely delicious food, great service and typical Italian hospitality. We love it!

From now on my favorite Italian restaurant🤩 Great ambience, super nice service and great food. This is exactly how I imagine an evening like in Italy. We really enjoyed the evening and will be back soon🤩

Unfortunately, polite service cannot be expected at this place. But then who can enjoy their food? I will certainly never visit this store again.

I enjoyed my meal. The prices were reasonable. It was very clean. The only caveat was the staff were not the most friendly.

Unfortunately, reservations are no guarantee that you will get a table at the agreed time. For us it happened after 20 minutes. But this was preceded by the fact that we had to wait and watch as a spontaneous group of 5 (who, mind you, came after us and were initially turned away) were offered the next free table, while later we were given a small table for 2 plus a makeshift stool was prepared in the draughtiest place right in front of the restaurant door. After some of the staff noticed our irritated faces, we were at least allowed to sit at a normal table. We were at the table 20 minutes after making the reservation. There was no sign of gratitude - free drinks, espresso, anything - from the waiters. Afterwards we had a normal breakfast. Maybe we didn't look profitable enough.

Worst pizza of my life. Even a ristorante Supermarkt pizza would be better! We had the buffalo mozzarella and a salami pizza. Honestly, the salami tasted terrible and the tartufo was greasy and tasted like an old shoe. Also, the tables are so close together you don’t really have privacy at all and could eat from your neighbors plate. Stay away.

The service is impeccable: all the waiters and dining room staff are extremely professional and friendly, but the waiter Nicola deserves a special mention. His kindness and his way of treating customers with special care make the experience even more pleasant. You can see that Nicola loves his job and is committed to making every guest feel at home. The location of the restaurant is central, easy to reach, and finding parking is not particularly difficult, a positive aspect considering the area of ​​Munich. The prices are in line with those typical of the city, but for the quality it offers, I honestly expected to spend more. Highly recommended for those looking for excellent Italian cuisine in a welcoming and familiar environment. I will definitely return whenever I want a corner of my home in Munich.

Had dinner there 2 nights. The 1st night we reserved due to menu and proximity to our hotel. We were very pleased with the food and service so we returned the following night. The staff remembered us and welcomed us very pleasantly, but also remembered our meal from the prior night. Highly recommend.

Gorgonzola and walnuts with rosemary and onions 9/10 Spicy salami with vinegared peppers. 7.5/10 HTB Beer 8.5/10 Tiramisu 9/10 Panna cotta 9/10 Creme brule 8/10 and then there's him -> MIMMO The Calabrian waiter who speaks German better than Italian Rating = 10 cum laude good, nice, intelligent... only flaw is he's a Milan fan. You can't have everything in life 😀

A highly frequented restaurant. We opened there on Friday, September 13th, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. We got the last table with the requirement to be ready by 8 p.m. Because then the next pre-order came. I can only recommend this Italian restaurant. But to be on the safe side, please book a table. The restaurant is not located on Rosenheimer Platz. This was real Sicilian cuisine. The next time I come to Munich-Haidhausen, I will visit the restaurant again.

I had tuna pizza which was great, other dishes were good too, but nothing special (pizza regina and rigatoni piazzetta). Service could be better. Waiters are polite, but not very attentive (it tooks us a while to get a receipt).

Incredible! We just sat down at a free table and were ignored by the waiter for 10 minutes. Finally when we asked if we could order, the harsh answer came: NO! ... I would like to spare the readers the rest of the waiter's extremely rude communication, including his explanation as to why he was in a bad mood. Just go somewhere else, that was our conclusion.

We spontaneously decided on this restaurant in beautiful Haidhausen and got a great place outside. The Piazzetta is a family business that has been around for over 20 years. Dolce Vita is lived here and the finest Italian dishes are served. We are really absolutely thrilled! The menu offers both classics such as fresh pastas and Roman pizza. In addition, there is a daily changing menu, which shows that the Piazzetta can definitely also do excellent fine Italian cuisine. We would particularly like to highlight the pasta made from the Parmesan wheel, the meat and fish creations and the heavenly dessert. In addition, the family atmosphere and uncanny hospitality is great. We felt super comfortable and the numerous regular guests here speak for themselves.❤️ So if you long for Italy again, just visit the Piazzetta. It^s normally very good a very good restaurant, but the pizza I ordered was completely undercooked. Guys, if I want a pancake I will order a pancake ! Pizzas are not supposed to be raw droopy dough... Grill your pizzas more please.

I went for lunch here with my Italian friend. We had pizza and pasta and both were excellent as well as the nice waiters. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant. My review is also confirmed by my Italian friend, so there you go :) and they have a good selection of vegetarian options.

Wir kamen gegen 20:30Uhr und hatten Glück, zwei Plätze waren noch frei. Was uns sehr gefreut hat . Da es sehr voll war :) . Das Essen war ausnahmslos lecker und der Service der Angestellten hat riesen Spaß gemacht. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Abend . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder .

I discovered this restaurant by chance as all the others were fully booked and I wasn't disappointed. The food is phenomenally good. We were present as a small group and everyone was very enthusiastic. The staff, especially our server Domenico, were very accommodating and super friendly. It's a slightly smaller restaurant, the tables are close together and so you have to expect a certain level of noise. We lost something when we left and the restaurant called us immediately. Thanks for that. We will be back.

Appetizer platter is excellent. Unfortunately the main course was quite cold, but tasted good. The service could be a bit better.

Delicious pizza in front of a beautiful fountain with lots of people-watching and plenty of outdoor seating. One of the very few places where we were able to find good red primitivo wine. The Aperol Spritz was great too. We ordered a Diavola and Margarita pizzas and both were delicious. The waiter was excellent and treated us very well despite our lack of German. 100% recommended for lunch and dinner.

Die Wartezeiten auf das Essen, unabhängig der Tageszeit, ist leider nicht in Ordnung. 90 Minuten für Vorspeise und eine einfache Pizza, sind zu lange. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, könnte aber wesentlich präsenter sein. Der Außenbereich ist nett, innen ist es eher kühl. Wer solides Essen erwartetet, is(s)t hier richtig, geschmackliche Überraschungen und „wow Momente“ gibt es jedoch keine.

Im Freien war max die Hälfte, vielleicht ein Drittel der Tische besetzt. An einen der unbesetzten Tische an der Sonne durfte ich nicht, da es hier nur Vierertische gab. Ich müsse an einen Zweiertisch. Die leicht mürrische Bedienung hat emotionslos zur Kenntnis genommen, dass ich dann lieber weiterziehe als im Schatten zu sitzen.

Il mio ristorante italiano preferito a Monaco. Locale a gestione familiare con super prodotti e personale fantastico. Bellissimo in estate, pizza e birra all’aperto in una delle location più esclusive di Monaco.

Toller Italiener am Weißenburger Platz. Man sitzt ganz nett draußen (an der Straße) drinnen ist auch OK aber kein Design-Higlight. Jedoch lenkt auch so nichts vom sehr leckeren Essen ab 😊

Wir haben dort lecker gegessen ,sehr freundliche Bedienungen .Aber was der Chef sich dort erlaubt hat ,ist grenzwertig . Wir haben beobachten können,dass dieser, mindestens 3 Mal , von Tellern und Platten ,die aus der Küche zur Essensausgabe gereicht wurden , Essen mit den Fingern runter genommen hat und dieses unter dem Mundschutz in seinen Mund gesteckt hat. Anschließend hat er diese Teller an die Gäste serviert.Weiter Tische mit schmutzigen Geschirr abgeräumt und den Gästen kassiert ,ohne Hände zu desinfizieren, anschließend wieder von den Tellern ,die an die Gäste serviert wurden ,Essen probiert ,mit den Fingern ! Das geht gar nicht! Desweiteren konnte man in die Küche schauen und dabei den Koch beim Anrichten auf die Teller beobachten, wie dieser ebenfalls mit seinen Fingern ,das servierfähige Essen probiert hat . Generell ein No Go ,zu Corona Zeiten ,sowieso . Wirklich sehr leckeres Essen,wir wären gerne wiederkommen,aber sowas geht gar nicht!

Bin geschäftlich oft in München, und freue mich jedes Mal auf einen Besuch im Piazzetta. Ob mit Freundinnen oder Kollegen, ich war noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen sehr lecker, Tageskarte sehr zu empfehlen, der Service wie man ihn sich wünscht. Danke, denn das ist leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich.

Small restaurant (about 18 tables). Service was excellent and the prices reasonable. Pizzas and pastas are around $10-12. Other dishes are more expensive. I ordered a carpacious and it was delicious. I'm celiac and I was dreaming with a gluten free pizza. Sadly, their pizzas are not gluten free, but they have gluten free pasta which was really good. Overall a nice experience.

Every time I visit Munich, I’m sure to come eat at Piazzetta a few times! The owners & staff are warm and welcoming and the food is amazing!! It’s like eating in Italy without having to take a flight there. The food is always fresh and tasty with their products directly from Italy. I love coming here to eat every chance I get!
