Very friendly Mexican restaurant. Special mention for the cocktails. The dining room is pleasant, although a little dark, and the service is super attentive. A lovely place.

I spontaneously celebrated my birthday at Pequeño! When I made the online reservation, there were only 5 seats available at the desired time, and I left my number with a request for a callback! The chef personally called me back quickly and made it possible for me to invite 10 people. Thank you again. The food is delicious and the portions are generous! Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive with the service. The cocktails were amazing, and lots of tequila was on the house! Big thanks to the entire team.

Was very surprised at how good the good was- we had the nachos original which was a perfect portion for us 5 people. Then the quesadillas pyramidos was very good, with a large portion size. The enchilada pollo was also good with a lot of cheese but they preferred my quesadillas. We also had the tubes mixtos which were very cripsy and yummy too. We ordered a few pitches of classic margaritas and mango daiquiri. They both were delicious. The service was also fast, professional and very kind. We would love to come here again!

Delicious food, pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, and outdoor seating. On our last visit, there was some confusion with the billing and a drink order was overlooked, but everything was within reason. Feel free to try it for yourself.

The food was okay. I was expecting more Mexican food, but it was fine. They have Augustiner beer, which is always a big plus. The waiters obviously need to improve their skills, and the kitchen needs to prepare orders a bit more quickly. Overall, it was OK, and we'll stop by again sometime to check on how things are going.

The waiter here was very smiley and friendly. We loved the mexico plate and the chicken enchiladas. I specifically really liked the fries on the mexico plate idk what they added but it tasted really nice. We did not get fajitas but the other tables did and it smelled really good, so we will definitely try those if we ever return. Loved the alcohol ratio on the Mojito and its size lol (i had a jumbo). It was really refreshing. They also offered free tequila shots to me and my boyfriend, as well as a side salad. The food was very filling. I would recommend the enchiladas.

We wanted to go to a Mexican restaurant and decided on this one: a great choice! The food was delicious, and the young lady serving us was super nice and friendly! In the photo, you can see my fajitas mixtos after I'd already eaten two... so the portions are more than enough, even for big eaters 😉 We were able to eat outside in the beautiful weather; the terrace is nice on the sidewalk, but not on the main street, which is a huge advantage.

As Americans living in München, it has been a challenge to find good Mexican/Tex-Mex food. This place does not disappoint with the food and the cocktails being one of the best values we have found in Munich

Being from South Carolina, USA, we have exposure there to excellent and authentic Mexican foods. While I haven't found what I would consider real authentic Mexican food in Munich, Pequeno does very nice in offering tasty Mexican dishes in a friendly, clean environment from a great wait staff. The "street style corn on the cob" was great! We would not hesitate to visit again.

We celebrated my wife's birthday and had dinner here with 4 people and 2 children. Service was very accommodating, even towards the children, always present but not intrusive. Great food! We will come again!

For me, Pequeño is not just a restaurant, but a real experience! No matter whether we celebrated birthdays here or met again as a group after a long time - the service has always been absolutely first class and has been since the store opened! The entire team is incredibly warm and attentive, making you immediately feel welcome. The shop owner himself is an entertainer through and through. He goes above and beyond to entertain his guests and makes it clear that first-class service is a matter close to his heart. You can just feel that he lives and loves his job! The food is also excellent - as a big fan of Mexican cuisine, I can only say that the dishes here are authentic and taste great. The quality and ambience make you feel like you are on a little culinary journey. Even the audience contributes to the positive atmosphere: polite, nice people who round off the harmonious overall picture. There's really nothing I could say negatively here. If you are looking for an unforgettable evening with good food, a great atmosphere and excellent service, Pequeño is the right place for you! We will test this again! Cocktails were great, food was great. Prices Munich usual. Service was very planned for us. We had to complain or exchange several things because a was ordered and b was delivered. As a goodie, we each received a stamp request, which was great, but I would always prefer to have what I ordered without any consultation 😉 It was also a bit loud at times. And with the reservation there was a bit of stress, then after 2 hours or so we had to move to a table with another reservation. Which is basically OK, but despite calling a few days in advance, you would have to clarify it again on site. As written at the beginning - when we have time we will test it again. Rating will then be updated. I still recommend it because the cocktails are really great and the food is great too.

I recently ended up there through a friend. During the week. It was quite quiet at first, but it is advisable to make a reservation because later it became full and people were already waiting for their tables. Service was friendly and quick. I liked the food and my girlfriend goes there often. Gladly again 👌🏻

Ambiance good, service nice. Unfortunately, the margaritas are far too warm and the salt rim is reminiscent of snow on the windshield. Unfortunately the "guacamole" is not, but at most a green guaca-style sauce. If it weren't for these little things, I would only recommend it!

Overall it was great, unfortunately the long waiting time and the narrow seating meant that the really great food and the good cocktails lost some of their feel-good factor. The waitresses were also very friendly. Shortening the waiting time and creating more privacy for the guests is really great! We're here almost every weekend and it's fantastic every time. The food is freshly made and tastes great. The waiters and the boss are very accommodating and super friendly! The ambience is suitable for almost any event. The drinks in particular are great, extremely inexpensive and even cheaper at happy hour. Music is very relaxed and not too intrusive.

We were eating here yesterday, we didn't have a reservation and therefore couldn't sit outside, but it was also cozy inside, we ordered the following dishes, Whole Mexico Platter, Fajitas Mixtos, Tacos Atun and Tostado Pollo. Cocktails 🍸we ordered the following, Madonna Jumbo, Coconut Kiss, Mosquito Jumbo. We were very enthusiastic about the food and the cocktails, I don't think the prices are expensive either, the large 0.5 liter cocktails cost 7.90 euros, happy hour is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. We will definitely come back, but then we will reserve a table as everything outside was full. The service staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Very cool bar with delicious cocktails and a cool crew

Not what I expected or hoped for. So loud it was hard to hold a conversation and so crowded that people kept bumping into my chair. Sitting nicely is something else... as far as the food is concerned, unfortunately it's an even bigger disappointment: Mexican only in appearance, and only partially. I often ate in restaurants in Mexico, but what was served in Pequeño had nothing to do with real Mexican food. They didn't even have Cholula on the table for seasoning and other Mexican spices didn't find their way into the food or onto the table. Too bad. Three stars only for the service: nice but very pub style, not suitable for a place where you also eat and has an extensive menu.

The enchiladas were huge - but also very tasty! The cocktail (Touchdown was super tasty - sour but not too much... very drinkable. The service was super attentive and awesome - we felt very comfortable

I liked it very much, but my companion didn't like it very much. The food is very tasty, others say overly seasoned and greasy. The truth probably lies somewhere in between. Huge selection of cocktails in different sizes. Appropriately furnished inside. The bar garden could be nicer, but it serves its purpose.

The food is good but not exceptional or very tasty. You can tell that quality is often saved and a lot of finished products are used. We ordered a large water with our meal, which costs around €9, and we were wondering why the waitress served it open without a lid. When we drank the water without ice cubes, we immediately noticed that it was 100% tap water. We feel ripped off to get tap water for €9. But the service is very nice and attentive.

Unfortunately, the food is quite far from authentic Mexican cuisine and is probably intended to provide a cheap and high-calorie basis for the sweet cocktails. The “shrimps” in the burrito are very disappointing; unfortunately they are nothing more than microscopic crayfish like you would find in delicatessen salads. In general, the food is dripping with fat and the burrito, taco and enchilada are soaked on the bottom in no time. Also negatively noticed was the incredibly poor quality cutlery, which looked as if it had been used in the city's cafeterias for several years, and also a dried-up leftover piece of food on the drinking rim of the beer glass. All in all, it's definitely more for cocktails than for delicious, fresh food. The service team is super nice :)

I haven't eaten such delicious and good Mexican food in a long time. I can only recommend that if you want to eat outside you should make a reservation. Inside it is air conditioned. Wasn't my last visit. Next time I'll try the dessert. Keep it up!

Since the restaurant has such good reviews, my husband and I decided to start our date night here before going to the movies. One might think that 1.5 hours should be enough for a simple meal. We waited over 1 hour for our food. We were always kindly informed that it would still take time. Ok, we have less and less time. Then the food finally came: I've never had such a disgusting burrito in my life. I come from a “what’s on the table gets eaten” household. With all my love, even I had to leave it alone. Since I was very hungry and we didn't have time to order anything else before the film (especially with the waiting time), I only ate the fries and the dough on the outside. I left hungry. At least Deadpool lifted my spirits a bit. Immediately afterwards we went to McDonalds. Thanks for nothing. The only good thing: the friendliness of the employees.

We were there with a larger group and didn't get the food until 1.5 hours later and it was cold. In addition, the minced meat was already purchased and not made in-house. The nachos tasted really old, were no longer crispy... Didn't taste tasty at all. The waiters were at least friendly.

First i will start by saying that I'm Mexican so the bar is pretty high and admittedly it's difficult to make authentic Mexican food when you don't have a great mais 🌽 tortilla. That said, there are other common staples that are shortly missing from the menu. Where are the beans, avocados and chiles? The Mexican rice is red? Strange. I had the fajitas they are ok. Chicken enchiladas were buried under a ton of cheese, almost as if to hide what's underneath. The "tubes" have been probably the best item on their menu along with the fajitas. Tacos are made with the preformed shells, so i haven't ordered them. You might ask why i know so many items when i give the restaurant a mediocre rating. Blame my German colleagues who like to go there after work.😬

Everything just fits here. Very nice people, good drinks, incredibly good food. I can especially recommend the Tex-Mex platter and chicken wings. Since the restaurant is relatively small, I recommend making a reservation. Unfortunately closed on Sundays, but for a very good and understandable reason. We come during the week 👍🏻😉

Actually I was just looking for a little something, but ended up at the Enchiladas Pollo and wasn't disappointed. Delicious meat and vegetables, great flavors and matching sauces - everything coordinated very well. Plus super friendly staff. Simply great!

The food and cocktails are delicious! But what is particularly worth highlighting is the incredible friendliness of the staff! We really liked it!

Many cocktails look pretty much the same and are completely oversweetened. Food is just average, sometimes just lukewarm. You do get full, but only because they serve tons of cheap potatoes and skimp on the high-quality stuff. Mexican cuisine is usually known to be a little spicier or hot, but I can't confirm either here. Interior is nothing special as everything here is just average. The only bright spot was the attentive and friendly staff.

As a lover of Mexican food, I can highly recommend this restaurant in Munich! The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What really struck us was that the prices were very affordable, especially considering the generous portions they serve - much larger than what we are used to in the Netherlands! A wonderful culinary experience that exceeded our expectations.

Went to Pequeno for at least the 30th time today and were thrilled as always. The quality is amazing, the crew is super friendly and very attentive. The free birthday cocktail for the daughter and a round of top-notch tequilla on the house... here they know how to delight guests without a completely overpriced menu. Have I mentioned HOW amazing the food is here? Not just the best Mexican in the city, but definitely one of the best shops in the area!!!

One of the best Mexican restaurant experiences we had. Tacos are crunchy and the best we’ve eaten. Planters punch was good but mojito raspberry was our favourite. The service was good, the waitress was really friendly. They also offered a tequila shot at the end, which was nice.
