A Mexican with authentic cuisine and drinks. I deducted one star because there was no plate with the burrito. I had a small horchata and a burrito pastor.

Always delicious. Friendly staff. Cozy small place.

Decided to visit because of good reviews but the food was disappointing. We ordered a few different tacos and burrito bowls but honestly they all tasted pretty much the same and not very good. We also ordered the highest level of spice, I understand they may reduce spice for german palates but there was no spiciness to be detected. And it wasn’t even cheap either despite being pretty much self-service, won’t be going again unfortunately

The decoration of the establishment and the way the tables and chairs are distributed gives it a very cozy atmosphere to come and eat with friends or a partner. The quality of the food is good.

I have known Condesa for many years at Münchner Freiheit and, later, in front of the train station. The food is authentic. Basically, these are the best tacos in town. The small "island" on which the Condesa is located is already a small "food court" with a little something for everyone. It's great that Condesa also has something that's really spicy.

Slowest service in the world. Really bad service

Ambient for a small group, can sit outside, fewer seats so booking might make sense on weekends.

As always, excellent. In addition, it is very easy to enter with a baby carriage and eat there in peace and good atmosphere.

Cannot order self pick up take away if you order via phone. You’re forced to order via Uber eats or Lieferando

The burritos are simply sensational - no comparison with the (few) competitors in Munich. Also recommended: the homemade lemonades. Non-carbonated, ideal for a spicy burrito.

I’m writing this because the first time I had a burrito carnita I literally said to myself this is the best burrito I’ve ever had. I wanted to order it again and today I did but I’m so disappointed… I added extra toppings but it seems as if they were taken out and not added, the burrito looks even smaller this time and the lettuce is soggy and not even tasty. I will post pictures, one of the good one and the one I just received. Please fix this

The prices are very cheap for what you get and it tastes good too. However, it was nothing special and very limited selection. I would have liked something sweet.

I love the food here, it really feels & tastes like the tex-mex eats that I miss from the USA. It's laid-back, with colorful deco inside, and my favorite place to go to when I really crave a soft shell taco. And they don't hold back on the spice if you want it 🔥!

This joint had some troubles after COVID to keep itself open but it has been consistently great again. I always love the quesadillas here. Also, a great location and has some great people working here. I find the food taste has been consistent across their branches. I wish they stayed open for longer :)

For me, Condesa is a reliable address when it comes to Mexican food. The taste is nothing special or unexpected, but always good. In terms of atmosphere, the branches are similar to fast food chains. It would be nice if the tables were wiped down more often in between.

I had vegetarian burrito. It wasn't bad but also not as good as I'd hoped.

Great shop, yes sometimes it wasn't open even though it said otherwise (I sometimes call in advance, it takes 30 seconds and then you know) but the burritos and quesadillas are world class. Best burritos in Munich!

Visit on September 1st, 2023: That was nothing: The staff is friendly, but speaks little or no German. There was rubbish everywhere under the benches outside. The employees have nothing to do, but they don't even clean. There was no guacamole. So, if not at the Mexican restaurant, should there be guacamole? We didn't like the drink "Agua de Horchata" at all. The meals were okay. Payment with cash or card. You cannot reserve. The website is not accessible, see screenshot.

Endlich ein einfacher, aber guter Maxicaner! Einfach authentisch :) die tacos waren sehr lecker! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

With Condesa, they’re a bit of a hit and miss. Their tacos are really amazing but their burritos are kind of just okay. Everytime I go here I only got the tacos. Very juicy meat and well spiced. The service can be slow especially during lunchtime.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Lokal, mit sau guten Mexikanischen Gerichten. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer freundlich.

Buen ambiente y comida mexicana. El guacamole es delicioso. Solo hay una opción vegana y no me parece tan rica, ojalá haya en el futuro una diferente 😉

In one of these rare sunnu days in Munich i went with my wife at Condessa, the staff is super friendly and they speak Spanish too, we both took different bows costing around 10€ and the house limonade for 2€ (not sure) although the plate it’s not what i would say pretty it’s delicious and for the price the portion it’s fair enough. The place it’s quite small so if you’re going during the cold times make sure to arrive early or check by phone BEFORE going. During pleasant weather(i mean sunny or not cold) its a cool place to have luch outside, i will surely come back to enjoy the food and hopefully the Sun!

Anfang 2022 war das Service deutlich besser. Die Portionen vom Essen waren auch großzügiger. In 2023 sind die Preise deutlich gestiegen, und sie haben den Gratis Avocado-Tag vernichtet. Wirklich Schade! Vieles zu verbessern...leider.

Condesa ist mein Geheimtipp für gute mexikanische Küche - wenn auch eigentlich eine Fast Food Kette. Absolut lecker und authentisch. Sehr buntes lebensfrohes mexikanisches Ambiente

Leckere vegetarische Quesadillas und Tacos!

Ich habe die Empfehlung von einer Mexikanerin die meinte wenn man wirklich Essen möchte wie in Mexiko dann ist es dort am besten. Die Filiale am Hbf bietet wohl am WE noch das klassische Frühstück an. Die Burrito mit Schweinefleisch sind jedenfalls sehr lecker. Für unter 10€ wird man auch satt.

Auf Grund Personalmangels nur Burrito aber haben immerhin geöffnet und darunter leidet nicht die Qualität oder Service für den Burrito. Es war sehr lecker.
