Super Essen wie immer. Bedienung war leider noch nicht ganz fit in der deutschen Sprache hat es aber durch Nachfragen sehr gut gelöst und war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Insgesamt guter Service. Essen wie immer perfekt!

Preisleistung stimmt auf keinen Fall. Wein unverschämt teuer, die Flasche Blanc de Noir von Zehe-Clauß/Mainz kostet vom Erzeuger 8,10€, das 02 Glas im Lokal 9,-€. Das Fleisch sicher vom Großeinkauf 44,-€ für 300gr. Rumpsteak. Die Pommes zu hell, zu weich und nicht knusprig, so wie eigentlich Pommes sein müssten. Also, von unserer Seite nicht empfehlenswert.

I ordered the fillet with risotto, which was simply incredible, the kind you could eat and pray for. My husband chose a vegetarian dish from the menu and loved it too. The service? Note a thousand! Everyone was super attentive and friendly. To top it off, I ended up forgetting my cell phone there, but the owner was super helpful and called my husband (he had the contact number for the reservation) to let him know. Honesty and care like this make all the difference. I highly recommend Patagonia! Great steaks, highly recommended.

We used to come here often and enjoy eating because of the high quality cuisine. The fact that a glass of wine in a wine-growing region now costs €9 is unacceptable. The meat is still of really good quality, but it seems very obvious that the gram specifications are not being adhered to. Of course, this is not acceptable given the high prices. The service is still friendly and attentive. Our paths will now find their way here less often

My wife and I were on vacation from the US and decided to have our anniversary dinner here. We loved our decision! The wait staff was so kind in dealing with our inability to speak any german. I had the prime rib (my favorite cut) and it was excellent. My wife, not much of a steak person, also enjoyed her burger. The place appears to be very popular and was very busy – do make a reservation!

There is pretty much the best meat I know here. Even the sirloin steak tastes excellent.

Fantastic steak, excellent margeritas and very nice staff. I was in Mainz for work and even went out to eat there twice because I thought it was so good.

I'm a bit surprised about the reviews. But it could also have been during the day. We had a piece of meat, which was OK but in no way justified the price. The professionalism of the service didn't match the price level at all. I had a very stringy piece of meat - the statement that some pieces are just like that, others like that, cannot be said with a 44 euro piece. Wouldn't go there again now.

Delicious cuts, excellent drinks! They have a couple of cocktails that are delicious. I'm sure that with a few more cocktails they would be even better. The place is super cozy and the service is super friendly! Thank you for a delicious evening!

Spontaneously here last night and got a place even without a reservation. Ate burgers and was really impressed. The meat was particularly tasty. The staff is extremely friendly. I would love to come over for steak again.

We were very satisfied! It's always difficult to make the "first visit" (for us) especially when the prices are high! We weren't disappointed, the prices are reasonable for the quality and of course the taste. The noise level was a little higher because there was a larger company present, but not disturbing! I think when it's in "normal" operation, it's much quieter! We'll be back...! ;-) Thank you for the lovely evening. A drawback, but the restaurant can't do anything about it, so allow at least 20 minutes to find a parking space!

Wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden, die Preise sind angemessen für die Qualität und natürlich den Geschmack. Der Geräuschpegel war etwas höher, da eine größere Gesellschaft anwesend war, aber nicht störend! Ich denke wenn "normaler" betrieb ist, ist es deutlich ruhiger! Wir kommen wieder...! ;-) Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend. Ein Manko, allerdings kann hier das Restaurant nichts dazu, rechnen Sie mindestens 20 Minuten zur Parkplatzsuche ein!

Das Essen war super und von bester Qualität! Das Personal war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Extrawünsche wurden zuvorkommend berücksichtigt ! Toller Aufenthalt! Ein Manko war unser Tisch : saßen direkt am Eingang und gegenüber der Bar, dadurch war der Geburtstagsabend nicht ganz so privat, weil viel los war. Kommen dennoch gerne wieder !

My favorite regular restaurant. Fantastic steaks, good wine, delicious desserts, friendly and quick service and a cozy atmosphere. I've been a guest here for many years. Unfortunately I can't come as often as I used to because I moved to Berlin. Was visiting Mainz today and the steaks are still great. A culinary delight. Please don't change anything. Be sure to try the Ulm honey ice cream with poppy seeds as a desert ;-)

An unpleasant experience. After looking at the menu, I was recommended to order a fillet with a side dish individually as it was fat-free (as requested). 40€ for a fillet if good and agreed to. A fillet wrapped in bacon was served. When I directly asked the question whether this was bacon, the answer was, "It says so on the menu." If I order a beef fillet, I expect that it will only be offered beef and no other animal and if so, then I should inform you about it! There's nothing you could do except bring me the menu again to order another dish. We have been restaurateurs ourselves for 30 years. If I make a personal recommendation as a waiter, I stand by it and don't expect anyone to look at the menu. Especially since I clearly emphasized fillet and a side dish. Statements like, but we always do it like this, are clear protective mechanisms to try to talk our way out of it. Finally, an older employee offered to cancel the meal. That's not what we wanted to achieve. Food was paid for in FULL without being touched, but there will be no further visit

Wir sind wegen des guten Essen ins Patagonia und waren das erste mal dort. Das Steak war wirklich hervoragend und die Beilagen sehr lecker . Leider war der Service nichrt so gut , die Bedienung war etwas Überfordert weil es sehr voll war und es dauerte immer lange bis jemand an den Tisch kam um unsere Bestellung anzunehmen (beim Dessert) . Das Restaurant ist sehr Laut gewesen und man hat Schwierigkeiten sich zu Unterhalten. Ich werde das nächste mal versuchen bei gutem Wetter draußen zu sitzen . Da das Essen sehr gut war werde ich gerne wiederkommen .

We went yesterday and we coould not have enjoyed more the food. The service is nice and they speak english and spanish. The empanadas were very tasty (I highly recommend the one with beef) and the meat, delicious and tasty (we ordered filet mignon and ribsteak with fries). I am giving 4* to the atmosphere bc we sat outside and it was super hot and humit. All i all, very recommendable!

Delicious! Anyone who wants good meat (and of course is willing to pay accordingly) is very well served here.

Fast alles war ausgezeichnet im Patagonia. Das Einzige, was unser Erlebnis weniger angenehm machte, war nicht die Schuld des Restaurants, obwohl ich vorschlagen möchte, dass sie mit Gästen umgehen, die das Erlebnis für andere Gäste unangenehm machen. Ich beziehe mich speziell auf eine Gruppe von US-Servicepersonal. Sie sprachen nicht nur so laut, dass meine Frau und ich unser Gespräch nicht fortsetzen konnten, sondern die Art ihrer Gespräche, von sexuellen Handlungen bis hin zur unvorteilhaften Beschreibung weiblicher Geschlechtsteile, verärgerte nicht nur uns, sondern auch die Menschen um uns herum. Dies ist mein einziger ungünstiger Kommentar zu einem ansonsten guten Erlebnis. Wie ich sagte, ist das Verhalten der Gäste nicht die Schuld des Restaurants, aber es wäre schön, wenn solche Verhaltensweisen kontrolliert werden könnten, indem man solche Gäste bittet, ihre Lautstärke zu kontrollieren und auf ihre Zunge zu achten. Ich verstehe, dass sie Spaß hatten, aber das wollten wir und die anderen Gäste auch. Übrigens ist mein Kommentar kein Spiegelbild der US-Servicemitarbeiter, da meiner Erfahrung nach die meisten von ihnen sehr nett sein. Ich habe es nur darauf hingewiesen, damit Patagonia weiß, von wem ich spreche, da es sich bei diesen Gästen anscheinend um Stammkunden handelt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient, haben angenehm im Aussenbereich gesessen und super gut gegessen. Wir waren auf Empfehlung da und kommen sehr gern wieder.

My steak was supposed to be medium rare but it was very rare. Pro tip, medium here may be medium rare. Otherwise, the food was really good. Secondly, it was way too hot inside here. Maybe limited AC is more common but I absolutely could not eat inside. I was really uncomfortable. Eventually sat outside but I was still too hot to enjoy my meal. This restaurant may get more business if there is better relief from the heat

Wir haben die Trilogía gegessen. 3 verschiedene Teilstücke, um einmal gut vergleichen zu können. Alles war sehr lecker und die Qualität war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider war der reservierte Tisch im aussenbereich erst nach 45 min verführbar. Wir hatten uns auf 20min und als Komparation auf ein Bier eingelassen im überhitzten Innenbereich zu sitzen. Leider wurden andere Gäste dann wiederum vorgezogen. Die Qualität der Speisen kannten wir besser. Der Service war recht langsam und weniger aufmerksam.

Germ. Et english: Wir waren begeistert. Sehr gute Küche. Zweimal Steak gegessen. Einmal Rumpsteak und ich hatte das Filetsteak. Das Fleisch ist wirklich sehr gut und die gar Zustände waren optimal. Der Nachtisch war sehr gut 👍 Die hausgemachte Himbeerschorle superlecker. Die Nachspeisen waren fürstlich. Personal sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Wurde trotz vollem Buchungszusatnd immer wieder nach uns geschaut. Auch die Frage,wie es schmeckt und ob alles in Ordnung ist kam bei jeder Speise. Port.: We love this. Very good kitchen. I ate steak twice. Once I had rump steak and I had the fillet steak. The meat is actually very good and the cooking conditions were great. The dessert was very good 👍 The homemade raspberry spritzer is super delicious. The desserts were princely. Very friendly and careful staff. Despite full reservation status, we were always taken care of. The question of how it tastes and if it's okay came up at every meal.

I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant! The ribeye was cooked to perfection and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. The quinoa risotto was a unique and delicious dish that I highly recommend trying. The service was attentive and friendly, which added to my overall enjoyment. You truly can't go wrong with this restaurant. An absolute standout was the Carmeniere wine, with its jammy fruit and spicy notes that perfectly complemented my juicy ribeye.
