So… ordered pizza and salad home twice. Pizza was ok but the salad was so dry and not at all as described on the menu. And picked up pasta twice and both times were very disappointed. The pasta wasn't cooked properly, it didn't taste like anything and the sauce was very, very runny, as if you just poured milk over it...

There is no better delivery service in Mainz. Always hot, always delicious. Diverse selection through changing promotional products. Save when you pick it up yourself with a 15% discount. Products are always perfect whether pasta or pizza, lasagna or spring rolls. Deliveries come super quickly and are always complete and taste exactly as you would imagine. I used to order from many delivery services and have been a regular customer of Pizzaboy for over a year with my own bonus points system because I order directly from Pizzaboy. A great team and nice suppliers.

My colleagues and I ordered from PizzaBoy today. Everything was great. The food came on time, was still hot and the driver was very friendly. Basically I have nothing to complain about. However, my colleague and I couldn't tolerate the food at all (I'd rather spare you the consequences of the whole thing). Because we felt incredibly bad after the lunch break, it was particularly difficult for me to concentrate on work. As a result, we will unfortunately no longer be ordering from PizzaBoy as we do not want to take that risk again. I've eaten locally in Biebrich many times, but everything was always fine there. Whenever the shop burns, the quality is lacking. My pasta doesn't taste good at all because it's not seasoned. It's happened so often now that I don't feel like going and complaining anymore. Very unfortunate. I already pay a lot of money for pasta.

Very friendly staff and very tasty food. Was there with my friends, received a friendly welcome and service. At the end we got homemade pudding for free. It was very nice and the food and the atmosphere were very nice. I can definitely recommend it!! I'm already looking forward to my next visit

You can't even give one star here! I ordered a burger with American sauce. Once you bite into it and it just tastes like ketchup - no wonder if you just put a lot of ketchup in the burger and thus simply distort the taste (see photo). Was very frustrated about this, especially since we had to wait 1 hour for our order. That's why I called and the employee on the phone - it couldn't be more unfriendly - shouted at me and said: “Do you want a burger or just to let out your frustration. I'm hanging up!”. Customer orientation looks different! The pizza boy in the Berlin settlement is completely different from this pizza boy. I will never order anything from this Pizzaboy again!

I've ordered several times now, including orders for €80. Unfortunately, if you order a little later, the orders will arrive at least half an hour later, if not more. It's a shame because the food is good but what's the point if it comes ice cold. It's a shame, even though I live a few minutes away.

2024 and still using EC and banning other Bank cards like Visa and Master and Debit? They will lose customer for it🤷🏼‍♂️. Went there ordered much card not accepted 😏

When I picked up the goods, I realized that my wife was right when she said: "Do you have cash with you? Maybe credit cards aren't accepted." Pizza is ok with always new pizzas or offers. The price for delivery isn't exactly cheap, but you can also pick it up. What was not good was that Finthen was repeatedly excluded as a delivery area.

Just give them words! Delivery was announced within 45 minutes, after 1 hour and 10 minutes they called again to ask where the food was and it turned out that the delivery didn't come at all because it was supposedly not printed due to a system malfunction. The comment "you're not serious" is answered cheekily with "listen!". To have such service at such inflated prices is incredible! Ordered there so many times and from now on never again! In service you apologize for possible mistakes and don't make the customers stupid!

Im Lokal schnelle Bedienung, gutes und heißes Essen. Ergänzung der italienischen Gerichte um internationales Flair. Sollte ich nochmal in die Gegend kommen, kehre ich hier gerne wieder ein.

Bedienung ist freundlich und bemüht. Messer sind leider stumpf und können einen Burger schlecht schneiden. Geschmacklich war der Burger und die wedges OK. Eine Herausforderung war die Bestellung eines Kaffee mit wenig Milch.

Eine durchaus vielseitige Speisekarte mit Pizza, Pasta, Burger und mehr. Sehr nettes und umsichtiges Personal. Wir haben jeweils eine Pizza vor Ort gegessen, die sehr gut geschmeckt hat und uns für später noch ein paar Pizzabrötchen mitgenommen, auf die wir uns auch schon freuen.

Napoli war gestern, Mainz ist mit Pizzaboy die einzig wahre Pizza-Stadt!

Stammkunde seit Jahren! Unglaublich, dass man einfach die komplette Karte runter bestellen kann und alles schmeckt! Von Pizza, Pasta, Burger bis zu Asiatisch, schmeckt alles prima! Selbst die Salate sind TOP. Portionen sind sehr groß und man schmeckt die qualitativ hochwertigen und frischen Zutaten! Die Lieferzeiten sind unschlagbar und das Essen kommt immer, wirklich immer, warm an. Übrigens auch mit sehr schönem Restaurant und Terrasse!

Ich bestelle schon seit 20 Jahren bei Pizza Boy in Mainz Mombach... Und hab auch gestern wieder bestellt, diesmal zum letzten Mal! Im laufe der Zeit wurde die Qualität der Gerichte immer schlechter, dafür die Preise immer teurer!

Wir bestellen hier seit Jahren regelmäßig und es schmeckt IMMER ausgezeichnet! Egal ob Pizza, Pasta oder asiatisch. Die Pizzen sind aber für mich das Highlight! Es mag sein, dass sie nicht klassisch italienisch sind, aber das stört mich überhaupt nicht. Fast noch besser als das Essen sind die Lieferzeiten: teilweise unter 30 Minuten am Wochenende, das kann keiner so gut wie Pizzaboy! 😀👍🏼

Die Pizzen sind wirklich super und kein Vergleich zu Dominos oder Pizza Hut. Jedoch wurden nun wieder mal die Preise angehoben. Bald 20€ für eine Pizza. Paninis haben mal 4,50€ gekostet. Leider werden wir wohl seltener im Monat bestellen können, da man es sich immer weniger leisten kann. :-/

Essen ist gut, aber die Preise ändern sich ständig und für eine Pizza (27cm) mit einem Extra 18,70€ zu verlangen ist etwas heftig…

Alle Gerichte vor allem die Pizzen sind sehr empfehlenswert. Auf Hygiene und Sauberkeit wird hier sehr viel Wert gelegt. Über das Personal bzw. Service gibt es nichts zu bemängeln 1 A Service.

Unglaublich gute Bedienung und ein freundliches Klima im Restaurant. Ich habe schon vorher in vielen Pizzeria gegessen die auch etwas vielfältiger waren jedoch gabs immer mal eine Kategorie, sei es pasta oder asiatisch die weniger schmeckte. Allerdings ist das bei der Pizza Boy nicht so. Dort schmeckt einfach alles Super.

Für mich das beste Restaurant aus ganz Mainz und Umgebung! Das Team ist immer super freundlich und es wird immer sehr auf die Hygiene geachtet. Geliefert wird immer pünktlich und das Essen ist immer warm bei mir angekommen….❤️ Die Pizzen und Nudel sind klasse

Ein super Restaurant, es wird hygienisch gearbeitet und das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Auch ideal für grössere Familien. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich bin schon jahrelanger Kunde und liebe die Vielfältigkeit der Speisekarte, jedoch ist und bleibt mein absoluter Favorit die Pizza Mexicano mit Rindersalami! Und danach darf der Espresso Machiato nicht fehlen,den bekommt man auch dort.

Ich war begeistert von meinem jüngsten Besuch bei Pizzaboy, Die Atmosphäre war warm und einladend, das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Speisekarte bot eine große Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten, das Essen war unglaublich lecker - perfekt gekocht mit frischen Zutaten und wunderbaren Aromen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und weitere Gerichte auszuprobieren. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team!

Um es kurz zu sagen TIPTOP!!!! Wir waren Anfang der Woche mit der family da und ich muss sagen, dass wir mit allem zufrieden waren. Gegessen haben wir Pizza und Pasta und für die Kids gab es das Kindermenü, Die Pizzabrötchen mit Thunfisch und Aioli Dip.... ein Traum!!! 😉 Bedienung war supi nett und auch von der Hygiene her muss ich sagen Top, , Preis/Leistung passt hier.
