The chicken cordon bleu was not well prepared, unfortunately you can get it much better in the supermarket. Things have also been significantly better in other restaurants so far. Everything else that evening was good to very good.

Beautiful, traditional wine bar, which unfortunately there aren't that many anymore. The service is friendly and quick. We had salmon with spinach and puree and meatloaf, also with puree. The meatloaf was okay, but nothing special. The salmon was very good. However, the portion was quite small. The price level is quite high.

A real gem in Mainz. Marco and his team make the Weinhaus Lösch something very special. Very friendly, accommodating and authentic. This place looked the same in the sixties as it does today. Excellent food with a pleasantly fresh salad with a great dressing. Mainz Eulchen Märzen. All in all, this wonderful restaurant was our discovery in Mainz. Next time we'll make a reservation. Promised!

The food was fresh and delicious, the wines were wonderfully selected and the service was very attentive and courteous. Marco in particular took excellent care of us - we were all impressed by his warm manner. The Weinhaus Lösch is a place to feel good and enjoy. The best restaurant in Mainz, which cleverly combines tradition and innovation. The menu features classic German dishes as well as unique, innovative options found exclusively here - including Brazilian specialties as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food is excellent. The wide selection of wines from the region that the staff is ready to let you experience perfectly rounds off the culinary experience. I will definitely come again.

We visited the Weinhaus Lösch in Mainz on February 17, 2024 and were totally thrilled. The wine house is really quaint, the food was fantastic. The schnitzels were very large, very tender and super tasty. The hand cheese with music was brilliant, incredibly creamy and juicy, so it was great. The wines were a hit, a big thank you to Marco Kolb (Operations Manager at Lösch), who gave us excellent advice and even gave us small quantities of various white wines to try. Here you can really see what kind of knowledge he has in this regard and gives the perfect wine recommendation to suit the guest's taste. We will definitely come back and can only recommend everyone to visit the Weinhaus Lösch in Mainz. Thank you for the great evening Marco!

Typical Mainz wine bar. Pleasant, warm atmosphere and friendly, radiant service from Brazil. Marco is a very good host, you can follow his wine recommendations without hesitation, even from unknown winemakers (milk and horns). In addition to the good wines, delicious food. We recommend the meat sausage with the best Mainz bread from the neighborhood and the hand cheese with music. On our next visit we will dedicate ourselves to the Brazilian specialties and the tartar and the schnitzels…

Nach Jahren waren wir mal wieder im Lösch (unter neuer Leitung). Tisch für 6 Personen frühzeitig per Mail reserviert 😁. Abwechslung in der Meenzer 😉 Speisekarte durch die "brasilianische Ecke" - in der Küche sind u. a. Brasilianer am Werk. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Service. Das Essen war alles einfach nur lecker!!! 😋 Dabei stimmt auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis (z. B. Gänsekeule für 29,50 €). Wir kommen garantiert wieder! Also - reservieren (ohne Reservierung wird es auch zu zweit schwierig), hingehen und den Abend genießen! 😀

tolles Mainzer Weinlokal Der Service gibt sich große Mühe, dass auch für dich der passende Wein gefunden wird. Zudem gibt es auch eine gute Auswahl an vegetarischen Speisen. Alles sehr lecker. Einen Stern Abzug gibts für die Wartezeit. Bis zur ersten Bestellung: 30min Bestellung bis zum Essen: eine Stunde.

Sehr schönes gemütliches Lokal. Bedienung - wie die Hand am Leib- top Essen sehr gut Preise wie überall - allerdings das Glas Wein für 6 Euro überzogen. Kann ich aber empfehlen - es lohnt sich

Ein toller Ort um einen gemütlichen Abend bei gutem Wein und leckerem Essen zu verbringen. Der Chef kommt aus Brazil. Die Steaks sind hervorragend. Besonders lecker ist auch das Tatar. Weinkarte ausgewogen. Man sollte unbedingt den Riesling Sekt von Acker kosten. Auf alle Fälle eine top Adresse für gepflegte, rustikale Küche. Nix neumodisches Chichi...! Gibt aber auch ein sehr leckeres veggi Gericht mit Auberginen.

Fantastisches Erlebnis. Hier bekommt man tolle Hausmannskost! Die Karte ist sehr ansprechend, das Essen ist fantastisch gewesen. Auch die Weinschorle ist immer sehr zu empfehlen. In Mainz ein absolutes Muss!

Was für ein kulinarisches Erlebnis! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, das Jäger-Schnitzel hier zu probieren, und es war einfach köstlich. Zartes Fleisch, perfekt gewürzt und knusprig paniert – ein echter Gaumenschmaus! Der Service war ebenfalls herausragend. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Daumen hoch für das Team! Aber das absolute Highlight war die Weinschorle mit dem "guten Wasser-Wein-Misch-Magie-Trick"! Das war wirklich erfrischend und hat uns zum Schmunzeln gebracht. Ein Hoch auf den kreativen Geist hinter dieser einzigartigen Kreation! Alles in allem eine fantastische Erfahrung, die ich gerne wiederholen werde. Delicious traditional German food, excellent service. We ate outside, as it was very hot, and enjoyed being on the street, but the interior is beautiful, with polished oak panelling and traditional features. Food was tasty and well presented.

Wir waren mit eine größeren Gruppe zum Essen dort. Wahnsinn was die Küchen- und Servicetruppe da geleistet hat. Alle essen kamen zur gleichen Zeit und wirklich jeder war hoch zufrieden. Der Service über den Nachmittag war immer schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und das Weinhaus ist eine absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr nette Weinstube mit gutem Service. Draußen sitzt es sich im Sommer auch sehr gut. Leider ist das Weinhaus Lösch so beliebt, dass man spontan eher keinen Platz bekommt. Deshalb sollte man im Vorfeld reservieren.

Eine alteingesessene Mainzer Weinstube, wie man sie sich wünscht. Rustikales, einfaches Ambiente , dass aber genau die gewünschte Wohlfühlatmosphäre einer Weinstube erfüllt. Sehr freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service, tolle Weine aus der Region und leckeres, frisch gemachtes, regionaltypisches Essen ohne Chichi. Perfektes Aushängeschild für Mainzer Altstadt.

Das Weinhaus Lösch lädt durch seine gemütliche Art zum Genießen und Verweilen ein. Es versprüht einen besonderes Flair, der dieses Weinlokal so besonders macht. Der perfekte Treffpunkt zum Trinken, gesellig sein und gutem Essen und Trinken, mit südamerikanischen Einsprengseln, wie z.B. Caipirinha, den der Chef auf besonderen Wunsch gerne zubereitet. Die Weinkarte mit dem Schwerpunkt Rheinhessen ist klein aber fein, wie auch die Speisekarte, aus der das Rumpsteak, der Tartar und der Handkäse besonders herausragen. Nicht zu vergessen auch die Freundlichkeit der brasilianischen Gastgeber und der überragende Service um Chefkellner Marco und seinen brillanten Assistenten Diego.
