I saw the owner mistreating the staff, I'll never go back.

The restaurant looks really nice – the decor is stylish and inviting. The Negroni was also really well-mixed. Unfortunately, the food couldn't keep up: rather mediocre in taste, lacking in refinement. As a Berliner, you're generally a bit wary of restaurants on Simon-Dach-Straße – many rely on tourism. The social media presence and the many positive reviews had piqued my interest nonetheless. Unfortunately, that didn't turn out to be the case. It's a shame, I had hoped for much more.

The vegan pizza was really delicious! But the bruschetta was terrible – the bread was rock hard and a bit charred. You couldn't bite into it or cut it. You just don't serve that kind of food.

Gluten free and vegan pizza was incredible and experience made by our wonderful waitress Irene, she was so accommodating and had such lovely energy! Would 100% recommend, best service I’ve received in a while in Berlin! Mwah!

We ordered everything gluten-free: The truffle pasta was incredibly delicious, the pizza margarita was tasty, and you could hardly tell the difference from the gluten-containing version. I asked for advice on the wine, and the recommendation went very well with the meal (pecorino), and the panna cotta with basil and orange caramel was divine! It was even enough for two. The espresso was very good, and we were always treated with kindness and courtesy. Christian and his colleagues did a truly fantastic job. Thank you for your hospitality! We'll be back. The only drawback: Although they offer gluten-free truffle pasta, they can't offer a gluten-free truffle pizza. I found that very unfortunate (and illogical). For anyone with celiac disease: Only the gluten-free pizza is made in a separate kitchen, the pasta is not, and is therefore not suitable for celiac disease. I am only gluten-free and tolerated everything very well.

We found this restaurant by chance, and it was a great choice. Our service was very quick, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The pizzas were delicious, authentic Neapolitan pizzas. I highly recommend it.

Pizza Tompinambur!!! Probably the best pizza of my life. Unfortunately a bit expensive, but definitely worth the price.

I happened to pass by with a friend because we wanted to eat pizza. Excellent surprise, possibility of reserving a table online, friendly welcome, a bit of an “electronic” atmosphere inside. Delicious pizza and starter, quality products. I was delighted!

Pizza was very ok, but too expensive for the size. We waited almost an hour after ordering... that wasn't compensated or anything. Simon roof stress...

The first excitement in this restaurant and immediately we felt like we were in Naples. Boss with super friendly staff seer professional. We had “Montanare” and “Crocchette Napoletale” as a starter, which was a delight, and finally the pizza. Really delicious like in Italy.

Good food but waited more then an hour. And when we got the food we got it separately. My friends had finished his food before I got mine. Bear took 15 minuts to get as well. Staff was rude, the pizza was small. Would not recommend.

We had dinner there in the evening. Everything is very geared towards tourists. Clearly too expensive for the quality of the food. We had to wait forever for our food. Unfortunately the service is not very attentive. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not good. Truffle pasta is soaked in truffle oil. Tastes artificial and has nothing to do with real truffles. Appetizer platter actually only consists of cheese and sausage. The quality is average. Unfortunately we don't recommend it.

Delicious pizza. Nice wine with it. A wonderfully friendly waiter. That's so nice. Three stars for the atmosphere because you are always asked for money when you sit outside. I had already made a donation here and there that afternoon, so at some point it is enough. The gentleman did not accept it and then wanted the potatoes off my plate. That's beyond me! He got angry and stood there intimidatingly. Annoying. After all, you're sitting on a terrace playing the joker when you're kissing a bum. Anyway. The extremely nice waiter makes up for all this.

The pizzas were good. The dough was a bit compact. Pizza Marinara wasn't available in vegan form, so I was charged Margherita without cheese, which is €2 more expensive. Never experienced anything like this in an Italian restaurant. After we "only" ordered two pizzas and a bottle of water, the waitress was more distant to us. Therefore we didn't feel very welcome here.

We spontaneously got a table for two. The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was busy on the weekend and therefore a little louder, but not unpleasant. We both had pasta, super tasty! There was a bowl of parmesan with it 😍

Great Italian place that has a lot to offer. We had appetizers and pasta that was really good. But the highlight of the night was the Tiramisu. Honestly one of the best Tiramisus I’ve ever had. I also need to vouch for the cocktails. Had a really good Amaretto Sour that hit the spot perfectly.

Today we had the honor of meeting Christopher. He was the sun of our dinner. Impressed by his kindness we followed his advice and ate the best pizzas in the city. We hope to return soon!

It's a good snack, there was some salt missing in the dough and the pasta I think. Otherwise authentic and delicious. The chef seemed a bit distracted, but that probably happens to everyone at the end of a shift.

The pizza is very tasty and the service is good. Dogs are also allowed. Reservation is not required. Aperitifs delicious and prices are completely reasonable.

We got pizzas and an antipasti board with loads of bread. I could not fault the antipasti board 1 bit and they were all really lovely Italian pizzas.The service was really welcoming and nice.We even got free lemonchello shots at the end.It has a nice casual vibe, friendly staff and brilliant food l.Would definitely come again to try some other dishes.

Very good food, was delicious! A little tip, if you order a pizza without cheese, ask for parmesan, it's free. A+ is given for the chili oil.

Was very happy with the pizza, absolutely proper and delicious pizza napoletana. I was a little less pleased with the staff, I eat quite passionately and the girls behind the bar were staring, ridiculing and laughing at me. So that’s a big minus and wont be eating there anymore.

What a joke. Entering the place no one greets us up until 10 minutes later. on their website is written gluten free so we took a long road trip to get there and it turns out they do not offer it this day and they did not give any excuse . Terrible treatment . Lying in a place where they are supposed to nourish people is a Joke. Not going there again.

Disrespectful& dishonest! Really, A scam. Not visiting this shop again. Upon entering they saw us but did not welcome us until ten minutes later even tho they were standing there. We had reservations and we mentioned we are gluten free in the reservation. We drove for a long time to reach this place to have gluten free menu which is on Wednesday, after seating us they tell us today they do not do it, without any explanation or any invitation to make it up. We left and we do not recommend at all!!! Be careful!

Absolute gem of a pizza place. The ingredients are top quality, and the menu is classic with elegant twists. The dough is incredible. Francesco the pizzaiolo is the nicest guy, you can really feel his good vibe in the restaurant. Service team is on point. Don’t skip the tiramisu, it’s like a cloud.

I've been gluten intolerant for about 4 years, and all the gluten-free pizzas I've ever eaten have been terrible or even inedible. This one was very close to the original. Although, as an older Berliner, I find the area (it's like Ballermann) terrible, I'd be happy to go again and thanks for the pizza.

I’m not a salad person but the Caprese salad here is so good. Ordered Vegetariana and Margarita pizzas - both of them are different sauces and were so fresh. Loved the desserts too.

Phew, where to start? The restaurant is loud and hectic; normal conversation is hardly possible when it's full. The prices are quite high: 22 euros for a manageable portion of pasta with truffles, 12 euros for a glass of wine. I would expect a certain level of service for that. Unfortunately my food came very quickly, my companion's about 15 minutes after I had finished eating. So everyone watched each other eat. Not our waiter noticed that I had the wrong cutlery and the cheese was missing, but at least someone else noticed. As an apology, we got dessert on the house, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for the bad impression. Pasta was good, pizza was great. You can only pay with a card, and when it comes to tipping you can choose between 10 and 20 percent - a bit of a shame if you would like to choose the amount yourself. Overall, the impression remains that as many guests as possible should be transported through as quickly as possible. I won't come back.

This is a proper Napolitan pizzeria. The waiter explained us that the owner brings all the products from Italy. The pizzas were tasty, soft and thin, Naploli style. We took a diabola and a bufalina. Both of them were great. This place charges a reasonable amount for a bottle of water (5,50€) unlike other restaurants in Berlin. Special mention to our waitress Irene, who made our dinner into a great experience and made us leave with a big smile in our faces.

The best gluten free pizza I've had in Berlin!

They have a separate kitchen for a gluten free pizza that is available over the weekend, which is a paradise for people with celiac disease 👌🏻 it is the best pizza I’ve eaten since going on a gluten free diet. They also have a lactose free mozarella available for anyone suffering from lactose intolerance! Everyone is friendly and the place has a very good vibe :)

Oh wow, that was amazing! The food and drinks were absolutely top-tier. Our waiter, Christopher, was a true master of his craft! I wasn’t very familiar with Italian cuisine before, but thanks to his presentation and explanations, I’ve completely fallen in love with it! I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Not really recommended. Received rather unfriendly. The place is cold and it's drafty all the time... There's a hectic atmosphere in the restaurant, which unfortunately isn't covered up in a charming way but can clearly be seen in the employees. Unfortunately, the food was just okay for the rather steep price.

I celebrated my birthday at this fantastic restaurant, and it was perfect! As an Italian, I can vouch for the delicious pizza. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch, and the manager was incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

The store thrives on its location. The quality is solid, but not special. The restaurant offers gluten-free pizza, which is why I was there, but it wasn't available that evening. The waiters didn't understand 3 words of German.

If you want to try an excellent authentic Neapolitan pizza and you are not in Naples, you can find this island in Berlin where you are transported to those special and delicious flavors. The varied and traditional menu is not to be missed. One of my favorites, the vegetarian calzone, tasty. A restaurant that I return to and recommend.

We were there with 6 people Saturday evening we made a reservation in the restaurant and had a lovely evening. The service was very friendly and quick. The pizzas were very good, although I have often eaten even better Neapolitan pizzas. These could be a little saltier & spicier, then I would give them 5 stars.

An inconspicuous restaurant, which we really liked! Authentically Italian... from the oven, to the ingredients and the ambience - you feel like you're in Italy. My best friend comes from Sicily and so I know what you have to look for to recognize a quality pizza... 🍕 😋 The staff spoke Italian among themselves, which also speaks for the place. The menus are also offered in English! And there are even gluten-free options… a great concept, I will definitely come again and recommend the restaurant to my friends. Oh yes… the menu is also authentic, you won’t find Hawaiian pizza 😉 or only German beer… everything is originally Italian. Grazie Mille for the hospitality and the great food.

We fell by chance and we loved it, the service was perfect, the atmosphere very nice and the food correct, Ornella served us, a very friendly Argentine who served us with a unique warmth! We recommend it!

The gluten-free pasta was clearly too expensive and the portions were too small...I wouldn't go there again. You can also make super simple pasta with butter with truffles and parmesan at home.

I'm a regular in this restaurant, usually everything is always tasty, except yesterday we were served a pizza that wasn't harmonious at the front and back, it was just something thrown on it and tasted alcoholic, probably from the olives that were just thrown on there along with water. This pizza cost just under €18 I told the waitress that it didn't taste good, instead of providing service and offering either money or another pizza, she tried to argue and told me I should take a margarita because I know what I have, unfortunately very very bad answer and poorly trained . This pizza costs 50 cents to make and was sold for €18, which is ok, but it simply tasted terrible, and then you have to be kind enough to accommodate. If you charge such prices then you really have to offer service, which is a shame.

REAL Neapolitan pizza, 270g block with leavening for at least one day and spot cooking. We took the buffalo mozzarella, montanarine, REAL crocché and mixed starter. Peroni and Moretti beer, honest prices. We were impressed and the guys in the room are super welcoming.

Please make sure to ask in advance for gluten free pizza. We had our christmas dinner with friends here mainly for their gluten free alternatives since one friend is intolerant. But they said they don't serve gluten free pizzas on sundays which doesn't say so on their website. Massive bummer. The service was ok, we had to wait long times until empty glasses or plates got picked up or to give our orders since the restaurant was simply understaffed. Many things from the menu they didn't have anymore which was also disappointing. Anyhow the antipasti and pizza were very good, the dough is fluffy and the toppings very delicious. The truffle pizza though I wouldn't recommend, it was more of an olive tapenade with a hint of truffle. Overall it was fine, apart from those few bummers we had a good evening and enjoyed a limoncello on the house in the end.

I was there 3 times in one weekend (Fri-Sun)😂 for me they have the absolute best pizza ever! I'll definitely come back and tell all my friends about it. Pizza Norma is my absolute favorite!❤️

The sauce was too watery and the entire dough was soggy, while the cheese was not melted and had a rubbery consistency. The salami on the pizza was only present in minimal quantity. The taste was generally okay, the pizza was well seasoned, but these deficiencies have meant that I won't be going there again. Also, the waitress mixed up my order and brought me a completely different drink. We had to wait a long time for service because she walked around the room looking at her phone instead of sitting at a table. The wait for the pizza was also quite long. The interior was fine, but the music was very random (e.g. Barbie Girl).

I was celebrating my birthday and left absolutely happy about the choice of place for that🥰 Everything was amazing from the start - communication via email about organising dinner or personal masterclass of making pizzas, offering special banquet menu, caring about a budget and preferences about placing of table, little nuances and so on. The service provided during the evening, honesty, openness, smiles, caring - all of my guests were in love with the food, atmosphere, communication, service and for sure our server Irene🥰❤️ I am glad that I found such a wonderful place for my special day and these people MADE IT special 🫶 Big recommendation to visit, many thanks and hugs to the stuff and see you soon for more evenings like this❤️

Ordered two pizzas, one of which was delivered incorrectly. It can happen, but we ate anyway. The pizza was delicious, but you can get it in Berlin with the same quality and much cheaper. The service was a disaster. Absolutely unfriendly and only interested in us clearing the table quickly. The visiting time is only limited to 90 minutes anyway, but we were out after less than an hour because we skipped dessert because we felt so uncomfortable. I don't need it again.

We had pizza. Very bland, it lacked seasonings. Too expensive for what it was. Really mediocre.

Great friendly service. The pizza was delicious. One of the best I have had in Berlin. I ordered the burrata e tartufo and It reminded me of the pizza I had in Italy.

I got an Aglio Olio, that was very very very oily and gave me stomachache. In general not many options for vegans and they don’t have any plant-based cheese, which is sad for a pizza/pasta place. The staff was extremely nice and attentive though ❤️
