One of the best restaurants in Berlin when it comes to Neapolitan pizza. The ingredients are of very high quality, which you can taste straight away. The dough is perfect – airy, light and yet crispy. The selection of toppings is also excellent, from classic to creative variants. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, which makes the visit even more pleasant. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff, who ensure a good mood with typical Italian charm and humor. Every visit is a pleasure and I will definitely come back.

Inattentive service. You sit outside at the table for 15 minutes, the service staff walk past you and ignore the new guest. With good service, this doesn't happen.

Mega delicious Neapolitan pizza, friendly staff - top!

Went there with 6 people and got a spot straight away. Unfortunately that was the only good thing there. Our waitress only spoke English, which wasn't the problem this time, but she should still be able to speak German. But we ordered various pizzas and bruchetta. Bruchetta was really..... crispy. The taste was okay, but there was better, the bread was way too hard/crusty. You know it differently. The pizzas and calzones were worse. Not only was the dough way too thin, you could hardly cut the pizza, but it was also quite tough and not fresh compared to other methods of production or if you make it yourself. The tomato sauce was more like a watery soup, and on the margarita pizza it was even inedible with a very strange taste. It worked on the salami pizzas, but with the problems mentioned above. The topping... Unusual, but also the quantity is sometimes very poor. The calzone was 60-70% just dough. More comparable to a Cabatta bread with very little content. Visually okay, hardly any taste. Absolutely overpriced, not justified. - - - >>> Likewise, you cannot pay in CASH, only by card. Here, too, it becomes rather unfriendly to customers, as there was not even a notice about this at the entrance. All in all, the first and unfortunately last visit.

Too bad. I wanted to go there because it's supposed to be really good. However, after more than 15 minutes at the table, no waitress had moved towards me, even though there were plenty of people working there. Then I go somewhere else frustrated. Maybe it will be better next time.

A corner of Naples in Friedrichshain It is a hidden gem for lovers of authentic Neapolitan cuisine. From the first bite, you can notice the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and the service, attentive and warm, makes you feel at home. Without a doubt, a place to which I will return to continue exploring its delicious menu.

Looking for a gluten free pizza, we found this one, and it was a super experience! All the pizzas chosen were good, light with tasty ingredients and prices in line. The service girls were also all very nice and nice. We recommend perhaps adding other pizzas to the gluten free menu.

We were there about ten days ago. There was no problem getting a table for 4, although inside because there were none left on the terrace. After bringing the drinks, when ordering the food, the waiter tells us that "THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED, YOU CAN ONLY ORDER PIZZA. IT HAS CLOSED 5 MINUTES AGO." It is evident that he did not intend to have dinner if the kitchen was closed but it is something THEY SHOULD HAVE INFORMED US WHEN REQUESTING A TABLE, AS SIMPLE AS THAT, and it was our decision whether to sit down for dinner or not. Coincidentally that night only my son wanted to order pizza, the rest did not and the end result was that they did not charge us for the only pizza we ordered, due to the inconvenience, but the other three WERE LEFT WITHOUT DINNER.

Guys, the gluten-free pizza is a blast. I've never tasted such delicious gluten-free dough. It's just as big as a "normal" pizza, and those affected know that differently.

i ate better pizzas in my life. the sauce was saur ( not old, just not properly cooked) same for the pasta. is ok if You are on the way to some club. nice location

Our staff had something to do during the day or had technical problems, so our pizza came a little later. But this one ripped everything out again and was really tasty. One of the waitresses even said she started working there on purpose because she likes the pizza herself.

Very good Neapolitan pizza and super nice service!

When we first ordered this, we were pleasantly surprised. We liked the fried pizzas, even though they are disproportionately expensive. The second time (5 days later) I briefly thought it was a joke. Same price, portions that are half as big and the quality/taste was no longer right either. 14€ for 5 large bites is the new high point when it comes to price absurdity and audacity in Berlin gastronomy.

A very nice environment where you can eat! Unfortunately the whole evening didn't go well. The starters came and there was no drink and no plates as the starters came in a single plate for everyone. The plates came late when we had already started… the pizza was very good quality but the burrata, being Italian, was not burrata! We got dessert while all the dirty plates were still there so we had to continue eating. When the waitress came to check the account I still had the plate on the table. I hope that the service and also the products will improve because 17€ for a pizza with burrata and mortadella that in the end is not burrata is very sad

Unfortunately, it is not so easy to find a gluten-free restaurant where the pizza tastes good. I can recommend the restaurant to anyone with celiac disease! Separate oven, separate work surface, separate plates. The waitress also knew about contamination. And the pizza was super tasty. You can see and taste that the dough is made in-house. The only drawback is the menu. It can only be scanned using a QR code and can therefore only be viewed on a cell phone.

Wide selection of pizza, some of them good, others too soggy, so it's really hit or miss. Fennel orange salad is nice but still quite basic. Arancini seem to be not fully cooked/fried. Service is upbeat and funny. Only card payments accepted.

I was there yesterday. Had a tiramisu and a homemade lemonade. The tiramisu came in a small Ikea jar and cost 7 euros. It was rather semi, but the price was extremely exorbitant for this small portion. The lemonade cost 4 euros. However, even though the service was very friendly, I found it a bit irritating having to explain to them what crushed ice is. Note: I cannot and will not make any judgments about the pizzas here. I hadn't eaten any. Conclusion: Not really worth the money for me. Sorry.

Expect to wait 1.5 hours for a pizza or pasta. Staff was not focused. Decent gluten free pasta. Note that gluten free pizza is only available on the weekends. If you want gluten free pizza go to Leon’s up the road. Nicer people too, but less ambiance.

After a first traumatizing experience, during which we waited for our pizzas for two hours, we decided to give the place a second chance. Bad choice! Apparently it is the restaurant's habit to deceive the customer; not only regarding the menu itself but also regarding the prices. The pizzeria has an unclear pricing policy; the menu displayed outside the restaurant does not coincide with the actual prices and the customer feels cheated. In addition, chaos reigns in the place, a jungle, it took us 15 minutes to order 4 pieces. The only positive note was the waitress who offered us water while we waited.

The food was great. But the order was forgotten and we waited for over an hour (and told several times) just to get the drinks. We'll try again and hopefully it will go better!

I have to say the food was good but service was too slow. It took 30 mins to bring dessert another 40 minutes to bring the bill.

Unique experience in an area of ​​Berlin certainly not chosen by most tourists. Happened by chance, I would happily return. A good recommendation if you want to eat Italian in Friedrichshain! We took one Mix antipasti as a starter and pizza as a main course. Everything was tasty and well balanced. Have to mention our waiter,Matteo, such a caring service. Bravi👍🏻

My pizza was very tasty but I personally wouldn't have given it 16th place out of 400 in the pizza competition. (And quite expensive compared to others too). Service was very good. Considering it was very full, everything went relatively quickly. Pleasant atmosphere, lots of tables outside.

We ordered two large waters and were given two large water bottles instead. Apparently the waitress didn't dare to explain the menu to us due to her limited knowledge of German and English. Actually no problem, but when we asked for a correction to the drink order, this was unfortunately not possible because they thought we had ordered it that way. Both bottles were still unopened. An important note for anyone who wants to go to this restaurant for the gluten-free pizza: it is only available on weekends.

I would not even give one star- we waited a lot; the pizza was kind of sweet- but apart from that the service was really slow and bad- we paid and they they did not give us the receipt; after seeing that the price was too high we asked for the receipt and saw that they charged much more for some things that we order; for instance we order two schnapps Montenegro (four euro each on the menu) and they charged 25 euro for those- and we order a wine for 25 euro , aglianico, and he brought another one that was 35 euro- when I told him he said : “but you drunk it! We have two aglianico on the menu you did not specify what you wanted” Not true! The one that they brought was not a 100 per cent aglianico! Worse experience ever; and I cannot recommend the pizza either, none of us could finish it and it is very unlikely that we do not finish the pizza; there are so many better and honest places in Berlin!

Super tasty, by far the best Neapolitan pizza in the area

Unfortunately, the worst restaurant in many years, especially not an Italian one. Service subpar: orders messed up, doubled, mixed up, even at the next tables); Questions about the card could not be answered; The Campari soda drink, which was completely unknown to the service, had to be returned twice because it had Prosecco in it and was then presented rather unfriendly with the words “Campari Spritz without Prosecco”. Overall, service staff seemed extremely overwhelmed and were looking for the right tables with the appropriate orders. Instead of swordfish carpaccio on radicchio, there was, absurdly, smoked fish with everything but also none of the side dishes on the menu. Prosecco came as compensation, which had already been canceled several times. Just irritating. Unfortunately the pasta was very mediocre. In the end I ordered the bill three times, forgot it again and waited forever. All in all, an incredibly bad restaurant considering the prices; Above all, unfortunately, not a bit Italian, and certainly not authentically Neapolitan.

The food it always amazing! Pizza are of course outstanding since they are Neapolitan and they know their way! It’s my favourite Italian restaurant in Berlin, and being Italian and a chef I believe I know about food! The service is also attentive and precise.. especially Rachele the blonde waitress is super nice, we wanted to change table at the last minute because it starts raining and she was so helpful, also recommending the best dishes of the day.. (ragù genovese and pizza ciurillo with zucchini flowers).. obviously well worth the money!! Highly recommended place

Personally, I find the prices too high for what it is. The pizza is good after all if you like Neapolitan pizza, even if the dough sometimes is too stringy. Certain special varieties are too heavy, I would recommend to stay on the more traditional ones

Food was good but we had to wait for our pizzas for 70 minutes wich meant that our friends who ordered pasta had finished their food before we got ours.

It's a shame, really a shame. Unfortunately, eating pizza together on a cozy evening doesn't work at all in this shop. We wanted to end our Berlin vacation together comfortably on the last evening in the pizzeria, but unfortunately the food came at a very inconvenient time. After we all ordered our food from an initially friendly waitress, the fun began. While two of us received their food after a reasonable amount of time, the rest unfortunately arrived more than 30 minutes later. A memorable visit that I will definitely remember, although unfortunately in a negative sense. A small ray of hope remains the still good pizza. In any case, there is still no recommendation.

Best Napoli pizza near the East Gallery. My Friend is gluten free and said this place had the best gluten free pizza she has ever had. Service was a little slow and confusing ordering through their online system but was a very delicious meal. Look forward to going back next time I’m in Berlin.

Pasable pizza, maybe the pasta is better? I ordered a Quattro Formagio pizza, 5/10. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either, specially for a a place that claims to be Napolitan style. The pizza was mainly a full layer of melted mozzarella, with just a three sparsed out specs of Gongorzola, and some Mascarpone only in the very center, making the pizza a bit dry and absolutely not creamy at all. I used to love the restaurant that was here before (an authentic napolitan pizza joint) and decided to try Partenope to see if it lived up to its predecessor. Sadly not.

This restaurant was quite touristy with mainly foreigners and only some locals dining, especially after the flea market a few streets down. The service was average with the option to order online with a QR code. The food took quite a while to be served and the pizza was unfortunately sub-par. The dough was quite stiff and difficult to both cut and chew and it often resulted in spoonfuls of toppings and cheese without any dough. The crust was also a little spongy on the inside. The salad was good and simple with different vegetables and vinaigrette sauce on the side. However the prices were on the expensive side for an average pizza.

I’ve been to many towns in Italy and had their local delicacies as well as their pizzas. The pizza here is not even close to the genuine Neapolitan pizza. I ordered an Quattro formaggi, and I got a burned pizza all around and on the base, and a mix of cheeses that I could not digest hours later, which were unbaked and swimming in oil. I’m not sure about their other dishes as I did not try anything else except for a salad which was ok, not super, just ok. They may have good dishes but the pizza here is not their forte. Overpriced for what they offer.

This is honestly the best place for gluten-free pizza in Berlin, they even have a separate oven which is gluten free only. On top of it they’re extremely friendly and the service is phenomenal!

This was our second time here & it was very bad experience. Compared to the first time it was like a completely different restaurant. The pizza is very tasty, I can’t criticise anything there. But the fact that it took over an hour to arrive at the table, is a joke. The restaurant wasn’t busy. We also asked for chilli oil which never showed up, we had to ask another waiter. We sat outside and one seat was sinking into soft tarmac. But it gets worse, the tables had wet paint all over the underside which got on our clothes, we mentioned it to the waiter and his response was “it should be fine”. We’ve washed our clothes, it wasn’t fine, the paint is still there. To finish things off, when the bill came down there was about 5 items on it that we didn’t order!

I'm really excited about the food and drinks. Totally authentic atmosphere. When I'm out and about in this neighborhood, I always stop here.

Many people say that “xy” has the best pizza. Tastes are different, but the best Neapolitan pizza is clearly at Partenope. By the way, the name says it all. Partenope is the original name of Naples and this restaurant serves not only Neapolitan pizzas, but all kinds of things from Naples, such as Montanaras, all kinds of fried foods and pasta alla genovese Neapolitana. The furnishings are also original to those in Naples, with the same signs on the tables and of course Maradona on the wall. The waiters are great, the music too. It really is a little piece of Italy, much more so than most other newer pizzerias in Berlin. The only thing that can be criticized is the price. A Margherita costs €12.50 and then it goes up significantly for the other pizzas. The drink prices are also not cheap and you can easily spend €30 per person. That's not exactly typically Neapolitan, but we're also in Berlin Friedrichshain. The pizza is also often burnt on the edge, but that also happens to the best in Naples. The pizza is still the best and I drive over from Kreuzberg every few weeks to enjoy it.
