Amazing burger, great service, can't complain at all. I got the beer and burger with fries which was 10 euro I think, bargain, the food was really good!

Ordered two burgers. The chicken burger was completely cold and not that appetizing, while the classic burger was lukewarm. The fritters were fine. However, they offered to make a new burger, which we declined as we no longer felt like it.

Decent for a burger joint/chain. Requests (e.g. burger patty fry medium, burger bun crispy) are taken into account. Meat was quite good, burger bun could have more taste for the price. Food more like 3-4 stars.

This is our favorite burger joint when we're in Mitte! Burgers never disappoint and the fries are thin and crispy. The employees are also always nice.

Tasty burger, BUT: we ordered 6 burgers and 4 fries, but received only 4 burgers and 3 fries. The shop closed right after delivery, so 1/3 of us didn't get their dinner order 🤷‍♂️

I was kindly gifted with a free burger menu to get an idea of ​​the place. That was more than successful! I immediately felt at home. The burger was grilled on point, the taste of the meat was really clean - Angus beef - of very high quality! I haven't had such a good burger in Berlin for years. Thank you for this experience, you now have at least one new regular customer - probably even a hundred! If anyone is in the mood for a good USA style burger, this is the place to be!

The burgers are of good quality, everything was freshly prepared and recommended. You don't get "fancy" burgers here, but you can get great standard burgers, delicious sauces, crispy fries and everything at reasonable prices.

The burgers were raw and inedible, so I can get half an onion meat and only pay a tenth (far from medium)

Honestly. And I know this is often easily thrown out as a thing. But this is absolutely 100% THE best burger I've ever had. I'm not kidding. It is that good. The smoke and flavour of the meat is sensational. Please folks. Come here. It's a cool vibe place, nice hangout slot and that meat!!! Those sweet potato fries. Incredible. (Also a top tip. Order the Tommi's sauce)

You can't order anything without knowledge of English. The burger is nothing special. Cobbled together furnishings that are supposed to be really hip. But sticky tables are sticky tables.

Going to the Museum of Natural Sciences wanting to eat something quick, I found this hamburger restaurant, with the same name as a very good one in Buenos Aires, I decided to give it a try after a recommendation from a regular customer who was inside. It was Tuesday and there was just a Tuesday promo at a very good price. The burga is very good meat and the potatoes are excellent, highly recommended!

Somewhat overpriced for what you get. The burgers do not really fill you up, unless you get more than one. They do taste quite decent and there is a very nice selection of sauces available at no extra cost. Some of the staff are very polite and friendly, and others not so much. It's not my fav burger joint in the area, but it's better than most. Fries are very nice and fried to perfection, but very thin (fantastic if you like that kind of fries).

Burgers were pretty good so far, fries were very good. Staff nice and quick, the atmosphere is cool but a bit dark. Prices are fair, I had e.g. the daily special with burger, fries and a Fritzcola for 9.90 euros. If we are in the area again we would love to come back.

Very beautiful place with nice rock music. We were there couple of times while walking around the center. Food is very good Unfortunately toilet was not working in our last visit

Update: 6 years ago this place was the best burger place in Berlin. Now it's lost its edge. Burgers aren't as juicy, and the sweet potato fries are now hard and very salty. So sad. Review from 6 years ago: I don't normally eat burgers, but this place was ace. Nice price but, more importantly, great taste.

Simple basic burger that can be expanded as desired, there are several sauces available and there are also dips for an additional charge. Very rustic

Best food ive had in berlin! Chicken burger was incredible but not better than the service, the staff here is very accommodating as well as helpful with suggestions for food. The atmosphere is great with a vintage/ retro aesthetic with a great music taste. Right infront of a bus stop so very accessible location. And has a discount for meals between 11-3 oclock, very fair prices.

Burger was nothing special but ok. The store appears dirty, untidy and in need of renovation.

sells simple juicy burgers without the extras, they offer a condiment station for you to add on to your liking, the meat was grilled perfectly but the bun could be a bit better, all in all it’s a solid place if you want a simple burger

Came here by recommendation of a friend. No frills restaurant that only sells burgers and chicken sandwiches. I had a regular burger with fries. The burger was solid, the meat medium grilled and juicy. Bun needs improvement. The special thing of this place is a condiments and sauce station. You can add to your burger by yourself after picking up the order. The fries were hot and crispy. Overall, it's a good burger place but competition in Berlin is hard and there are probably better places.

My favorite burger place in Berlin. The burgers are basic and it focuses mostly on the meat. They don’t overcook them so the patty is always juicy. They have a condiments bar to mix your own sauce and be creative.

Still the BEST BURGERS IN THE CITY for me. I know about 20 burger restaurants here... recently there are even German-speaking employees and you no longer have to communicate in English.

Great burger and fries with a coke or a beer for under 15€. Big assortment of condiments including jalapenos and salsa. Not a lot of room inside so don't expect to get a table during busy times.

The burger (Burger of the Month: Spring Wing) was okay, but no more than 3/5 stars - too dry, too little sauce and generally hardly any ingredients. The store looks cool. Service unfortunately only 2/5: The two employees were nice, but didn't speak any German and I waited about 20 minutes for the burger, even though there was actually nothing going on

it is an icelandic restaurant chain the burgers are well grilled but it doesnt have the same menu as iceland but i recommend that you mix, mayonnaise and ketchup and put it over your burger and dip fries in it

After years of coming here, I can safely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a classic simple burger experience. Juicy meat and the fries are one of the best I’ve ever had ( read better version of the legendary McDonalds fry ). Do yourself a favor and get the chicken burger that they serve, I think it’s the best thing on the menu!

Cooler Burgerbude mit echt ehrlichem Burger.

Es war einfach nur grauenhaft! Der Bediener, ein junger Mann mit Zahnspange, schien offensichtlich unter Drogeneinfluss zu stehen und wirkte nicht wirklich konzentriert und motiviert. Der Burger ansich, war relativ ok, etwas zu kalt leider schon aber das ging. Die Pommes waren nicht frisch, da sie super labberig und geschmacklos waren. Das Highlight war das benehmen der Mitarbeiter die offensichtlich nichts besseres zu tun hatten als sich heimlich über Kunden lustig zu machen und diese offensichtlich zu Mobben!! Die Toilette war normal sauber, also das war okay. Alles in allem werde ich diesen Ort nie wieder besuchen und werde definitiv das Ordnungsamt informieren über den unter Drogen arbeitenden Mitarbeiter.

Extrem gute Burger nach dem isländischen Tommi optimiert. Echtes Fleisch, keine Separatoren. Buns selbstgebacken. Fries knusprig und gutes Öl. Die Preiserhöhung seit 2022 ist jedoch eklatant. Für 2 Personen Burger Fries und Drink fast 34 Euro bezahlt. Große Auswahl an kostenlosen Saucen und Zutaten..Röstzwiebeln, Jalapenos, Gurken, 20 Saucen.

Der Laden ist für einen schnellen Burger ganz okay. Alles sehr minimalistisch. Ich hätte mir mehr Varianten gewünscht, auch vom "Brot" her. Die Pommes sind etwas "krümmelig". Ich tippe auf die günstigste Version, weil Ende dabei sind. Zum Schluss würde auch ein Löffel helfen. Preise und Wartezeit sind okay gewesen.

Es war ok... Der Pattie war ungefragt leicht rosa, das ist für mich ok, in anderen Läden ist er ungefragt totgebraten. Das Personal war eher englischsprachig. Der Laden ist schön eingerichtet. Der Burger kommt (original amerikanisch?) mit 2 offenen Hälften, Sauce ist (leider) keine draufgewesen, denn die sollte man sich selbst an der Saucenbar draufmachen. Zugegeben, die Saucenbar ist riesig mit extras, aber bis man die sauce draufhat ist der Burger kalt. Und wenn man dann noch eine schlechte Auswahl getroffen hat schmeckt es auch so... Alles in Allem gehe ich lieber zu z.b. Burgermeister.

Super Service. Nach dem der Burger zubereitet wurde, konnten wir ihn mit einer weiteren Auswahl an kostenlosen Soßen nochmal verfeinern. Da hat mal jemand mitgedacht!

Tolles Burgerrestaurant für ein schnelles Essen ohne viel Schnickschnack. Die Burger sind solide, keine fancy Variationen. Dazu Pommes oder Süßkartoffelpommes. Alles super von der Qualität und eine gute Auswahl an Soßen und Dips. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr rustikal, und das Bestellen und Abholen am Tresen macht es etwas ungemütlich. Aber darauf stellt man sich bei der Wahl der Lokalität ein. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für einen schnellen, unkomplizierten und guten Burger am Abend.

Soooo slow service. The Wolt orders kept coming in and I had to wait 30 mins for my order. The food and the atmosphere is amazing though.

War für lange Zeit mein Stammlokal, was Burger angeht. Leider wirkt das Personal nicht mehr wirklich motiviert auf mich. Die Patties sind oft teilweise kalt, die Pommes abgestanden und bedauerlicherweise wird auch immer wieder die Bestellung nicht sauber weitergegeben, was vielleicht eine Sprachbarriere ist, aber dann kann man sich doch auch auf Englisch zu Beginn einigen. Das Ziel sollte doch eine gute Mahlzeit sein, aber das Interesse der Mitarbeiter scheint mehr und mehr über die Monate zu schwinden. Einfach schade! Ich werde im nächsten Jahr nochmal versuchen.

I've been a customer for a very long time, and I have never experienced such eternal waiting times as today. The place wasn't even busy. Less than 2 burgers were coming out every 15 minutes. Some customers even cancelled their order and left. Incredibly slow! The burger is still good, but it used to be tenderer.

first, and the most important : the meat was overcooked... second: pity that they privilege the take-out (Wolt etc) over the clients in the place

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem kleinen, netten Lokal, um den weiteren Abend vorzubereiten. Zufällig sind wir hier vorbei gekommen und hätten tatsächlich Lust auf Burger gehabt. Wir sind also hinein und haben uns kurz umgesehen. Sitzmöglichkeiten kaum vorhanden, der Laden an sich ziemlich finster und nachdem nicht einmal ein „Hallo“ oder „Guten Abend“ oder irgendwas kam, haben wir uns entschlossen unser Geld woanders auszugeben.

Leckere Burger, Sossen und Burger Beilagen zur freien Wahl, richtig scharfe Soße hat mir gefehlt. Tisch war nicht ganz sauber, draußen im Sommer sehr voll. Toilette nur uni.
