Peter Pane in Berlin

Waren waren heute bei Peter Pane Abendessen. Wir wussten nicht genau was wir bestellen sollten, die sehr junge aber außerordentlich freundliche Bedienung Lotta hat uns sehr gut beraten und sich reichlich Zeit für unsere Bestellung und Wünsche genommen. Auch das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt, die Getränke waren groß und lecker. Das Ambiente war gepflegt und sauber, die Musik war perfekt abgestimmt und die Lampen machen eine harmonische Stimmung im Lokal. Insgesamt ist das Lokal für eine Sytemgastronomie sehr einladend und vor allem die liebe Lotta hat unseren Abend zu einem ganz besonderen Ereignis gemacht. Vielen Lieben Dank an das Team von Peter Pane, weiter so!!

Went there for the first time today with my son. It was absolutely fantastic. The selection is huge, the service was super nice and it tasted great. We were thrilled with both the burgers and our dessert. The waiting time was minimal and my son was also able to put together his burger the way he wanted. We felt very comfortable :-)

There were 6 of us and everyone enjoyed it. The food was great and the service was very friendly. It was fun again. Thank you until next time

Le menu paraissait séduisant. Sauf que lorsque vous additionnez le Burger et les frites et la boisson, on arrive à un bon 25€ par personne en moyenne. Et puis, on attend, on attend, on attend. Au point que vous finissez par ne plus avoir faim… Et quand vous osez râler, la manager et le serveur contestent les faits. J’oubliais, la viande dans les Burger est de qualité très très médiocre. Une viande reconstituée très moyenne. Bref, fuyez !

Very well organized and nice service!

It was nice to eat at Peter Pane with a large family group. The location is centric, which makes sour v is it more practical if you are touristing. We were a group of adults and kids and we had a nice time in there. The waitress was really always nice to us, and the food was delicious. A nice experience in Berlin. A recommended place for families who like to eat good burgers and salads in a nice environment.

A really stylish restaurant. We went here to have a cocktail, which was also extremely tasty. We would definitely have had another drink, but several waiters passed us several times without asking and checking to see if we had another request. Too bad…. Because we would have had that because the music was really nice even with a live DJ.

My eldest son & I are visiting from the UK. We wandered into your Friedrichstrasse branch in Berlin on the off-chance & were not disappointed. Great staff, great food (& drinks) with a great atmosphere.

The restaurant is large, nicely decorated and well maintained. The service was really great - very friendly and the food and drinks were prepared and delivered quickly. In between we kept asking about our health. The toilets are in the basement and cannot be accessed independently by wheelchair users (if there are any on the ground floor, I didn't notice them). The burgers were okay - the bun was quite good, but the patty was frozen and a bit rubbery. The steakhouse fries could have stayed in the deep fryer for a while because they were pretty floury. Fries and burgers are available at cheaper prices and the quality here is better in Berlin.

Great restaurant with great food and nice atmosphere! Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly attentive and friendly service from Lotta. She really enhanced our evening with her warm service and professionalism. A real highlight of the visit – we would love to come back!

The burgers are very tasty. Clear recommendation. But in this restaurant it takes two hours to finish the lunch menu. Unfortunately the waiting time is not acceptable.

The location is beautiful. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. Always approachable and following up. The daily menu for 10.90 euros was very tasty. There were nine of us there after Escape at the Admiralspalast. I can recommend it to others with a clear conscience.

We ended up there spontaneously on Sunday. The service was really good! Super friendly and relaxed, and attentive. The burgers tasted really great, the meat was on point, the bun was fluffy, and the combination of everything was perfect. The fries were also great and the sauces were super tasty. Even the cocktail tasted great!! Atmosphere is inviting and you feel really comfortable and welcome (even though it was stressful that evening). We'll come back next time we visit Berlin!

Make sure to eat before coming to this place… at least this way, by the time someone comes to take your order you will be hungry again.

Super tasty burgers. Everything that makes a good burger. The menu is very diverse and we couldn't really decide what we wanted ;) . But then after a short time we got our food. Everything was great except a bit noisy due to the size of the place.

If zero stars were possible then they....unfortunately they never came to eat....they have a child in a wheelchair and despite a reservation they said...'Oh you were already here yesterday or....unfortunately I missed it the reservation' the store will never see us again....🤮🤮🤮

Good burger restaurant, which is often very busy at lunchtime and in the evening. The service is attentive and friendly. The burgers and salads are good, although I thought the salad was too much - with croutons, bread, parmesan and chicken.

We really, really enjoy eating at Peter Pane. The selection is very large and the burgers are super tasty. They also fill you up quite a bit. The waiters are all very polite and you never have to wait long. The design of the room is very nice and the toilets are always clean. We also like to sit outside in the summer.

It looks very nice inside, but it is always crowded. However, the food arrived very quickly, even though almost every table was occupied. It took a maximum of 7 minutes for everyone at our table to receive their food. The burgers were all very tasty, personally I can recommend the “Nacho Macho”. All in all, the stay was pleasant and was over quickly thanks to the service. We were there for a maximum of 40 minutes, which I think is too fast. It may sound a bit strange to some, but the feeling of being there longer and having to “wait” longer is somehow more pleasant. But you can't blame them for the fact that the stay was over quickly. There was something good somewhere, we were able to move on straight away and the shop had a table free for the next guests. Some people waited in front of the shop or were sent away because all the tables were occupied/reserved. If we hadn't reserved a table we would have had to wait about 2 hours (according to the restaurant). Conclusion: Food is very tasty, drinks too. Orders arrive quickly. But definitely reserve in advance.

Bottomless touring puff We were a group of three who wanted to watch Peter Pane again after years. So, in the car and rushed to the 7:30pm reservation. A crowded shop awaited us on site. We had to wait about 5 minutes until we were shown to our seats, so far so good. When we arrived at our seats, the menu arrived at our table on time as usual. The waiter then came to the table after about 15 minutes to take our orders. We ordered the same burger 3x, 2x truffle fries, 2x soda, 1x water with lemon. The waiter took everything in and made it understandable for us. Then, after about 10 minutes, the waiter came with a soda and my lemon water. We waited and waited for the second limo, but it just didn't come. Well, we thought so. Then she will come with the food. So we waited again. Then, after about an hour of waiting, the food arrived. But there was no sign of soda! Well, then I have nothing to drink for one colleague .. First the waiter brought a burger to the table and asked who got it. I signaled him to come to me, but then, because we all had the same burger, I pointed at one of my colleagues as a joke. So far it was funny, then he had 2x “truffle fries” in tow. Once the bowl of fries was served on a silver tray and once only in the white bowl. Well, at least they were the “truffle fries”. They were normal fries with “truffle mayo”. I don't know what I expected, but at least no fries with expensive mayo. French fries were solid, my two colleagues were allowed to share one burger and a few hours later I had fat diarrhea a few hours later .. What a failure. We had hoped for more, especially because we liked it so much last time. And we really didn't want to wait another hour for food. In addition, the burger was really weak for the price, because the Cheeseburger from Burgermeister was much stronger in taste and P/L anyway. My lemon water was great and the price was right too. The lemonade was way too sweet for me. The bill then said 1x burger, 2x “truffle mayo”, 1x lemon water, 1x soda. To this day we ask ourselves how the waiter a) was even able to take such an order?? Who comes to a store in the evening with three people and orders a burger, two fries and two drinks??? b) why did it take him over an hour to make THIS order and c) how could the waiter not wonder what kind of shit he had made when he read the receipt. We communicated clearly with hand signals during the ordering process! Juice shop

Everything was great, the gentleman who served us was super friendly and always there. When we are back in Berlin, we would like to come back.

Unfortunately, the toilets for women were in a catastrophic condition and despite advice, no improvement was made. Simply disgusting!

Arrived and were greeted, we were told there was no table currently available. We waited briefly and then simply reserved a table online for one minute. Then we spoke to the reception staff again and said that we had a reservation. We got a “Good for you” back. Shortly afterwards I approached him again and he gave us a table so we could sit down. We waited briefly for the menu and ordered. This worked without any problems. When the food came we were very disappointed. One burger was cold and one was lukewarm. The fries that came with it were soggy and cold. We didn't feel like complaining anymore. Service not very good. Service at the table seemed listless.

Wilberry Lille and mocktail were great. Very friendly staff and nice conversations... they basically had to sweep us out 😉🤪🌈

Quite ok, but quite a long waiting time

The service is top and the burgers are really special and very tasty. Unfortunately, I didn't like the chili cheese fries because they were different than the ones I know from the USA: the cheese was dry and the chilies were cut too coarsely.

As always, the food was great and the service was great too. You feel very comfortable there. We'd love to come back.

Everything went well and the food was very good. The service was very friendly. What I didn't like was that some seats don't have backrests. You sit back to back with the person behind you. If you have a back problem, you will have serious problems. It would be nice if a solution could be found. Otherwise I think the atmosphere is very nice. We'll definitely come back.

Went there as i got a voucher from Kaufland which would give me a good deal. The burger itself was good, fries were little dry but drink was delicious. Waited a little long until i got the menu. For some reason i didn’t know that Black Angus would cost me more, i didn’t see that in the menu and the waiter didn’t explain it to me, he just asked “Black Angus ?” And i was like “yes”. Here comes the interesting part: the mango curry sauce was almost empty, i got a new bottle but i had to ask for it. Like they don’t double check the sauce when they clean the table. I wanted my yogurt to take away as i was full, the waiter brought me a small ceramic bowl of yogurt. I reminded him that i wanted to take away, he changed to a paper cup - excellent. Then i went quickly to the bathroom and left my coat and scarf there, together with my take away yogurt. When i came back they took my yogurt cup away and looked like they just cleared the table. My belonging was still there, why would they take my yogurt away ? I paid for it. Happened one day before my birthday and it affects my moods after all, just great :(

Delicious food, a bit too loud and too crowded. Good service. In the 0.5 l drink there is too little of the drink and too many ice cubes.

The food and the homemade drinks including cocktails are very good. Unfortunately the tables were very narrow and cramped. As a group of 5 adults and 4 children, this is a real challenge ;-)

I had booked 1.5 hours to visit the restaurant, but I was only allowed to stay for about 50 minutes. I couldn't even drink a second glass of wine, i.e. would then have been under time pressure. It's an absurdity that there is a time limit at all. Not recommended!

Wir wollten hier schnell etwas Essen ohne Reservierung. Obwohl alles ausgebucht war, wurde es für uns möglich gemacht einen Tisch zu bekommen. Vielen Dank nochmals. Das Essen war natürlich auch super lecker.

Our 2nd PETER PANE visit. On August 9th Reserved for dinner. Friendly welcome and escort to the table. Then the cheerful “Anastasije” came to take the order. Our drinks arrived quickly. Our burgers arrived a short time later. And always super friendly to ask how we are. The burgers, one as a lumberjack and the other as an avocado menu, were very tasty. All in all great, again at any time. Price-performance fits. Fully recommended

Price performance does not match

It was very nice! We drove there from work, we first went to the planetarium and then we ate here!

The burgers were ok. As a side dish we ordered the mix, consisting of fries, onion rings and sweet potato fries. We got a plate of fries and onion rings. We weren't even told that there were no more sweet potato fries. But the highlight was this: we had a reservation for 5:30 p.m. and the waiter came at 6:12 p.m. with the information that we now had 15 minutes until the table was reassigned😂. How beautiful is that??? Admittedly we got there a few minutes early but that's not possible. When we said we would like some more dessert, we said with a grin that if we can do it in a few minutes, that's fine😤. Unbelievable in my eyes 😡

Super tasty Price performance ratio top

Maybe we have not been there for a long time, but the burgers are super delicious. And it is a burger house, it is not worthed trying the salads, neither the chicken burger. You visit the Peter Pan for the real burger (beef burger!) The thing with Peter Pan is - it has very uncomfortable seating. Relatively small tables and even smaller seat banks with no backlean. I have the feeling this is intentional - to make you just eat and go, not hang around for long, free up table for the next customer.

Great evening with delicious burgers and nice service. The price wasn't exactly cheap and the benches weren't very comfortable. All in all, I'd love to come back.

Fries and sauces are very tasty. I ordered the smash burger (with double patty) with great expectations. Unfortunately the burger is not worthy of the name. It's most likely frozen goods. They are definitely not smashed patties like they should be, no crust, hardly any taste. I can't say anything about the other burgers, but I wouldn't order the smash burger if you're expecting a smash burger like it should actually be.

We ordered via Lieferando, unfortunately the order was not carried out correctly: one menu was completely missing - except for the drink, and the side dish was also missing from the second dish. When we called, they couldn't help us because Lieferando, which is annoying, but okay. What's not okay is the lady's jovial comment that she always orders through Wolt. Yes, thanks, that doesn't help me at all with my current problem when I'm hungry at lunchtime...

We were a group of 20 people. We placed our food order 1 hour in advance. A service employee had already pre-ordered all the dishes for the kitchen, so we received our drinks and food shortly after our arrival. This was an excellent organizational achievement. Thank you for the great hospitality.
