Great place, also for vegans and vegetarians. We were really impressed with the selection of burgers, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Peter Pane is right next to the Admiralspalast, which naturally makes it a great place to eat before an event. More people naturally take this idea, so be sure to make a reservation and plan plenty of time. The last time we were there, we were a bit short on time at 2 hours. Unfortunately, we were also 15 minutes late to the restaurant, and there was a staff shortage due to illness. All the employees were very nice and tried to serve us in a timely manner. Huge praise for them! We made it to our event in time. Due to the large number of guests, it was quite noisy. That's the only drawback, I think. We really enjoyed everything. The burgers were really great and the fries were nice and crispy. We'll definitely come back again with more time.

Nicely decorated, very friendly staff. My Double Smash Burger was... nothing special. The taste was bland. The meat lacked a real smash flavor. The fries weren't crispy at all and had very little seasoning. My life is too short for boring burgers.

It's loud, very loud here. We waited a whole hour for food—nothing came! Despite requests, we continued waiting and then canceled the meal. Miserable, I've never experienced anything like it. The place was packed, stuffy, and dark—we'll never go back.

We had Maria and she served us quickly, warmly and competently. She took care of our concerns in a friendly manner even though the store was full. Since I have intolerances, I like to go here because the selection is varied. Allergens or ingredients would be great on the menu, which would also make the service a little easier. We spontaneously got a table at lunchtime. Fast, attentive and nice service especially Philipp (best man, better than kebab man). Food was absolutely top and quick to prepare. We can recommend it to everyone here. ;)

Is a mystery to me. Yes, the interior design is flawless and cosy but the loud music combined with a million people talking and sitting next to a bartender shaking glasses (the hygiene is a whole other thing!) it was anything but enjoyable. The bartender picked his nose several times and wiped sweat from his face, only to continue making drinks - enjoy those Mojitos with crushed mint mixed with a little bit of sweat. The burger was dry and so were the french fries… I could have gotten a better meal at McDonalds.

In general good, BUT found a mosquito/fly in our fries and the waiter said that it come from outside through the door and not from the kitchen. Did not consider to take the fries back or to refund them.

Because of the good reviews and because this restaurant is supposedly so hyped, we wanted to try it. The decor is modern and nice, the service is super friendly. But that was it for the positive impressions. I ordered a classic cheddar with an extra patty, that then cost a total of €18.90. Expectations were accordingly high. In return I got a normal burger with 2 industrially manufactured patties and a normal brioche burger bun. The taste was rather neutral, the meat taste reminded me a lot of Vegeta, i.e. a lot of glutamate. I also ordered a portion of onion rings. The sauce was supposed to be included, but was still charged. Here too a TK product. My companion orders a menu with burger, fries and dessert. Here too the burger is just simple frozen food. All in all I paid €58.00 with Tip. If you want to compete as a burger shop in this price range, you should also have the appropriate quality and deliver it. That doesn't work for me with cheap frozen goods. I know a lot of snack bars that do a much better burger for significantly less money. Sorry, but for us once and never again. Shame about the money.

The service was top. Food was quite ok. Good selection of burger meat (beef), I had the feeling it was from the freezer and was fried. There's probably more fuss about the shop than it's worth.

The worst experience i ever had in Berlin. I was waiting in the waiting area to be served for more than 20 min. The staff were pretending that they cant see me although some of them were standing and doing nothing. I didnt try the food but the menu seemed good but with limited basic burger options.

The burgers are very tasty, BUT obviously you shouldn't stay there for long as a guest. It was the second time this scenario happened: four of us ate there in the early afternoon of the week (with a reservation). After 1.5 hours our waitress said she had to collect now because she was about to have a break. After that no one came to ask if we would like anything else. Then they said the table was reserved again and we should please leave. We would have liked to drink something more, but that probably doesn't make it worth it ;-)

Nicht zu empfehlen, haben über 40 Minuten auf Essen gewartet. Mein Bürger war kalt und wurde reklamiert, danach ok aber keine Besonderheit.

The food was good but cannot say the same for the attitude of the waiter that served us, took a while for our order to be taken, food was good and quick. When it came to paying, the waiter took his time but as we were paying by card he demanded for us to add a service charge which we weren't happy however we agreed a euro in which the waiter removed from the amount and turned aggressive towards us. We were taken back by his attitude and would not recommend especially if you are a tourist.

The food and the service from Roxi was amazing! We had the Irish Mustard Mayo burger and the Getruffelt burger and both were very delicious. It’s also very appreciated to have a nice service and friendly staff.

We ate there yesterday with 7 people, the food was good, the atmosphere was good too, but it was much too cramped. The table behind us kept hitting us in the back because there was no backrest. The service was disastrous. The waitress rolled her eyes when she took the order because it wasn't quick enough for her. When the food was served, the sauce from the salad was spilled over my sister-in-law's clothes and handbag and no one even apologized for it. When we collected the money, we only gave a small tip because we were not satisfied with the service. We were not thanked and simply walked away in silence. Service absolutely not recommended

Super tasty and great ambience, unfortunately very poor service! The first service was very impatient and very unfriendly. The second waitress poured the salt sauce over my wife and just continued serving. Nothing would have happened. Didn't apologize and didn't give any help (maybe wet wipes). After we told the branch manager and the dessert for the children didn't come (after more than 10 minutes), the branch manager said he would take care of it. Unfortunately after another 5 minutes the dessert still hadn't arrived. We then paid and left.

Staff is very committed. Restaurant very full, but still got a table very quickly. Order, cleanliness and hygiene very good. Food very high quality. Active sales were carried out. Really good staff!!! Thank you Anastasija!!!

We had a group dinner here at Peter Pane and the food was amazing! The burger was quite juicy and the fries were cooked to perfection. The sauces were absolutely delicious and the drinks were amazing. Belal was an amazing server and he helped us throughout the whole night. We had a large group and he handled the evening perfectly! Beelal even took our group pictures! They have amazing vegan options as well, so nobody, no matter their dietary preferences, is left out!

So, if a burger heaven exists, then it definitely has a location: Peter Pane in Berlin Friedrichstrasse! I was there - and it was love at first bite. The selection of burgers? Greater than my hunger (and that’s saying something). Whether meat, veggie or vegan – everyone will be happy, even my picky friend who usually only eats air and love. But seriously: the place looks great, cozy with such a cool vibe that you almost forget that you actually “just wanted to eat something”. And then she came – our waitress. Fast, warm, with a sense of humor that was almost better than my burger. (Almost!) I don't know if she can read minds, but she was always there exactly when you needed her - like a service ninja in cool. The sweet potato fries were as crispy as my sense of humor and the homemade lemonade was so refreshing that for a moment I thought I was on vacation. Conclusion: If you've never been there - go. If you've already been there - go again. Peter Pane is like a good joke: you can just enjoy it over and over again.

We were there on a Saturday evening and had reserved in advance, which was a good thing because the shop was well stocked...we were greeted in a friendly manner and were able to place our order relatively quickly. The food was served hot and fresh, was delicious and the cocktails were great too! It was a nice start to the evening and is a perfect starting point for further activities!
