Was very tasty, friendly staff and nice atmosphere

We went to Peter Pane on Friedrichstrasse and had a good experience. We tried the Tomato veggie burger and the Hüttenfreude burger, both burgers were delicious, well prepared and with fresh ingredients. They came with chips and a choice of sauces. To accompany it, we ordered some ice tea that was really delicious and well balanced in flavor. We took advantage of the menu, which is available until 5 p.m., and includes the burger, drink and fries, and also a hot drink or dessert. We chose some latte macchiato, which were good, although they took a little longer than expected to arrive on the table. Despite that small detail, the overall service was attentive and friendly. In short, a recommendable place to enjoy tasty burgers in a pleasant atmosphere. The speed with the coffees would improve a little, but we would definitely return.

You can always do it quickly. The service is great and the food is delicious and fresh. Unfortunately it is always very loud. You ignore it at some point.

They came 15 minutes later to take the order They took my order wrong and brought concentrated orange juice instead of freshly squeezed orange juice. When I said this is not freshly squeezed orange juice, they said no, it is freshly squeezed orange juice. When I asked are you sure, he said this is all we have. The service is very slow, there is only one waiter working in the restaurant. I placed an order and I've been waiting for 40 minutes

We ended up at Peter Pane by chance as we were on the way to the main train station. The first impression was positive: we received a very friendly welcome and were given a table straight away, even though we hadn't made a reservation. We ordered a burger, fries and salad. Unfortunately only the burger and the salad were initially served, the fries were missing. This was a bit annoying, but after we asked, the waiter immediately apologized. He explained that there was a staff shortage that day - understandably and professionally handled. The fries arrived very hot, which made the little faux pas quickly forgotten. There was also enough ketchup and mayo at the table. The burger itself was really tasty, but there was so much sauce on it that it completely fell apart. This made it a bit awkward to eat without getting spilled. The salad was fresh and a good addition. The ambience was pleasant and cozy – a nice place to take a break. Overall, the visit was okay: we received friendly service, were full and the food was okay. Not a culinary highlight, but definitely OK for a spontaneous stop.

Doesn't really taste good. I have no idea why it's so hyped. The meat is firm like a dumpling without any spices.

I've eaten at many Peter Pane restaurants, but this one beats them all in terms of service and taste, along with the ambience. I like eating at Peter Pane because they have a large selection of burgers and soft drinks. The staff here is very friendly and they give you good advice. I'm always happy to come back to you!

Locale molto familiare, personale molto gentile. Ordinati due panini che in Italia non avemmo mai preso: uno con dentro i nachos e l’altro con la frittata di pasta e formaggio. Veramente buoni e gustosi. Costo nella norma di Berlino

Very nice burger restaurant with super friendly service, without a long waiting time. Everything itself is clean and well decorated. The menu even offers a lot to eat for vegans. Great selection of drinks, especially the thirst quenchers are very refreshing. The burgers were at the table quickly and were super tasty! Our trip to Berlin became twice as nice with a visit to Peter Pane. Kind regards to the excellent team… we will definitely come back next time we visit Berlin!

Today we were visiting Berlin from Hanover and it tasted great and the service was really top notch. Keep it up and I will be with you again next time I visit.

On Saturday we wanted to reserve a table on site, but we were told that reservations were no longer possible and that only tables were available for spontaneous guests. Disappointed, we went a few meters further to Hans im Glück, where our wish was granted and we spent a lovely evening. On Sunday we gave Peter Pane a second chance and stopped by again around 9pm. But this time we were told that the kitchen was already closed and only drinks were being served. Stunned by this poor service, we decided to go to Hans im Glück again and spent a pleasant evening there. Conclusion: Peter Pane won't get another chance - there are plenty of other great restaurants!

Great atmosphere, nice music and nice location. The burger I had was nicely done and the fries were alright! But the best part was te service by the waiter Oliver. Overal, 8/10

Después de comer solo comida local alemana durante nuestra reciente visita a Berlín fuimos a Peter Pane como era conveniente para nuestro hotel. El servicio fue muy rápido casi demasiado rápido. El camarero explicó que necesitábamos elegir el pan, la hamburguesa y los lados. ¡No nos dio tiempo a pensar! Cuando llegó la comida 4 x Burger and Chips y 4 bebidas, esperamos menos de 5 minutos. Obviamente precocinado. Las hamburguesas estaban bien, pero las patatas fritas estaban casi frías. Y aunque habían estado de pie, definitivamente no recién hecho. Al pagar 98€ y dejar propina el camarero dijo 'eso es todo'? Fue muy grosero. Estábamos tratando de encontrar más dinero entre nosotros. Pero por su actitud no nos molestamos. Dijimos que sí y nos fuimos. Siento que no sea así como tratar a la gente 😕 Arruinaste nuestra última noche en Berlín, que hasta entonces había sido fantástica. Muchos restaurantes de esta zona, buscan algo más tradicional, no esta cadena.

All in all, you can eat your burger/fries there. Nothing for those on a tight budget (hence one point deducted)

Food’s great but waited 20 mins for burger another 15 mins more for mixed chips to arrive but only to find them cold. Onion rings were still very crispy and burgers were good. Suspect they have been sitting before service for too long. Managed to catch attention after meal just to pay.. another 20 to 30 mins. Definitely not fast food but seriously?

Peter Pan offers good burgers with fresh ingredients that taste good. The ambience is simple and the service is quick. A solid choice for a quick burger, but nothing exceptional.

My first visit to this place happened on Sat eve, after 8pm. Two people us, we got seated immediately. The lady waiter was very professional and smiling and fast. I haven't seen such waiters quite for some time. I ordered mango tango burger (because of mango chuttni) and frittes plate. Taste was average. They have big variety of veggie burgers, also breadless burger. I noticed people come there for coctails mostly. I did checkmark, don't think will come again, as prefer less hyped places.

The four of us were there spontaneously and had a wonderful evening. The perfect end to the weekend!

We were warmly welcomed on January 26, 25 at 2 p.m. Jocelyne greeted us at the table and helped us with our order. She was very attentive and friendly. The service was great. The food was very tasty. Even the older generation in our group was enthusiastic about the burgers. Keep it up, we'll be happy to come back. Little tip: With Jocelyne it was clear that she was part of the Pane team (T shirt). It would be good if it was obvious to everyone when they were wearing private clothes and if it was just a button on their top😉

Mittelmässiger liebloser „Smashburger“. Paddie ist nicht frisch auf den Grill gelegt, daher trocken und ohne Aroma. Zwiebel sind roh, nicht raffiniert mitgegegrillt. Eine lieblose Gurkenscheibe und kein weiteres Gemüse. Brötchen war trocken und nicht saftig. Das geht in der Umgebung viel besser, zB bei Burgervision in der Torstrasse

We spontaneously ate here and it was delicious. The sauces are all vegan, but what I was really excited about was the first vegan fry sauce that tasted good. We'll be back.

Inefficient staff and service. Overhyped place. I made the mistake of going here on a working day. Pathetic service. Made me wait 35 minutes for a burger. And then when i again wanted to pay the bill, made me wait another 10 minutes without collecting the bill. I just kept the money on the table and went away as I had missed one important meeting and did not want to miss another. Food is just ordinary. They overcharge 16 euro for a flyer burger, but it is basic, even 6 euro burgers outside are better. I will never come to the place again.

Food was super tasty and the lemonades were really big! Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time for our burgers and then, when we got another frozen yogurt, we had to wait that long again :( But the employees were friendly and accommodating :)

Me and my friend celebrated his birthday there today. A very nice location. The staff gave us a quiet table and at the end gave us a dessert with a candle and happy bday on the plate. Definitely 5 stars!☺️ Can only recommend it to everyone.

Good food cannot make up for service. Our reservation, confirmed by email, could not be found upon arrival. Luckily we were still given a small table. After the waiter let 15 minutes pass, we were unable to order the menu we had in mind a minute late. He explained to us that it would be cheaper to order everything individually anyway (the invoice was not comprehensible, at least with a price list). In addition to various upselling attempts, the wrong (and more expensive) products were delivered or drinks were forgotten. But the wrong fries were replaced. Positive: The burgers were really tasty, the fries were okay and the service, which we proactively contacted, helped us Our waiter was rarely available throughout the evening. When we invoiced, he explained to us that the incorrect items had the same price as our order, which was not true. After we tipped “only” €5 based on the poor service with false information about prices and ultimately too high a bill, the waiter in question was extremely outraged. Conclusion: Unfortunately, despite the good food, we had a rather annoying experience. Since the impression also depends on the service, we cannot recommend a visit. 2* for the good food and the competent colleague.

Very rude host ruined our experience… The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food, especially the burgers, are very tasty. Unfortunately the host ruined the dinner before it even started. When we asked if we could be seated further inside the restaurant (due to the cold breeze from outside on a January evening) the host almost screamed that it was not possible, because all the tables were full. His response was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional, as we had politely asked if it was possible to move further in, noticing empty tables inside the restaurant. This simple request that the host could have denied in a friendly manner (which we would have accepted) was somehow an annoyance to him. His behaviour was beyond disrespectful, and it reflected bad on the restaurant and the overall experience, which is a shame as the food was enjoyable and the rest of the staff, friendly.

It was a successful evening with a parent-child group, which was no problem for the kitchen and service. With a group of 20 people, it was child's play for LOTTA and JOCELYNE to host us. And to give us a nice evening. We would love to come back and try the other dishes. Thanks

Came to Peter pane for lunch as we found they had a deal on for a burger with chips and a drink for €10 which is a bargain in Berlin! The burger was delicious and the sprits drink was refreshing. The seating wasn’t too comfortable but the atmosphere and decor in the restaurant was good. Would definitely return as it was a great value for money lunch!

Delicious burgers & good offers and quick, youthful service.

Food was great and service was perfect too. Waiters came by often enough and responded immediately to requests. All in all a great shop and can only be recommended. At the end there was even a round of short on the house :)

Wir saßen am Fenster in Türnähe. Dort zog es sehr kalt rein. Ich hatte das Feierabend Menü. Da war der Burger sehr klein, obwohl man ja den vollen Preis von 14,90€ zahlt. Ich kann das Menü nicht empfehlen. Wenn ihr nur einen Burger bestellt, ist der viel größer.

We were immediately welcomed even though we didn't have a reservation (and the place was full). We then ordered two sandwiches, one of which included the after work menu. Although one of the two sandwiches ordered was wrong, they were both tasty, especially the vegetarian sandwich. The waiting times were a little long, but it's understandable given the place is full. Overall, it was a nice evening.

When we were there there was a very high demand. A reservation could be advantageous. We went without a reservation, but after just 5 minutes of waiting we were helped immediately. We just drank cocktails. I ordered a piña colada. There is an offer on the menu: 1 hamburger + fries and a drink for 22 euros per person. We recommend it. The atmosphere was crowded and therefore loud. We were there on December 30, 2024, so it may have been particularly crowded. We were satisfied.

The Nacho Macho burger was insanely good. The restaurant was crowded but the food didn't take that long. The service was super helpful and friendly.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nach 30 Minuten bekam man endlich die Karte und was zu trinken. Essen war gut. Kind bekam mit Kindergericht ganze 10 kleine Pommes, 3 davon verbrannt. Im Anschluss nochmal 30 Minuten auf heiße Schokolade warten, die nachdem sie 10 Minuten auf dem Tresen stand kalt serviert wurde.

The past burgers are varied and not a half-hearted emergency solution. The sweet potato fries are very tasty and crispy. Even though it is usually very busy, the service manages to be available promptly and bring the food. The non-alcoholic cocktails are imaginative and always beautifully garnished. It's just a bit noisy because of the many guests.

Nein danke nie wieder werde ich dort versuchen was in dieser Filiale zu Essen. Das man an der Tür zuhören bekommt das es gerade voll ist , ist das eine , kann man die Leute nicht darauf hinweisen das es in Berlin noch weitere Filialen gibt . Ich bin am 14. 12. aus Aachen angereist um mit meiner Freundin da zu Essen ging nicht weil angeblich voll und das bei komplett leerer oberer Etage . Wir haben dann ein alternativ Essen bei Nordsee zu uns genommen. Ich werde auf keinen Fall nochmals da versuchen was zu Essen . Faulheit wird nicht unterstützt ( den was anderes war es nicht) in anderen Städten geht es ja auch innerhalb von einer Stunde einen Tisch zu bekommen nur in Berlin ist das nicht möglich ( Armutszeugnis für eine Stadt mit 5 oder 6 Filialen)

Visiting Berlin from California and ordered the Smashed burger, which looked like the first picture on the brochure on the restaurant's table. The one that arrived at my table had one single meat patty, not two. See the side by side pictures. Very deceptive. When I asked our waitress why my Smashed Burger was significantly different than the one pictured, she responded “that’s just the picture.” Duh!!!! Caveat Emptor

After a long time I was back in the Peter Pane restaurant on Friedrichstrasse and I have to say that I was positively impressed by the really great service, the friendly staff, the short waiting time and the incomparably delicious food, which perfectly rounded off the whole evening . It started with a very nice greeting at the entrance, a very nice gentleman in a jacket greeted us very friendly and showed us to our table. The waiters were also very attentive and friendly, constant eye contact and not too intrusive, you can tell that the working atmosphere is harmonious and that the employees simply enjoy their work. A really successful evening without a long wait. I really enjoyed it and look forward to the next visit. It definitely won't take long to arrive, and from my side, it absolutely deserves five stars in all areas*****

Me and a friend spontaneously went to PETER PANE and it was really awesome. Although it was very busy and it looked like we had to wait a long time, the waiting time wasn't even longer than 30 minutes. As expected, the food came warm and very tasty. I can only recommend every burger lover to come here.

Long wait for meals. Sat right at the door where it was very cold, even though the restaurant was quite empty. But we were assigned there. The service employee gave advice regarding the menus. The fries were very tasty.

I spontaneously went to Peter Pane today without reserving a table beforehand. A few people waited with us to be shown their table. The gentleman at the entrance was very friendly and accommodating even when we said we hadn't made a reservation. A waiter and he made sure the table was clean and we had our place. A quick note that there is a wait of half an hour for food, but the drinks would be with us quicker. That was fine with us. We immediately received the menu and a drink recommendation. Everything without hectic, although the dining room was very well filled. Our drinks were with us in a few minutes. Our burgers and fries were with us after 14 minutes. It was all very tasty. Unfortunately it was very cold outside today and it was quite quick at our table due to its proximity to the door. No problem - just put the jacket around your shoulders and keep the scarf on. Great service from the waiter, who also offered us a coffee after our meal. He was very attentive and was right there when I wanted to pay. I felt the need to pay a tip. A successful, spontaneous, delicious meal. Everyone was super polite, friendly and relaxed, despite all the work. We've been to Peter Pane a few times in the summer before and we'll definitely be happy to come back. Everyone did a great job and we had a lovely evening.

The food was very tasty. The hot chocolate was rather lukewarm. Good thing we had reservations. But try to get a table that is not by the window and near the door. It was therefore cold.
