Yes, the food was good when it arrived after 50 minutes, but unfortunately the service was just too slow, uncommitted and sometimes patronizing. “I’ll only bring the bread when we eat, otherwise they’ll already be full.” So I think it's okay for two or three people, but not recommended for a large group.

This is the second time I've been to this Italian restaurant and, in my personal experience, the food tastes really delicious, the service is super friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is clean and tidy. Price/performance is also really great! It was another really nice evening and I would love to come back! Ps.: The Aperol Spritz there is, among other things, highly recommended on hot summer evenings ;)

Apparently the operator has taken the last reviews to heart. We can neither confirm the dirty tables nor unfriendly staff. The food was also completely fine, if you don't expect star cuisine here. Great value for money!

Was disappointed! Outdoor area not comfortable, stained tables. Staff are “always trying hard”, but really overwhelmed. Had a schnitzel that was as hard as a shoe sole. What a shame!

Unfortunately a big disappointment. The bread that was served in advance was already sliced ​​in the restaurant, was from the day before and was rock hard. The outside area looks like a construction site. The tables are stained and have not been wiped down. My starter tasted like glutamate and there was a hair on the pizza. The new owners have kept the name and plagiarized the logo in order to keep the old restaurant's Google reviews and ratings, and to fool people into visiting. DO NOT EAT HERE. We ordered by phone, so honestly if the man on the phone is overwhelmed by having to write down 3 numbers and becomes unfriendly, someone else should take over the phone service. Now we were told to eat in 20 minutes then the order would be ready but my wife was in time because we had to walk about 10 minutes away. The pizza and bruschetta were cold and the lasagne was lukewarm. The bread from the bruschetta was definitely old. You should be able to estimate when the food is ready so that the customer still has a chance to enjoy it until it is warm. The taste was ok. In my opinion there is still a lot of room for improvement.

One of the best restaurants in my neighborhood. Clear concept: rather fewer dishes, but consistently of a high standard - never disappointed so far - and a large and excellent selection of wines. In addition, a consistently attentive and totally friendly staff. I always enjoy coming here. Also vegetarian/vegan offer, at least one on every current menu. Simply inform yourself online beforehand. Addendum: This parking star no longer exists as of April 1, 2024. Whatever is now running in the same place under the same name - the restaurant reviewed here has unfortunately stopped.

Very bad quality food. They brought us something different from what we ordered. Card payment was supposedly "not working". And the waiter tried to charge us more than the price of the dishes

Food is not like in the pictures. We ordered schnitzel and instead got chicken. Food quality was very bad overall. The waiter said that credit cards didn't work despite having the terminal right there, and when we tried to pay in cash, he asked for 6 euros more than what whas written on the screen. Unfortunately, I can only agree with the previous speakers. This restaurant has absolutely nothing to do with the excellent old Parkstern. Apparently an Italian restaurant. Unfortunately, you get, among other things, frozen pizzas that taste bad, instead of buffalo mozzarello, ordinary mozzarella garnished with hair and burnt spaghetti. Such a shame. We miss the old Parkstern!!!

The good reviews that you see here are from the old owner: the kitchen and the service back then were phenomenal (most of the pictures older than 1 year). Unfortunately, a new team took over, - allegedly Italians! But last time I checked, Italians did not speak Arabic ;) - and service and kitchen are far worse. It would have been honest from the new owners to at least change name. I am yet to try to go there for just a drink , which should still be ok.

Unfortunately a very bad Italian. Has nothing to do with the previous parking star. There was no non-alcoholic beer, the cucumber on the salad was dried out, the fish was dry and not seasoned, and the spinach was also not seasoned. I wouldn't have eaten it without salt and pepper. That was my first and last visit to the new Parkstern. A pity! I hope a decent restaurant opens there soon.

Danger! The reviews refer to the previous owner! This is now some mixture of pizza, mozzarella sticks, grill plate and chicken nuggets.

An Italian restaurant for 14 days. Food was very good, wine list still under construction, but the wines offered were very ok.

Hair in the food, cordon bleu not cooked through, beer forgotten, two meals too many at the next table on the bill, but we weren't charged a large shandy. Spices were also used in a very minimalist way. All in all, a not so successful visit to the restaurant.

No card payment except EC. Visa, Mastercard and Amex do not work. There isn't much good to say about the food either. Pizza prepared completely carelessly, ingredients of poor quality, no San Marzano tomato sauce, for example, the cheapest sprinkled cheese, no real ball mozzarella, and dough tastes like it was bought ready-made in a 10kg bucket on the subway. I felt like I had been served a frozen pizza. But some of them actually taste better than what is offered here. Wouldn't eat here again, but the shop has nothing to do with “Italian food”. Cap.

As many people have already written here, you are unfortunately being deceived by the old pictures from the previous owner. The new owner offers more food that gives me a bit of a snack bar feel. I ordered a pizza with my own choice of toppings. Unfortunately, it tasted like a frozen pizza that I could have bought in the supermarket. Unfortunately that was a disappointment. My companion had a lasagne which was probably okay. Unfortunately, due to the high expectations created by the pictures on the Internet, disappointment is inevitable. This should definitely be fixed by the owner.

VIVA ITALIA. Finally an Italian restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Visited for the first time today with a friend. I was made very welcome; the staff is authentic and warm. The food was very good (I had a lasagne which was excellent) and there was a very good selection. Yes, it's certainly not a posh Italian, but why should it be? The prices are very moderate for food and drinks. Not to be compared with the horrendous prices of the previous operators. The restaurant was very busy on a Thursday (from 6 p.m.). The operators even moved tables from inside to outside so that visitors could sit outside. I really enjoyed my stay there and would love to come back often. Grazie mille, Ci vediamo.

Today I was at the "Parkstern" with three other friends. This has now been reopened. Before it was a German concept of food and dishes. Well, with the new operators (whoever they are), it's an Italian concept. This is how the operators advertise it. Where can I best start? Best at the beginning. Arrived, the food/drink menu was taken over by the friends who were already there (the waiter didn't notice that a new guest was sitting at the table). First of all, drinks. OK. I ordered a small beer, Berliner Pilsener, and received it quite quickly in a glass/jug from Pilsener Urquell. Well... The beer didn't taste like Berlin Pilsner either, but that's still halfway okay. My friends had ordered a large appetizer plate, which was also extremely large, but was far from ITALY in terms of food. The so-called Parma ham was something, but NOT Parma. After we somehow managed to finish this appetizer plate, we ordered the main courses. There were 1 x salad with chicken, 1 x cordon bleu, 1 x pasta with mushrooms and beef strips and 1 x pork fillet with Parma ham in white wine sauce. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the food. The result that was served was, to say the least, an AWESOME. Everything m.o.w. cold. The so-called pork FILET was not a FILET but simply a fried cutlet. The so-called Parma ham was never ever Parma and the sauce was completely full of too much salt. The waiter was always trying hard, but completely overwhelmed. So, it's a shame, but this restaurant is NOT recommended.

Attention, the restaurant has newly opened! Apparently the owner has changed. The delicious pictures that you can see here via Google no longer have anything to do with the current restaurant. We waited 1 1/2 hours for pizza and pasta, the waiter got confused with the orders and had to ask us every now and then what we had ordered. And actually there weren't that many customers there. The food didn't blow us away either, some things that were on the menu were missing. But the head waiter was friendly and gave us three shots for free. However, we won't come again.

Hands off! Supposedly Italian, but apparently he isn't because he offers everything. You can tell from the shop. It's a shame that the old name was adopted. The old name was much better.

Hervorragendes Essen vom ersten bis zum letzten Gang und mit Sicherheit das beste Restaurant in Weißensee und das ganz sicher mit der besten Weinkarte im Nordosten von Berlin. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es nur für die Terrasse. Die ist zwar praktisch aber nicht so schön :-)

Der Parkstern hält mehr, als er von außen verspricht. Lassen sie sich nicht vom Arbeitercharme täuschen, hier können sie nicht nur ihr Bier oder sehr guten Wein auf der Terrasse genießen, gönnen sie sich eines der tollen Essen aus der Karte.

Hat echt geil geschmeckt. Das beste Steak seid 2 Jahren. Preis ist komplett gerechtfertigt. Also einfach hin da, zahlen und genießen. Toller Service, sehr nett, zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig angenehm zurückhaltend. Veggieburger ist auch für gut befunden. 👍🏼

Meine Freundin und ich waren gestern zum ersten Mal dort. Es war ein 5-Gang-Menü Event. Wir sind sehr begeistert davon. Das Essen war super lecker, das Ambiente angenehm und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ich kann einen Besuch in diesem schönen Lokal nur empfehlen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter sowie eine saubere Gegend nebenan kann man sich was für den Hunger kaufen und auch was um den durst zu stillen dort kann man sehr gut tanzen essen trinken sowie einfach mal abhängen und mit den jungs chillen wenn sie lust darauf haben können sie auch selber musik machen oft geben die Musiker dort dir die chance dazu etwas mitzusingen bzw musik zu machen ich entfehle diesen Ort sehr

Immer wieder gut... Gehobenere Küche, immer lecker

Wir haben ein Bericht über das Restaurant im Fernsehen gesehen. ( Mein Lokal, dein Lokal) Da es von uns weiter weg ist haben wir den Besuch immer aufgeschoben und waren jetzt zum Buffet vor den Betriebsferien das erste mal da. Die Speisen auf dem Buffet waren alle sehr gut und auch sehr schön angerichtet. Die Weinauswahl ist wirklich großartig. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, die Vorspeisen waren alle sehr gut. Leider war der Hauptgang bei keinem der Gäste an unserem Tisch überzeugend. Vor allem lies der Burger und die Pommes zu wünschen übrig mit Öl voll gesaugt und Geschmacklich somit nicht einladend. Schade, vielleicht ändert es sich wieder, auf alten fotos bei den Rezessionen sieht es besser aus.

Wir haben letzte Woche unsere Hochzeit im Parkstern gefeiert und was soll ich sagen: Es war perfekt! Tausend Dank an Damian, Jette & Team für die Ganze Mühe. Die Absprachen im Voraus waren super unkompliziert, das Team war immer erreichbar und das Angebot total fair. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir perfektes Wetter hatten und somit draußen feiern konnten. Jette + Team haben die Terrasse wunderschön aufbereitet, sich um die Sitzordnung, Blumen etc. gekümmert und hatten zu jeder Zeit alles im Griff. Wir haben von so vielen Gästen Feedback zum ausgezeichneten Service bekommen (extrem freundlich, herzlich & schnell) und das Essen wurde von allen so sehr gefeiert. Viele haben uns gesagt, dass sie auf einer Hochzeit noch nie so gut gegessen haben. Wir können das Parkstern daher für Feiern jeglicher Art zu 100% empfehlen und wünschen dem Team nur das Beste! Hoffentlich bis bald 😊

I came there for my first day of work as a test. Didnt try the food but the portions looked not so generous. Stuff is very hectic and wanted to pay me 12 euro for over 3 hours of work, be carefull they may surf on free "test day"workers like that. They also didnt share a single cent of Tips, and when I asked to be paid for whole 3 hours that I worked, they threw the money at me (literally) and told me never to come back. I find it disrespectfull in a very bad taste. Not sure of the food but would not recommend working with them. Very poor experience.

The service was excellent, the dish, beef stake was perfectly done, as I requested. I never believed that a corner street restaurant will raise to this level of quality. I highly recommend it.

Good service and nice, clean interiors. We decided to go here for a quick and simple bite and a beer. Huge advantage for tourists is a possibility to pay with credit card, where in most places in East Berlin you can only pay with cash.

Als ich den Parkstern betrat fühlte ich mich wie in einer Studentenkneipe in West Berlin der 80 Jahre,einfach und gemütlich dieser Eindruck verstärkte sich als ich Bilder von Gerhard Seyfried einem Comic Zeichner sah. Nun aber zum Essen und Trinken und der Crew. Kleine Karte mit leckeren Gerichten,der Koch versteht sein Handwerk. Die Bedienung der Chef gut drauf und weiß was er tut. Fragen werden locker und topp beantwortet. Die "Frau des Weines" hat Ahnung und Empfiehlt gute Weine die hier im Vordergrund stehen. Alles im allen wars ein schöner Abend. In der warmen Jahreszeit kann man auch draußen sitzen und der Weißensee lädt zu einem Verdauungs Spaziergang ein. Für mich eine echte Empfehlung.

Super leckeres Essen, dass seinen Preis wert ist. Wer nicht immer den üblichen Einheitsbrei essen möchte, ist hier goldrichtig! Unbedingt auch zu erwähnen, ist die tolle Bedienung, die neben dem Essen für einen schönen Abend gesorgt hat. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Große Empfehlung. War schon öfters da und jedesmal ist es sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Bin immer sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder.

Delicious food and beer. Some of the meat choices are fresh, so maybe they aren't available, but the replacements are delicious as well. The waitress was super nice and her recommendations were on point. I totally recommend the Creme Brulee!

Für mich das beste Restaurant in Weissensee! Angefangen von diesem wahnsinnig leckeren Essen, das sich wirklich auf sehr hohem Niveau bewegt, über die extrem gute Weinkarte, bis hin zur aufmerksamen und schnellen Bedienung ist alles wunderbar! Im Sommer gibt es auch eine kleine Spielecke mit Sandkasten für Kinder. Man sitzt drinnen wie draußen gut und in schöner Atmosphäre.

Ich kann die Existenzangst nachvollziehen, aber trotz allem stehe ich doch lieber zu den Nachbarn im Kiez, die durch die 2G Regelung gerade ausgeschlossen werden.

Die guten Bewertungen spiegeln leider nicht unsere Erfahrung wider. Von den drei bestellten Speisen waren zwar zwei gut, eine aber enttäuschend. Das Schnitzel empfanden wir als ausgesprochen trocken und hauptsächlich nach Panade schmeckend. Dies sagten wir auch der Kellnerin - darauf gab es keine weitere Resonanz. Leider ist das Ambiente in unseren Augen auch sehr lieblos gestaltet, außerdem fehlt es an kleinen Gesten, wie zB etwas Brot. Bei den Preisen würden solche Gesten zum guten Gefühl beitragen …

Jetzt 2 x im Parkstern. Das erste Mal ein Tisch bestellt, leider ohne Absage trotz Rufnummer nicht abgesagt. Das zweite Mal gegessen, leider zu viele Getränke abkassiert. Als wir es bemerkt und beanstandet haben, wurde uns das Geld hingescmissen. Keine Entschuldigung, offensichtlich auch noch eingeschnappt. Tolles Essen, der Preis passt allerdings nicht zum Service! Schade! Wir sind satt...

150€ Rechnung und es gab nicht mal einen Schnaps aufs Haus :D
