Das Essen sind erstaunlich und prima, besonders die Pizza diavllo sind sehr schmack und die Leute sind sehr nett und freundlich.

Leider das bisher schlechteste Restaurant, das ich in Bad Homburg ausprobiert habe. Wir waren zu dritt hier und keines unserer drei Gerichte konnte geschmacklich überzeugen. Besonders enttäuschend war die Pasta, die eine gummiartige Konsistenz hatte, für ein italienisches Restaurant wirklich schwach. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen. Das einzig Positive war der faire Preis, der den Abend aber leider auch nicht retten konnte. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Tolles italienisches Restaurant, in der Fußgängerzone. Tolles Essen super Service.

Haben abends im Juli 2026 einen 2er Tisch draussen direkt am Eingang erhalten. Die „Spaghetini Bolognese“ waren nicht al dente. Uns wurde eine sehr dünne Nudelsorte serviert, die das Gericht schnell matschig werden liess. Die „Pizza Carpaccio mit hauchdünnem rohem Rinderfilet“ war gesamt geschmacklich flach, Teig und Rinderfilet waren nur optisch zu unterscheiden. Nach der Hälfte hatte meine Frau genug. Der Espresso hatte eine erwartete Crema, geschmacklich einem deutschen Bohnenkaffee näher als die Machine vermuten ließ. Schade, aus dem Zuckerstreuer rieselte durch Feuchtigkeit verkrümelter Zucker - und eine Vespe, naja. Ein Averna und ein Limoncello auf‘s Haus gab es noch von einem der 4 Kellner, die uns an dem Abend hastig und ohne Aufmerksamkeit bedient hatten.

Toller Service, freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. Eine schöne Erfahrung mit aufmerksamer Bedienung und hervorragender Küche. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber der Service war leider eine absolute Enttäuschung. Der Kellner war unhöflich und ignorant. Wir haben eine Rechnung von 28 Euro mit der Karte bezahlt und bar ein Trinkgeld von 2 Euro gegeben. Anstatt sich zu bedanken, hat der Kellner das Geld schweigend und mit demonstrativer Unzufriedenheit entgegengenommen. Ein absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten gegenüber Gästen. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

Waren unter der Woche auf der Luisenstraße flanieren und haben hier zum Mittagstisch verweilt. Nette Mittagstisch angebote, allerdings hat mich die Qualität nicht ganz überzeugt. Nudeln waren leider leicht verkocht und die Butter- Salbei- Sauce viel zu dick. Geschmacksache. Service war sehr aufmerksam und das Ambiente passt.

Wieder einmal einen Besuch bei Pane e Vino eingeplant. Bei Pizza italienisches Flair und die Gastfreundlichkeit des Personals genossen. Besuch hatte sich gelohnt, genauso die Auswahl an Speisen.

Die Pizza war ein Calzone und war innen kalt.

Ein wunderbarer Laden mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern, jedoch kann ich das Essen dort leider nicht empfehlen.

Waren heute das erste Mal bei pane e vino und waren begeistert. Ambiente draußen toll, Mitte auf der Louisenstraße sitzt man im Getümmel der Passanten und genießt sein Essen. Uns gefällt das! Das ist ein richtig schönes Restaurant. Man sitzt gemütlich und wenn man einen Tisch in einer der Fensternischen ergattert, kann man den Leuten auf der Louisenstraße zuschauen. Das Essen ist lecker und der Service ist auch nett. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Das Essen war bis auf meine sehr salzige Soße gut, das Ambiente ist auch in Ordnung, leider hat der ständig genervt wirkende Kellner dem ganzen einen Dämpfer versetzt. Sein junger Kollege war sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Auch mal nur für eine Kleinigkeit einkehren ist gar kein Problem und wir bekamen einen wunderschönen Tisch mit Platz für das Baby. Nicht zum ersten Mal waren wir vom freundlichen Umgang mehr als angetan 🤗

Essen gut, der Keller kassiert die Kunden regelrecht ab, bei der Bezahlung keine Rechnung und sonst keine Belege, geht nicht. So nach dem Motto der nächste bitte. Nicht so gut.

Das Essen und die Atmosphäre waren fantastisch. Alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und wir bekamen unser Essen sehr schnell.

War mal besser vor einigen Jahren. War akzeptabel aber mit Luft nach oben! Steak war nicht auf den gewünschten Punkt gegart, Kartoffel Beilage war sehr wenig. Der Preis hingegen gehoben. Da erwarte ich einfach eine bessere Qualität. Wirklich schlecht war es aber auch nicht.

Laut und hektisch, jedoch gut organisierter (und zum Teil sehr freundlicher) Service. Es ist ein relativ großes Lokal, eher ungemütlich eingerichtet. Der Mittagstisch ist empfehlenswert, preislich wie auch qualitativ.

Bei unserem Besuch in Bad Homburg waren wir das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Das Lokal liegt schön und gut erreichbar mitten in der Altstadt. Das Essen war qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr sehr lecker. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend. Alle Kellner war sehr aufmerksam und sehr schnell. Am Anfang war es mir sogar etwas zu schnell und ich dachte, in 30min habe ich hier gegessen und muss wieder gehen.... Aber dann hat es sich doch entschleunigt und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt total genießen!

Das Personal wirkte sehr ungepflegt, lächelte nicht und schien überhaupt kein Interesse an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Sie verwechselten unsere Bestellung und brachten uns ein anderes Gericht. Dann stellten sie es auf den Tisch und sagten: „Es war ein Fehler, aber es wäre schade, das wegzuwerfen.“ Selbst wenn ich ihnen zustimme, war die Art und Weise, wie es geschah, entsetzlich. Sie entschuldigten sich zwar, aber nur aus Pflichtgefühl. So mussten wir etwas essen, das wir gar nicht wollten, und es schmeckte auch nicht. Das Hauptgericht war extrem versalzen. Und das andere war voller Knoblauch und ebenfalls sehr salzig. Ich hatte vorher von diesem Restaurant gehört und dachte, es wäre gut. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Es ist weder das Geld noch die Zeit wert.

Wir sind spontan zu Pane e Vino in Bad Homburg gegangen. Die Platzierung war spartanisch ohne jegliche Kundenorientierung. Tortellini überbacken waren definitiv aus der Packung des Supermarks. Ich habe lange nicht so schlecht gegessen. Die Bedienung eher im Militär Jargon unterwegs. Beim Abräumen gab’s ein „fertig“ das war’s aber auch schon. Ich bin froh nächstes Wochenende wieder zu einem Italiener mit Stil und Qualität am Kurfürsten Damm in Berlin gehen zu dürfen.

We were very impressed with the fast and friendly service. Although we didn't have a reservation, we were given a lovely table by the window. The "Insalata Mista" was larger than expected 👌🏻. My wife had pasta and I had a pizza, which arrived very quickly—was it frozen? It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing either! The dessert, "Cassata," was very tasty (unfortunately, it was just whipped cream from a can), but it's not an ice cream parlor! The drink prices are quite steep, though; a wheat beer costs €6! Despite the restaurant being full, the atmosphere is very pleasant. We would definitely come back!

Overall, something was missing that Italian flair. The bruschetta was bland, lacking fresh herbs, and the arugula on the topping didn't really help. And please, no sticks of mozzarella. The pizza was supposed to have that rich, deep pizza flavor of marjoram, thyme, good tomatoes, and a delicious cheese that clings to everything – hmm, unfortunately not. In fact, this same lack of Italian flavor extended even to the tiramisu. Unfortunately, there was no balanced sweetness, no Amaretto, and sadly, no espresso to add flavor. The whole thing was too sweet and not Italian enough. The service was very kind and friendly, but it's a shame that at one table, a person had to wait a long time for their food while everyone else was already served, and even had to ask for it. I've eaten there several times before, and I have to say that it has drastically deteriorated. It's a nice and pleasant restaurant with a great atmosphere, but please work on the quality of your food.

We were in Bad Homburg today. The restaurant looked very nice and cozy from the outside, so we decided to eat there. The food was incredibly delicious and very juicy. The atmosphere is very pleasant and lovely. We highly recommend this restaurant! 🥰😘

I dined at this restaurant and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The location, the ambiance, and the service were all superb. I was also very satisfied with my steak – top-quality meat cooked to perfection for well under €30. I will definitely be back soon.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. There were four of us, hoping to have found a good Italian restaurant – unfortunately, we were completely disappointed from the appetizers to the main course. The food fell far short of our expectations in terms of taste, and the service was very pushy and at times rude.

I went there for dinner with my wife. The meat was super tender. My pizza was very good. The service was friendly and quick. The prices were reasonable.

Today, strolling through the streets of this small town, we came across this restaurant. For two, we spent €52. We had a Prosecco as an aperitif, a quart of white wine, a Margherita pizza, a plate of macaroni with sausage, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes, and two coffees. Limoncello was complimentary. The table service was good. Overall, it was a very good experience. The only downside (for me) was that the pasta could have been cooked a minute less (but that's a personal preference). We'll be back with friends.

This will probably become our regular restaurant, or rather, it already is! The fact that this restaurant has been around for as long as I can remember speaks for itself... What I appreciate most is that it's Italian from A to Z, from the service to the food, the wines, and the interior! Highly recommended! I'm already looking forward to my next visit there!!!

The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice, and everything is decorated in Italian style. Our food looked good at first glance. But on second glance, we noticed a piece of leaf in our pasta with porcini mushrooms. We then pointed out the condition. She said it was from the porcini mushroom!?! When we asked where the porcini mushrooms were supposed to have leaves, the waitress remained silent and called a second waitress. She again said the leaf was from the porcini mushroom. Then, quite frankly, a third waitress came along and also said it was from the porcini mushroom. But when we asked where the porcini mushrooms were supposed to have leaves, this time he gave the correct answer, that it came from the area around the porcini mushroom. But it's not a big deal and you can't wash the porcini mushroom. He took the piece of leaf and ate it. 😂 I found the whole thing extremely unprofessional. You have to own up to your mistakes and not talk such nonsense. The food was otherwise mediocre, and another visit is out of the question for us.

Do you want to eat a frozen pizza that costs at least €11? Then you've come to the right place. Absolutely outrageous. I ordered a Pizza Diavola, and at an Italian restaurant, it's supposed to have spicy salami on it, not pepperoni. This kind of Diavola is actually only available as a frozen pizza. The best or worst: My brother-in-law's pizza was still cold in the middle. Like at an Italian restaurant in Italy? Absolutely not. Whoever says that has probably never eaten at a real Italian restaurant.

Our regular spot. Yes, there have been occasional slip-ups, but mostly it's top-notch! It's the casual feel that defines it, something other places mask with a white tablecloth.

The pizza is crispy and freshly topped, the pasta wonderfully aromatic and cooked to perfection. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive service – hospitality is truly lived here. Well, unfortunately, not so convincing today... The tomato sauce on the pizza was a bit sour, and the parmesan was a bit old and dry... Otherwise, it was always great... Perhaps the ingredients were too warm... I'll order the same thing again in a few days, though. If it's fresher and better, I'll delete this review.

Good restaurant with solid pizza

The food is good; I've eaten a variety of dishes several times – and mostly enjoyed it. The side dishes (e.g., with scalopine) weren't great, frozen vegetables, but OK. The service is OK, but 'variable.' Somehow, solo guests (I often eat alone) don't seem to be highly valued, even if I eat 2-3 courses with wine, etc. 'Everyone' gets offered amaretto/limoncello/..., but I, as a solo guest, never get one. It's just noticeable.

I ordered seasonal, homemade pasta with asparagus and gamberi - the asparagus, brown instead of green and from a can, with 3 gamberi. The second dish, Carbonara - the Italian version was ordered with egg and no cream, but because both dishes were warmed up in the microwave, the egg in the Carbonara looked like scrambled eggs. There were also fresh spring onions in both dishes. A no go! A half-Italian woman like me was then tried to explain what traditional Italian cuisine is like. Arrivederci, a non mai vederci.

We've eaten here for the 4th time now and there's nothing negative. Staff was always friendly and in a good mood. The food was always very good, whether pizza, pasta or salad! Price/performance is absolutely ok.

Unfortunately, the Spaghetti Vongole was only mediocre. For this dish, spaghettoni would have been a better choice instead of spaghettini. Also missing was the scent of vongole, garlic, wine and a good olive oil - everything that usually makes this dish so special. Unfortunately, of the first ten Vongols I removed, all were empty. Too bad! I would have prepared them a little differently. Just a small recommendation – warm greetings from Antonio from Sicily.
