We really enjoyed the citizens.

The food was particularly delicious. There are also vegetarian patties! The tables consist of familiar game boards, so that you can get game pieces and play, for example, Don't get angry. The crew is very nice and accommodating!

Four of us ate there (also vegetarian) and were very happy with the taste of the burgers. However, the burgers (perhaps 200 instead of 150 gram patties) and fries portions could be a little larger! Unfortunately it was rather uncomfortably cold in the store. The ventilation/air conditioning blew cold air to the tables, which was uncomfortable when the outside temperature was around freezing point. When we spoke to us, a nice employee tried to change this, but unfortunately she didn't really succeed. Other guests also put their jackets back on at the other tables! Because of the lack of heat and the small portions 4 out of 5 stars.

Went there spontaneously and what can we say ..mega mega ..courteous staff...mega attentive (brought us fries Piker for the son) mega burger lekker and plenty of choice for us. The Veggi Burger deserves special mention. My wife was surprised. (We didn't know it well from other burger shops.) Here it's just a really tasty item.

Smooth place to grab a burger, fries or cig köfte. The ambiente is smooth and the service is top notch - very friendly and funny. I Had the vegetarian Bürger which was great due to the beyond meat patty which just taste Like a regular beef patty.

Located directly opposite the Ottensen S-Bahn station, the restaurant offers a large selection of burgers, including veggie patties, sandwiches, currywurst and various types of fries. Very tasty, plentiful and at moderate prices. Very nice service. About 25 seats, ambience simple but ok. Also available for pickup or delivery. The burgers here make you happy. Top!

So, I really like the store. The food tastes good and isn't overpriced either. I tried the Manyak burger and a Tantuni Kumru - both were good. Of course, Grandma's Tantuni always tastes better, but first find your Grandma! So everything is fine. It fits, sits and has air. I only have one criticism: There is relatively little liquid (drinks) for a lot of money. Larger quantities could be offered.

Wow, they can fry burgers. Very tasty and above all well seasoned. Fries are nice and crispy. Service is friendly and helpful. Two people burger drinks and side dishes ~30€. There's nothing to complain about there.

I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered a cheeseburger with jalapeños and cheese sauce, but the cheese on top was tasteless and plastic-like, completely ruining the dish. While the patty itself wasn’t bad, the other ingredients didn’t complement each other at all. The sweet potato fries were severely overcooked—almost burnt to black. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

We were there today. The food was very tasty, but what particularly stands out is the friendliness and attentiveness of the team. I have rarely experienced such courteous staff! Many thanks to the gentleman who cleaned my Popmane after a little mishap.

The chili cheeseburger was delicious and freshly prepared. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, were in the deep fryer for too long and were therefore quite dark. You have to pay extra for dips/sauces (even ketchup) as well as other side dishes such as sweet potato fries. In total the menu (burger, fries, drink) cost €18. There is also one point deducted because the kitchen staff sat on the floor in the kitchen during the preparation break. This is unhygienic and should not happen in a restaurant.

I had the piece of köfte chillig cheese sandwich. The köfte were extremely good, but because they were so intense, the bread and cheese sauce were completely lost. The cheese sauce was much too flavorful and had a watery taste to it. The bread is nice and fresh but unfortunately too airy, so it doesn't have any flavor of its own. At least it's completely lost and has far too little consistency. That's why the food here only gets 3 stars, but the rest gets 5.

The best burgers in Hamburg! It’s been super long since I have had a burger like this one. They had the juciest patties and the burgers were so cheesy. Prices are reasonable as well. Great quality! The vibe is super chic as well, I really liked it. And most importantly, they are so customer friendly which you hardly see in Germany. Definitely a 10/10!

We were here for the first time today because we were moving. We ordered the Manyak burger and it was incredibly delicious!! Simply a rush of different delicious flavors! I would love to eat the burger again every day!

You have to be aware that this is not a “restaurant”, but a snack bar and that it smells and is furnished accordingly. Nevertheless: the staff is very nice and the food was delicious!!! A bit pricey considering it's just a takeaway, but definitely worth the money. We had burgers, sandwiches and fries.

We ordered through Volt because of the good reviews. Unfortunately the food was very bad. The double cheeseburger tasted weird, very flaky. The chicken burger was disgusting, the patty wasn't real meat but rather like pureed chicken. The buns were not like the picture, but very soft and white, so very light with a bit of sesame on them. The hot dog wasn't good either, the sausage was way too salty. Fries were ok, the truffle sauce was very thick. All in all it was very unpleasant and felt like the patties were simply thawed molded meat, but they charge a lot of money for that. There are many better shops there. I paid €50, wouldn't have even paid €10 because I feel sick. We will never order here again!

We looked for a burger shop near the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition and found the Ottensener Foodkitchen. It was very tasty and the service was nice. The tables with the game boards: cool.

Very tasty burgers... We came with friends from near Osnabrück and we noticed the shop via Tik Tok and it was worth it. Staff very friendly and recommend a decent burger. Burger crispy on top and soft on the inside The shop is clean and the tables are cleaned after consumption. Sanitary facilities also clean. That's exactly why the 4.8 stars are completely justified - you should be able to give it 100. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Hamburg.

Searched for a burger shop near the hotel via Google and came across the food kitchen. Reviews are great and I can only confirm the 5 stars. Everyone there was very friendly and the burger was outstanding. Had a double cheeseburger and chili cheeseburger. Both were essentially inhaled. I will definitely be there again next time I visit Hamburg. Then I'll eat the Philly cheesesteak. Keep it up people

The very friendly man with the long beard gave it to me Manyak Double Smash Burger recommended. Old daddy was horny! Can't describe how it tastes. Simply amazing! In this place, I tried a keto burger for the first time, and it was incredible! I had never seen anything like it before, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted and served by a friendly man. The store is simple but quite stylishly designed. I ordered the smash burger with fries. Unfortunately I missed the freshness of the burger; there wasn’t that “tangy” flavor. I would give the burger a 7.5/10, although I have to say that my companions liked their burger (not smash). The fries and mayo tasted above average.

Unfortunately, the mixture of the spicy meat doesn't quite go well with the cheese and fried onions. The individual components are tasty, but unfortunately they don't work well together. In addition, the bread was already broken from the start, so that the entire contents fell out while eating.

I have no idea how they could seriously charge a €7 upgrade surcharge for such a poor Grade 6 product can... and since I've already eaten in over a thousand restaurants, I claim to know a lot of comparison products that were damn good. It wasn't these. The kitchen completely blew it... and that with a menu of €20... One star is always deducted if you as a customer are not smiled at, for whatever reason...

The food was super delicious! I had the chilli beef kumru, which could best be described as a hearty sucuk burger. It was topped with beef patties, jalapenos, sucuk, tomatoes and ketchup and a delicious cheese sauce. The atmosphere is modern and cozy at the same time. Perfect for a little hunger during your lunch break. I will definitely recommend the store.

Ever since I came to hamburg for my vacation I went to the top 3 hamburger restaurants and this place is definitely the best one I have been to. Their burgers are just right. The taste, the feel and the price are all fenomenal. If the burgers weren't good enough the staff is also insanely friendly and they come and ask you if it's to your taste. They greet you with a friendly smile and will not hesitate to answer any of your question.

Been here more often now. As always, it was very tasty. You can actually taste the cheese with the Chili Cheese Fries. Kumru, as I know it from Izmir, and my companion's burger were also great. Stable double smash burger, delicious crispy sweet potato fries. Beef curry sausage was tasty but felt like it was fried a bit too long or something, a bit hard. Unfortunately, Sucuk-patty was not available.
