Fantastisch! Sehr familienfreundlich, vor allem wegen der auf die Tische gedruckten Brettspiele! Wir sind zu fünft und haben die besten Hamburger unseres Lebens gegessen! Wir waren schon in vielen Restaurants, aber diese Burger sind mit Abstand die besten! Weiter so! (☆▽☆)

Nichts besenderes mehr leider. Einfaches pampiges Brot, Fleisch ungewürzt und Pommes die irgendwie nach etwas älterem Öl riechen. Wärend man da ist wird sich beschwert, dass der Laden nicht supportert wird.

Tolles Burger Restaurant. Fürs Geld gibt es faire Portionen. Das Servicepersonal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Als ich einmal der erste Gast des Tages war, bestellte ich einen Burger. Nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit kam ein Küchenmitarbeiter mit dem Burger eines anderen Gastes. Er meinte, ich müsse zur Theke gehen, um meine Bestellung aufzugeben, da Bestellungen am Tisch nicht angenommen würden. Ich erwiderte, dass ich das bereits getan hätte. Nach fünf Minuten kam eine Kellnerin mit der Speisekarte in der Hand und wirkte etwas überrascht, als sie mich sah. Ich fragte, ob sie meine Bestellung vergessen hätte. Sie verneinte und eilte zur Theke. Mein Essen bekam ich dann nach etwa zehn Minuten. Der Burger war übrigens fantastisch.

Sehr einladend und freundlich! Der Service war erstklassig! Und der Burger, mit viel Käse und einer leichten Schärfe, war einfach fantastisch! Ich war begeistert und kann ihn uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Die Burger waren spitze! Die Pommes waren gut, für unseren Geschmack hätten sie aber etwas krosser sein dürfen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Toiletten dürften sauberer/gepflegter sein.

Ich kann da meinen Vorredner nur bestätigen. Wer mal ein kleines, warmes Lokal mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und nettem Personal haben will, ist hier richtig. Das Essen war auch sehr köstlich. Preis-Leistung ist auch top. Also ich kann nicht meckern.

Leider war das für mich der schlechteste Burger, den ich je gegessen habe. Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass offenbar eine normale Frikadelle in mehrere Teile geschnitten und davon nur ein kleines Stück als Burger-Patty verwendet wurde. Das Fleisch war extrem dünn, trocken und teilweise verbrannt. Mit einer Dicke von gefühlt etwa 1 mm war vom eigentlichen Burger kaum etwas übrig. Natürlich kann es beim Kochen immer einmal zu Qualitätsunterschieden kommen. Hier hatte ich jedoch den Eindruck, dass vor allem Kosten gespart werden, ohne dem Kunden eine angemessene Leistung oder Qualität zu bieten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis empfand ich daher als sehr schlecht. Ich kann dieses Restaurant aufgrund meiner Erfahrung leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Es kann natürlich sein, dass der Smashed Burger so vorgesehen ist, allerdings hatten wir zusätzlich einen Manyak Burger bestellt, der in genau derselben Ausführung geliefert wurde.

Es war ein sehr einladenes Restaurant. Wir waren gerade aus unserer 5 Stunden Fahrt im Hotel angekommen und haben nach etwas zu essen ausschau gehalten als mein Mann mir das Vorschlag. Wir hatten einen Smash Burger(single patty) mit Pommes und die Pommes mit Käse Sauce und Sucuk. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, auch wenn es ampfangs nicht den Anschein gemacht hat, waren es ordentlich Portionen. Es war mega Lecker vor allem weil der Burger sehr Saftig war und ein so Fluffiges Brötchen hatte. Für alles zusammen im Menü mit jeweils einem Getränk haben wir knapp 25€ bezahlt, was für die Menge und Qualität ein top Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist, vor allem in einer großen Stadt wie Hamburg. Selbst wenn man einen längeren Besuch dort plan gibt es auf den Tischen Spielfelder und man kann sich die Figuren ausleihen z.B. Mensch Ärgere dich nicht, Schach, Mühle oder Dame. Das Personal hat uns am Ende des Essens gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei und wir konnten es nur bejahen. Dazu gab es noch eine Nette Unterhaltung. Sie waren Herzlich und Freundlich, haben uns auch nicht gestresst als wir länger auf die Karte geschaut haben damit wir uns in Ruhe was aussuchen können. Das essen kam schnell und Heiß. Was man sehr zu gute heißen sollte. Alles in einem fanden mein Mann und ich diese Erlebnisse unbeschreiblich und werden es immer wieder empfehlen.

Hatte mir die Lokation auf grund der guten Rezessionen rausgesucht, da ich heute nach der Arbeit und vor einem Termin etwas essen wollte und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war lecker, die Bedienung sehr nett, das Ambiente stimmig. Gerne wieder!

Der cheeseburger war krank lecker und Mehmet, bester Mann sehr sympathisch. Seitdem ich ihn kenne fühle ich mich im Hamburg sicher.

Wir sind so froh, diesen Laden entdeckt zu haben! Als Amerikaner weiß man ja nie so genau, was man so findet, aber diese Jungs machen den besten Burger, den meine Frau und ich je gegessen haben. Der kann sich locker mit jedem Burgerladen in den USA messen. Wir hatten beide den normalen Cheeseburger mit Pommes. Einfach nur WOW! Hier noch ein Tipp: Bestellt unbedingt die scharfe Mayo als Beilage zu euren Pommes! Die ist der Hammer!

Ich bin extra aus Buchholz in der Nordheide angereist (ca. 50 km) und der Weg hat sich absolut gelohnt! Das Essen war richtig lecker – ich hatte den Maniac Burger mit Cheese Fries, beides war top und sehr zu empfehlen. 🍔🍟 Auch das Personal war super freundlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Es gibt Brettspiele auf den Tischen, damit ist die Wartezeit kurzweiliger ausfällt. Der Classico kann mit einem vegetarischem Patty gewählt werden.

Das Essen war absolut köstlich. Alles ist halal. Wir haben den El Classico Burger, den Manyak Smash Burger, Köfte Brot Classic und das Kindermenü mit Nuggets probiert. Das Köfte Brot Classic ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist höflich und spricht auch Englisch. Das Lokal hat eine tolle Atmosphäre.

That was awful... We ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and chicken nuggets. After a good 30-minute wait, the food arrived. The chicken nuggets were classic frozen fare. Round, lukewarm, and unappetizing, they stared up from the plate. Despite our best efforts, we couldn't finish the six pressed-meat nuggets. The fries that came with the burger were a gamble. Apparently, fresh and stale fries were served together. Warm fries were followed by cold ones. They tasted okay, but a dish shouldn't leave the kitchen like that. The burger itself looked appealing at first glance. Unfortunately, the taste determines the final verdict. The texture should have been the first warning sign. The bun felt like a piece of damp Play-Doh. The taste didn't offer any revelations either. The bread was doughy, probably not fully baked. The meat was okay, but tasteless. The same, of course, went for the tomato and onions. All the ingredients played it safe, subtly in the background; no one seemed to want to stand out. After three bites, we're done. Our instincts for self-preservation and our stomachs tell us to eat somewhere else next time. With this kind of wait and this price, we should definitely expect more.

The ambiance is truly fantastic for the location. The food is a definite ten out of ten. The waiter was incredibly friendly, down-to-earth, and warm. He came over and chatted with us. We even discussed some minor issues, which weren't really issues at all, because the food was already top-notch. We simply shared a few ideas, and he responded with great empathy and professionalism. As a wheelchair user, you can easily get in thanks to the ramp, which is truly invaluable. The sandwich recommendation was amazing. My cousin and I were thrilled. The trip was definitely worth it. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Unfortunately, my visit to *Ottensener FoodKitchen* was very disappointing overall. Almost everything in our order was wrong, and it didn't taste good either – only the Manyak Burger was okay. The so-called *Philly Cheese* had absolutely nothing to do with real Philly Cheese. Neither the taste nor the preparation was off. The staff seemed overwhelmed, even though our order was really simple. A big thank you to the girl who brought our food to the table; she was friendly and pleasant. However, the guys at the cash register and the grill really need to take a German course to better understand orders. And as if all that wasn't enough, I had to go straight home after eating because I got severe stomach problems and unpleasantly spicy diarrhea – or, to put it bluntly, watery stools (since they didn't speak German). In conclusion: I definitely cannot recommend this place – the service, the taste, and the quality were a complete disappointment.

Great place, everything is on point. The fries couldn't be better prepared. Even requests are no problem (my son isn't allowed to eat salt yet). I'd be happy to come back for another burger! The atmosphere is just what you'd expect from a burger shop.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the standard burger, as I opted for the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Sadly, it was one of the worst I've ever eaten. It consisted of just tough, fried beef with two slices of cheddar cheese on sesame-seeded doner bun. There was no proper sauce with onions and cheese, nor was the meat slow-cooked or thinly sliced, as you'd expect from a true Philly Cheesesteak. The service was friendly and the tables were clean, but I definitely can't recommend the Philly Cheesesteak!

It was incredibly delicious, and the service was nice and friendly. Before getting our food, we played a quick round of Ludo and then tried the Manyak Burger. I love coming back with my friends, at least once a month now, whenever time permits.

Both times, the food was freshly prepared; they definitely don't prep anything and wait for your order! The meat was very juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Had a cheeseburger with sucuk cheese fries and a Coke on the menu... The fries and Coke were pretty good, but with the cheese sauce, I felt like the cheese was sitting next to the sauce rather than in it. The sucuk crumbs weren't worth the extra charge. The burger wasn't worth the €11 either. For €20, I expected more.

The best burgers! The Manyak burger is a must-try. The patty is seared to a crisp, and the toppings include fragrant sautéed onions and spicy jalapenos. It's incredibly addictive. Very tasty food, reasonably priced, and a 10-15 minute wait. If you don't want to get your hands dirty, you can wear disposable gloves. The tables are decorated with board games, and you can play them. Great atmosphere, but some tables are positioned in a way that exposes you to the wind, so it can be chilly in cold/windy weather. The truffle mayo was so-so, I've had much better. The team is super friendly and attentive. Bottom line: every visit is worth it for the burger. Don't have too high expectations for the side dishes.
