On a very warm evening we asked to be seated outside but, we were told all Reserved. However, we noticed others were able to have outside dining where they had not Reserved. The service was almost no existent and the pizza was so hard baked it was almost impossible to cut. We ordered a dessert but after, waiting 20 minutes and noticing another table receiving they dessert, ordered after ours, we decided to pay our bill and leave. We felt we were not wanted as customers and we will never return. A restaurant to be avoided.

We order, among other things, a dish without mushrooms and small apple spritzers for the children and get the meal with mushrooms and large apple spritzers. For the children's meals, two of the adult meals are simply billed twice 🤔 "there is no button on the cash register". There is no card payment “the boss doesn’t want it”. Service is unpleasant, almost intrusive. Okay - you can do everything like that - without us in the future!

In my opinion the best Italian in Bad Nauheim. The food was excellent and the service, with lots of little goodies on the side, was excellent. It's always worth it, but if there are more than 2 people you should definitely reserve a table.

I've been there several times. A bit expensive, but tastes good, very clean and inviting. After the first few visits I was very satisfied and gave it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the last few visits were generally less positive. The food is still good, but the service is unsatisfactory and today it was far too cold in the sub-zero temperatures in the unheated winter garden - eating with a jacket and hat. And do you reserve far in advance for this? The restaurant was overcrowded and the service staff were completely overwhelmed and disoriented. Despite asking, you wait a long time until someone takes care of it. After we asked for the bill, waited a long time and went to the front to pay, the service person sent us back to our seat. There were items on the invoice that we didn't have! This also applied to the starter, which was not even served. That is not how it works! It's a shame that the positive first impression is ruined by something like that. I have enough. I'll go somewhere else in the future.

Would like to give more stars if I could. We had bruschetta delivered to us as a process. Then we ate veal steak. Huge portion. Afterwards came a homemade panna cotta, also free of charge! Wow wow wow... I can only recommend it. I also think the prices are cheap. Even then, I would have been willing to pay more. The service is also friendly & attentive. It feels like you're invited to dinner with good friends. Thanks to the whole team.

Danger! The guest is being ripped off here. Where should I start? The first table offered was so small (there were two of us with a dog) that I would have had to take the child from the neighboring table on my lap. Water was served, without glasses. Then we wanted to order...pizza? Not today, we have a staff problem...Aha, but lasagne (tastes like a ready-made product, loveless, almost cold cheese on top) and rigatoni with mushrooms and pork strips (you had to look for the meat, but almost only mushrooms) is quicker? Someone has to explain that to us. The question about a bowl for the dog was answered by saying that there was no one left because there were already 8 dogs upstairs!!!!! I then got up myself to find that there was a bowl at the entrance, but they were probably too lazy to fill it and bring it to us (I didn't see any other dogs either). The waiters completely disrespectful, rude and disorganized. The same thing happened to our table next door, a nice young couple! The work here is as if the staff thinks they won't come a second time anyway (because they're spa guests or vacationers)... Wrong thinking. We are locals (new residents) and would have liked to come back...but that definitely won't happen. We won't do any positive advertising either. What is also an absolute NO GO is the smoking table at the entrance. Where is something like that? In addition, only cash payment is possible! We can't explain all the good reviews. There was also no bread, a bit of oil, etc. We are used to something different from other Italian restaurants. Addressing me as Bella doesn't help either. We also had to wait over an hour for food. We also noticed that there was pizza (again?)... Sorry, but that was our experience and we always thought that if we want to be ripped off, we call Telekom... if you want to get ripped off, go to Osteria l'angelo d'oro... Ps. We didn't take any pictures, we wanted you save the sight (jam on the edge of the plate, is that supposed to be modern?). Ragazzi, you should do your homework again. Dolce Vita is different.

Wonderful restaurant. In the service 2 cellars, over 50 light gray = wonderful, pure joy, the other waiter also over 50 dark hair, horrible, has zero fun in his job. But this person won't spoil my enjoyment of this wonderful restaurant. I hope he won't be there next time.

Never experienced such bad service! Friendliness is a foreign word there! The waiter is just arrogant, ignorant and taciturn! Not a kind word; You won't even be looked at! The order had to be placed in a hurry; I wasn't even finished because I wanted to ask about garlic sauce when he just stopped in the middle of a sentence. An Italian family sat next to us; If we had only received half the warmth that this family enjoyed, we would have been satisfied. The cheekiest sentence came at the end, when a glass of dessert was placed in front of us without a word (which we hadn't ordered). When asked what it is (it could be that there is alcohol in it, which I don't like, or that I have an allergy to it), or he comes up with the idea that we should pay for it, which is why the comment "gift of the house" is not bad would have been), came the short answer: “what to eat”! Noch nie so einen schlechten Service erlebt! Freundlichkeit ist dort ein Fremdwort! Der Kellner einfach nur arrogant, ignorant und wortkarg! Kein freundliches Wort; man wird noch nicht mal angeguckt! Die Bestellung musste man im Eiltempo abgeben; ich war noch nicht mal fertig, weil ich nach Knoblauchsoße fragen wollte, da ist er einfach mitten im Satz abgedampft. Neben uns saß eine italienische Familie; wenn wir nur die Hälfte der Herzlichkeit bekommen hätten, die diese Familie genoss, wäre man ja schon zufrieden gewesen. Der frechste Satz kam zum Schluss, als uns ein Glas mit einem Dessert wortlos vor die Nase gestellt wurde ( was wir ja nicht bestellt hatten). Auf die Frage, was das sei ( kann ja sein, dass da Alkohol drin ist, was ich nicht mag oder eine Allergie drauf habe oder er noch auf die Idee kommt, wir sollen es bezahlen, weswegen der Hinweis „ Geschenk des Hauses“ nicht schlecht gewesen wäre), kam die knappe Antwort: „ was zu essen“! Überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen 👎

This was mostly an odd experience. Initially the staff seemed friendly, but their constant touching of us on the shoulders or back got to be irksome after a while. My pizza was okay, but nothing to write home about. Certainly not something you would expect from an Italian restaurant. On the other hand, the tiramisu was excellent. When my partner wanted to go to the toilet, the manager instead suggested that they could go to his adjoining apartment together. Bizarre!!

It was mostly a strange experience. We were both somewhat uncomfortable with the fact that the staff touched us time and again. Neither of us have encountered this before. Certainly not like this. When my partner went to the restroom, the manager told her that she was welcome to go to his adjoining private quarters together with him! She was so shocked that she was speechless! Like I said, really strange and inappropriate behavior.

So you want a really good Italian restaurant that you want to go to OFTEN. Well-kept terrace and a wonderful guest room. The service, just a wonderful waitress on the front terrace. (10.5.). A greeting from the kitchen even at lunch and also for coffee. The food tastes wonderful and the timing is perfect. The only thing I regret is that I live more than 100 km away. Otherwise I would eat there almost every day. Bad Nauheim can be proud to have such a restaurant. But I won't miss any opportunity to go there often. Thank you to the people in charge of the restaurant and especially to the lovely waitress. She will remember the older man who came with a hat and be a little happy. Been there again after a long time (long distance, but still there). The kitchen has remained and the boss organizes everything wonderfully. Why is this restaurant not in the Cologne area??? Thank you Osteria for a RICH day! We were there again today on August 16th, 2024 (coming from Cologne). We liked the restaurant again, if only it weren't for the over-50 waiter with very dark hair. So one way I would recommend to the chef is to use him in the kitchen, but never let him come into contact with guests again. We got there at 11:35am on a hot summer day. We were greeted quite unfriendly with the words "what time is it?" So according to the motto, what do you want here! Mind you, opening time was 11:30 a.m. When we asked, we were graciously assigned a table where we waited for 25 minutes without being noticed. We would have liked to order the drinks, but no one showed up. Mind you, we were alone in the restaurant, apart from one other guest. After we noticed that there was no interest in the guest, we got up and left. We've never experienced anything like this before and we often eat out.

Charming personal service, 3-course lunch menu at fair prices, quality of the food was clearly good, nice location on the edge of the spa park, followed by a digestive walk, easy parking.

There was no pizza, card payment was not possible. House aperitifs and greetings from the kitchen were served without comment. Shortly after the starters (instead of figs in the fried sheep's cheese there were three grapes), the main courses came straight away. We had just started with the starter and the table was full, so very poor service. It so happened that the main courses had already been cooked for a long time , so not fresh. The lasagna had zucchini instead of eggplant.

One of the best Italians I know. Great pasta and pizza. The meat is also very good. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but I don't have a problem with that as long as the food is good.

We celebrated here last year with 20 people and they gave us a really fair price.

I ate the worst lasagne there ever. Pizza with salami wasn't great either, salami didn't taste good.

Beste Pizza seit langem ❤️ Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht. Es gab einfach so eine Vorspeise und ein Dessert für die ganze Familie von der Bedienung aufs Haus, auch sehr lecker. Alles ging sehr schnell und das Essen kam prompt. Die Lage hervorragend, links das Elvis Monoment, vor dem Lokal ein großer Park und rechts die Hauptstraße. Wir waren sehr begeistert und würden nur zum Essen wieder nach Bad Nauheim kommen ;)

Tolles Restaurant mit 1 A Speisen, der Service war sehr aufmerksam und wir daßen auf der Außenterasse. Vorneweg gab es einen Gruß aus der Küche in Antipastiform, ein kleines Getränk Kirsch Banane Kokos ebenfalls aufs Haus. Die Hauptgerichte waren sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet.Wir 8 Arbeitskolleginnen haben uns wohlgefühlt und 4 Stündchen dort verbracht. Es gab noch einen kleinen Pannacotta aufs Haus und wer möchte konnte noch einen Amaretto bekommen. Außerdem ist das Restaurant direkt am Park.

In my opinion the best Italian restaurant in Bad Nauheim. There are many mediocre Italian restaurants in the city, this is the only one that convinced me 100%. Pizza like in Italy, the pasta dishes are incredibly good and there are always seasonal offers, especially with chanterelles, for example. But what particularly impressed me: service and quality are much higher than one would have expected in this price range! There was a greeting from the kitchen, recommendations from the waiter who was incredibly knowledgeable about the seasonal menu and gave food and wine recommendations, as well as a dessert and a grappa on the house. I have rarely experienced something like this in the mid-price segment. Big compliment, this will be our regular Italian restaurant and we will definitely recommend it!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! My experience as a group of 5. The waiter was extremely rude, totally inattentive when taking the orders, comments were made about my nationality. The order was accepted three times. When I asked for a change, the waiter started arguing with me and claimed that I had caused a "language chaos" as a "German" although he hardly spoke any German. He was extremely disrespectful. In March we reserved a table for dinner. We then sat in the winter garden, which didn't bother us at first. Later the door was opened for ventilation and we sat only about 1.50 m away from it. It got correspondingly cold. After a short conversation the door was closed again. The service staff can still practice how they interact with guests. He wasn't very talkative and had forgotten our order for drinks. Special requests for pizza toppings were not accepted. Now the positive: Our pizzas were very tasty. As an encore there was a small starter and a small dessert, both of which tasted very good.

Unfortunately very disappointing. We reserved a table for 4 people on a Friday evening. When we arrived on time there was no table available. We stood there stupidly in the middle of the restaurant with another group who had also made reservations. After 10 minutes we were annoyed and assigned a table for 8 people. Shortly afterwards we were asked to leave this table again, after all there were only 4 of us and it wouldn't be possible to block everything. Drinks and food were included. Our food arrived in a reasonable time, but there were no drinks yet. Simply saying that they had been forgotten, which of course can happen, was not possible. The waiter simply guessed what we might have ordered. The quality and taste of the food were excellent. A second round of drinks that we ordered was not brought to us either.

We were partially served by a very unfriendly person. Such an unfriendly manner is not acceptable.

Pasta recommendation was good. Drinks Waited 20 minutes for 2 Aperol and 1 wine spritzer. Plates were left empty for 25 minutes until they were cleared away. Then empty plates from the neighboring table were simply placed on ours to clear everything away. Had 4 different service staff in 1.5 hours. No card payment possible, unfortunately this is a NO GO. Less show and more concentration for the guests.

I've been through a lot, but the store was a disaster today. Service completely overwhelmed, eternal waiting time for the tables to be cleared by the guests beforehand. We waited over an hour for the food and when it finally came we found a hair in the noodles. The tables next to us also didn't get the dishes they ordered. On the whole, the taste of the dishes was okay and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cozy.

We were here for the first time today with a larger group and were very disappointed. It started with the ignorant and arrogant way in which our order was taken and we were basically talked out of the starter because the noodles advertised were supposedly so much. So we didn't get a chance to order a starter and when the pasta came, we were also disillusioned with the portion size and taste. Unfortunately, the portions were a joke and the taste was only mediocre. Furthermore, our cola was stale and the waiting time for the food was very unpleasant as it took over 1.5 hours. Once and never again!

Wir haben zu zweit an einem Sonntagabend sofort und freundlich einen Tisch bekommen, ohne Reservierung. Die Terrasse war angenehm. Bevor wir richtig sassen kam ein Gruss aus der Küche und 2 Säfte, die nach Erdbeere schmeckten. Der Gruss aus der Küche war eine Art Pizzaschnecke auf einer Salami angerichtet. Ich sagte einem der Kellner, dass ich Vegetarierin sei und kein Fleisch esse. Er sagte dann solle ich nur die Schnecke essen da sei kein Fleisch drin ist. Beim Essen bekam ich das Gefühl es sind Fleischstücke drinnen. Meine Mutter hats aufgegessen. Auf Nachfrage beim Kellner kam eine plumpe Antwort der Koch hätte gesagt es sei Gemüse drin. Beim Bestellen ded Hauptgangs hat uns der selbe Kellner für eine gemeinsame hausgemachte Pastaplatte mit diversen Saucen überzeugt. Wir fragten mit was die Raviolis gefüllt seien: "so Ricotta Spinat." Mehr Infos bekamen wir nicht. Wir sagten 2x dass alles vegetarisch sein soll. Beim 2. Mal als wir uns nach den Saucen erkundigten, da wir keine klare Antwort bekamen, äusserte der Kellner genervt: "nicht schon wieder". Wir liessen uns also überzeugen und bestellten. Ich wollte zuvor einen kleinen Salat. Der Kellner wollte mir dies ausreden, da ws zu viel wäre. Hab ihn dennoch bestellt. Er war ganz ok im Geschmack, die Grösse ausreichend. Die Pasta enthielt 3 verschiedene Raviolis. 1 Füllung glaube ich Tomate mit hausgemachtem Pesto - war sehr fein. Die 2. Füllung unidentifizierbar, hat im Munf geknistert, mit Gorgonzolasauce - hat und weniger geschmeckt. Die 3. Füllung enthielt definitiv etwas mit Fisch. Haben wir nicht gegessen. Beim Zurückgeben hat ein anderet Kellner abgeräumt und uns was anderes, vegetarisches angeboten und sich entschuldigt. Danach kam unser Kellner und hat dem Koch schuld gegeben er hätte gesagt es soll vegetarisch sein. Wir wollten dann nichts mehr. Er stellte uns 2 Desserts vor die Nase, obwohl wir mehrmals dankend abgelehnt haben. Wir assen diese nicht und bezahlten schliesslich bei einem anderen Kellner. Unsere 2 Colas haben sie nicht verrechnet. Für die Pastaplatte wurdr 48 Euro verrechnet. Zusätzlich haben die gesamte Zeit diverse Kellner aufgedrängt inkl. Berührungen am Arm und Sprüchen. Es war definitiv zu viel des Guten und man hat sich nicht ernst genommen gefühlt. Es war vielleicht unsere Schuld, dass wir nicht ausdrücklich erwähnt haben kein Fleisch & kein Fisch. Aber bei so einer Pastaplatte finden wir macht man kein Fisch rein, denn das haben viele nicht gern. Ausserdem hätte der Kellner noch einmal nachfragen können und danach ganz bestimmt nicht einfach dem Koch die Schuld zuweisen, sondern sich entschuldigen dass er das falsch aufgefasst hat oder der Gleichen. Wir sind entsetzt.

A great ambience, delicious home-made pasta and a great singer who performed both English and Italian songs on his guitar. Absolute recommendation, we'll be back!!!

Ate tagliatelle with salmon and shrimp here yesterday for lunch, got a starter soup even before the menu was handed out, the main course was incredibly tasty and a dessert also came from the house. Overall very satisfied, especially the very nice and funny manner of the waiter Renè always made us smile. The staff's good mood in combination with very good cuisine, simply perfect 👍
