We were there today, me and a friend. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. We didn't make a reservation, which we should have done since it was often fully booked. We were lucky and got a table. The food arrived quickly and was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it. I've been there before, and it was really great then, too. The service was very friendly, and the bartender was especially friendly. We'll definitely be back.

This is a great place for a party. The young staff is professional and friendly and available. The food is high end. The room is spacious and the facilities are clean. There is no AC or ceiling fan at summer temperature, so the outdoor seating can serve as an escape.

Good quality, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. My questions were followed up and answered honestly. I really appreciate that. I dropped in spontaneously and instantly fell in love. A truly lovely restaurant with good quality. They take pride in their work, and I found that very positive. Just a small comment: if so much emphasis is placed on quality, I would appreciate homemade mayonnaise or burger sauce. It's a small thing that prevents a full 5 stars. All in all, though, highly recommended! Thank you very much.

We stumbled upon the restaurant by chance thanks to the Schlemmerblock 2025! Great ambiance, high-quality food, and friendly service! The price-performance ratio was reasonable. Advance reservations seem to be recommended, as it was busy. The view into the open kitchen was pleasant, and the kitchen team greeted us politely. The menu is clear but still plentiful and creatively laid out. If we had to find something critical, it would perhaps be that my husband finished his beer and there was no question about whether he wanted another drink. But that's only if you're looking for a hint of criticism. Redeeming the Schlemmerblock voucher was completely straightforward; we thought that was great!

I haven't eaten this well in a long time. Fresh produce and an outstanding culinary experience. And a reasonable price-performance ratio. I'll definitely be back, and I'm happy to travel the 40km for it.

Everything, absolutely everything, was top notch ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️!!! The last-minute reservation was friendly and very positive. You drive into the parking lot and everything seems very clean and tidy. Then the walk to the entrance, where you know this is going to be a very special evening! You are greeted very warmly with a smile by two waiters who match the outstanding ambiance and are shown to your table. The menu is so extensive that your mouth starts to water just reading it. The drinks were perfectly chilled and... the food - in short, A DREAM!!! Later, we tried the cocktails 🍹 and here, too, our requests (lactose intolerant) were met in an exemplary manner, and a cocktail was created on the spot that almost melted your palate in a positive way! We would definitely come back and will recommend you anytime!

Unfortunately, we had bad luck yesterday, after having pleasant memories of our last visits. My meal was okay (pasta, vegetables, herb sauce), but my wife had a plate on which all the components were also not good: Schnitzel was overcooked or kept warm for too long, so we cut off the tough edges and ate the inside. Mushroom sauce was more of a solid mush, didn't eat it. Fried potato pieces were too salty, we ate the least salty ones or "peeled" some. The young waitress just looked at us irritated when we told her we weren't satisfied with the food and disappeared without comment.

We stopped by One Moment quite spontaneously while passing through and were delighted with the positive experience. 😊 Very friendly, attentive staff, a lovely ambiance, and truly delicious food with attention to detail. We'd be happy to come back for our next meeting nearby. Thank you.

It was truly delicious. Unfortunately, the service made us wait a very long time, and then the kitchen was closed, so I couldn't order dessert. And I was mainly there for dessert. Very disappointing.

We quite like One Moment. In the colder months, it's almost impossible to get a seat. You have to make a reservation well in advance. Good food, very friendly staff. The ambiance is also very nice. We were there yesterday. My husband and I ordered the steak plate with vegetables and a baked potato. It tasted good; the portion was just right for me, but for men, it's only a 3/4 portion. The steaks were very small, 180 grams at the most. At €28 per plate/portion, that's not appropriate. You should definitely rethink the portion size. Word gets around, and you quickly lose some good regular customers.

The menu isn't particularly large, but it doesn't need to be! The food tastes good, but it's not exactly cheap! I think the dishes on offer could change more often. My cocktail afterward was great! The atmosphere is also very good! I'd love to come back!

We came across this restaurant by chance - an absolute insider tip! The rustic half-timbered ambience in combination with industrial chic furnishings and a subtle lighting concept creates a special flair. The staff is consistently friendly and competent, and the menu impresses with its clarity without skimping on selection. The quality of the dishes is consistently at a high level: excellent starters, tasty hamburgers and delicious main courses - including the salmon fillet with porcini mushroom risotto - round off the culinary offerings. The fantastic desserts are also particularly worth mentioning. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We were there with a group of 16 and were particularly impressed by the excellent service. The restaurant was full except for two seats and yet our drinks were at the table within minutes, as were the starters. The main course for all 16 people after 18 minutes. Great! Reorders of drinks were also super quick at the table. All dishes were delicious, the portions were good and the prices were absolutely reasonable. All 16 guests said: Absolutely recommended!

I was there for the first time today and all I can say is it's perfect, the atmosphere is incredibly beautiful and the food is excellent, the prices are really okay and the toilets are super clean, we'll be back! The one small star deduction is for the rather difficult parking situation. However, that doesn't harm the overall picture at all.

Maybe not the best choice for Christmas. The kitchen seemed very overwhelmed, fries were too dry, my wife's food was too salty. Only the burger was great. On other days, all the dishes here are definitely great. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Apart from the fact of Christmas (we have often experienced failures on the holidays), this is a great location. We will still come back.

This evening the four of us were there for dinner with two gourmet blocks and we had announced this in advance. When we wanted to pay, we handed over both strips of the gourmet blocks. When we received the EC receipt, we noticed that apparently only one dish had been deducted. When we pointed this out to one of the waiters, we were told that unfortunately they couldn't show us a receipt with all the amounts and that their system had been going crazy lately. Even after we added up all the dishes and drinks with the waitress and obviously noticed that only one dish had been deducted, she just said that she couldn't do anything about it. So be careful when visiting and have the receipt shown to you beforehand, especially if you are there with the gourmet block. You just get ripped off, bad service and bad excuses, we definitely won't eat there again. :)

Unfortunately my visit to the restaurant was very disappointing and annoying! I paid €20 too much, which could neither be recalculated nor checked at the checkout. Instead of clarification, I was only told that the checkout system was occasionally incorrect. I was also refused a refund. This has never happened to me before. Overall the service was unsatisfactory and I definitely won't be returning here.

Today, I went to One Moment with my girlfriend around 6 p.m. for a quick bite and a drink. We had a table for two and spent the first 40 minutes there. Then the owner's wife came over and asked us if we could leave the table and continue drinking at the bar, as she'd received a request from four people. We were completely perplexed and decided to pay our bill and take the drinks with us. In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable in the restaurant industry, as all guests should be treated equally.

We were more than thrilled with the ambiance, the culinary delights, and the attentive service. We've rarely had such good ribs, and the pulled pork practically melted in our mouths.

We've been back to One Moment for several months now. As always, this time I also had the OneMoment Beef Burger. Unfortunately, the bun was already slightly black and therefore very crispy, the patty was completely fried and therefore very dry and since you didn't taste any sauce on the burger, the whole burger was very dry. €20 is definitely too much for that! Luckily I had 0.5l of beer. The fries and aioli were very good as always. I hope this isn't the new standard from One Moment. Unfortunately, my companion had to say the same thing. This was also the One Moment Beefburger.

Super cozy, rustic restaurant. Great food and a very attentive service team. The burger with haloumi was very cool in direct comparison. Also highly recommended are the spare ribs but also the vegetarian curry if no meat is desired. In summary, a good and wide selection of delicious dishes. The idea of ​​the 4th tap with changing occupancy is also a great idea. Oh yes... and dogs are welcome too. What more could you want? In short... simply great!

There is something for everyone when it comes to food, I had three dishes that really appealed to me. We decided on the salmon and the rib eye steak. There was also a herb salad, pasta with seasonal vegetables, various burgers and delicious starters as well as desserts. The team seemed very friendly and you can even take a look into the kitchen. One thing is certain for us: we will be back. For the next visit it would be good to know whether dogs are allowed?

Wunderschöne Location, Service war Top/sehr freundlich und Essen Preis/Leistung 4 Sterne Parkplatz im Hinterhof. One Moment ist eine große Bereicherung für Holzhausen/Porta Westfalica und man muss mal ein Dankeschön sagen an die Besitzer dieses wunderschöne Gebäude instand gesetzt haben!

Wir sind von der ersten Minute an dort und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt tolles Ambiente leckeres Essen einfach alles stimmig 🫶❤️

Sensationell gut. Das Essen hervorragend wenn auch für die Gegend im höheren Preissegment. Service unaufdringlich und zuvorkommend und die Burger hervorragend. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Telefonisch ist man leider nicht durchgekommen und das Tiramisu war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu trocken.

Ambiente ist schön Sehr freundliches Personal Das Essen ist unterirdisch. Selten so schlecht gegessen.

Das Ambiente ist einfach perfekt, ein altes Gebäude toll mit modernen Komponenten. Das Essen so wie die Getränke sind ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert und eine Bereicherung für die Region. Leider ist der Service alles andere als gut. (Damit ist nicht die neue Servicekraft gemeint!) Wir waren unter der Woche mit 4 Personen dort um zu essen und trinken und die Bedienung reichte die Teller und Getränke einfach am Kopfende aus Bequemlichkeit durch. Bei der Summe von fast 200 Euro unter der Woche ist das für mich nicht akzeptabel!!!

Leckeres Essen. Ich habe zum Abendessen Lachs mit Ratatouille und weißem Reis gegessen und alle Zutaten sind von höchster Qualität und das Gericht ist sehr gut zubereitet. Dazu ein gutes Glas deutschen Rotwein. Und zum Nachtisch ein beeindruckendes Tiramisu, zubereitet mit Mascarpone und nicht mit Sahne, wie sie es in anderen Restaurants tun, um Geld zu sparen ... Die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellner ist sehr gut, sehr nett und freundlich. Und die Dekoration des Ortes ist sehr schön. Ich empfehle jedem, ins Restaurant zu gehen und es zu genießen. Ich hoffe, dass ich das nächste Mal wiederkommen kann, wenn ich beruflich in die Gegend komme.
