Restaurant Weinbar Linus in Porta Westfalica

Truly a great place! We were here for the first time, had a glass of wine and a bite to eat – and were completely thrilled. The service was extremely friendly and attentive – you guys are doing a great job! The food was also excellent: everything was fresh, deliciously prepared, and with a small but fine selection. We were particularly impressed by the wine list – very diverse! We had Linus's house wine – highly recommended. We would love to come back. Thank you for the wonderful evening! 🍷

Linus Wine Bar – simply top-notch in a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. In addition to the delicious wines, we also tried the "Roter Baron" beer today... and not just one ;-). The food was also very tasty. It's always worth asking for the daily specials. The service team was outstanding, with their top-notch mood and great commitment. That's the best kind of customer loyalty there is. Simply a fantastic evening. Thank you so much.

We spent a pleasant evening in a beautiful setting. The food was delicious, and the wines and beer (Red Baron) were unusual and very good. The service was outstanding, with its infectiously good mood.

The inside of the restaurant is modern, comfortable, clean ... staff very friendly, attentive .... food, drinks, moderate prices ... positive, small menu .... negative. Potato salad should be homemade but tastes like it was bought 🥺 that should be reconsidered ..... and what's bad, especially for non-smokers. There is an awning for smokers in front of the actual entrance. That means I have to go through the smell of smoke to get to the restaurant, which doesn't suit your ambience. Maybe there's a better solution. 🤟🤟🤟

We spent a day there during a cycling tour. Following a recommendation from our accommodation, we ended up at Linus Weinbar. We were very pleased with the friendly welcome and the modern and stylish ambiance of the wine bar. The wine and food were excellent, and the service was very friendly and prompt. If we're ever in Porta Westfalica again, we'd be happy to come back.

A highlight in the rather dull gastronomic landscape of Porta Westfalica. Nice atmosphere, super nice service and delicious food and wine. Seating options outside and inside. Pleasantly quiet due to the low-traffic street. Very tasty pinsa. A slightly different pizza dough. Price/performance is appropriate. Not a cheap pub, but quality.

Also unter einem "kaiserschnitzel" hatte ich mir was kaiserliches vorgestellt, würde es eher als Marketenderin-mässig bezeichnen..... Leider nicht überzeugend....sehr schade, da ich meiner Cousine eine Freude machen wollte

An exceptional wine bar! An annual highlight for us. Great restaurant with excellent cuisine, very good wines and a perfect ambience. Laura was in service for us. Rarely have I seen such a friendly, customer-oriented and attentive service employee. Really great, thank you very much, you made the stay perfect, dear Laura! We are already looking forward to next year at Linus!

Das Essen war gut. Leider verstehe unter pikant etwas anderes.

Waren heute das zweite mal in der Weinbar Linus. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Mein Mann und ich hatten beide eine Bowl, sehr zu empfehlen. Hier bekomme ich meinen Lieblingswein ( Lugana) und kann ihn genießen in diesem tollen Ambiente . Alles in einem fünf verdiente Sterne, wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren 1Stunde vor der Öffnungszeit schon da.Die Tür stand auf , und nach Nachfrage durften wir uns schon einen Platz aussuchen und ein Getränk bestellen. Es wurde sich den ganzen Abend um uns gekümmert. Das war Top , sehr professionell. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Kürzlich modernisierte Weinbar mit tollem Ambiente, unheimlich freundlichem und sympathischen Personal, und leckerem Essen. Auch die Getränkekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schade, dass wir soweit weg wohnen.

Ganz tolles Ambiente und super Liebe Inhaber/Angestellte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bei früheren Besuchen war ich immer sehr zufrieden mit dem Linus. Aus welchen Gründen auch immer ist dort der Hochmut eingezogen. Eine äußerst unfreundliche Bedienung, die auch auf Fragen und Rückmeldung gar nicht oder nur abweisend reagierte. In Summe das unprofessionellste Auftreten, das ich als global Reisender und Besucher aller Kategorien von Restaurants erlebt habe. Tipp: Abstand halten!

So ein hübsches, kleines Lokal. Etwas versteckt, aber es war richtig schön hier. Preise angemessen, freundlicher Service. Überschaubare Karte. Da lässt es sich wunderbar sitzen.

Wir haben spät noch dort gegessen. Achtung die Küche schließt um 21:00 Uhr. Sehr schönes Ambiente Draußen 👍👍 das Personal sehr auf Zack 🌞 dabei immer freundlich und zuvor kommend. Für mich ist das Essen im Mittelfeld anzulegen. z.B. paniertes Huhn bei der Backkartoffel sehr ungewöhnlich. Die Bowls sind alle zu empfehlen.

Nette Gastlichkeit mit einer angenehm lockeren Bedienung. Kleine aber feine Karte mit sehr schmackhaften Gerichten. Ausgerichtet ist es hier auf Wein. Daher auch etwas preisintensiver.

Die perfekte Weinbar für Jedermann, super leckeres Essen mit einer saisonalen Vielfalt und mit einem gleichbleibend guten Service. Der Stammtisch ist Legendär. Es gibt nahezu keine Gastronomie wo ich mich besser aufgehoben fühle.

Nettes Ambiente, aber doch sehr penetrante Bedienung. Meine Begleitung und ich konnten uns keine 5 Minuten ohne Störung unterhalten. Wir wurden dreimal gefragt ob wir denn was essen möchten und als ich mein Getränk ausgetrunken hatte, Schritt die andere Bedienung ein und erzählte uns das wir ja auf dem trockenem sitzen würden oder ob wir die Rechnung wünschen. Für mich fühlte es sich nach Rausschmiss an.

Unglaublich nette Leute, erlesene Weine, schönes Ambiente, sehr leckeres Essen. Tipp: nach Tagesgerichten fragen und gleich mitreservieren.

Nettes Ambiente und freundlicher Service. Das Schnitzel würde ich nicht empfehlen, es hat Pommes Buden Niveau und schmeckt einfach nach Fritteusen Fett, daher ein Stern Abzug beim Essen. Die Pizza war dafür Maga lecker und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Beim Wein gibt es eine nette Beratung und man darf sogar probieren. Somit haben wir für uns die richtige Auswahl treffen können.

Esse und trinke immer wieder gerne in Linus Weinbar. Super netter Service und das Essen ist immer sehr lecker! Kann es nur empfehlen!

Alles sehr gut v d speisen alles vorhanden was man zum Weingut essen kann. Rainer, Nadine und der Rest des Servicepersonals hat immer eine freundliche Begrüssung, locker drauf und perfekt u schnell serviert. Weiter so!@!

Ottimo wine bar molto accogliente e carino nel centro di un paesino non lontano dall'autostrada. Non molti tavoli ma ben disposti, ci sono anche tavoli in veranda all'esterno. Menu tipico locale, scelta giusta e piatti buoni. Ottima scelta di vini. Costo giusto e personale molto gentile e simpatico.

Like the place throughout the year, outside seating as well as inside. The sharing platter with starters is very good and the sashimi salad is one of my favourites, only topped by the poké bowls.

Bedienung sehr nett. Im Laufe des Abends und bei zunehmender Gästezahl lies die Aufmerksamkeit leider ein wenig nach. Hieran wäre noch zu arbeiten. Speisekarte übersichtlich, aber interessant. Auch die Poke Bowls waren überraschend. Das Essen war durchweg gut und die Portionen ausreichend. Umfangreiche Weinkarte. Publikum eher gehoben. Tischreservierung empfohlen, insbesondere Dienstags, wenn alle anderen Lokalitäten geschlossen haben, kann es eng werden. Wir hatten Glück und wurden nicht fortgeschickt. Wir haben unseren Besuch nicht bereut.
